La nourriture à l’hotel. Le petit déjeuner n’etait pas diversifié. La chambre familiale avec un lit pliable pour la 4e personne. Se faire reveillé par la reception à 7h45 par erreur. La wifi est nulle.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026I really liked everything, from start to finish. The staff at reception were very welcoming. We arrived during the night at around 3 a.m., with 2 adults and 3 children. The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. He helped us with all of our luggage and gave us excellent information and advice. The day staff were also very friendly and helpful. Overall, we had a great experience and really enjoyed our stay. Thank you to the whole team!

We stay there 7 days .. we went to beach and we paid for 600 lira for 2 benches .. some of the guest got free bench ticket from Sarp hotel but for us nothing they provided .

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026We stayed as a family for 10 days at this hotel. The purpose of the trip was to relax, go to the Legendary park for children, and also get a good night's sleep. Among the pluses: very pleasant staff, on which the quality of the stay at the hotel depends. Daily cleaning, if necessary, change of bed linen and change of towels. The rooms were clean. The beach area is a bit far away (about 3 km), but the hotel provides a free shuttle from the hotel to the beach, and from the beach to the hotel at least 6 times a day, so it is very convenient. Although we often walked, since we needed to walk a lot. Regarding the hotel. We booked a room with breakfast, not all inclusive, but we were still given the opportunity to use sunbeds and umbrellas and towels on the beach for free (special coupons are given at the reception), which is a big plus, since it costs money. As for the town itself, there is everything you need, shops, souvenir shops, sweets, everyone will find something to their taste and wallet. We visited several restaurants, unfortunately the menu is a bit monotonous (I wanted fish, but not for the price offered in restaurants, if it's a family, it turns out expensive), although near the sea, fish products should be more affordable in my opinion. As for the amusement park, we had a lot of fun, we even managed to ride the roller coaster twice. Tickets can be bought online, but then you still have to stand in line for a bracelet. You can pay by card and cash. Food can also be ordered on the territory of the park. There were queues, but we were lucky, we didn't wait long, a maximum of 35 minutes, but it was worth it. A very interesting, entertaining place. Recommended. We also parachuted, the three of us rode for 210 euros. Lots of impressions from the landscapes. So, the overall impression is good, I was satisfied with the vacation. Thank you to the Sarp Hotel for the hospitality and kindness.

От аэропорта полчаса езды, персонал доброжелательный, еда была вкусная, подошла и для взрослых, и для детей. На море не ездили, отдыхали у бассейна. За такую цену all inclusive, считаю, отлично.
В мелком бассейне на дне были какие-то мелкие камни или песок, но моим детям это не помешало весело плескаться в 40-градусную жару.

Lots of shops next to the property. Staff is Amazing they helped me so much especially Madam Beyza She was so helpful they gave me another room for free for few hours as my flight was later in the evening 😊 All positive things about this property 😊 Amazed me so much. Couldn't ask for anything better. Thank you so much for a lovely stay would definitely book again.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026The property was very nice and clean overall! We stayed in the hotel for two weeks and it felt like we were staying at home! We enjoyed the rides in the pool, it was fantastic and so much fun. The hotel is not so big so you get to know everyone who is staying there! My son made friends from there whom he is still in touch with! The staff work exceptionally hard and deserve an award for their hard work! They make you feel comfortable and on our last day, we left the hotel just before dinner and they went out of their way to make us sandwiches to take to the airport with us and they helped us put our luggage in the taxi. It felt like we were saying goodbye to family members! A BIG shout to the manager, Nurul and the rest of the team; Hamza, Engin, Hayar and Sedat….there were a couple more that we don’t know the name but they were all outstanding!!!!

And there was breakfast at 5:30 for the Ironman participates. This was great 😀 The room was nice and clean with everything that can be needed. The staff was very nice and understanding! Thank you!
