The receptionist was drunk, security guard was sleeping the whole time. I felt very unsafe to stay there. Not worth the money. It smells weord and smoky overall. Even in the rooms. Not recommending anyone to stay here

Reviewed Sep 3, 2024Location of the hotel is good. Its centrally located and was convenient travelling to meetings form the hotel. But the price I paid for the hotel wasn't worth the location.
The Room Photos need to be updated, the rooms are not at all as shown in the photos. Rooms had low light, the cleanliness was low. The cupboard and the room smelled of fungus. They don't bother to stock basic toiletries. Their restaurant didn't serve lunch or dinner. The refrigerator kept making noises and being on the main road, it doesn't have sound-proof windows, another minus.

Reviewed Jul 8, 2024Linen was not clean as expected, toiletries was not provided as mentioned in the list posted on the room door. Soap dispensers kept in the bathroom were very dirty. I informed the receptionist but nothing was done to clean or replace it. Paint was pealing off the wall outside the bathroom. Faucet in the bathroom was leaking during use. Staircase is narrow & can be dangerous during an emergency.

1. Price is over quoted comparing with room size and facilities provided 2. Only bubble wash and hand wash is given as the toiletries but where as in booking.com they projected all the toiletries. 3. I have to request for bathroom mat. 4. Paid for breakfast but since I had done early check in I have to pay, but I had checked out by 7:30 pm same day.

Reviewed Feb 5, 2024The hotel is very centrally located. Even with a very late arrival I had no problems check in. The kiosk outside had very delicious coffee and sandwiches.
The room was right on the main road, so you could not really sleep. The staff were there in sufficient numbers, but without really showing any interest in the guest. The breakfast was not varied.
