Hotel muy completo y cómodo cerca del mar, con linda piscina. Buen servicio de desayuno y cena (pago). Buena atención en la recepción y la simpatia del muchacho de animación.

Los cuartos son algo chicos / apretados. El establecimiento publica en Booking CON parking gratuito, cuando en realidad NO LO TIENE, se estaciona en la calle (gratis). Para mi es una publicación engañosa, ya qu justamente era un filtro que estabamos utilizando, que el hotel tenga parking. De todas formas pudimos estacionar en la calle sin mayor problema. En Booking al reservar la habitación decia que teniamos desayuno opcional por 10 EUROS ADICIONALES por persona, que se contrataba ahi directo, no habia que pagar por adelantado el desayuno. Cuando llegamos al hotel, nos informaron que el precio era de 15 EUROS POR PERSONA y que no habia ninguna promocion por booking por 10 euros. No nos gustaron las dos cosas y deberian ser mas claros en las publicaciones.

Nieszczelne drzwi wejściowe do pokoju, słychać każdy krok na korytarzu. Nadają się wyłącznie do wymiany. Przy zgaszonym świetle w pokoju przez szczeliny wpada światło z korytarza. Brudne części wspólne a w szczególności windy. Pokoje sprzątane rewelacyjnie ze sprzątania pokoi byłem bardzo zadowolony. Basen wymaga czyszczenia, glony w górnej części wody.

Very friendly and helpful staff, great location, 5 mins from the sea, 7 mins from Lidl. Lovely pool, good sized apartment and large balcony.

Apartments/rooms in the hotel are nice overall and the small kitchen is helpful to prep. some quick meals when needed; however, don't expect a full kitchen as is the case for stand-alone apartments. Very nice pool, although they get a bit crowded. Great location, very close to nice Alcudia Beach/Muro Beach, less than 5min walk and can walk to the marina as well. Nice balconies, accessed via both living and bedrooms Amazing breakfast.

Some of the facilities are outdated and cleanness can be improved. WIFI in the rooms is really slow, definitely not good enough if you need to catch-up with any work. Need to go to the reception and/or pool area for that. Reception/game/lounge area is not properly cooled down, not much/any AC and/or ventilation, very hot in the summer months. There is no dedicated parking, only available on the streets, but usually you can find spots after driving in the area for a bit. AC is only in the living room, so need to leave door open in the bedroom (not great if there 3 in the apartment, 1 sleeping on the sofa in the living room).

Struttura di medie dimensioni, la giusta proporzione per non aver affollamento in piscina o al ristorante. Personale molto cordiale e disponibile a tutte le ore, noi addirittura siamo arrivati alle 2 di notte.

Hotel de 3 estrelas mas com serviço muito melhor que alguns hotéis de 4 e 5 estrelas onde já estivemos. O pequeno almoço e jantar com imensa variedade e super próximo da praia de Alcudia com areia e água cristalina. Os funcionários foram super prestáveis e simpáticos.Fomos com 2 crianças e estavamos com receio de ser em agosto mas foi super tranquilo. Certamente será um destino a repetir.

Good location in a quiet area with a short walk to the beach. Surrounded by several supermarkets and shops nearby. Victor in reception was great and consistently provided excellent customer service. The apartment was very clean with a spacious balcony. The air conditioning worked well in the heat.

We ate at the buffer for dinner and it was not the best.

El personal era muy amable y las instalaciones estaban bien. Fácil aparcar cerca. Nos facilitaron toallas y duchas el último día para poder ir a la playa después de dejar la habitación. En general, muy buena gestión y personal muy amable y eficiente. Los baños de las habitaciones eran nuevos, lo cual también es un punto positivo.

A priori estaba limpio aunque había algunas pelusas en los armarios. Nos encontramos una pelusa bastante grande pegada a la almohada. Los cubiertos tampoco estaban excesivamente limpios. Aún así, por lo demás la estancia fue cómoda y agradable

Vicinanza alla spiaggia, supermarket e hamburgeria nei paraggi, stanza accogliente e fresca, bella scelta a colazione, buffet abbondante e da 4 stelle, dipendenti della sala disponibili e cortesi.

