Très bel hôtel, très bien placé pour découvrir differents quartiers de Londres, à pieds ou en métro. Accueil chaleureux, personnel sympathique, établissement très propre, aussi bien les chambres que les parties communes. Petit déjeuner exceptionnel !!!!!

Le passage du service de ménage journalier arrivait vers 16 h c'est un peu tardif, dommage.

Excellent location, room spotlessly clean, quiet and super comfy bed. Fan was a godsend. Breakfast was fantastic. Bar area really nice.

Tesisin konumu mükemmel, odalar ve imkanları çok iyi. Kahvaltı yeterli ve güzeldi. Ben memnun kaldım tavsiye ediyorum.

Die Lage in der Nähe der U-Bahn-Station war super, und der Pub fast gegenüber auch. Das Frühstück war typisch englisch. Das Zimmer war eher spartanisch eingerichtet, keine Kofferablage und nur ein Stuhl. Gut und neu war das Badezimmer.

Die Ausstattung des Zimmers, spartanisch. Der Frühstücksraum ist schon abgenutzt und braucht neue Möblierung.

The President Hotel is a lovely hotel on a beautiful and very practical location on ealking distance from a lot of sights.

It would have been lovely if we had airconditioning in our room, it became quite hot at night. There were also a long line in the mornings for breakfast, although this was easily skipped by coming to breakfast early :)

Sehr schönes Hotel, gutes Frühstück, saubere Zimmer, alles war da, beim Frühstück hat man sich sehr bemüht, dass alles aufgefüllt ist und nichts fehlt.

Sängarna var väldigt sköna. Läget är mycket bra. Helt okej frukost.

Rummet var kokhett vilket gjorde det väldigt svårt att sova. Fönstret gick att öppna lite grand vilket var tur men på gården dånade en fläkt dygnet runt. Jag skulle inte rekommendera någon att välja detta hotell mellan maj och september om ni inte vill bada i svett och tvingas sova med öronproppar.

Good choice at breakfast, and the location was excellent for where I needed to be. Staff on reception were lovely. Room was spotless.

The breakfast room does not open until 7 on the dot so there is always a queue and it's a bit chaotic. Also there was only one coffee machine working and a lot of people wanted coffee. There should be some way of marking your table as occupied too - as a lone traveller other people kept trying to take my table while I was at the buffet. My room was also super hot - all the rooms seems to face onto the main road so having the windows open was noisy. To be fair there was a fan in the room but that was noisy too. Restaurant is understaffed and the food and service took a very long time.

Meille sanottiin ensin että saisimme huoneemme vasta klo 14 vaikka etukäteen olin maksanut majoituksen. Huoneet järjestyi kyllä kun vaadin että haluamme huoneet heti sillä olemme ne maksaneet ja varanneet. Virkailija ei pahoitellut heidän virhettään ja jäi huono vaikutelma palvelusta

Rummet vi fick var väldigt varmt och fönstret gick inte att öppna, men vi fick byta rum till ett med öppningsbara fönster så vi var nöjda.

The perfect parking plan..right outside the front door. The amazing breakfast and options available. Our hosts gave us a couple ideas of things to do…we did both and had an amazing time!

We loved the location and very much suited our purpose. The hotel room was comfortable once we had changed room twice. The staff were exemplary in ensuring we eventually found a comfortable room.

We experienced a lot of noise from outside in the first 2 rooms we were shown which appeared to be an awful mechanical whirring noise in the enclosed courtyard. Hotel supplied ear plugs however these were inadequate and could still hear the noise. Breakfast service was inefficient had to queue even early doors and felt wasnt enough staff for the volume of customers.

Staff were really welcoming and helpful. Really good central location and close to an underground station . Beds were really comfortable and everything was really clean.

The windows are old and didn’t really keep out the noise. Earplugs were provided but were poor quality so didn’t really help

Staff were great, location was very good. Our room looked out over the waste storage area, so not very pleasant. As it was quite warm, we had windows open so it was also a bit noisy. Would stay again, if we could get a better room rate.

