This hotel is not a 5 star amd far from it , a early 4 star id say. Its clean tidy but not a 5 no way Hotel -clean tidy Food and drink - not good, preimum drinks either not availible or they dont like giving out ,they pull there face when ask, food poor same food basicly each day amd night even though they say theme nights. Snack not availible much other tha cake cafe , this was realy good Service - standerd, and waiting staff asking for tips is not good, everything us go get yourself amd table or pool serivce very poor Nurse or doctor- chargeable , we needed them after getting D&V most likly from the cheif trying serve uncooked eggs. Day time team activity , dress like they are guests and no interaction. Hotel is not for english defo not other guests so so rude it was shocking. All in all its not a 5 star no way uf you want 5 go to a akra hotel you will see the differance.

This was our third stay at Trendy Verbena Beach. We have visited Turkey several times and stayed at other hotels as well, but we keep coming back here because we really appreciate its size, location and overall quality. One of the biggest advantages for us is the beautiful sandy beach with a gentle entrance into the sea, which is perfect for families with children. We also like the fact that this is not a huge resort with thousands of guests and endless distances to walk. Everything is relatively close – the rooms, pools, restaurants and beach – so you don’t spend half of your holiday walking around the resort. One of the main reasons we return is definitely the food. There is a great variety, the food is tasty and of good quality, and we also appreciate the selection of drinks. During all our stays here, we have never experienced any stomach problems, which is very important to us when travelling with children. We also really enjoyed the French à la carte restaurant, which we would definitely recommend. However, there are a few things that could be improved. What I miss the most is good coffee being available early in the morning. For a proper coffee, you have to wait until the café opens at 10:00 a.m., which is quite late for anyone who enjoys their morning coffee. I also find the à la carte reservation system rather inconvenient. Reservations can only be made between 11:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m., which is quite restrictive, especially when you are spending your morning at the beach. Sunbeds around the pool were another issue during our stay. If we wanted to get a place by the pool, we had to reserve sunbeds at around 8:30 a.m. Otherwise, it was very difficult to find any available later. I was also slightly disappointed with the drinks selection compared with our previous stay. Cocktails are not available at the beach bar, and the overall cocktail menu has been reduced compared with last year. On the positive side, the staff were very accommodating – whenever I asked for something specific or a little different, someone was usually happy to prepare it for me. Overall, we still rate Trendy Verbena Beach very positively. There are a few details that could be improved, but the combination of a beautiful beach, the hotel’s more compact size, good-quality food and drinks, and its convenience for families with children is why we have chosen to stay here three times. And perhaps that is the best recommendation we can give – when there are hundreds of resorts to choose from in Turkey and you still decide to return to the same one.

We have had a wonderful stay at Trendy Verbena Beach, and one of the hotel’s greatest strengths is undoubtedly its people. Even before our arrival, the hotel was extremely responsive to our questions and requests. The replies were quick, comprehensive and genuinely helpful. When we arrived, it was clear that our previous messages had actually been read and taken into consideration, which made us feel welcomed from the very beginning. Check-in was friendly, smooth and well organised. Our room was spacious, comfortable and thoughtfully designed, with a layout that worked very well for our family. It provided a pleasant and relaxing space to return to at the end of each day. A very special thank-you must go to Berrin Sönmez, the Guest Relations Manager. Berrin was incredibly kind to us and was always available and genuinely ready to help. Her warm, professional and caring approach made us feel that we were not simply room numbers, but guests whose experience truly mattered. The hotel also offers a very useful WhatsApp guest-relations service, making it easy to ask questions or request assistance during the stay. The beach is beautiful, clean and very well organised, with plenty of sun loungers and parasols available. We particularly want to recognise Yusuf, who works throughout the day cleaning, arranging and moving the beach loungers. He works continuously in extremely hot weather and helps keep the entire beach area clean, orderly and comfortable for everyone. His hard work deserves to be acknowledged. Although we did not personally use the swimming pools, we noticed that they were kept very clean. There were several comfortable areas with plenty of loungers, and the guests using them appeared relaxed and happy. The food has also been a very positive part of our experience. The main buffet restaurant offers a good range of choices, and the team is very accommodating. We also noticed plenty of suitable options for children and families.

We would also like to give a special mention to Hasan. We met him working in the à la carte restaurants as well as assisting with other hotel functions. His versatility, friendliness and consistently welcoming manner were very noticeable. However, this praise really extends to the entire team: wherever we went, the staff were lovely and helped create a relaxed and happy atmosphere. One more special mention must go to the lovely “Trendy Cat” 🐈 near the hotel’s beach entrance. It was heartwarming to see that the cat has a well-maintained little house, together with plenty of food and fresh water. This thoughtful detail says something very positive about the kindness and character of the hotel. What impressed us most was the consistency of the hospitality—from the communication before arrival and the smooth check-in to the restaurants, guest relations and beach service. There are many people working behind the scenes and in the heat to make guests’ holidays enjoyable, and their efforts are clearly reflected throughout the hotel. Thank you to Berrin, Hasan, Yusuf and the whole team at Trendy Verbena Beach for making our family holiday so enjoyable and memorable. We would be very happy to recommend this hotel.

Our room was cleaned thoroughly by Meral (I don't remember the maid's name), who cleaned our room thoroughly every day, and towels were also changed daily. The food at the hotel was good, but there weren't enough sunbeds on the hotel grounds. There were more sunbeds on our private beach, but there were plenty of them. Beach activities, such as a kite flight with a motorboat over the beach, are expensive at 110 euros for two people. The entire facility is clean and the staff in the dining room cleans quickly, and the waiters in the bars are super nice and understand English.

Отдыхали две недели в августе. Отличный семейный отель на первой линии. Все компактно, но удобно. Постоянно работают кафе на пляже или у бассейна, 5 ресторанов а ля карта, мы посетили два. Русских очень мало, в основном немцы, румыны, поляки. Детская дискотека 6 дней в неделю, ежедневно развлекательные программы! Еда отличная. Разнообразная, на любой вкус и предпочтение. Есть детское меню. Персонал дружелюбный и готов решить любое неудобство не медленно. До центра Сиде с базаром и моллами 10 мин пешком. Особо хочется порекомендовать ювелирную лавку, ассортимент ювелирных изделий из серебра и золота великолепен, продавец чрезвычайно обходителен, и если вы хотите почистить ваши ювелирные изделия, это совершенно бесплатно! А выглядят они после чистки как новые! Хочется вернуться снова! Уезжать было грустно…

I had the pleasure of staying at Trendy Verbena Beach, and my experience was truly a 10/10. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, attentive, and always smiling. I would especially like to highlight how considerate and helpful the hotel was regarding food allergies. They took our needs seriously and went above and beyond to accommodate us. A special thank you to the head chef, who kindly prepared a separate dessert for my mother, who has a nut allergy. This was such a thoughtful gesture, and we truly appreciated it. The hotel has a wonderful location, with the beach just a short distance away, and the surrounding areas were beautiful and well-maintained. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable. The food was also excellent, with a great variety of options. The different activities and entertainment provided by the hotel made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a fantastic experience at Trendy Verbena Beach. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful holiday with excellent service, beautiful surroundings, delicious food, and a strong focus on guest satisfaction. Eigenlijk was er niks dat ons niet beviel. Wel een klein minpuntje voor mijn man en dochter: de fitness was te klein, te weinig toestellen.

Trendy Verbena beach has been an absolute delight. The first thing you notice is the cleanliness and care that everyone takes seriously. The rooms, restaurants, bars, pools and public areas are always kept spotless! The staff at the hotel from check-in, guest relations, waiters/ waitresses, servers, cleaners etc are ever so friendly. Everyone is keen to chat and advise. The staff are what really sets this hotel apart and offers a sense of trust. They work extremely hard and always try to remember your favourite drinks. The personal touch goes such a long way and we were not disappointed. So much so, that we met a wonderful young man called Aydin who was currently in training in the restaurant (sweeping/ cleaning). He greeted us with a smile each time and even spoke about football! There is a language barrier but everyone speaks English or will go to lengths to ensure you are happy with the service. We wish Aydin the very best of luck in all he does, he was a real asset to the hotel and took pride in his work. My husband and I celebrated our anniversary during our stay and the hotel gave us a lovely bottle of wine and fruit platter, again such a lovely gesture! The facilities are perfect. We had a massage in the hotels spa which was amazing! There is food, drinks and snacks available at all times. There is a wide variety of food to cater for all tastes however my only point would be that there was not much for vegetarian guests at dinner time. I don’t eat meat or fish so it was quite restricted to rice and vegetables which can feel repetitive when eating this daily! I fed this back to guest relations who was keen to look into this and see what can be added to the food choices. The rooms are lovely with great facilities. We stayed in room 4108 and the location and view from the balcony were brilliant. The separate shower and toilet work very well and the sink area as you enter offers a great additional space. The light up mirror was very handy too. The decor in the room was lovely and modern, the large bed was super comfortable too. We spent a lot of time by to pool. We never had a problem getting a sun lounger and lifeguards were on duty all the time to ensure everyone’s safety. There were also trainee staff around the pool area who took pride in serving drinks and offering cold towels to help cool off from the heat. The evening entertainment had a good mix of shows and music and then onto the bar afterwards. The beach party was great fun too and was impressively set up. The animation team try hard to get everyone involved and dancing! We have been to Turkey many times and this hotel has certainly left a wonderful, lasting impression. This time round was a break just for me and my husband to celebrate our anniversary but - we are booking again for next year and bringing our teenage children and parents…there is something here for all ages! Upon check-out we chatted to Berrin (guest relations manager). Berrin was keen to hear our views about our stay and offered her assistance to support our trip next year. Again, a lovely personal touch to have a key contact at the hotel. Berrin’s interest in our views was motivated by her passion to get it right for all guests! Thank you to the team at Trendy Verbena Beach for the hospitality and memories. This hotel is an absolute gem within Side and deserves every recognition possible to celebrate the hotel and the hard working, dedicated team.