Cattivo odore proveniente dal fiume di fronte, connessione Wi-Fi debolissima, presenza polvere e mancanza di pulizia in alcune zone della camera e soprattutto del balcone, colazioni e pranzi con costi elevati rispetto alla media, parcheggio seppur libero difficile da trovare.

We stayed here as a family of four during the July summer holidays, and we would definitely return. We were extremely happy with our stay from start to finish. The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout, and all of the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. We stayed on an all inclusive basis, and the food exceeded our expectations. We usually went to the evening buffet around 6:30pm because of our young children. I’d read a few reviews mentioning that the food was cold, but that wasn’t our experience at all. Everything was fresh, hot and regularly replenished. There was an excellent variety, and it genuinely tasted home cooked. We stayed at a four-star hotel in Alcúdia last year, and the food there was nowhere near as good as it was here. Lunch was a little more limited, but it really didn’t matter because both breakfast and dinner were excellent. The evening meals were varied, delicious and didn’t feel like typical all inclusive food. The drinks were excellent too, with branded drinks included and we never had to queue for long at either the buffet or the bar. The cocktails were particularly good. The pool area was nice, although sunbeds could be difficult to find later in the morning because some guests reserved them without using them. We tended to spend our mornings at the beach, so when we returned it could be a struggle to find a space - However, that’s more of a guest issue than a hotel issue. The location is fantastic, with the beach just a five-minute stroll away and plenty of restaurants nearby. Evening entertainment is fairly limited, but that suited us as the hotel had a lovely, relaxed atmosphere. Overall, I honestly couldn’t fault the hotel. Our apartment was spacious, clean and well maintained, with a good sized bathroom. The beds were a little on the firm side, but certainly not enough to detract from an otherwise excellent stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back!

As a family of four we enjoyed our two week stay very much. The appartement was very clean and cleaned five times a week. Beds in main bedroom were very comfortable, the beds in the livingroom a little less. The location is in walking distance to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. The gym facility is small, but has some options. The pool is perfect for kids. Staf is very friendly and helpful. Over all we were very pleased.

I came here for 10 nights mid July 2026. Just me and my 2 boys (aged 9 & 11) Well, an absolutely brilliant hotel. The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful, the pool entertainer (didn't get his name but he's from Kenya) absolute gem, so bubbly and positive personality he cheered me up when he was doing his aqua aerobics and water polo, the food here was fab. We were half board so can't comment on the lunchtime food but breakfast was great with a huge selection and evening meal, different theme each night with good variety and still had food that kids like such as chips, pizza, pasta etc. The rooms were cleaned almost everyday. . Location was also great, spar shop just outside for essential if needed, about 5-10mins walk to the Bellevue strip and about a 20-25 minute walk to the port, 5 minutes walk to the beach. The only downside I would say was there isn't a lot of evening entertainment, could have been down to the time we went was slightly out of season or they just don't generally do a lot. But all in all would recommend and definitely visit again.