Prices were a bit high, in terms of room, food and beverage costs.

My third stay here this year. A good reliable hotel for a short stay in London.

It was clean. The shower was nice. The bed was comfortable.

No air-conditioning. It got pretty hot to sleep in at night. There was a fan but it didn't do much.

Our tea pot had so much dust on it I wouldnt use it. They never clean the rooms on sunday. The front desk with the exception of 1 woman are so stupid I thought they had to take a test to be as incompetent as you can be while looking blank at you.

The filthy tea pot(why bother if you dont clean it) the front desk was less than helpful. The breakfast provided appalling and the eggs tasted like fish and we were sick all day.

Great location and lovely staff. The hotel was clean, modern and well maintained. Our room was spotless, a decent size, for London, and well equipped. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was great. Breakfast was very good, buffet style with lots of choice.

Rooms were clean, they had a luggage room and staff were generally helpful. Bathroom looked modernized.

The room was tiny with little space for storage and moving around. There is no AC and the heat was unbearable, even though it was only 20°C outside. Bed is really small, which doesn't help with sleep quality. The windows could only be properly opened if you signed a waiver. Shower had very little water pressure and was more of a leaking faucet than a shower. Lights are clinically bright.

Hôtel très bien placé avec de bons restaurants, le métro et des librairies pas loin. Chambre pas très grande mais bien pensée et équipée. Petit déjeuner très complet, ne manque que le porridge.

The Hotel was as in photos. Very comfortable, clean and very close to tubes, buses and small walk to Trafalquar Square/British Museum. The breakfast was also very nice and the service super ok.

I liked the location, and soon as I checked in, a member of staff talked about literature and poetry, which was fantastic.

Maybe the lift to the 7th floor, it wasn't working when I got there I was standing for about 10 mins; felt a bit daft, tbh. But then later it was working.

Viel zu kleines Bett , 140cm. Meine Frau und ich haben gerade eben rein gepasst. Zimmer auch zu klein.

Hôtel très très bien situé, entre St Pancras (15 minutes à pied) et Covent Garden (idem). Chambre et salle de bain très propres, de taille confortable. Petit déjeuner buffet continental, tout à fait correct ; dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de flocons d'avoine, ou de saumon. Sachets de thé Twinings : peut mieux faire !

Bruit important de la soufflerie dans la cour intérieure de l'hôtel : ne pas hésiter à demander une chambre qui soit au moins au 3ème étage (et même là, difficile de dormir avec la fenêtre ouverte). Manque d'entretien général dans les parties communes : notice dans l'ascenseur rendue illisible (lettres arrachées), traces noires sur les murs, une table très fortement écornée dans l'espace du petit déjeuner (au point où l'on voyait le bois aggloméré). La commande pour la TV était en fin de batterie ! Le jour du check-out, l'accès à la chambre est désactivé à 11h précises : il a fallu trouver une femme de chambre pour pouvoir récupérer nos bagages.

Great location in Bloomsbury , near the subway and close to great restaurants and pubs. Staff were helpful and hotel was clean and comfortable.

No air conditioning was uncomfortable in a London heatwave though each room had a fan.

A good variety of foods for breakfast and plenty of everything. Hot coffee that tasted of coffee. We ate in the Atrium the first night, good food and quick service. From check in to leaving we loved everything. Useful to be able to top up our water bottles by the entrance. We also left our bags on the last day which saved carrying them round with us. Very comfy beds and excellent shower.

The hotel is so popular that we queued for breakfast the second morning. We were quickly seated and the serving staff were super fast clearing the tables and resetting. Not really va dislike!

Am letzten Morgen roch der Flur zu unserem Zimmer sehr muffig. Der Aufenthaltsbereich, den wir von früheren Aufenthalten kannten, ist jetzt im Restaurant integriert.

