The room was too hot and air conditioning was too load and humidity is OMG! Besides all that, guys was turning lights at 2 am, someone opened all his luggage at 2 am for 30 min, got me out of sleep and couldn’t sleep after. First time and last!

Friendly environment, clean and attractive building and location. Staff, especially the Italian receptionist, make you feel welcome. Great value for money.

Los baños de las habitaciones son súper pequeños, y la limpieza es bastante deficiente. Además, se permite alojar a personas que no tienen condiciones mínimas higiénicas, para el resto de personas que comparten la habitación es bastante incómodo

I do solo travelling and went to many hostels. This hostel was not so good. The bed was very uncomfortable, small and I got a blanket sheet to put it on by myself….

Bom custo-benefício, ótimo atendimento e excelente localização (chegava facilmente de ônibus ou metrô e a estadia ficava dentro da área em que o metrô funciona 24 horas). Limpeza excelente também. Outro ponto positivo foi a privacidade do beliche, fiquei em um quarto com outras 11 camas, mas por ter boas cortinas permitia esse isolamento.

A estadia teve um bom custo benefício pelo valor per noite porém acredito que mesmo sendo os hostel os quartos não foram tão corfotáveis e as instalações de banheiros foram medianas (dificil achar tomadas para secador, espelhos, boxes/ chuveiros sem muito suporte/apoio para itens de higiene) e as instalações são mais antigas então fone de ouvido para dormir foi essencial.

Me gustó mucho la zona y lo bien cuidadas que están las instalaciones, es un gran lugar para poder estar un par de días. Es una ciudad particularmente cara, y por el precio esta espectacular. ¡Muy recomendado!

Podría haber sido mejor el tema del olor, en mi habitación estaba permanentemente el AC encendido, lo cual está muy bien, pero eso genera mucho olor a humedad si no hay una ventilación adecuada. ¡Recomendaría dispensadores de ambientación para combatir el olor!

Bathrooms weren’t very clean - blood on walls (stayed for 3 days and this wasn’t cleaned during my duration). Window in room was broken and didn’t shut - not too much of an issue but would be when colder. No lift and all rooms up or downstairs so not accessible, however staff helped me with my bags when I asked.

Very good central location tube station 2 minutes away , very nice outside buildings doesn’t look sketchy or intimidating felt safe at night , lots of shops near by, good value for money .

Private room for 4 with bathroom is perfect for group of friends , we were 4 19 year old girls worked well but is very small space and bathroom is tiny might not work for others , clean sheets but beds aren’t the most comfortable good for just a place to sleep .

El Hostel es Excelente. la atencion de los chicos es muy buena ..siempre estan para ayudarte. La ubicacion es inmejorable. Muy buena la limpieza - las piezas son muy comodas y el comedor esta siempre limpio es espacioso y agradable.

Liked that the room had aircon for summer, the location was brilliant and shout out to Rodrigo for being helpful.

Hated the kitchen. There is just one sink in there so there is always a line to wash dishes or refill your water bottle. 2 out of the 4 stove tops burners are broken so there is another line to use that and ended up having my milk turn into cheese cos the fridge ended up breaking. It was less of a hassle to eat out than to use that kitchen. Also some of the staff are either loud and screechy talking to each other on the front desk or as useful as a pen without ink. Like I was moving some boxes to be picked up and while no one could be bothered to at least hold the door open, they had no problem coming up to ask for my key card even though I wasn't checking out that day and it felt like they just couldn't wait to get rid of me. So while I liked the aircon, location and good wifi, I still wouldn't want to come back here

It was affordable and close to Hyde park. The beds have curtains. Booking is wanting me to write more to complete this review, but I don't have more to say. These are the things I liked about the hostel.

I hit my head on the bunk above me so so many times even when actively trying to avoid it! People in my room kept turning on the light in my room early in the morning and essentially anytime they wanted to. It was so rude. There was plenty of natural light so it was not needed. The bathrooms and dryers are right outside the room so you can hear them. I was trying to nap in the afternoon and one girl was singing in the room. The price and location were good, but I was glad to leave and won't return.

Ótimo custo-benefício para a região. Há poucos minutos do metrô e do Hyde Park. Quarto limpo, mas bem apertado. Banheiro minúsculo. Cama curta e não cabe uma pessoa alta com as pernas esticadas à noite.

Quarto muito pequeno. No dormitório de 6 camas são 2 beliches de 3 andares. Para mulheres, não recomendo pegar o quarto misto, pois o conforto não é o mesmo do que no quarto feminino.

One of the best hostels in london (and I’ve stayed in many). Air con in the room was amazing. Very spacious shared dorm and curtains for privacy. Shared kitchen and dining area is decent. Shared areas clean.