This hotel looks great on paper but unfortunately, it is a bit of a hit and miss. The best feature is the location: it is a short distance from the beach, and within walking distance from shops or a 25' walk (or two bus stops) from the port. If on an all inclusive, you can get beds in the morning (see below), leave your towels, go back to the hotel for lunch and then head to the beach again. Secondly, there were no mad rush to get beds by the pool in the morning, with plenty available although most of them without a parasol (which you need in the scorching heat). This may have been due to the fact that we travel before the UK school closures. The staff at reception are polite and helpful, and if you hire a car, it is delivered at the hotel. There is however no dedicated parking. Breakfast is until 11:30am which is great for late sleepers; lunch between 12:30 and 2:30pm, and dinner 6:30'to 9:30pm The negatives are many. A studio for 3 adults has a small bed which is not fit for purpose. There is cleaning on Sundays and Thursdays. Towels are very rough, and the bed linen was apparently not changed. Toiletries are really basic. The shampoo is to avoid, and the shower gel is not always replanished in a dispenser bottle (we had to ask to have it refilled). Food (on all inclusive) was not the best. There was some odd offerings at breakfast (fried zucchini?) and limited continental options or cereals/yoghurts. Lunch is at the snack bar. You can order hot food but found it unappealing. A burger would still be cold with unmelted cheese; a hot did is made with cheese; pizza is a reheated, unappealing slice. The buffet consists mostly of limited vegetables and options, with pasta (not great) a constant. Dinner is a hit and miss again, some food was good some was not but it does offer more choice. Again pizza is always on offer as well as pasta but not great quality. Entertainment again not great. The island is beautiful and the beaches are well attended. You can hire a bed with a parasol at €9 per day per chair; if you go for more than 4 days, you can have them reserved which means they are always available. In Alcudia, payment is by card. The round is around 9-10am, and then around 1-2pm. If you arrive late, say after 4pm, you can find beds without paying. Alternatively, you can just use the beach without the beds; there is plenty of space and it may be worthwhile buying a cheap parasol as many people do. At beaches elsewhere, payment for beds was in cash so always carry some on you. In short, this hotel is suitable if you are not looking for a luxurious experience and only need a base to travel around Mallorca. If you are after a bit of comfort, then give it a miss.

Great first time holiday at Alcudia Beach. Hotel and room very clean and staff friendly. My daughter loved the pool (best one yet). We were self catering and plenty of restaurants and bars close by. A bit disappointed with The Strip, so got a taxi to the Port a few times. We would return and recommend this hotel.

My family had a fantastic holiday at the alcudia beach, hotel was clean, staff were helpful and friendly, food was lovely. The pool area was really nice, the rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The hotel is in a good position with shops and restaurants nearby.

Arrived at the hotel late at night. Very polite and friendly staff. Apartment was lovely. It was clean and in good condition .It had all the amenities you needed. Air-con was easy to use. Pool was fantastic, lots of sunbeds with umbrellas. You could have drinks and snacks around the pool area..The atmosphere around the hotel was good. After walking outside in daylight hotel was in a very good location. 10mins from a superb sandy beach. Spar shops on every corner and a Lidl 10 mins walk away. Definitely good value for money. Looking to book again for next year

Would have been nice to use the pool earlier in the morning and later in the evening. The provided dish soap was not work very well. The rooms and especially the bathroom could have more cabinetry and hanging hooks.

Muy buena relación precio producto , muy buena ubicación para el que quiera moverse para ir conociendo do la isla en vehículo , muy buenas instalaciones , muy buena limpieza . No está cerca de la playa pero si tu intención es conocer la isla es perfecto . Para familias con niños tiene todo organizado , con una muy buena urna piscina .

Beautiful hotel. Great rooms, with kitchenette cleaned daily except Sundays, friendly staff throughout, lovely pool area with lots of sun loungers and umbrella's. Good location, close to the beach and main strip where there are bars/restaurants and a 25 min walk or short taxi / bus ride to the port or the beautiful old town with its many shops/cafes etc. We stayed self catering so can’t comment on the food however the hotel overall is excellent, great value. We couldn’t fault it and would definitely stay again.

We booked this hotel very last minute for 3 nights/4 days and it was great. Hotel is very clean, staff work hard and are friendly. Rooms are nice, bright and spacious. Beds in bedroom were comfortable although the sofa bed not so much, however we asked for mattress topper which was added straight away and made a good difference. Great pool area with plenty of beds. We are early risers and always got our choice of beds with the pool area not really getting busy until around 10am. Food is really good with lots of options and plenty of fresh fruit. Drink options were great with freshly made cocktails (not pre made from a machine) available on all inclusive. Hotel is no more than 5 minute walk to the beautiful Alcudia beach with shops and restaurants near by too. No complaints from us about this hotel…. short but sweet stay and we will definitely return.

