Le pulizie lasciavano a desiderare. Mobili trasandati, pensili della cucina senza ante (smontate, rotte) Doccia non perfetta l'acqua andava contro la finestra La finestra del bagno non si chiudeva perchè gonfia dall'acqua che gli andava contro e non permetteva di lavarti. Asciugacapelli pessimo. I mobili del bagno vecchi. Un rotolo di carta igienica in più non c'è stato, ne ho dovuto comprare un pacco per un solo rotolo che mi serviva. Tende del soggiorno puzzavano, sporche. Tv senza pile. Pittura dei soffitti sfogliante. Meriterebbe una bella tinteggiatura il tutto è un pò sporco. Stoviglie al minimo e sporche. Ho comprato piatti e bicchieri di plastica, il pentolame l'ho dovuto lavare perchè unto. La reception assente per gran parte del giorno. Peccato perchè la posizione è ottima e comoda per tutto, la zona e' silenziosa, ma per pulizie, mobilia e pareti non è il massimo. Peccato che non ho fatto foto, le avrei pubblicate

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Abbiamo soggiornato qui per 11 giorni, io e il mio fidanzato, e ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. La struttura è semplice da raggiungere e anche trovare parcheggio nelle vicinanze è stato molto facile, spesso anche proprio davanti. La posizione secondo noi è uno dei punti di forza: Puerto del Carmen è un'ottima base per spostarsi e raggiungere facilmente le diverse zone dell'isola durante le escursioni e le visite, ma allo stesso tempo la struttura si trova in una posizione tranquilla, dalla quale si può arrivare in pochi minuti a piedi sull'Avenida. La sera è quindi comodissimo uscire per andare a mangiare, prendere un gelato o semplicemente fare una passeggiata. La reception ha un orario limitato, ma il personale è stato sempre molto gentile e disponibile e l'organizzazione permette di gestire in autonomia anche il ritiro e la riconsegna delle chiavi, seguendo semplicemente le indicazioni fornite. La camera aveva tutto il necessario per un soggiorno di 10 giorni e la struttura è nel complesso tranquilla. Abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente la piscina, molto carina, pulita e ben tenuta, che abbiamo utilizzato spesso durante il soggiorno. Nel complesso è stata un'esperienza davvero piacevole e ci siamo sentiti molto bene. Consiglierei sicuramente questa struttura e ci tornerei volentieri!
Se proprio devo trovare qualche piccolo aspetto migliorabile, la difficoltà principale che abbiamo riscontrato è stata al check-in per la verifica dei documenti. Essendo la reception operativa con un orario limitato, abbiamo dovuto organizzarci con le escursioni e modificare un po' i nostri programmi per riuscire a tornare in struttura negli orari disponibili. Un altro aspetto che ci è risultato un po' poco chiaro è stata la gestione delle pulizie e dei cambi di biancheria. Non abbiamo ben compreso la frequenza effettiva del cambio di lenzuola e asciugamani rispetto a quanto comunicato inizialmente: durante gli 11 giorni di soggiorno, il cambio delle lenzuola ci è stato proposto soltanto il pomeriggio prima della partenza, mentre ci era stato indicato un intervallo di circa 7 giorni. Gli asciugamani, invece, sono stati cambiati con maggiore frequenza. Sono comunque aspetti abbastanza marginali rispetto all'esperienza complessiva, che è stata molto positiva.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026It was absolutely perfect!! And the staff couldn’t have been more helpful!! Nothing was too much trouble at all!! It was out of the way of the strip enough so that it was quiet in the evenings, but not too far that you couldn’t walk down to the beach or the front!! Everything was extremely accessible!! People mentioned the outdated furniture!! Who cares? I’m not there to spend every minute inside… it had everything I needed including a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, lounge and a terrace!! Pool was nice and clean with outdoor showers too!! And when they couldn’t accommodate a late checkout, they were more than happy for us to use the facilities for the day until our taxis was there to take us to the airport!!
The only thing was, I booked for two adults and we specified we wanted separate beds, but we had one double… so I slept on the sofa all week… it wasn’t the end of the world and it didn’t ruin my holiday!!

Faltaba aire acondicionado, alguna rampa para subir con el carro de bebé y a la piscina le faltó que fuera menos profunda para bañarse con niños

The maid service was none existent we was there 5 nts and our apartment was not cleaned once , also our towels not changed once in five days Poor area small but quite, the pool is deep as no sallow side so my wife did not go in as shes not a good swimmer no good for kids unless there decent swimmers

The stairs going up, were steep and narrow. It was difficult for me to carry my suitcase up

Not a con exactly but the shallowest part of the pool was 1.8m and the deepest was 2.3m since I am 5’2 or 158cm and like to bop about this wasn’t ideal I got two pool noodles and that helped but it was a bit disappointing

Reviewed May 14, 2026Fabulous location for all the bats and restaurants . Lovely and quiet and peaceful. Staff were lovely . Clean towels and mopped etc every other day, bins emptied, toilet rolls topped up etc . Cleaning Lady was lovely and brought us an umbrella for our outside table and chairs. Great to have security gate on the little complex and a safe in the bedroom for a small charge. Two small bottles of shampoo and shower gel, Small washing up liquid, pan scrubber, tea towel is provided . Little touches like that were lovely. We’d definitely go back again.