You had to walk through the shared bathroom area to get to the shared dorm which was an odd set up. Meant you carried puddles of water into the dorm. Often a line for the toilet.

Location is good, it's near two train stations and the area is quite peaceful even. There are also a lot of restaurants and shops around. The room's were kept clean.

There was no lift and I was told I need to take 4 flights of stairs, turned out it was six and staircases are narrow. Bunk bed is small. The smallest of all the bunk beds I had on my 4-week trip.

The room was too hot for 6 people and has only two fan that didn’t even get thought my bed + people were actually eating in the room and waking you up with your respecting the people in the bedroom

La ubicación del hostel es buena porque esta la estación de metro a doa cuadras. El agua salía con buena presión de la ducha y el grifo estaba en buenas condiciones.

La habitación no tenía buen olor. En la cama no te podes sentar porque la cabeza choca con el techo de la cama superior ( mido 1.65) En la nevera nunca pude guardar nada porque siempre estaba a tope y tampoco la note muy fría.

La cercanía al Hyde Park está muy bien.

La limpieza, los baños estaban terriblemente sucios. Las camas eran incómodas, la luz de mi cama estaba mala, solicité reparación y no hicieron nada al respecto. Además, hacían 35° de calor y el AC no funcionaba, tampoco había agua disponible en ningún espacio, ni espacios realmente seguros para guardar las cosas. Vale la pena pagar más por un Christopher's Inn.

I think I found my new favorite hostel in London!!!! The staff is really friendly, the location is perfect, near Paddington station/ Bayswater and Queensway. The rooms are clean, and it's so convenient to have the showers and toilets within them!! I highly recommend this hostel :)

Everything was PER-FECT :)

I particularly appreciated the excellent service and professionalism of the staff. Whenever I needed anything, they were always willing to help and made sure everything was taken care of efficiently. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, and the property was exceptionally clean and peaceful. I also really enjoyed the location, which is in a beautiful and convenient area.

Honestly, there was nothing I disliked about my stay. Everything was well organised, comfortable, and fully met my expectations.

in my opinion, it is barely possible to stay at such place, where you aren't getting even the basic needs required to feel comfortable, because the bunk beds are designed in a way that doesn't even let you move and you get your head hit all the time. i stayed at a female dormitory room, so it wasn't too loud, but i can imagine how bad it can be staying at a mixed or just male dormitory room.

The people are very kind, I recommend it.

The snoring sound the man made while sleeping was fine; it wasn't a problem.

Die Lage ist direkt am Hyde Park sehr gute Anbindung an alle Sehenswürdigkeiten. Rezeption war rund um die Uhr geöffnet. Preis/Leistungs Verhältnis echt top.

Das Bett war sehr klein. Man musste die Betten selbst beziehen und die Duschen waren leider sehr dreckig und leider auch total verschimmelt.

The location is perfect, it is next to the circle line underground and the street is full of supermarkets and restaurants.

Everything else in this hostel is so inconvenient. One of the worst hostels i have ever stayed in. The building is old and the stairs are narrow. You can tell they tried to fit as many rooms as possible in the small spaces. The kitchen is in the basement which means i had to climb down the stairs from the top room to the basement every time i needed something. The fridges are disorganised and barely have space. The toilet facilities are not enough, not spacious and half broken. No paper towels to dry your hands, or any type of towel for that matter. The showers are also not spacious and i had to shower kneeling down otherwise my stuff would get soaked hanging on the shower door. The room is incredibly hot and there is no ac, just a VERY noisy fan that doesn't even reach the top bed. The Ceiling light was also right across my face. The bed railing and the wall light were falling apart. The lockers were screeching so loudly. Part of the check out is taking your sheet and pillow to the laundry basket. They do the bare minimum in all aspects.

The smell of damp/ mildew of the showers in the corridor where they are located is very much present but not an issue in the room.

The location of the hotel is great, really easy to get to two different subway stations both bayswater and Queensway. Also, right next to Hyde park and Kensington palace etc. Only £5 for a locker to store luggage and I managed to fit two huge suitcases and two big backpacks, plus a rolled up tent! Lovely staff, really helpful To be fair, even lovely guests, helping us up and down the stairs

The beds were not even made when arrived. We had a stressful travel day due to train breakages and so arrived really late (not hotel's fault I know) but it just created more stress to not have the bed at least made. Perhaps it states I'm description and I missed it but only stairs and we had a whole family including a baby, so large suitcases and a buggy and we were right on the top floor, it was very taxing and tiring. Big, heavy doors also didn't help and they don't open all the way. Beds really uncomfortable and somehow didn't feel long enough (and I'm short) and no room to sit up at all unless you're hunched over. It was also really hot and even though fans were provided they didn't really help. Overall I wouldn't stay again even though location and baggage storage was great, I found it rather depressing but perhaps as a traveller it would suit you.