What a fantastic week. This was a very last minute decision, but we absolutely made the right one. My wife and I came for a few days away for our 20th anniversary - and Trendy Verbena Beach did not disappoint. The staff are super friendly, the food was great and the hotel facilities were excellent. We lounged around the pool (just reserve a bed by about 7:30am). We had a massage. We shopped at the local mall (only about a 10 min walk - but go in the evening). We also visited the Old Town (about €15 one way). The hotel also offered a complimentary meal in one of their a-la-carte restaurants. We stayed in Rm 4108 and the location was perfect - not far to walk to the pool, hotel or the gym! Evening entertainment was great as were the activities during the day. But the staff are the real difference. So friendly, polite and helpful. I would come here again in a heart beat. In fact, next year I think we’ll bring the kids ….. maybe!

Thank you Trendy Verbena Beach for our great holiday. Food was good. Cleannes of the hotel was great. Guest relations and reception were great. Darya from Guest Relations was very helpful, and reception helped to choose better room. Our small girl liked milkshakes and ice-cream. For the kids there were a lot of activities, but there were not so many kids who speak Russian, so our Alica was a bit bored, but she enjoyed just like us. We will come definitely back!

When we arrived at the hotel, the welcome was far better than in previous years. We were very pleased with the warm reception from Ms. Özgü and the fact that the reception team made our room available quickly and earlier than expected. Throughout our holiday, Guest Relations Manager Berrin Sönmez paid us a great deal of personal attention and ensured we had the most comfortable stay possible. We would also like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank Ms. Sultan Şener, who cleaned our room; the housekeeping was truly perfect. The food was delicious and offered a wide variety. We highly recommend this hotel—it is a fantastic place.

This was our eighth stay at Trendy Verbena Beach, and once again we are delighted to leave another positive review. For many years now, we have started our summer holidays here before moving on to the more active part of our trip elsewhere. We simply couldn't imagine a better place to relax, recharge, and begin our vacation. At Trendy Verbena Beach, a truly restful holiday is guaranteed. The first thing that strikes you as soon as you walk into the hotel is the incredible level of cleanliness. You won't find a single speck of dust anywhere, whether in your room or in the communal areas. The housekeeping team does an outstanding job, and the immaculate standards are maintained throughout the property every single day. Another aspect that makes this hotel so special is its exceptional staff. Everyone, from the housekeeping team to the waiters, bartenders, and restaurant staff, is genuinely friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. The level of service is remarkable - everything is efficient, and you never have to wait for anything. The staff consistently go above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable and appreciated. The food has always been one of the hotel's strongest points, but what impresses us even more is that the management never stops looking for ways to improve. Despite already offering excellent cuisine, we noticed several positive changes compared to previous years. The beautifully renovated patisserie is a fantastic addition, serving delicious coffee along with a wonderful selection of pastries, including excellent viennoiseries. We were also pleased to see a significant improvement in the food and snack selection at both the Beach Bar and the Pool Bar. We would especially like to thank Maryem and the entire Blue Bar team for their outstanding service, fantastic cocktails, and the warm, friendly atmosphere they create every day. Spending our evenings there has become one of our favourite holiday traditions. 🥰 A special mention also goes to Semra, who works tirelessly to keep the Beach Bar area spotlessly clean. From July 6th to July 19th, 2026, we had the pleasure of returning once again to our beloved Trendy Verbena Beach. After so many wonderful stays over the years, this hotel has become so much more than just a holiday destination. Every return feels special, and every goodbye becomes a little harder. Each year we ask ourselves whether our holiday could possibly be even better than the last one. And somehow, every single year, this incredible team proves that it can. Our holiday actually began long before we arrived. It all started with one simple request – our favourite room 1201. Once again, the wonderful Berrin Sonmez made our wish come true. She didn’t just arrange our favourite room; she made us feel special before our holiday had even begun. Thank you, Berrin, for always taking such wonderful care of your guests. When we arrived at the hotel at around 11:00 a.m., another lovely surprise was waiting for us. The amazing reception team welcomed us with genuine smiles, checked us in immediately, and our room was already waiting for us. After a long journey, this meant more than words can express. A huge thank you also goes to the luggage porter and every single member of the reception team. You are all incredibly kind, welcoming, professional, and always smiling. You don’t simply check guests into a hotel—you make them feel like they are coming home. And that is exactly what makes Trendy Verbena Beach so special. A heartfelt thank you goes to our wonderful housekeeper Guendam, who took such incredible care of room 1201. Every single day our room was spotless, beautifully prepared, and cared for with so much attention to detail. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable. The kitchen was once again outstanding, but one person deserves a very special mention—Chef Seyfi. Simply… The best. Every dish he prepared reflected passion, talent, and genuine love for his profession. Seeing him again was one of the highlights of our holiday. We would also like to congratulate the new Executive Chefs. Taking over such a respected kitchen is never easy, but they have done an outstanding job. They have maintained the exceptional quality of the food while bringing fresh ideas and energy. They truly deserve great recognition. The entire restaurant team was exceptional. It was such a pleasure to see familiar faces again. A heartfelt thank you goes to Cesar, Ismail Kilinç, and Sevda Oz. Your professionalism, kindness, smiles, and genuine care made every meal something to look forward to. Seeing you again after another year felt like meeting old friends. And Ismail… thank you not only for your outstanding service but also for preparing some of the best mojitos we’ve ever had! A special thank you also goes to Mehmet Yildiz, whose professionalism and leadership create such a wonderful atmosphere throughout the restaurant team. And of course to Rifat, who is always welcoming, smiling, and such an important part of the Verbena family. Our evenings at the Blue Bar were, without question, among the best moments of our holiday. A huge thank you to Samet, whose cocktails were absolutely outstanding. His mojitos are simply the best—perfectly prepared every single time with passion, precision, and a smile. During our final week, Samet was joined by an amazing waitress whose name, unfortunately, we cannot remember. We are truly sorry about that because she absolutely deserves to be mentioned. She was cheerful, kind, hardworking, and full of positive energy. Together they created such a wonderful atmosphere that every evening at the Blue Bar became unforgettable. One of the absolute highlights of our holiday was the Cocktail Workshop, organised by Rifat, Samet, and the fantastic Guest Relations team. It was fun, educational, and full of laughter. A special thank you to Berrin and Muamer for making experiences like this possible and for always making guests feel appreciated and part of the Verbena family. We would also like to express our deepest admiration for every single waiter and bartender working at the Beach Bar. Every one of you deserves enormous respect. Working long hours in the intense Turkish summer heat is certainly not easy, yet every single day you welcomed guests with kindness, smiles, patience, and professionalism. Your hard work often goes unnoticed, but not by us. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. The beach team also deserves special recognition. The two gentlemen who take care of the sunbeds work tirelessly every day and are always ready to help with a smile. Together with the wonderful Sempra, they make every beach day comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable. As always, we also visited the HAMAM, which has become one of our favourite traditions. Once again, we were welcomed with warm smiles and excellent care. It remains the perfect place to relax, recharge, and enjoy another level of Verbena’s exceptional hospitality. Another beautiful surprise this year was the newly renovated Patisserie. It looks absolutely stunning—modern, elegant, cosy, and full of delicious cakes, desserts, and wonderful coffee. It is another perfect example of how the hotel continues to improve while preserving the atmosphere that makes it so special. We also heard that another renovation is planned for next year and is expected to last around three months. If that’s true, we are genuinely excited to see what improvements await us. Knowing the Verbena team, we are certain everything will be done with the same care and attention to detail that we have admired for so many years. We simply cannot wait to see what 2027 will bring. There is only one small thing that makes us a little sad. Over the years, some of the familiar faces we came to know and care about are no longer here. Of course, we understand that this is simply part of life, and everyone follows their own path. We only hope that the wonderful people who make Verbena so special will stay for many years to come, because they truly are the heart of this hotel. Every year we ask ourselves the same question. What makes Trendy Verbena Beach so special? It isn’t just the beautiful gardens. It isn’t only the spotless rooms. It isn’t the delicious food. It isn’t the amazing cocktails. It is the people. The people who remember your name. The people who remember your favourite drink. The people who are genuinely happy to see you again. The people who welcome you not as guests, but as friends. We stayed at this hotel for 12 days with my husband and 12year old child. The hotel and its grounds are very nice, well maintained gardens and pools. Beach is just few steps away. Every staff member was very nice! Our room was big, perfect, clean. Room was cleaned daily, minibar filled also every day. Wifi was working kind of slowly in the family room. The food was very good. There are several restaurants and snack bars, so you definately won´t be hungry. Everything was fresh and well seasoned. Everything tasted fine. We had no problem to find a clean table any time in any restaurant. The waiting staff was very nice. Polite and smiling. Drinks OK. Alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks were good, served in many bars. Better cockatils were served in Lobby bar and Blue bar. The pools were nice, with warm water. Water slides fine, working at certain times during the day. No problem to find sunbeds at the beach. We reserved sunbeds by the pool around 8.30 am. The beach towels can be exchanged daily at the spa. The beach was nice and clean, sea warm and clean. They have kids club but we did not go. We liked evening programmes from 21,15 cca 1 hour. We did not like the Beach party because of the music mix- it was techno like and both weeks exactly the same songs and mix. This hotel is perfect for families or older adults. Relaxing atmosphere. There were mostly people from Slovakia, Czech, Poland, Germany. Overall the stay at this hotel was perfect, family friendly. We recommend.

