Tout était parfait, c’est le meilleur hôtel que j’ai pu faire depuis le début de mon sejour. Le staff est adorable, les chambres sont spacieuses, et ce petit havre de paix est le bon compromis entres la vieille ville a 20min à pied, les rizières à 5min en velo, la plage à 10min en scout. C’est parfait si vous souhaitez être un peu à l’écart de la foule, j’ai même prolongé mon sejour sur place. Encore un grand merci pour votre accueil 😍

Good location between old town Hoi An, rice paddies and the beaches. They have bikes which are great for exploring the area. Breakfast is amazing and so is Cherry and her family

Nous sommes restés 4 nuits et nous avons passé un super séjour. L'endroit est très chouette et au calme. Cherry nous a donné pleins de bons conseils et d'endroits à visiter. On recommande sans hésiter!

Excellent hotel, au calme, à 2km du centre de Hoi An. Chambre très spacieuse, très bien équipée. Piscine très agréable Des vélos sont mis gratuitement à disposition. Excellent petit déjeuner à choisir sur un menu.

We had a great stay here. It’s a lovely property with a really nice pool. Cherry and her team were really friendly and made us feel so welcome. Breakfast was excellent with a fantastic choice of options and a delicious fruit platter. I would definitely recommend staying here.

A calm oasis not too far from the old town. Pool is wonderful to cool off after a busy day exploring. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Cherry and her family are super helpful.

The owner was so helpful and friendly. Full of information. Breakfast’s were great, and her recommendations for places to eat etc were fantastic. The pool was clean and inviting.

A wonderful place to stay and easy to use bicycles to get in and around town, but this slightly-removed-from Old Town location means you can easily pop into the main tourist drag but return for some gorgoues, relaxing, tucked away peace and quite. Cherry and her family not only provide you with the things you need for a wonderful stay but really went above and beyond to serve as what felt like a personalized, very supportive concierge service. Air conditioning, WiFi, room, quiet, pool, etc were all wonderful.

If you really want to be right in the action, know that this is about 10 minutes removed. You will need to take a (free) provided bicycle, cab, or moto right to get into it. That said, many people I know who have stayed there craved the peace and quiet of retiring to somewhere else.

Wir hatten einen rundum sehr schönen Aufenthalt bei Cherry. Die Unterkunft liegt etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuß von Hoi An Old Town entfernt. In die Reisfelder gelangt man schnell und mit dem Fahrrad ist man in etwa 15 Minuten am Strand. Fahrräder können vor Ort kostenlos ausgeliehen werden. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Das Gelände ist sehr gepflegt und schön begrünt. Der Pool war stets sauber, Pool- und Strandhandtücher wurden kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Alles entspricht den Fotos. Unser Zimmer (Deluxe Doppel-/Zweibettzimmer) war geräumig, sauber und in einem tadellosen Zustand. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei, und in der Minibar gab es Getränke (Softdrinks, Bier) zu fairen Preisen. Bei jeder Zimmerreinigung erhielten wir außerdem zwei Flaschen Wasser. Die Bettwäsche war sauber, das Bett groß und bequem. Auch das Badezimmer war sehr gepflegt und verfügte über eine abgetrennte Dusche, was in Vietnam nicht immer selbstverständlich ist. Handseife, Duschgel und Shampoo waren vorhanden, ebenso Einmal-Zahnbürsten und Duschhauben. Besonders positiv überrascht hat uns das Frühstück. Man kann aus verschiedenen Speisen und Getränken wählen: Kaffeespezialitäten, Säfte, Eierspeisen, Joghurt mit Müsli, frisches Obst sowie vietnamesische Gerichte. Alles wird morgens frisch auf Bestellung zubereitet und schmeckt hervorragend. Was unseren Aufenthalt jedoch wirklich besonders gemacht hat, war Cherry. Sie ist äußerst herzlich und kümmert sich aufmerksam um ihre Gäste. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

The property was clean, access to all amenities - room was quiet and clean, staff were exceptional, great location … and a beautiful pool was an added bonus.

Absolutno vse je bilo popolno. Majhen družinski hotel, prostorne sobe, udobna postelja, čistoča, obilen raznolik zajtrk, mirna lokacija in predvsem lastnica Cherry. Pozna odgovore na vsa vprašanja, vedno je pripravljena pomagat, njena pomoč pri organizaciji nadaljevanja našega potovanja je bila neprecenljiva. Hvala za vse!