A typical budget hostel with all the usual pros and cons. The main advantages are the affordable price, great location, and a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your own meals. There are also plenty of supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and other places to eat within walking distance. Overall, a good option for budget accommodation in London, especially if price and location are your priorities.

The main downside is that it can get very hot inside, especially on the top bunk of the three-tier beds. Cleanliness could also be a little better, although with such a huge turnover of guests, it is probably almost impossible to keep everything perfectly clean.

I like the fact the staff were friendly, they are prompt in attending to every little complaints. I love the fact that they have resting and chilling area.

They could provide one more fridge in the kitchen. The hostel I stayed I think is the cheapest but I got the value of what I paid for, the bathroom and toilets belonging to that hostel serve like a public one because they had a sign on the door indicating bathroom and toilet so everyone from other floor branch and sometimes stayed longer thereby not making it accessible at all times.

Está bastante bien ubicado pues a una calle paralela hay un super y muchísimas cadenas de comida rápida y algunas tiendas de souvenirs. Además también se llega bastante bien en bus y metro. Está a 20min caminando del otro extremo de Hyde Park

El espacio para baños, aseos y duchas estaba... demasiado bien aprovechado, pero bueno, bien si se tenía cuidado en cuanto a salir mojado. Por otro lado, el primer día tuve que dormir en la litera superior cuando realmente me tocaba la inferior. Me explicaron que ellos asignaban las literas pero que eran las personas que no respetaban :(. Me dieron una solución ya para el día siguiente, pero parece que hubo algo de falta de comunicación entre compañeros de trabajo pues para el día siguiente me quisieron cobrar 4 libras por hacer lo que se me indicó que tenía que hacer el día anterior. Por suerte, al final quedó solo en un mal entendido, y todo se solucionó sin problemas y sin pagos extras.

Para pasar unas pocas noches está bien, el personal es muy amable, la ubicación es buena y la zona es bastante tranquila. Recomiendo coger una habitación con la menos gente posible, ya que no es mucho mas caro y estás mejor.

La cama es pequeña, si mides 1,80m o mas complicado. La almohada es incomoda.

Lo que más nos gustó fue la ubicación. Hay dos bocas de metro y varias paradas de autobus cerca.

En general toda la estancia. La habitación no estaba bien limpiada cuando llegamos. Las paredes son de papel y varias tenían grietas. Reservamos una habitación para dos personas, pero parece que la estancia estaba hecha para una sola persona. Lo peor la potencia del agua y la ducha que tan pronto sale caliente, fria o directamente no sale.

the AC broke down or something, which caused a very loud noise. the first night I couldn't sleep and was thus forced to buy ear wax, which didn't help either the next night. eventually, despite being in a room of 6, I turned the AC off, which apparently didn't make a single difference to the heat of the room. I hope they'll be more aware about this in the future.

Location is super strategic. We just walked to reach Notting Hill. Bus stops are nearby. Conveniently, Bayswater, Queensway and Paddington Station are within walking distance. We stayed in 6 beds private room. We are family of 5. It was really good value for money and fit for purpose, to sleep comfortably at night and recharge energy for city tour the next day. Each bed was equipped with charging station and personal lighting. The room size is reasonable, provided with 6 lockers inside which each ones fit for medium luggage. Bathroom was compact and well function. The building was very clean. Staffs were very welcoming and helpful.

Gostei muito da localização do lugar, perfeita! Pude ir a pé para vários pontos turísticos. A limpeza acontecia diariamente e os quartos eram silenciosos em horários adequados. O custo benefício também foi ótimo!

Location, friendly staff, clean and our room had aircon. They got a higher score from us because staff were very good. Despite some issues I would return.

Had to pay extra for a few things which wasn’t clear. We booked a private dorm but towels were not included and had to pay extra, keeping luggage for a few hours after check out cost extra. It is hard to get luggage up the stairs as it’s very hot inside and no aircon or fans in the stairwell. Our aircon stopped working and we informed staff at about 3am and they said they would send someone up but they never came and we had to ask again at 7am. They then fixed it straight away. Bathroom is very small.

The location is very good -- it is only a couple minutes' walk from Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens, and maybe 15 - 20 minutes walk from Paddington Station.

There was no lift up to the room on the fourth floor at the top of the building that we were allocated, so my family with young children had to climb up steep, narrow staircases, while humping up heavy suitcases. The beds were narrow, the mattresses were dreadfully uncomfortable, the sheets and duvets were made of synthetic non-breathable materials, which only exacerbated the unbearable heat of the room. The end result was that 4 out of 6 of us had an awful night's sleep, waking up repeatedly, exhausted at the breaking of morning and tired throughout the day.