Beautiful apartments, you would say more 4star than 3star, everything was lovely, we were on the 6th floor overlooking the pool. All of the staff were very friendly and drinks were reasonably. We didn’t eat in the hotel but the food did look nice. The location of this hotel is perfect, with the beach a 5 minute walk away also bars and restaurants. We would highly recommend.

Quiza no observé en la promoción del hotel que era de caracter "famiiar": había muchos niños y muy molestos en la piscina no muy grande poco controlados por sus padres.. En el momento de los entretenimientos en la piscina la música excesivamente alta resultando francamente molesto, imposible tener relax y tranquilidad, incluso alguna familia se permitía llevar su propia música "ratonera" a primera hora de la tarde . La piscina lo peor del hotel pero probablemente por culpa de los usuarios

We had a lovely holiday at Alcúdia Beach Hotel. The staff are lovely, everyone was so friendly and accommodating. The rooms are basic. They had been cleaned but not to a high standard. One pillow was dirty and the floor hadn't been vacuumed. There was food waste in one of the kitchen cupboards, all easily remedied but a minor annoyance. The room has a small entrance with enough space for shoes and outdoor clothes. The largest area contains a kitchen/ diner/ lounge. We were two adults and two 9 year old kids. The adult bedroom is separate from the rest of the space while the kids are supposed to be on the guest beds in the lounge but this means you cannot utilize the kitchen, diner or lounge once the kids have gone to bed, so we had to swap sleeping arrangements. We asked for mattress toppers for the extra beds as they were very firm. The bathroom also had a glass door which illuminated the rest of the room when in use so it was hard to use it without waking up other members of the family. There was a balcony with a view but many guests use them to smoke so we we didn't use it much. The bathroom had two sinks, a toilet and a shower. The shower screen leaked a lot of water onto the floor so we used a towel as a floor mat. Fresh towels are supplied daily, except Thursdays and Sundays when there is no room cleaning. However, when I asked for fresh towels from reception, they were delivered to the room. The food served at breakfast and dinner was excellent, it varied daily and we were happily stuffed each day. Meat eaters are very well catered for, fish is also regularly available. Not many veggie options but there were vegetables and fruits to accompany the meals. There was a small selection buffet for lunch and we were able to get fish or veg based meals every day. Pizzas, veggie burgers and hotdogs were available upon request and the staff were very focused on helping you with any dietary enquires. I heard other guests ordering gluten free meals. The pool was nice, we were in the shallow pool which was 0.35m - 0.95m. The deeper pool was 1.6m there was a very tiny space for babies. There were plenty of sun loungers available. There was an outside bar serving the pool area and an outdoor dining area a few meters away. There was a kid's disco scheduled each night but this was very poorly facilitated. When our kid tried to attend, the one member of staff responsible had forgotten about it and was still playing football elsewhere. Minor grumbles aside, it was excellent value for money, we had a great time and we would happily visit again.

Alcudia Beach Apartments is a wonderful hotel. The staff are warm and friendly. The hotel is clean. Atmosphere is always good. The entertainment should be on a little longer and later for those nights you do not want to go out but there is so much to do for families in Alcudia that it was ok for us but if older and not able to walk all day the entrainment is a little bad at times finishing 10/10:30 when should be at least 11/12. Maybe music could be played after the acts. Other local hotels do have later entertainment if needed and of course clubs for the younger than us ones bars and restaurants galore. Highly recommended

Vooral byzonder om te zien dat het personeel onderling zoveel plezier met elkaar had. Mooi rustig complex. Ging zoveel rust van uit en toch mooi dichtbij t strand, boulevard en de vele restaurantjes.

Brilliant from start to finish. All the staff were absolutely great, friendly, respectful and easy to talk with.

Ruime kamer met keukentje en balkon. Supermarktje en strand zijn erg dichtbij.