Super Lage zwischen Altstadt und den Stränden in Hoi An. Daher kann man beide Strecken gut mit dem Fahrrad machen. Fahrräder kann man in der Unterkunft kostenlos ausleihen. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit z.B. bzgl. Transfer, Ausflugstipps, Restaurants, Schneider etc. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und gepflegt.

Fahrräder könnten in einem besseren Zustand sein. Mal gehen die Bremsen nicht richtig oder es ist keine Luft im Reifen. Man muss sich also das richtige Fahrrad rauspicken und kann nicht einfach blind eins nehmen.

My family and I had the whole villa for a family vacation to celebrate my 60th Birthday. Cherry was an excellent host. She was very helpful with any request we had. She recommended great restaurants for dinner and an excellent tailor. The breakfast menu was great. We had the pool to ourselves which was excellent with two toddlers who were keen to swim much of the day. She arranged our airport transfers which was very efficient and easy to transfer 10 people. I would highly recommend this accommodation although a little out of town it was very easy to catch an EV taxi or walk.

The hotel staff were all very kind. Cherry always made sure we were comfortable. The room was clean, the pool was lovely, and the breakfast was delicious. We’d love to stay there again!

Everything. Cherry & everyone at the villa are some of the kindest people I’ve ever met. It really felt like I was part of the family when I stayed. There is clearly a lot of effort put into everything you see. Breakfast is great, the room is super comfortable and it’s made my trip to Hoi An even better.

What’s not to like

This was a hidden gem. Cherry and her family were the best and sweetest hosts we have ever had. One of us was injured and they actually organized us a crutch, switched the TV for us and were super caring overall. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, relaxing at the pool with palm trees around was the best way to recover. The breakfast was also so good and we connected to a lot of the other guests staying at the hotel. This place felt like home❤️ We couldn't recommend it more ❤️

Herzlicher Empfang. Schnelle, unkomplizierte Einweisung und schon konnte der Urlaub beginnen. Wir waren fast immer mit den kostenlosen Rädern unterwegs. Eine unglaubliche Umgebung. Besonders zu empfehlen ist ein Besuch im Gemüsedorf Trà Que, wir haben auch einen Kochkurs mitgemacht.

We loved our stay at the Holiday, Cherry and her parents were lovely. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The pool area is so nice to relax after a busy day and the location is perfect in a quiet area just 5 min from the old town and 15 min from the nearest beach. Breakfast was delicious and had so many options from western to vietnamese food. Cherry is also super helpful gave us tons of recommendations, arranged transport for us and gave us tips on prices to negotiate in the old town. We highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be back!

La villa è fantastica, silenziosa perchè in un vicolo abbastanza piccolo, ma comunque a 1 minuto dalla strada principale dove normalmente prendevamo i taxi e in cui si trovano bar, ristoranti, negozi. In venti minuti a piedi si arriva alla old town, 5 minuti in auto. La piscina é molto carina con 5 sdrai e ombrelloni, perfetta per una paura dallo stress. Cherry e lo staff é sempre disponibile e sorridente, la colazione è alla carta ma puoi ordinare tutto ciò che vuoi. Io ho provato solo frutta, pamcake e crepe (tutti delizioso) ma ci sono anche piatti asiatici o salati. La sensazione era un po quella di essere alla casa al mare, tutto molto tranquillo e rilassato, pianti meravigliose, tramonti stupendi ecc. Cherry ti aiuta con consigli su cosa fare, volendo prenota lei stessa sia trasporti che tour. Ad esempio da Da Nang abbiamo speso 13 euro con autista privato.. top 🤍

La pulizia della camera potrebbe essere più approfondita, ma è davvero un dettaglio.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Hoi An Holiday Villa und können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! Das Hotel ist familiengeführt. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und gepflegt, genauso wie der gesamte Außenbereich. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Pool – er war stets sauber und angenehm warm, perfekt zum Entspannen nach einem Ausflug. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, sodass man wunderbar abschalten und erholsam schlafen kann. Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut, mit einer schönen Auswahl und frisch zubereiteten Speisen. Der angebotene Wäscheservice war ebenfalls zuverlässig und unkompliziert – ein zusätzlicher Pluspunkt, gerade bei längeren Reisen. Das Personal spricht verständlich Englisch. Minibar-Preise sehr fair. Insgesamt ein fantastischer Aufenthalt mit hervorragendem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Als Alleinreisende habe ich mich von Anfang an sehr willkommen gefühlt – die Besitzer sind unglaublich freundlich und herzlich. Es gibt kostenlose Fahrräder und Pool Handtücher. Die Lage zwischen Altstadt und Reisfeldern/Hidden Beach ist perfekt. Absolut empfehlenswert für eine entspannte und ruhige Auszeit.