Great service, very clean and nice rooms and delicius food

We stayed at this hotel first 2 weeks of July. We are from the UK and were so shocked at how few brits were here. For example, we went to watch the England game and were the only ones watching it! Most families are German, and the staff mainly speak German. In the restaurant, speaking English, we struggled to order a Coke Zero! Having said that, the hotel is lovely, the food is amazing. Entertainment really good. We are a family of 2 adults, 2 teenagers and the room was small. I had to ask for more coat hangers. There wasn’t enough drawer space so the room for 2 weeks ended up feeling really cluttered. Our suitcases had to live on the balcony. Themed restaurants don’t have much atmosphere. They are just in small rooms off the main dining area. Food is good however. Coffee shop is amazing. But wished it opened before 11am! Ice cream only available at certain times as well. The lifeguards were “on it” they would not allow ball games or inflatables in one of the pools. They even told a baby off for being too loud!! The foam party on the Saturday was one of the highlights of our stay. It was amazing fun and we all enjoyed it. We hired a cabana on one day (80 euros) which was lovely but the next door hotel is closed so the view was off a lot of broken sun shades and cornered off space which spoilt it a little. We chose the hotel as we thought it would have a lot to do for our teenagers but in reality there were no other British children here for them to make friends with. Although we had a relaxing holiday, we are unlikely to return.

One of the greatest hotels I've ever been. Hotel is situated less than an hour from the airport, everything prepared for a quick check-in. The guys from the reception were very polite and advised us a better located room than originally booked. The rooms are big, comfy and perfectly clean. I appreciate seperate bathroom and toilet, plus extra sink within the small hall. The hotel is not any big resort but everything is so close-bars, pools, sea...The food was excellent, many oppourtunities for snacking during all day. The atmosphere is quiet and friendly, animations as well. You can enjoy boccia, water polo, darts, aqua gym, volley ball and night shows. The drinks are fanatastic, the best were probably in Blue Bar(on the roof of restaurant). The beach and the sea are amazing, with small waves and refreshing sea breeze almost all day. Enough of sunbeds during all day. Pools are smaller with 2 splashes but the quiet pool is perfect for swimming, no lillos allowed. We will definetely come back, highly reccomend to visit everyone:)

Very very nice hotel with exceptional staff who are extremely friendly and warm. Private transfer took 50 mins from the airport and we were greeted with a glass of champagne and a quick check in. My partner has a gluten intolerance and the hotel were quick to get her an allergy card so it was quick to show staff at restaurants so they could assist. Food is excellent and cooked to a very high standard The hotel is one of the cleanest I’ve stayed in. Pool areas are good with plenty loungers, the beach is fantastic. It is not really a young person hotel. There were a lot of older guests which did make it a quieter vibe however the entertainment team do put a lot of effort in to make it a fun place to stay. It’s not a great hotel to take kids. The kids food section is quite small and I think they’d get bored during the day if you stayed for a week. Overall however this hotel has a lot to offer if you are after a relaxing break, with good food and some entertainment throughout the day/ night.

REVIEW. TRENDY VERBENA BEACH HOTEL. ROOM3419. Overall - Excellent hotel. 1 week stay 2-9 July 2026. 2 adults no kids. Just retired UK couple. We travel worldwide and know a great hotel. Exceptionally clean. Rooms are cleaned daily. Pool hygiene and cleanliness exceptional. The pool PH values are measured twice per day and values put on notice board. Food varied and really high quality with a huge choice for adults and children - multinational cuisine. Exec chef makes sure its tip top. A la carte restaurants offer seven courses. Again very good choice and quality. It's close to the beach, 20 metres. There are two outside eating/ drinking establishments that serve lunchtime pizza burger kebab salad ec etc. Branded drinks such as JD, Johnny Walker, Malibu etc. Entertainment is very good and varied. early evening for the kids to wear them out. Evening from 9pm for the adults. Daily entertainment such as fit club in the pool, pool voleyball etc. Sade ( pronounced Sea-day) is around 4 miles from hotel and a nice day/evening out if you want a break. Shout outs: Berrin, guest relations manager - exceptional duty of care, thank you. Ali, hotel reception - seamless customer service. Haci, entertainment team - energy x 100% !! This is a lovely hotel and all the staff from reception, restaurant, kitchen, life guards to all, are extremely helpful, friendly, kind and just full of smiles. The hotel is beautiful as are the pools and the aqua aerobics provided by Vanessa and team is also really fun. Special shout to Guest relations team, especially Daria and lovely Muammer, who have been so friendly and helpful. Also a shout out to chefs Mehmet and Bektas who were so helpful with my daughters allergy. We are sad to leave tomorrow but will be back again. Until then keep doing what you do because you all made our holiday so beautiful and memorable.

We returned on Sunday from a lovely break , beautiful hotel , very friendly staff and lovely food , we ate in the fish , italian and mexican resturants which were all lovely , also beautiful cakes and sandwiches in the patisserie , in the day lovely food in the beach bar and the pool bar as well as the main resturant , we also did the cocktail making class which was a blast we would love to return one day 😍

The Hotel was quite big so it never felt busy although it was fully booked . The cleanliness was outstanding you never saw a dirty table or a piece of rubbish at any time of the day . All The staff were lovely and attentive . The pools were clean and never over crowded. The rooms were large and well equipped. And the cleaning staff did an amazing job every day of keeping the rooms immaculate. The entertainment team are friendly happy too .

Verbenabeach - an awesome stay We would like to thank all the hotel staff for making our stay a holiday full of amazing memories. From the moment we arrived we felt at home as the staff would routinely say hello and would say our two daughters names. The food was great and our kids always had something they wanted to eat. There was a variety of restaurants to choose from and some al a carte options. The beach bar had the best pizzas and donna kebabs, the pool had the best crispy chicken and ice lollies and the main restaurant always had something special. A big mention is to the Patisserie which I can honestly say does the best cakes and coffee we have had in a hotel. The barista Aliana was outstanding and would draw Swans, hearts and flowers in our cappuccino. The pools although not heater were great and great for all ages. No problem getting a sunbed and the staff would come out with a drink each morning which added a special touch. The hotel and facilities were kept perfect and we lived the beach and the covered playground. Such great equipment for a hotel. The best and most special part for us was the kids club. Merve & Elphe were the stars of the stay. They gave our daughter so many wonderful memories and we’ve come home with a suitcase full of paintings, crafts and T-shirt. They helped our daughter be more confident and by the end of the holiday she was buzzing from all the dancing. The shows were spectacular and even better when on occasion you got to dance with the performers at the bar. This is a hidden gem that is more frequented by Germans with one guest we met who’s been here over 30 times. We met some lovely German families and felt like such a warm atmosphere. A truly wonderful holiday and a place that we remain in our hearts forever.

I have stayed at hundreds of hotels around the world, but none were as spotless as this one, the cleaning of all areas was constant. Check in was smooth and my friend and I were upgraded to a two bedroom suite on the 4th floor which was very roomy with a fabulous view. The mini bar was well stocked, there were robes and slippers, a great powerful walk in shower and shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and shower gel provided. The food was amazing for the first week then the second week it all got a bit strange, I think more Germanic food. The Italian which you could book once a week free, was fantastic and so much to eat. A must visit! All the staff were lovely and helpful although new bar staff needed some training on drink mixes as we got served some strange concoctions. As previous people have mentioned the hotel is 95% senior Germans and all the staff kept speaking to us in German and some knew very little English so there was definitely a language barrier. There were only a handful of English arrived on our second week so it can be quite a lonely place to stay. The hotel was absolutely lovely but sadly we would not return due to being the minority from the U.K.

Wonderful friendly staff made our holiday. Ignore all negative reviews YES mostly German nationals but no problem all travellers very friendly and enjoy engaging in animation games (lots of fun). We have enjoyed our weeks stay here lots of food choices and had excellent service at both Italian and French à la carte restaurants 🥰 Must say a big thank you to Hadi and his animation team. Fabulous shows each night. Hotel is very clean and rooms welcoming with fantastic beds. Your staff are a credit to your hotel and would like to say many congratulations to Morat, Hassan, Osman and your Guest Relations 🥰. Sorry cannot name everyone but you all are the best. We would certainly recommend to all English travellers to consider this hotel for relaxation good food drinks and their hospitality…….second to none. We stayed at Sentido Trendy Verbena Beach with a group of 43 colleagues from May 10–13. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The hotel is not brand new, but everything is clean and well maintained. The rooms were tidy, the food was diverse with many options, and the service staff were very kind and helpful. We especially enjoyed the coffee and desserts at the Patisseria café. The cocktails at Njoy Bar were very tasty, and the bartender there was friendly and welcoming. One of the highlights was the opportunity for our whole group to enjoy Turkish cuisine together at the à la carte restaurant. Special thanks to the Guest Relations team for organizing this for us. On the downside, during the daytime there was very little entertainment or animation, and in the evenings we would have preferred longer parties and more opportunities to dance and enjoy the disco atmosphere. Unfortunately, before our trip we could not find information online that this hotel is mainly oriented toward older guests. The hotel was largely occupied by German retirees, and because of this, strict quiet hours after midnight were expected. We were not prepared for that. In our opinion, this hotel is very suitable for guests looking for a peaceful and relaxing holiday with good food, sunshine, and a calm atmosphere. However, it may not be the best choice for younger travelers seeking active entertainment, dancing, sports activities, and nightlife.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The food was excellent — very tasty, with a great variety every day, definitely one of the highlights of the vacation. The beach and pools were also very nice and well maintained. A special thank you to the bartender Murat, who was very friendly and professional! Unfortunately, not all of the alcohol and cocktails were good quality or tasty, which was a bit disappointing. Also, it’s worth mentioning that the hotel is mostly focused on older German guests and pensioners, so younger groups or people looking for a more lively atmosphere might find it a bit скучновато. Still, overall we had a good отдых and enjoyed the hotel mainly because of the amazing food, beach, and relaxing atmosphere.

