nice spacious room, good location

Lobby area looked nice but there was not air condition and people were smoking inside behind reception so air was sometimes quite nasty.

Very basic hotel - Doors were damaged and aircon didn’t really work. There was a lot of cockroaches.

Khách sạn mới sửa lại nên trông sạch sẽ, có thang máy, có bồn tắm, phòng gđ rộng lắm! Nhân viên hỗ trợ nhiệt tình, chị chủ dễ thương hiếu khách. Vị trí thuận tiện, đi bộ vào trung tâm cũng ko quá xa. Giá cả hợp lý, phù hợp cho gđ hay đoàn nào đi đông muốn tiết kiệm chi phí mà vị trí vẫn quanh khu phố cổ!

It was a good hotel to stay for one night. The reception is very nice and staff is polite. What dragged the rating down for me was that there weren’t any windows in the room and the door handle was broken so it wasn’t possible to close the door to the toilet. It was also a bit further outside the centre than we thought, so we booked a hotel closer to the centre. But all in all a good hotel, I could have stayed there again.

Convenient area, good location, very reasonable and kind staff. But the room is rather unclean. Especially bathrooms. Mould and stains everywhere even in the bathtub.

Very safe area. Left our stuff there for 2 days unattended and came back to a clean room with our stuff untouched. The staff was also INCREDIBLY friendly. 10/10 experience.

Lovely place to stay was welcomed in early 10 am instead of waiting around il 2 pm. 10/10 for that! Close to everything. Rooms lovely and comfy good wi fi. Shower stuff provided. Overall very good experience and great hotel would highly recommend

A great hotel although having coffee available in the room since the have a kettle would make the stay a true 5 star. Who needs cup of noodles with no microwave. I am not sure why they give noodles but no coffee. The location and hotel were nice overall.

Es ist alles so wie auf den Bildern - sauber, aber ein wenig heruntergerockt. Für die 23€ würde würde ich dieses große Zimmer mit Sofa, AC, Fan, TV, Kühlschrank, Badewanne, Balkönchen mit Tisch und Stuhl zur Straße hin aber wieder buchen. Hab meine Tage dort gerne verbracht.

価格や清掃、スタッフなど全体的には良いホテルだと思います 旧市街からは歩いて15-20分で周りにもコンビニや飲食店は多いです ロンビエンバスターミナルも徒歩10分程度 唯一残念な事はwifiが繋がらなかった事です

The door to my room looked like it had taken a kicking at some point in its life and should be replaced. As there are big cracks on both sides of the door.

Nice stay in the center location, nearby many tourist locations such as Hanoi Citedal, night market, West lake and Old Quarter. Many street food around. hotel gave free mini bar at room for guests

Very good location that is near night market, walking street, old quarter and Hanoi Citadels and West Lake. There are many street food and restaurants nearby. Friendly staff. FREE MINI BAR AT ROOM that was excellent services. I can eat instant noodles and drinks coke at night for free. They also have Netflix on TV.

Flooring was damaged and in need of replacement

Friendly and smiling staff, also offer laundry service in house. We were upgraded to the room with a balcony which was lovely! Due to the location, it was actually quite quiet at night so we slept well!

Bathroom needed a deep clean and fix as there was a tile missing in the ceiling and so marks on the side but nothing that bothered us! It’s a little further out from town but still walkable.

The Room we got, was not the room on the picture.

The accommodation itself was good, the staff were friendly, and the room was fine.

However, under no circumstances should you use their laundry service! I handed over several pure white, very expensive clothes for their laundry service to wash. They washed my favorite white clothes together with my black ones, ruining them, and I can't get the gray color out of them; they've turned a dirty gray color. I asked them to compensate me in any way, but they did not. Do not use the laundry service; they will ruin your clothes. There are several options in the city where they will come to pick up your clothes and bring them back as well.

My room smelled like cold cigarette smoke. It's pretty old and a bit dirty. the price value rate is not at all what I expected

Kind personal, big room. Convenient location near the city center. Room service provides two bottles of water every day. The room with a balcony.

Personal didn't speak English. The kettle in my room didn't work. Wi-Fi was auwful, I used my cellphone connection instead. There's a bathtub in the room, but you can't use it because the tap is absent, only shower.

Great location, close to Airport and old quater. Helpful friendly staff. Room was big enough for solo travel. Air conditional was very powerful and cool. Overall it was good choice.

I asked information about foot massage nearby, but one of the staff recommend me with the expensive and unappropriated one. I had trouble negotiate the price with that massage place.

The lobby has a very unpleasant smell and is run down.

It's in the area of where we want to be at. Nice and friendly staffs. The place could be cleaner, also the room for 6 we booked don't match the pictures. We got 2 room with bypass door.

The front desk staff were very helpful and could speak English well. He helped us with booking tour for Ha Long Bay - luxurious and cheap. Also helped with locating various shops etc. The rooms were nice and clean! The hotel is very central and near to old quarter.

Great location, close to the old town but away from the noise of the city centre. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They provided us with details advice and were happy to store our luggage until the evening without a charge.

The room was not very clean when we arrived. We had to ask for the blanket to be replaced. Basic room, could be renovated. Okay for a short stay.

On arrival tried to sell us upgraded rooms at 10 and 20 dollars extra a night One room didn't have aircon the occupants should have moved to a new room or upgraded. On checkout tried to charge for water we didn't have then knocked it off the bill but added a charge for the credit card. Then accused us drinking a soft drink and wanted to charge it on the credit card. They also forgot to give towels to us one day. I would not recommend it and when I come to Hanoi again I definitely would not stay there.

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean, quiet, close to the old town. The room is furnished with everything you might need.

The room has no windows so the air gets stale after a while. Some of the bathroom objects were broken. Paid a little too much for this kind of room.

The two owners of the hotel were so generous and kind!! They were welcoming and a lovely presence around the hotel. Every morning they were so friendly!! And I will 10000% stay here again when I come back to Hanoi. Great hot water, great wifi, great people!

the owner and his wife are so nice we got to leave our bags there when we went on the ha giang loop and when we landed it was a late flight and they offered us food to see if we had ate anything that day so nice