Everything about Hoi An Holiday Villa was amazing. The host Cherry was wonderful: incredibly hospitable and was happy to answer any of our questions about Hoi An and the surrounding areas. She gave us recommendations for things in the area right away and the breakfast was also very good. The location is close enough that you can walk to the old town area, but far enough away to be able to sleep peacefully. If we are ever fortunate enough to return to Hoi An, there is no question that we will stay here again. Thank you!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hébergement à Hoi An. L’établissement est idéalement situé, à environ 2 km du centre-ville : suffisamment proche pour s’y rendre facilement, tout en étant au calme, ce qui est vraiment appréciable. Le logement est très confortable, mignon et agréable à vivre. On s’y sent tout de suite bien. Un immense merci à Cheery, qui tient l’établissement : elle s’est vraiment mise en quatre pour nous. Toujours très réactive, disponible et à l’écoute, elle nous a donné de précieux conseils et de très bonnes adresses. C’était vraiment hyper sympa de se sentir aussi bien accompagnés, avec autant de professionnalisme et de gentillesse. Nous recommandons sans hésiter et reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in Laufnähe der Altstadt in einer ruhigen Gegend. Wir konnten deswegen sehr gut schlafen und hatten in der wunderschönen, sehr gepflegten und sauberen Anlage mit Pool sehr erholsame Tage. Die Besitzerin und ihre Familie sind sehr nett und aufmerksam! Wir haben uns dank ihnen sehr wohl dort gefühlt und könne diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!

Se trata de un alojamiento muy tranquilo, su personal es de lo mas encantador que nos hemos encontrado en Vietnam. La cama es cómoda, la habitación es enorme, te dejan las bicis, la piscina limpísima, te recomiendan comidas y restaurantes, etc. Realmente un lugar fantástico! El desayuno es BRUTAL!! Pero lo que mas destaca es la familia que lo lleva, te hacen sentir como en casa y se preocupan por que te sientas cómodo. Es un lugar ideal si quieres descansar, no está en el centro de la ciudad asi que evitas ruidos y el descanso es perfecto. (En bici tardas ni 10’ al centro).

The property was clean, quiet, and very pretty, and the pool was perfect after a hot day under the sun. The free bicycles a super convenient to get into the old town. The hostess Cherry was friendly and helpful.

Their breakfasts were the perfect start to my day. Everything was fresh and delicious and there were so many wonderful choices. Cherry, the manager who also served our breakfast was always so kind and helpful. It was also a bonus that she spoke perfect English.

Excellent place to stay, just far enough from old town to be quiet and close enough to easily go and and forth. Cherry and her family were great, fantastic breakfasts and they could not have been more welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble and Cherry spent a lot of time organising transport for the 12 of us.

The hostess Cherry and her Family were Amazing. Very accommodating, friendly, professional, attentive and nothing was too much trouble. They swapped out the TV so we could watch Netflix and thoughtfully gifted us a delicious cake for our wedding anniversary. The room was big and serviced each day. The pool was refreshing. The breakfast menu was substantial and each dish was tasty and plentiful and always delivered with a smile. It was close enough to walk to Old Town but in a quiet area and not that much further for a taxi to A bang Beach. Free bicycles to use to explore. Overall it was just a really nice spot to relax and we look forward to returning. Highly Recommended

We stayed at Hoi An Holiday Villa for our daughter's wedding celebration. Cherry was wonderful. The Villa is pretty, the rooms very clean and spacious. The breakfast was amazing.. we were glad to be there a week so we could try a number of options. We were there as a group of family and friends with 4 young children, Cherry catered for all our tastes. Cherry organised a carterer for a celebration dinner on the wedding evening and it was superb. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

We really loved the villa. The host, Veronica, and her family were incredibly welcoming. All of Veronica’s recommendations were excellent. She helped us by suggesting great places to eat, the best massage spots, and even bought us tickets to an amazing show. When traveling with family, such advice is priceless—it saves time and truly enhances the experience. The backyard pool was clean, the rooms were spacious, and the beds were comfortable. We highly recommend staying here. You will feel right at home!