My family and I have just returned from a fantastic 2 weeks stay at the Trendy Verbena Beach. This being the 2nd Trendy hotel we've stayed at (the first being Trendy Lara Beach) and we certainly weren't disappointed. The location of the hotel is ideal in that it backs straight onto the beach, albeit there is construction of a new hotel taking place directly opposite the front of the hotel so if you had a room facing away from the beach, this could be a problem, but we had a sea view family suite, hence weren't bothered by it. The hotel and rooms are kept immaculately clean with people cleaning constantly which provides a high degree of confidence in relation to hygiene. The food was superb, some of the best we have encountered at an All Inclusive resort and we have been on quite a few. Our party of 7 all remarked on its quality and range, with everyone finding something to eat. My daughter is currently on a gluten and dairy free diet and after a brief discussion with guest relations, the cooking team starting preparing meals that she could eat without any issue; some of the food was so good, we asked for the recipes. As noted on other reviews, the hotel is currently focused primarily on the German market, hence many of the staff spoke German with only a handful speaking English, however this really wasn't an issue. We found all the staff helpful and cheerful, but have to mention a few in particular; - Berrin from Guest relations was our main point of contact. She speaks perfect English and was very helpful, ensuring that any queries we had were answered quickly. Thank you! - Mamed in the main restaurant who ensured my daughters dietary requirements were taken care of and that we were generally enjoying the food. - The whole entertainment team who made our kids stay particularly enjoyable and entertained throughout. - Hassan, Sulyman and Unal who were our main waiters at meal time or round the pool and were always smiling and happy to accommodate any request. Overall, this was a great holiday and we're already discussing a return in the not too distant future.

Hotel is lovely, cleanliness amazing and room great with robe, slippers, mini bar and toiletries provided. I personally think a glass door that doesn't shut properly is a bit odd on the toilet. Maid did a fantastic job everyday and was very friendly. Pools are lovely, indoor, outdoor heated and large main pool plus slide pool for kids. All kept super clean and maintained. Outdoor pool was heated to 24.5 degrees when I was there. Beach very clean with lots of sunbeds and umbrellas, no rocks soft sand. I would imagine the sunbed situation is a nightmare in the summer as there isn't much space around the pools and people were stacking sunbeds 2 or 3 high so they can get up easier which I have never seen before. Also reserving with towels for the whole day whilst elsewhere. The management do nothing to stop this. Food was iinteresting - very Germancentric but lots of choice so always something to eat. As a veggie I did eat a lot of pizza, salad and chips. Some good entertainment some okay. Personally I found the entertainment team brash, loud and very irritating. As others have said it is 95% German pensioners this time of year but I don't have an issue with that. All of the staff were lovely, helpful and friendly with different levels of English but all tried hard. Beach bar fantastic especially the two older waiters who run a tight ship. It is a very long walk into Side on the beach and promenade about 1 hr 45 mins at a brisk pace but dolmus only 1.5 euros. I didn't like the amount of plastic waste generated by all the small bottles of water used - perhaps refill stations might be provided for guests. We had a lovely holiday but I probably wouldn't return as the food was disappointing and the hotel area is on the small side if it were busier. I also didn't get a Trendy beach bag! 😁

The best all inclusive hotel. All the staff are great. Berrin, the English speaking guest relations manager has been extremely helpful. She has given us lots of advice on where to visit. Also told us about the bus service, what days the best markets are on, she has even helped us with the football game on Sunday. The food is very nice and there's a great choice at the bar

We stayed at the hotel in February. Despite it being the off-season, the food selection was extensive. The food was high quality, the desserts were delicious with a wide variety to choose from. There was also a good selection of alcoholic cocktails and spirits. The hotel truly stands out for its cleanliness!

The evening shows would honestly be better if they didn’t take place, especially the live music. Even someone without musical ability could sing better. It would be preferable to have no shows at all. The piano, however, is very beautiful and perfectly suits the atmosphere — please keep just that.

We stayed in January 2026. We initially had a small issue with the hotel room, but it was handled by guest relations and reception in an excellent way by offering us a different and very comfortable room. We found all the staff very friendly and giving us a warm welcome, making our stay a truly pleasant experience. We enjoyed the hotel facilities, especially the restaurants, the pool bar and evening entertainment. The main restaurant offered high quality breakfast, lunch and dinner, with a variety of choice for everyone. Dinnee at la carte Mexican was great and the patisserie irresistible attraction offering a huge range of delicious cakes and biscuits, coffees and teas. The hotel is kept very clean and its location is perfect for beach and walk lovers - next to a lovely, long promenade. We enjoyed our holiday a lot and found it very relaxing.

We stayed for a week at the end of October and loved every minute! The hotel is spotlessly clean, the food amazing, and the staff so friendly and welcoming. We also experienced the spa in the hotel and all said that the massage was the best we'd ever had! The resort of Side is lovely and we enjoyed wandering around the ruins and the shops. We walked from the hotel and stopped off at the 2 other Sentido hotels on the way to break up the journey. It's great that you can use the facilities in the other Sentidos as part of the all inclusive! Having never visited Turkey before we were unsure what to expect, however it certainly won't be the last visit and I would worry about staying in a different hotel in case it isn't as good as the Trendy Verbena! Thank you to the fabulous staff for making our stay so amazing!

We were very pleased with our room, plenty of storage for suitcases etc, also liked the bathroom setup. Beds comfortable, nice to have fridge. Hotel always being cleaned, staircases being swept to washing down the foot showers at the beach. The cleaners do a fantastic job. The man at the beach keeps everything tidy. Pools look spotless but we didn’t go in, as we loved the beach, not a stone in sight, sea was warm and clear. The beach restaurant was excellent, loved the bread being made. Could always find something to eat in the evenings, lots of choices. Breakfast was really good, mostly had the omelette or eggs. We were very impressed by the cocktails in the Blue Bar. Also loved the coffee shop and cakes. The couple of shows we watched were really entertaining. A big shout out to all the staff. The waiting staff were excellent. All the staff were very friendly, felt we were treated no different from other nationalities. Really went above and beyond for Halloween. Easy to come out of hotel and walk to numerous shops, also a little further quaint streets. Dolmas to Side 1.5 euro. Loved looking around the old town. Also the ruins are amazing. Walked back along the prom, stopped off for a drink in the Trendy Side then you walk along the beach and pass Trendy Palm. Lovely walking along the beautiful clean beach. We went to the Italian restaurant but far too many courses for us. Overall would definitely come back to Trendy Verbena.

The hotel and it's amenities were to a high standard. Clean and spacious rooms. Staff nice, but very few of them could speak English which lead to a lot of frustration. Being spoken to in German (despite advising on several occasions to the same staff members that we were English) most of the time got irritating after a few days. They need to employ more English speaking staff. Pools were freezing cold. They dealt with my friends food allergies very well but I struggled as a vegetarian. Not a lot of choice, it was just as well I like salad as most of it was amazing. The food labelling left a lot to be desired - labelling something 'stuffed onions' or 'stuffed peppers' but not saying what it's stuffed with was not helpful! The food was geared very much to the majority of the clients who were German. A lot of the food was cold. We took advantage of one of the a la carte restaurants and had a Mexican meal. The restaurant had as much atmosphere as a vacuum and the food was no more Mexican than I am. We felt rushed by the wait staff to eat our meal. Very disappointing. We asked for an Aperol Spritz and were served something that tasted medicinal and when I watched them make it there were more ingredients put in the glass than needs to be. Overall not impressed. Staff in the patisserie were particularly rude. On one visit we were unable to request an oat milk hot chocolate for my friend (which had been made the day before by the same person we were talking to ), we were then told to leave as they were no longer serving. The patisserie closes at 5pm and this conversation was held at 4.45pm. The pool bar drinks were rubbish, they weren't using good quality ingredients, which is what we were expecting in a 5 star hotel. We were so looking forward to this holiday and were left with a bad taste in our mouth.

We stayed at the Trendy Verbena in September and were not disappointed. I book a lot of hotels based on food choice, this hotel did not disappoint. All the food choices were delicious and we always found plenty to eat. The beach bar grill was one of our favourite places for lunch. From friendly welcoming staff, to daily activities this hotel definitely felt like 5 star hotel as nothing was too much trouble. The staff work really hard and the hotel cleanliness was 10/10. All the other guests were also warm and friendly too...we will definitely return in the future.