We lagen achteraan met als gevolg constant geluidsoverlast van ventilatoren airconditioning. Het was zeer warm in de kamer dus het sluiten van de ramen was geen optie. Omdat de ramen van enkel glas zijn voorzien zou dit ook weinig zinvol zijn. Er waren wel oordopjes voorzien maar niet iedereen wil/kan hier gebruik van maken.

Algemene hotelfaciliteiten waren erg goed. Goed Engels ontbijt.

Onze kamer was aan de achterkant waar veel lawaai was vanwege laden en lossen. Ook was er geen temperatuurregeling in de kamer, het was te warm.

O hotel superou nossas expectativas. O café da manhã é espetacular e fartíssimo, com muitas opções de frutas, pães, iogurtes e pratos quentes. A equipe inteira é de uma gentileza enorme — da recepção super solícita aos seguranças. O quarto é extremamente confortável.

bruyant - pas d’isolation phonique et on entent treees bien les bruits d’extérieur la nuits (camions poubelle, les livraisons, les motos, les fetards complètement ivres qui chantent à tue-tête …) Le grand lit pour deux personnes qui est un lit de 1,40cm - certe très confortable mais pour nous c’était un peu petit .

- Great location - steps away from Russell Square tube station, with Holborn station a few minutes away. This is a pretty central location - easy to get to main attractions on foot or public transport. - Friendly and accommodating staff - the reception staff were great, and managed to accommodate an early check-in request I'd sent before our arrival.

- Terrible breakfast (size of dining room does not accommodate enough guests during high season, which results in long queues; food and coffee were pretty bad) - suggest going to the close-by restaurant Fig & Walnut, which serves amazing breakfast! That's where we went for the rest of our stay despite having paid the B&B rate. - Room is pretty small for a double, but I guess it is normal in these types of London hotels.

The room was clean, comfortable and nicely presented. The location was great and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

The room was lovely and clean, but unfortunately it was far too hot during our stay, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. Some better ventilation or air conditioning would have made a big difference.

Tesis russell square metro istasyonuna çok yakın. Merkezi bir caddedeydi. British müzesine 5 dk mesafede. Odalar yeteri kadar büyüklükte ve her gün temizlenip yeni havlular bırakıldı. Kahvaltı çeşitliliği gayet yeterliydi.

Caddeye bakan odalar çok gürültülü olduğu için bıraktıkları kulak tıkaçlarını kullandım. Kahvaltı saati biter bitmez temizliğe başlamaları biraz acele kalkmamız gerektiğini hissettirdi. Bir gün de yan odanın kapı tadilatı için çok erken saatte çalışmalar başladı. Bunu öğlen saatlerinde de yapabilirlerdi.

Location was perfect, breakfast was great, rooms nice and decent, personal is friendly, we would certainly return here if we would come on a city trip in London.

at the back of the hotel there was some loud continuous noise, like a airconditioning or something. it didn't bother us that much, just know it's there ;-)

Nelle camera non c’è l’aria condizionata. La serratura della nostra camera era rotta,anche se si poteva chiudere !

Ητοποθεσία παίρνει άριστα. Απεναντι απο το μετρο, πας στα πιο κεντρικά σημεια με τα ποδια, εχει ευκολη συγκοινωνια για να πας παντου. Οι κοινοχρηστοι χωροι ηταν πολύ καλοι, το πρωινο πλουσιο. Το προσωπικο φοβερό. Χρειαστηκα βοηθεια με διαδικτυακη παραγγελία που εκανα με παραδοση στο ξενοδοχειο και η υπαλληλος με βοηθησε πολυ.

Τα δωματια θελουν ανακαινιση αν και τα κρεβατια ηταν ανετα και μαλακα.

The room was on the 7th floor, very hot, there was no air conditioning, the fans they gave did not do it justice. Need to look into this. Was unable to sleep. Plus there was only one lift to level 7, day of leaving the lift was not working.