Felt so much like home. We were treated beyond exceptional. We stayed for over 3 weeks. The layout off the. Villa is great. Breakfasts great. The pool area is lovely and we spent many days enjoying relaxing and reading. The location was wonderful so close to cafes, restaurants, shops , close to the old town where you can walk to quite easily or a short cab ride for 50 VND. It is off the main road so much quieter. Rooms are large and cleaned well daily. The family running the hotel are like family so helpful and caring. I was unwell a couple of days and they made sure I was ok. I highly recommend Hoi An Holiday Villa for families as well as singles and couples like ourselves. So

What a lovely experience! I just spent a week here as part of a photography trip to SE Asia, and had the nicest time staying at Cherry’s villa. She couldn’t have done more for our little group, and I loved the comfort, location and friendly vibe of her establishment. A family affair, everyone was so welcoming and the breakfasts are amazing. Super rooms, and an easy walk or cab ride into the old town. I’d love to come back.

I spent few days in this family run villa . Cherry the owner went out of her way to make us feel welcome . Nothing was too much trouble . The bed was incredibly comfortable and breakfast offered a good choice of vietnamite and continental breakfast with a lot of fresh fruit…. Try the banana pancake . It’s to die for .delicious.

This host Cherry, deserves more than 5 Stars! Where do I start? Excellent reception on arrival, bags carried to the room. Room was huge overlooking the pool. Tea /coffee/ bottle water . Bathroom pack of soaps/ shampoo, toothbrushes etc. A family business so all involved with large selection for breakfast of your choice, her father is the chef! Room was cleaned each day. Cherry will arrange taxis and days out, even cheaply do your washing! A font of all knowledge of the area, ask Cherry where to go. She is perfect in English. Location wise, it's not in the center, a short pleasant walk away. Many restaurants/ bars nearby. It is tucked away from the main road and is very quite at night. You will love it as we did and would book again without hesitation. Thank you Cherry.

It is not a hotel, it is home. People here is so friendly and helpful, always with a smile which is impressed me. It is very peaceful. Room is basic but clean and big, breakfast is a lot of choices, a lot of fruit. They make them fresh every day. Bicycle is good maintenance. Location is perfect

We have reviewed this excellent family managed villa accommodation a few times but it never gets boring to invest a bit of time to thank Cherry and her beautiful family for their hospitality. Another great week catching up with friends around Cua Dai (which is recovering really well!) And relaxing around Hoi An was as usual made all the better for our stay here. This is a hidden gem. The room was fantastic and the service was even better. Cherry helped with tour/flight booking, gave recommendations, and gave her Whatsapp for any questions I had. Also the included breakfast was great. This is a 5ish minute grab ride away from old town so the area was quiet yet accessible. Absolutely fantastic place.

We had an fantastic stay with Cherry and her Family. The rooms and the complete property are very nice and well kept. The breakfast is a la cart with choices for everyone. It’s very quiet at night and the beds are comfortable. You can rent bikes for free to get to all the nice spots Hoi An has to offer in a fast and fun way. Perfect vehicle to explore the narrow paths through the rice fields until you reach the Vegetable Village and the An Bang beach. Cherry and her family are fantastic hosts who constantly make sure you are happy and have everything you need. If you are visiting Hoi An and are looking for a accommodation with great hosts, which let you feel like friends this is the place to go

This was an exceptional stay. I would highly recommend for all travelers that want to stay somewhere close to the city center but at the same time in quiet and peaceful area. The villa is amazing. The owners make you feel like at home and provide you with the best service possible from breakfast to doing your laundry if needed. The villa is clean and the rooms are large, with very comfortable bed. Really enjoyed the stay.

I stayed at Hoi An Holiday Villa to join a food retreat organized by a friend. Cherry and her family were tireless to make us feel at home. The spacious rooms, the breakfast is one of the best I ever had in a hotel, many choices, it was a standout experience overall. I totally recommend you all to stay here if you go to Hoi An. What a wonderful stay. My friends and I spent a week at the villa and we loved every minutes. The family took a very good care of us from morning breakfast till late when we came back with the bikes Their hospitality and warmness created an amazing atmosphere at the villa The location is great. I had an amazing stay at holiday villa! the communication with Cherry is great and the whole family is extremely kind and welcoming. They take care of everything you need, and make sure your stay is absolutely amazing. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The location is great, it is a close bike distance to the town(bikes are free) and super spot to explore the area and Rice fields around. The Breakfast is delicious. I was on a solo trip, meeting friends for a remote Co-working week at Holiday Villa. I would definitely come back when I am in Hoi An!