First the good points.. Lovely hotel very clean throughout pools area very nice beach close by excellent. NEGATIVE points.. Food choice so bad for british taste we never eat in main restaurant once we did look each day to check on choice But all main dishes were Turkish food nothing we could eat bar pizza & chips, You go to a 5 star hotel and expect more choice never known such a LIMITED choice in over 40 years of holidays. We had TWO good meals in the french restaurant only two of the 7 days. We did eat in the snack bar basic food but that got us through the week on snack food. Plus the hotel guests were 95% german as we been told very few british go there also it was very apparent the staff favoured german guests above us as they got served before us at the bars even though we waited there to be served LAST! so i would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone british.

This is an excellent hotel. Honestly couldn’t fault it. Food and drinks 24/7. Plenty of Sun beds around pools and beach. Clean, nice rooms. Food quality and choice was fantastic. I’ve been to Turkiye many times and have stayed in really good hotels, but this was the best. Do not hesitate to book this place. Well done Sentido Trendy Beach Hotel. Lovely Hotel This, Not the biggest foot print, but all the amenity areas are more than big enough. Arrived very early morning to find a restaurant and bar still open, with good food, not dried out left overs (impressive). Room was quite big, very clean, stocked daily cool box, fresh towels, fresh sheets all very good indeed. One split hair comment.. lock on the toilet door please !!. Food here is one of, if not the best we have ever had, hats off to the Chefs, that applies to the main and the five al la carte. Drinks and cocktails are readily available and good quality. Top points of this hotel....Staff wonderful, lovely people (thank you), food is excellent, cleanliness is very impressive well done to all. Pool areas are again nice and clean, but although the pools are very nice, because of the size of the hotel they can feel a little cramped, not really a problem as we always grabbed a bed and it was a quieter time when we went. Pool bar is great and the outside restaurant come snack bar was always a pleasure. Entertainment was the odd show and animation team events with the usual pool and daily activities. Now for us the not so good bits... The beach,, oh dear,,,yes the hotels amenities are on the beach and i would suggest they are as good as the main hotel but the beach is not private. The hotels sunbeds look like there are about 100 per square foot, the shoreline is a constant moving wall of people and the swim areas are busy as the swim areas are dictated by the roped off areas accommodating the many sea activity centres. Yuk... The hotel is in the tourist area of Side so there are back to back Hotels on the shoreline, Behind the Hotels are shops, lots of shops all selling the same counterfeit designer goods. Nice for some, not us. Side is nice, well worth a couple visits to look at the ruins and have a beer. Finally behind the hotel they are cramming another one in so at times we had a lovely whiff of open drains. Would we go here again..No simply because of the location but the Hotel is certainly one of the best

Had a wonderful holiday at this hotel. It is spotlessly clean with really good service. Sunbeds were always available. The range of drinks in the all inclusive were very good. Especially liked the cocktails at The Blue Bar where they make a fab Pornstar Martini! Not sickly sweet but seriously great made cocktails by staff who know what they're doing. Food on the buffet was good in the main but some dishes looked a bit uninspiring. The a la carte restaurants are worth trying and the steak in the French and Italian is delicious. Would definitely return.

We have just returned home from a 2 week stay at Trendy Verbana, I can honestly say this is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Food- 10/10- so much choice, every restaurant, cleaned constantly, between the buffet, grill, pasta bar and the specials- I cannot think of anyone who would struggle to find something to eat. Beach Bar was incredible for lunch- big shout out for the chicken wraps- delicious! We didn’t have room to try the patisserie but it looked amazing- so much detail in each cake! Al la carters also really good quality and did make a nice change to be served (first world problems!!) Drinks- Great menu selection and so many bars to choose from, local and name brand spirits available at no extra cost, always met with a smile and never without a drink thanks to the lovely lady whole world around the pools! The Blue Bar is exceptional and really makes this hotel 5*, espresso martinis and mango loco were top quality - great laugh with the bar staff too! Staff- 10/10- so helpful, really good fun and again they do not stop working from the bar staff, waiters, pool/beach cleaners, housekeepers - they are constantly keeping up the highest level of cleanliness! Big shout out to the animation team also- lots on offer to participate in but happy for you not to join in also, really welcoming fun people! Darts and waterpolo were my husbands go to everyday! Room 10/10- 2nd floor 1209- sea view, beautifully decorated, amazing view, comfy bed and again housekeeping top notch. Cabana’s- we did 2 days in the cabana’s (yes they are extra £ but well worth it) great service, comfy beds, champagne, fresh fruit, waiter service lunch menu- little bit of extra luxury! Beach- 10/10- beautifully kept beach, so clean, bins and walkway constantly being emptied/swept. All in all, highly recommended, so much so we have already booked for June 2026! Thanks to all the staff for making our holiday exceptional, see you in June!

The rooms are of modern decor and the hotel in general was kept very clean. The staff were friendly and attentive. The location of the hotel sits by the beach which is sandy. The food is of high quality and varied on a daily basis. I would recommend the blue bar they make cocktails with high quality spirits which is served in glasses not plastic. There is a patisserie that serves lovely pastries and herbal teas and high quality coffee. All in all we will be back a very enjoyable stay.

Fantastic hotel and amenities. The hotel is spotless and the food and drink is excellent. Our room was amazing i can't fault the whole holiday! We will definitely be returning next year! I have to make a mention to one of the waitresses Hatice she never stopped all day bringing us drinks!!

We came as a family three generations we had a fantastic time. The staff made the trip so much fun. Especially Rifat at the blue bar, balance on the entertainment team his darts skills are seconded to none, and rose at the late bar. Thank you all

When I visited this hotel the blue bar on the roof terrace what brilliant. Rifat taught us how to make the cocktails and was a great bar tender all night, he makes a mean shot! Definitely worth a drink or three!

We booked a standard room. When we checked in we were offered a suite (extra money). We politely declined this but got given it anyway, for free, as the hotel was full. The suite was in an ideal position at the front of the hotel with a view over the pools and beach. Our room was clean. Only complaint was the light in the bathroom didn’t work, so we had to use what light we could get from the shower area whilst in there. The staff worked hard, provided great service and they were tipped accordingly. We only ate at 2 a la carte restaurants whilst we were there but they were both nice. We found the food choice at the pool bar limited, so mainly ate in the buffet restaurant or at the beach bar at lunchtime. The food in the buffet restaurant both at lunch and dinner was of good quality and offered a wide choice. One evening we didn’t get offered a drink until we were at our dessert course, but this was an exception. There are a number of pools to use. The hotel has a no reserving sun beds before 7am policy. We found there were still lots of sun beds available at 8:30am and you could always get a sun bed at the beach at any time. The hotel state they will remove towels if sun beds are not used but they didn’t enforce this. You can exchange your pool towel at set times in the morning/early evening. It would be nice if the hotel provided pool towels in your room on arrival, as if you did want to go to the pool at 7am you can’t get your first pool towel until 8:30am. We saw people reserving beds at 7am and not using them until 12pm. The entertainment was ok. The cocktails at the blue bar were lovely. We had to use the showers at the spa on our last day due to our late flight. There are free lockers and body/hair wash but only one hairdryer so not ideal when three people are wanting to use it. Overall, we had a great holiday.

Amazing hotel. Had a fabulous time. Staff were exceptional. Food delicious. Weather hot. There is nothing I can fault or review badly. Everything about the hotel, pools, rooms, beach, bars, restaurants, also choice of Al a Cartes absolutely fabulous. Will definitely be booking again.

We would thoroughly recommend this hotel! It’s in a great location on the beach, has great facilities, staff are attentive and the food is amazing. We would recommend dining in the speciality restaurants also, book on the day before 11 - Italian, French, Mexican and the incredible Turkish restaurants. You can chose between the beach, or any of the numerous pools to relax. Plenty of loungers with clear rules about etiquette of not blocking sunbeds! 35 minute walk along the sea shore towards Sidẽ old town and you can visit a sister hotel, Trendy Palm Beach hotel to continue your all inclusive experience. The only advice we would offer is for the pool bar, where it’s really slow service! And a bit inconsistent! Some bar staff stick rigidly to their area whilst whole areas go without any service! All in all we would recommend this hotel and we will be back!

We stayed at this hotel and what a fabulous experience. The hotel is all about the guests. Everything is attention to detail. Beautiful rooms, decor, robes, slippers and facilities, all first class. The beach was fab and sea temp very warm. Plenty to do ie water sports, paragliding, should you wish. If you walk both ways you can see the turtles which were great to see. Must recommend the spa treatments. We had the Turkish hamman which was,wow! We also had the massage to follow which left us totally rejuvenated. Food was fab throughout, show cooking,bbq with plenty of eateries throughout the hotel with a huge variety. There is even a nice little coffee shop with all manner of pastries cakes and sandwiches Additionally, drinks were premium and the cocktail bar was simply amazing. We spent a 50th birthday and the hotel went out of their way to make it a special day. Would definitely return to this first class hotel. Still trying to think of any downsides ..but no, it was absolutely fabulous. Well done to all the staff at Trendy Verbena. We will return.

What a gem of a hotel! This hotel was the best place I have ever stayed in. Faultless! The staff were kind, rooms were spotless with complimentary shower gels and hair products, mini bar stocked up daily, 24 hour bar service, spa and sauna, hairdressers and patisserie, fabulous beach and bars, beautiful garden area …the list is endless. A big shout out to the staff who made my brother in laws special birthday memorable. Will be returning.

