Clean, easy to get to. Well trained staff - we were especially impressed with Viviana at the front desk - she moved quickly and efficiently to answer our request for an additional chair and she was warm and smiling. We recommend this hotel.

Friendly service from the very start, quick check in, offered complimentary bottled water. Everything was very clean and comfortable, the beds were very comfortable. Great breakfast! We also love that about 5 minutes after checking in, I got a text asking how we were doing and saying if we needed anything to not he's to ask.

Location, staff, and amenities were all clean and nice.

The room could have been cleaned better, especially the bathroom. The shower floor was dirty, the bathroom floor needed a mop. There was feces on the toilet paper holder,behind the toilet paper, that was probably the most disgusting thing I've seen at a hotel I've stayed at.

My only negative, but isn't really one to reflect on the service that I had received. Laundry facilities could have accepted cards or tap to pay would have been nice!

My wife was at Bergan Mercy Hospital having a procedure. I wish i could have gotten a reduced rate.

Over all very good, but as I got ready to fall asleep, found 2-3 long dark hairs that were obviously not mine on the pillows… that for me tainted an otherwise very nice room…

The morning of my departure I spoke to a young male and he was very helpful regarding my driving options. He was very kind and courteous.

I checked in with my pet and the lady at the reception had poor customer service skills. When i approached the counter, I greeted her and she didn’t bother to answer me back. If she had a bad day, maybe she could change her attitude to improve herself and be more courteous with the guests. I was trying to ask her questions regarding my pet and she was very unkind and I figured to stop asking questions.

Good location, bed was comfy

The floor into our room and bathroom were not clean. One bathroom had a dried up contact on the floor. It was very sticky also. The tile around the indoor pool was very slick. The kids fell twice.

The location was great. The room was very comfortable. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Felt safe.

The bar soap in the bathroom was too harsh for sensitive skin. I would have liked to have more channels to choose from on the tv.

The front staff on arriving was busy but he did a great job of being kind and friendly

There were ants in our room so we had to switch rooms. And in our first room, one of the beds was really sunken in.

Breakfast was cold. Did not like coffee and tea station in the rooms being in the bathroom, that was off putting

There was a light pole right by the window in my room which made it really bright in the room. There was a black out blind i didn’t realize there was until after 2 hours of trying to sleep.

We specifically picked this hotel because it boasted a heated pool. That was definitely not the case. The pool and pool room were fairly cold actually. And our room was fine but did not feel overwhelmingly clean unfortunately.

Floors seemed thin, like I could hear every movement made on the floor above me, was a little distracting but not the end of the world

Just the fact that pool towels could not stay stocked every time we went to the pool, and when I asked for more I was told they were out, so I asked for regular towels and I was told again those were out as well and then I was given bath mats. Another worker walked to the back herself and magically was able to get me regular towels. Apparently they just need to order more. Other than that, everything was perfect🤗

There were tons of kids screaming and splashing in the pool and hot tub most of the afternoon/evening. It was probably at capacity honestly. We had to wait and go in the morning. It would be nice if they did what some other places are doing and had an hour or two for adults only.

Clean, well kept. Lots of handicap parking. Good breakfast choices. All staff very friendly and helpful.

The TV did not work. Desk staff said a discount would be requested, don’t know results. The bed is extremely high, too much more effort to get in it and feel comfortable. Placement of bed and TV not conducive for comfortable watching if TV worked.

The hotel and staff were nice. Everything seemed very clean and well taken care of.

Our room was HOT and we couldn't adjust the temperature.

Everything about this hotel is AMAZING. We will continue to stay here for our Omaha trips.

We like everything

Its super close to the hospital and easy to get too. And 2 amazing restaurants right outside the front doors and of Course Starbucks in the same parking lot

The staff was hands-down the best we’ve ever had. They all were attentive and my kids really enjoyed speaking with them each day. The breakfast was also really good. It changed each day a little bit which was nice. The room was also really clean.

The only two negatives we had were related to the common areas. The elevators are definitely old and not a smooth ride. They also had a weird smell that sometimes flowed into the lobby. It wasn’t anything we noticed in our room or in the eating area but you definitely smelled it coming and going.

Ana was great! She was very kind and changed our room from one king to two queen beds. The breakfast was pretty nice compared to our previous hotel.