Reviewed May 5, 2026I liked the location and the apartment was small but cute the bathroom was lovely and I did like the bathroom lighting lol, it was such a close walk to the strip and to shops it was lovely, the view of the pool from our apartment was lovely too overall it was good but just not worth the money we payed.
it was fine. The apartment was clean except for utensils, some where still abit dirty but other than that cleanliness was okay, I did not like how stiff the beds where, meaning the mattress was so hard and for the price we payed it just want it! Also the cat was cute but for people who are allergic or don’t like cats it should be noted!! As the car likes to hang around and even sneak into apartments!! Luckily I didn’t mind too much. Also the pool was not clean. I was looking forward to being in the pool throughout my holiday but when I looked into it there was multiple dead bugs, balls of hair and feathers I understand the pool was being cleaned in the mornings but it was a real put off. Also the shower only ran hot for 10 minutes then would go cold

There was a moldy/rusty smell in apt. The drawers in bedroom were very shaky and thought they would fall apart, no shower gel holder in shower area. Bathroom tiles very slippy when floor was wet. No air conditioning in apt - was provided with a fan .

El apartamento está bien, es algo antiguo, pero no es algo a lo que yo le doy importancia ya que estaba limpio y tenía todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. La cama cómoda y las instalaciones muy bien cuidadas. El personal fué muy amable. La ubicación genial, tranquilo y con facilidad para aparcar. Lo recomiendo😊

They did say they are closing to do a full refurbishment, but we still expected the place to be somewhat comfortable and clean. The bed i think was the most uncomfortable i have slept in. Cupboard doors missing, the toilet was broken it moved when you sat on it. I put up with a lot but i just can't cope with dirty. I would certainly never stay here again unless there was a complete change. I don't like leaving bad reveiws but i read all the reviews when i am booking somewhere and i want to be honest.

Reviewed Apr 7, 2026La ubicación y la tranquilidad de la zona, tener dos Spar y un supermercado con productos de la tierra a menos de 200 metros, también algún restaurante cerca del lugar
El apartamento número 3: Las camas en general, pero la supletoria para mi hijo es una falta de tacto humano, dos colchones finos sobre un somier de varillas, colchones q al estar separados en cuanto se movía un poco se desestabiliza y se golpeaba contra los hierros laterales, se salía el agua por la parte trasera del lavabo y por la parte baja del váter cuando te bañabas (se nota por la humedad que había en el azulejo que no era algo puntual), las ventanas del baño y habitación excesivamente sucias, al igual que el armario, el mueble bajo el espejo con olor a humedad de estar mucho tiempo cerrado, el mobiliario de la cocina, si se le puede llamar así, anticuado y roto, todo el menaje estaba pegajoso y tuvimos que lavarlos con mucho ímpetu antes de utilizarlo xq al no tener puertas estaban al aire libre, hormigas en la cocina, la terraza sin limpiar con grietas y telas de araña, no tenía pérgola y no disponían más que sea de una sombrilla, la piscina muy bien ubicada y con buen tamaño pero era jueves y ya estaba llena de aceite y hojas en una esquina donde va a parar todo con el viento, una pena que por no invertir un poco, ya que con solo 10 alquileres de 4 días, obtendría un beneficio superior a 4000 euros y tener mejor condicionado el apartamento por que tiene mucho margen de mejora y sacarle un precio mayor pero con mejores condiciones y servicios

Reviewed Apr 6, 2026El complejo es acogedor y tranquilo. Cerca de la playa, comercios y restaurantes. Se aparca relativamente fácil por los alrededores. El área de piscina está muy bien y en el apartamento tienes lo necesario para cocinar.
El interior del apartamento necesita una actualización. Se agradecerían unas almohadas mullidas.

The apartment we stayed in (17) was very old and very shabby. The equipment was very lacking. All cutlery was old and miss matched. The same for the tableware it was also a random collection of cheap mismatched cups and plates. The kitchen was a shambles but it did have a new kettle and toaster. The whole apartment looked as if nothing was invested in it since it was built. The beds were uncomfortable with shabby(but clean) bed clothes. The lighting in both the bathroom and the bedroom was impossle to work in. The personnel light over the bed only worked on one side. The bathroom was ready to be pulled out it was so dated. Overall I would not recommend these apartments to anyone.

Property is very dated including the furniture, nowhere to plug in the microwave as only one socket working in the kitchen. The apartment I stayed in had very poor internet connection so accompanied with very limited English channels I couldn’t stream anything

Reviewed Mar 18, 2026Location was fab & the layout & size of the apartment ( no. 6 ) was really nice. We had two private balconies with beautiful views. Great kitchen with kettle, microwave & fridge freezer. The man on Reception was extremely pleasant & helpful.
There were no usable plug sockets in the bedroom ( that we could find anyway! ) Reception is only open a few hours a day & we nearly missed them when we arrived - but to be fair the instructions to get in etc were there on the Booking. com App - I just hadn't thought to look.