The food at Trendy Verbena Beach Hotel was impressive throughout our stay, with plenty of variety to suit different tastes. Breakfast offered a wide selection, while lunch around the pool and beach bar provided everything from burgers and jacket potatoes to delicious local cuisine such as chicken dishes and pastries. Evening meals in the main restaurant were also excellent, with themed nights showcasing different cultures like Chinese, complete with sushi, noodles, and prawn crackers. Cocktails at the Blue Bar were a highlight – made to perfection and served in a relaxed rooftop setting with a dark, chilled atmosphere, perfect for unwinding away from the main entertainment. Our favourite was the “Ruin Me,” and the service was outstanding, particularly from Turgay and Cemal, who were always attentive and remembered our orders. We found it best to get up around 7:30am to secure sunbeds, which worked well as we managed to keep the same spot daily. The à la carte restaurants were mixed; the Mexican was tasty, especially the beef fajitas (though an extra wrap would be nice), while the Italian was let down by the mains – the beef filet was overly bloody, and the chicken thigh dish had an unappealing texture. Desserts were better in the patisserie than in the restaurants. The hotel is well located, just a 10-minute walk from the bazaar for bargains and close to a bus stop with easy access to Side Old Town for just €1.50 each way. Staff across the hotel were friendly and helpful, and excursions could easily be booked through the hotel rep, who also offered discounts. The only downside was the atmosphere with other guests – the majority were German, and as English visitors, we often felt uncomfortable being stared at. Despite this, the overall experience was very positive, and we would definitely recommend Trendy Verbena Beach Hotel to anyone visiting Antalya.

Отдельно хочется отметить бар у лобби и на террасе - при просьбе наливают брендовый алкоголь и делают очень классные коктейли Номера Довольно уютные и просторные, в мини баре постоянно обновляются напитки, есть все необходимое. Уборка нормальная и регулярная, по просьбе принесли дополнительное покрывало, кондиционер работал хорошо, звукоизоляция отличная. Однако эти плюсы не спасли наш отпуск: этот отель вообще не предназначен для отпуска пар, никакого уединения и спокойствия тут не будет, особенно в пик сезона, в который мы попали. В дополнение к этому инфекции и отравления (то ли от еды, стухшей на жаре, то ли от бактерий в море), в общем, часть отпуска мы пролежали в номере на сухарях и воде, остальные дни вставали с рассветом, чтобы занять места у бассейна.

Персонал При въезде у нас уточнили наши важные даты + мы отдельно отмечали при бронировании букинга, что у нас годовщина брака 10 лет. Никаких поздравлений и подарков. И в целом это окей, если вы сами не запрашиваете такую информацию. При выселении выяснилось, что обычно они дарят вино и фрукты. Было очень неприятно. При выселении с нас также списали деньги за звонок в страховую, а когда я попросила чек и выписку не прописали номер, из-за чего страховая компания не компенсировала нам эти расходы. Нигде не было указано, что звонок по Турции платный. Территория Довольно маленькая, по фотографиям ощущалось, что отель больше. Рядом есть прогулочный променад, а городе не супер приятно гулять из-за торговцев и кучи цыган на каждом углу. Бассейн Хоть и бассейнов 4 (общий, Детский мелкий, тихий и горки) у отеля были постоянные скандалы и споры за лежаки из-за некорректной формулировки правил (которую справедливости ради поправили, но не сильно это помогло). Люди занимали места в разных частях отеля и просто не приходили, по правилам это должно как-то регулироваться, по факту, конечно же нет. В целом странно, что занимать лежаки можно чем угодно, а не только отельными полотенцами. Если в 7 утра не занял комфортные места, то остался без лежаков. Один из бассейнов позиционировался как тихий, однако там бесконечно скакали, орали и брызгались дети, никто это не регулировал. Температура воды слишком теплая и поэтому плавание в воде никак не спасало от жары Пляж В середине нашего отпуска ночью был шторм или что-то произошло, все буйки смело, а на пляже мы нашли розочку от бутылки и осколки от бокалов, после этого на пляж заходить не было никакого желания, мы крайне удивились, что никто не убрал стекла с береговой за 5 дней после шторма. Еда Очень странно ставить гриль на улице в 40 градусов жары и высокую влажность за час до ужина, в день турецкой кухни от шаурмы стоял отчетливый запах гнили. В рисе нашли пластик, мне кажется, это недопустимо.

Rifat in the blue bar makes wonderful cocktails and he puts a delicious twist on any cocktail you ask for 10/10 It’s our first day and had a fabulous day food entertainment and hospitality goes above and beyond. Slides are fun for all ages - staff are happy helpful and enthusiastic.

This will be an extensive review of each aspect of the hotel that I experienced. I will make a recommendations/summary section for guests and the hotel at the bottom in a TL/DR style, but I hope the level of detail will assist both future guests and the hotel itself. Couple in our early 30s for reference. RECEPTION/CHECK-IN A few things to sign as you arrive, but after a long trip and being quite tired, the receptionist was very helpful and swift. A friendly chap then took our bags to the room and concisely ran through all aspects of the room – with all detail we would need to know. Rating: 5/5. ROOM We booked a sea view room with a balcony, and the view was quite nice. A large balcony, very private too with screens/dividers along the whole way either side – which is nice and something you do not always get! Room was clean, and well presented. Modern and nicely furnished. Bed was two singles together (great – more space), with the mattress being on the firmer side (prefer softer, but no complaints – that is a preference). Excellent air con. Ample storage space, plenty of hangers (they are the annoying "hotel" ones that cannot be hung anywhere else with ease). Towels and slippers provided. The bathroom is modern, and everything worked very well, separate toilet and shower. Additional large sink as you walk into the room, which is excellent for washing swimwear, make up, etcetera – very handy. The room gets the tea/coffee replenished daily, as well as the mini fridge contents. Towels etc also. I could not fault the cleaner for our room, who seemingly enjoyed the notes in Turkish my other half would leave for her. Her name began with ‘Gü’ from memory (apologies that I cannot recall it exactly!), and she did an excellent job. Would have left a larger tip if we had more cash left! The room has no iron, or no clothes steamer. Services are available for this. But does come with a very handy rack in the shower, so run a hot shower for a while, and your creases will drop out (although most go to dinner with no effort, more on that below). Rating: 5/5. POOL/BEACH We did not use the pool, as the beach seemed so vast and good that it seemed a waste to use a pool! The pool also seemed a lot more cramped, with sun loungers being close together. Much more room at the beach! Sun loungers are NOT at a premium at the beach. You can turn up at any time of day, and you will get one. If, however you are an early riser like me, I would recommend getting to the beach before 7am to get the front row as it is cooler due to a bit of air flow compared to further back, and much prettier to have the sea in front of you whilst reading a book etc – but again, personal preference. Others do “reserve” them and do not appear for some time, but as there are loads around, it is not an “issue” – albeit irritating. The beach is vast, clean, and simply fantastic. With a large section of sea to enjoy too, there are no complaints or faults with it. You can easily walk along the beach for a long section either way also, and for someone that normally bemoans that sand ends up everywhere, I was very happy to embrace this to enjoy the rolling Mediterranean waves. Rating: 5/5 for the beach, cannot comment on the pool but seemed a bit snug sun lounger wise! RESTAURANTS The main restaurant’s food was very good for a buffet style. Quite a bit of variety, good quality, and had zero issues with the food served. Slight Germanic angle on the food (understandable as there are a lot of Germans), but a notable variety and it was always good food. They do have themes seemingly every other night, which are in my view slightly lacking in commitment. There will be a few things that are Asian, or Mediterranean etc, but without a banner and some music playing to mirror that cuisine, I do not think you would necessarily know? Not a complaint at all, just would be good to see them fully embrace it! They have a BBQ/Meat section inside the main seating bit which could easily be missed on your first night, and a few stations outside too, to your right as you enter the main restaurant – so make sure you give those a look! Service was always good and cannot fault them for that. They have multiple signs up stating that men must wear trousers to dinner (which I could not see on websites previously), but I am an advocate of this as it generally promotes better standards/nicer dining experience, I was fine with it. However, it is NOT enforced, and I wish it was. Half the men turn up in sports shorts and sliders to dinner, which I feel is slightly insulting to the hotel. The hotel evidently make notable effort with their service and food, and people turn up with little effort clothing wise, which is a shame on their part. We did not get to use the A La Cartes, as our booking for the French restaurant (Fri 22nd) was cancelled due to not many bookings (or so we were told, but it was quite full when we went past…), and we had to cancel our Mexican booking as my other half was not well the next day. However, they seemed popular. The beach bar restaurant offered similar food each day but again was of good standard and no issues at all. Rating: 5/5. BARS All of the bars had quick service, friendly staff, and I cannot fault them. Only minor quibble would be that soft drinks are served warm, with some ice in. So, after 30 seconds or so, you have a tepid, watered-down soft drink. Other than that, no issues at all. Rating: 5/5. SPA/TREATMENTS I didn't use it; the other half got a pedicure and was very happy with it. Rating: 5/5. GYM Smallish, a disproportionate amount of cardio equipment (standard practice for hotel gyms it seems), but they did have a better variety of machines/weights than a lot of hotel gyms I have used. Good air con, and towels and water are provided – and always available. No need to book the gym, but never too busy each time I used it. Equipment does need a bit of a revamp, but does the job. Rating: 4/5. MISCELLANEOUS The hotel wi-fi is generally okay but can be a bit patchy. Not an issue as I do not use my phone much but can be a bit frustrating if trying to check something. The Patisserie’s coffee/cake (2pm-5pm) is excellent, with a great variety of biscuits, cake, and outstanding tiramisu. TL/DR Recommendations/Advice for Guests: - Steaming clothes in the shower is easy due to the rack in the shower. - The beach always has plenty of sun loungers, but being nearer the back gets very warm due to little air movement. Get near the front if you can. - Trousers at dinner are seemingly not compulsory, despite the signs. - Book the a la carte restaurants on the day you arrive in case they cancel your booking like they did ours! - The Patisserie (2pm-5pm) is excellent, and make sure you try the tiramisu! - West of the hotel is a breakwater/groyne that protects a small fishing harbour (by Turtle Bridge). You can experience a beautiful sunset from there and would recommend people visit that! - Side itself is very interesting and would recommend anyone vaguely interested in history to view it! Recommendations/Advice for Hotel: - Really commit to the themed dinners in the main restaurant. Would be good to see more dishes of those cuisines! - Enforce no flip flops/sliders/shorts for men at dinner. You cannot be a luxury five-star with people in sliders at dinner. The dress code is trousers/shoes for men, and no beachwear. There is a greeter just inside the door, so it would cost nothing to enforce your own signs! It would create a feel of higher standards and luxury – which I am sure the hotel is aiming for. Which leads me on to my final summary: Would I pay the same to stay here again? Yes. Do I have any actual issues with the hotel? No. The hotel offers a great variety of bars, restaurants, areas to sit, places to unwind, all with great service and a very lovely room. I cannot fault this hotel, and my comments of “improvement” are minor things that I think they should tweak.

This was our first holiday in Turkiye. We choosed this holiday mainly based on the ratings and recommendations and we were not disappointed. The hotel is good size, not too big, not too small. There are several bars and restaurants with imported drinks and very good food. The pool area is beautiful, the water is perfect. The beach is sandy and big, the sea is shallow, perfect for children as well. The water in august is unbelievable warm. We cannot compare with other hotels but next time we will not risk and choose this hotel again :)

This is the second time at this hotel and the children have enjoyed it. Staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and there is a variety of food to cater to different tastes. On our last night we discovered we missed the cocktail workshop in the newly renovated bar but bar tender Rifat was very accommodating. Made some special cocktails just for us and ensured we had a taste of some special drinks-never had chilli in a cocktail before!! Foam party is very good also

First time in Side. I was surprisingly shocked. Nice room size (4 floor) layout of the hotel is very good, fine sand beaches, no hidden rocks in the sea. Good size sauna and hamam, thou they need check steam room/broke. Tea room, cocktail bar is amazing! There is place for runners. Thanks to the cleaners for keeping hotel nice and tidy. This hotel seems to be multicultural as we met workers from Türkiye, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan and Ukraine etc which is a bonus. Big thank you to the chef 👨‍🍳 and his team for “çiğ köfte” the best! 👌 Thou I find this hotel a bit boring, I guess it’s all down to the GUESTS! Those people from Bratislava, Moscow, Germany, Kazakhstan and France need to smile more, chill and have fun! I found guests are just tooooooo serious 🧐 Entertainment team maybe need looking at! Other than that all good, good place for a family with kids! Food served for late arrivals which I think planned very well! 👍🏽 We enjoyed our stay, thank you to the reception and security team!

Территория маленькая, нет возможности прогуляться. Очень плотное заселение, лежаки у бассейна очень близко, не пройти даже. Много людей в бассейнах, на пляже не хватает лежаков, приходилось долго искать место, чтобы расположиться на пляже. Зонтики на пляже небольшие, было бы лучше устроить тенты, как в дорогих отелях.

Good Hotel, I would call this hotel a safe choice. It has everything a family expects. Good variety of food, good and quiet rooms, very service minded personal (Very nice and helpful guest relationship consultant- Daria). It has its own beach which is clean and separated from the others. And the best of all is the bar which is called Blue Bar - they make good drinks and the atmosphere is very relaxing. We would definitely come back!

Excellent First Impressions at Trendy Verbena Beach Hotel! ​We arrived quite late in the evening at the Trendy Verbena Beach Hotel, but from the moment we stepped in, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They immediately offered us food from the 24-hour bar, which was absolutely fantastic – a real lifesaver after our journey! ​When we got to our room, we were so pleased. It was very well presented, beautifully decorated, and and extremely clean. A big bonus was the ensuite fridge, perfect for keeping our cold refreshments handy. ​Beyond the rooms, the entire hotel is extremely clean and beautifully decorated; our first impressions are truly excellent. The pools are fantastic! You have a lovely quiet pool for relaxation, the main pool where all the activities happen, and a separate pool where the slides finish. These slides are real fun – even though we don't have young children with us (just our grown-up family!), we all went on them and found it extremely exciting! ​There are a number of bars throughout the hotel, but we've found the main pool bar to be exceptionally well-stocked with plenty of beer, spirits, and soft drinks. ​Outstanding Service and Engaging Entertainment! ​While all the staff here are genuinely friendly and attentive, we absolutely have to give a special mention to Hatice, one of the waitresses. Her radiant smile brightened our days, and she was always there to bring drinks precisely when we needed them. Hatice's consistently friendly demeanor and proactive service truly stood out, making every interaction a pleasure. ​The entire entertainment team is absolutely fantastic! From activities like Boccia and water polo to Zumba. they work incredibly hard. They're all very smiling and ensure everyone has a brilliant experience. A special thank you must go to Hakan in entertainment, who was just fantastic.He is such a professional and demonstrates a constant enthusiasm to ensure we had a great time. ​Most importantly, all the staff made us feel like we were truly part of the hotel family. Hatice and Hakan, in particular, made this even more enjoyable because they genuinely treated us like family, which was incredibly heartwarming. ​Overall, this is an excellent hotel, and we will most certainly return!

We spent another unforgettable 14 days at our beloved Sentido Trendy Verbena Beach from July 12th to July 26th, 2025, staying in our favorite room 1201, which has become a symbol of beautiful memories for us. This was our several visit to this wonderful place, and every time it feels like coming home. It’s hard to find the right words to describe what this place truly means. Verbena is not just a hotel – it’s a feeling. A sense of calm, safety, genuine kindness, and heartfelt care. A place where you slow down, take a deep breath, and remember what truly matters in life: smiles, warmth, and the beauty of human connection. From the moment we arrived, we felt surrounded by care and positivity. From the beautifully maintained gardens and spotlessly clean rooms to the welcoming smiles of every staff member – the people here are what make Verbena truly exceptional. Our housekeeper, who took care of room 1201, was simply wonderful. Her work was not only thorough but also full of small, personal touches that made our stay feel even more special. The kitchen team deserves a big round of applause as well, led by their fantastic chef Ozkan Cal. Every dish was prepared with great skill and passion, making every meal a true delight. A lovely addition this year was the live pasta station outside the main restaurant, where we were often greeted by the familiar and kind face of Seyfi Bozkurt. He deserves a huge thank you for the luxurious pasta dishes he prepared with a smile and heartfelt care. Every plate was a little culinary masterpiece. All the waiters in the main restaurant deserve a heartfelt thank you – their hard work, positive attitude, and constant smiles made every meal a pleasant experience. We truly appreciate every one of them. Yusuf, the always-smiling, Taskin, who made a special effort to learn a few Czech words – he was simply fantastic! Seeing Ismail Kilinç again after a year was truly heartwarming – he’s amazing, and he always knew our drinks without having to ask. Their boss Mehmet Yildiz, is a story in himself – a wonderful and kind person who hasn’t changed over the years, and whose presence brings warmth and professionalism to the entire team. And he has a great boss, Rifat, who also made excellent drinks at the Blue Bar and was always a pleasure to meet. Another absolute highlight of our stay was the Blue Bar on the terrace. This year, the drinks were perfected to the smallest detail, but what made the bar truly exceptional was bartender Cemal Dundar. His passion for his work, endless energy, and radiant smile turned every evening into a magical experience. Cemal, thank you – you are the heart and soul of the bar, and your presence made our stay unforgettable. We also want to express our deepest admiration for the beach bar team. every single person working there deserves huge respect and gratitude. They worked tirelessly in the intense summer heat, always with a smile and warm attitude. You are amazing, and we see and appreciate you. The lobby bar was also fantastic – great drinks, lovely atmosphere, and amazing bartenders and waiters. We don’t remember the names, but we’ll never forget the delicious mojitos and the friendly service. Thank you all! As always, we treated ourselves to the HAMAM in the spa, a beloved part of our stay. We were once again greeted with warm smiles and professional care – the perfect way to relax and recharge. To conclude – thank you. Thank you for doing your jobs with heart and soul. The best review I can give is the simple fact that this is already my 7th stay at Sentido Trendy Verbena – and I will definitely be coming back again! The hotel is spotlessly clean, the food is always varied and delicious, and the atmosphere is truly relaxing. One of the biggest highlights for me are the fantastic bars, especially the Blue Bar, which has become my favorite spot to unwind. The staff is absolutely wonderful – always smiling, helpful, and professional. I’d like to give a special mention to Yusuf, who really went above and beyond during our stay. His service and attitude were exceptional and truly made us feel welcome. If you're looking for a top-notch hotel experience, I can wholeheartedly recommend this place

Персонал - выше всяких похвал, море и пляж - идеальнее в Сиде не найдешь, добротная кухня - никаких очередей в зоне гриля, щедрые порции напитков высокого качества. Развлекательная программа - стандартная, но не навязчивая, все как-то гармонично и не вызывает дискомфорта даже у такого интроверта, как я. На данный момент - это лучший отель для меня.

Absolutely fantastic. Where to start, we landed gone mid night and they could not do enough for us then, it is 24hr food and drink, so was able to get something to eat and drink. First thing that struck was how impeccably clean and fresh it was, and was not disappointed with our room. Spacious, air con(amazing!), complementary bottle of wine and there is a well stocked mini fridge. The grounds and pool area excellent, and of course direct to the beach with a bar and restaurant on the beach front. Talking of restaurants, the main buffet is brilliant, something for everyone. But you must try the ala carte restaurants, food excellent, and it is nice to have waiter service and order you food and be served. The animation team work so hard, and you can join in as much or as little as you want, special shout out to Hakan, made us feel very special, always had a smile, as did the whole team Evening entertainment of a very high standard, and the Beach Party and Pool Party's a bonus. If you get chance check out the Old Town of Side, lovely. Buses very cheap and pick up at the bottom of the road. Also our Tui Rep Heather was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed, and was good to know she would be there if we did. Check out at 12pm, so you can use the Spa facilities to freshen up, which was really handy. The Spa looked great but I did not use it. There are shops at the hotel and a doctor on site. Hopefully you find this review handy. Have fun. We will definitely go back.

First visit to Turkey and what a great hotel this is A good sized hotel with 5 pools , including a couple of slides for kids . Quieter pool too if that’s what you want Food was very good and varied. What I would say breakfast especially caters for non English , so no bacon /sausage . Not a criticism but just an observation. Wasn’t an issue for us Probably more of a German /Russian guests hotel Staff were first class and many of them . Spotlessly clean . Staff employed just to walk around with a dust pan Has its own private beach and bar. Entertainment staff were fab And value for money - cannot be faulted . Way better value than similar Spanish hotels Was busy in early July , so just be aware that as German schools finish for summer late June , sun beds can be a slight issue If you are late nighter you can stop in the bar all night if you wish . Early breakfast starts at 2am !

Just returned from a weeks stay and had a fantastic time. Food was outstanding especially in the a la cartes but even the main restaurant was very good. Breakfast is as you’d expect in Turkey so no fry ups obviously but there’s still plenty of choice. Plenty coffee machines around so no queues and staff will also bring you a drinks at breakfast if you don’t want to get your own. Most lunchtimes we went to the beach bar as we just have a snack and there was plenty of choice there and never overly busy. Evening meal choice was excellent with the main food areas supplemented by the external cooking stations and don’t miss the BBQ area which is to the left once you walk past the main section. Drinks were really good especially at the blue bar where the cocktails were top notch, thanks to all the lads here especially Cemal. We would always call in here just as it opened for a sunset drink. Pool area did get busy but we are early risers so never had a problem getting a bed. Always room on the beach if you can’t get a bed by the pool. The hotel does have a policy of removing towels before 0700 which stops people putting them out at stupid times and leaving them unoccupied all day. Entertainment was quite good with live music on a few times a week also there were a choice of places to sit and drink if you didn’t fancy the shows. Rooms really good with a big comfortable bed, well stocked mini bar and decent air con. The sink by the door actually works quite well even if it looks a bit odd. Must say a special thanks to the German girl in guest relations (sorry we didn’t get your name) who was very helpful and sorted out a special night for our anniversary. I would guess around 25% of guests were British, I don’t mind a mixture of guests, if I wanted somewhere full of Brits I’d go to Whitley Bay :) Most staff spoke English very well so we never had a problem communicating Well worth a trip into Side to visit the ruins etc and also make sure you head out to see the turtles go left or right along the prom and either way you get to a bridge where you can feed the turtles and fish. Only one minor moan, the entertainment from next door was really loud at the blue bar some nights due to location of their stage. Not much that the hotel can do but it does spoil the atmosphere a little We had a fantastic stay and are looking forward to returning later in the year for another visit, highly recommended

We recently returned from another stay at Sentido Trendy Verbena – our fifth visit – and once again, we were impressed by the high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel. Every corner, from the lobby to the pool areas, was spotless, which truly added to the comfort of our stay. A special highlight for us was the friendly and welcoming staff – especially Sema from the Kids Club. She is absolutely wonderful with the children and brings so much positive energy every day. However, we were a bit disappointed with the room we were given this time (room 2315). As regular guests, we had hoped for a room with a better view – not necessarily an upgrade, but something a bit nicer considering our loyalty to the hotel. It felt like a missed opportunity to show appreciation to returning visitors. A small shame in an otherwise lovely stay.

Food -Excellent Breakfast not so good but you certainly won’t starve, it doesn’t cater for the English. ie no bacon, sausage which I get being in Turkey but no hash browns, beans or mushrooms that kind of thing Service-Very Good (tip your waiter for even better service €2 Cleanliness- Excellent Entertainment- Hit & miss Found the hotel quite small compared to others we’ve stayed in Belek but if you’re a foodie and want to chill out this is the hotel for you. The hotel boasts 350+ rooms (potentially 700 people) and if everyone decided to go the Amphitheatre or pool bar where entertainment is ( Amphitheater only used a few times) it simply isn’t big enough. Nowhere near enough sunbeds but hotel stopped people putting towels down early and it was much better ( us English got one 😂) but plenty sunbeds down at the beach. Strangely there’s a bigger stage inside next to nightclub which wasn’t used the whole time we were there, but there was a pianist on a few times. Never had any trouble at Dinner or Breakfast as restaurant is big. Italian Ala carte was the really good but we loved the Al fresco dining and restaurant food very good also so only did Italian and Mexican Ala carte which were free Beach bar was great for afternoon snacks. Hotel little too quiet for us to be honest but a very good hotel nonetheless. There is a nightclub inside after hours which is still all inclusive but not many used it Side ancient town is definitely worth a look, although can be expensive for food & drinks We used the hotel Spa for a Turkish bath and massage which was great but way overpriced £150 for 2 of us Lastly not many English People when we were there so expect Germans & Russians and their lack of manners. Overall a very good hotel ****

This has been our 4th visit to the Verbena Beach. We always think that it could not get better but it has. We would like to thank Daria, customer relations, Cemal, bar staff and Mustafa and Emmeral, restaurant staff.

This was our second time at this hotel and I can honestly say it was better than the last time, we found out it was under new management and it was a Big improvement. We was given a family room at the front of the hotel 4 floor which was very nice but limited drawers in the bedroom, it was ok for the two of us but I think you would struggle with 3 or more people. Breakfast was very good but depending on how did the omelette some had to much oil in the pan. The food overall was very good, All the staff very friendly and helpful could not fault them. Lovely beach but could do with better shade the parasols didn't give enough shade. We are looking forward to going back to this hotel.

Visited the Blue Bar for cocktails 🍸 and it was an amazing experience. All ‘the boys’ know how to ‘shake’ a good cocktail 🍸 Service was impeccable and the boys were such good fun 🤩

excellent hotel, fantastic food and mixed drinks, very meticulous cleaning of the room and the entire hotel. the room is very nice, it has everything you need on vacation. the staff is always neat, professional and nice, they greet you with a smile. the beach is wide and the entrance to the sea is gentle. always enough sunbeds. around the hotel there are many shops and shopping centers. I definitely recommend the hotel to even the most demanding clients and I would be very happy to come back here. it was a wonderful vacation.

We spent a week at Sentido Verbena Beach and everything was absolutely wonderful. The food was very good with a wide variety every day, catering to all tastes. The rooms were beautiful and always perfectly clean – housekeeping did an excellent job. I would especially like to thank Gülsüm at the reception for her outstanding service and friendly attitude. She was incredibly helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. I can truly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and relaxation. We would definitely love to come back!

I have been to a lot of high end hotels but Trendy Verbana Beach is up there with one of the greatest hotels I have been too. First of all, the location is great. There are supermarkets, gift shops, malls, restaurants and bars all around the hotel. Then there are the Ruins and Side old town that is only a 7km walk from the hotel ,however if you don’t fancy walking you can grab the number 3 bus which will take you there in less than five minutes and it only cost 1 euro per person. The overall location of the hotel is perfect. Next, there is the food. There is food available 24 hours. The food is beautiful. Some hotels I go to you can taste the food has been sat there for a while. That wasn’t the case here. Their food in the Main restaurant was warm, fresh and delicious. The choice was amazing and would change every night so you would never get bored. The desserts were so good as well with a wide range of variety.If you didn’t fancy going to the main buffet you have several other restaurants you can go to but you must book before. The food in these restaurants is to die for. I have never tasted greater food. It is something you would pay mega money for if you were anywhere else. Finally, the staff. The food and location are amazing but the staff are on a whole different level. I have never had staff as nice and hard working ever. I couldn’t put one negative on the staff. Special shout to these members of staff: TURGAI,HATICE,CESUR,GÖKHAN and MERVE. These 5 members of served us our drinks for the 2 weeks we were there. They would constantly be coming around cleaning the table of empty glasses, offering you more nuts and drinks. It got to a point where they would see we have almost finished and would bring more drinks without us even asking. If they see you order from the bar, they would apologize and tell you sit back down and they would bring the drinks over. In my 2 weeks there, I went to the bar once. And no that isn’t because I’m lazy , it’s because I was never out of drink, they are that fast. When it were peoples last day they would thank the staff, but they wouldn’t just say it they hug and shake hands with them. It was almost like they were family. I can not put into words how amazing the staff are and how much they made our holiday 10 times as good. Overall, the hotel was a level above any other hotel I have stayed at. I could go on forever talking about this hotel. My experience was phenomenal. I will definitely be returning. I have never left a review on anything in my life but as soon as I had experienced this, I had to leave one, I just hope you trust this review and get over there.
