Central location specious and quiet rooms limited amenities and facilities compare to the room price. Friendly helpful courteous frnatdrsk and staff hassle-free ch in and ch out warm wel come with traditional juice.

Specially i would like to mention that breakfast is worst the spread is not suitable for a butic property. Nothing found better which appetite will eager to eat the cost cutting break fast.

The size of the room allotted to us was too small. We barely could move.

We did not have breakfast or any food at the hotel. Clean room, and friendly staff made our stay. All our engagements in Pune could be easily met with no difficulty. We enjoyed a hassle-free and comfortable short stay.

Look like they are scammers, it's not worth it to stay hotel ketan. 2hours no electricity and staff is rude and they provided breakfast according to the clients.

I didn't like anything. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. They charge a lot but facilities is average.

The breakfast was good. The room overall wasn't bad, and corresponded to the hotel category. The hotel's location was quite convenient. The hotel provided us with parking slot.

Excellent location. The staff are very helpful. The hotel itself is generally very clean. Thanks to Vaibhav who tried his best to help when we put in some requests.

Wifi is terrible (and restricted to a few devices only) and this is surprising in a city like Pune. Upon check in, it takes 15-20 mins to gain access. After that, one needs to keep logging in to keep your WiFi connection active. For many of us who do remote working, this is a nightmare.

Loved the decor and cleanliness of the hotel and rooms/ the interiors are tastefully done and the cafe is a delightful place. The staff is very friendly and courteous. But above all its right in the middle of Fac road but till secluded. A must stay if you are in Pune.

My Shower knob was damaged. Nobody came to repair despite of multiple reminders.

Great location being slightly set back from the busy FC Road. The staff were amazing. ‘The Patio’ where we had our meals felt like an oasis away from noise and pollution. They make nice coffee! There are many nice restaurants to choose from within walking distance.

WiFi didn’t work in my room. It worked in the lobby and on ‘The Patio’

I had a four night stay at the Hotel Ketan and I would definitely choose to stay there again. The hotel is centrally located in a busy part of town. The free breakfast was very filling and fun to try local dishes. The room was spacious and clean and had everything I needed. The staff were exceptional, very friendly and helpful. They were able to arrange a car from the airport upon request.

The location was fantastic, room was larger than expected and very well furnished with good quality tea/coffee

Because it's on such a busy road, there was noise from outside; Also the guests and staff were quite loud in the corridors. Additionally, I didn't realize that although they serve breakfast, dinner is only for room service, the restaurant is closed except for the morning. Ordering was not feasible because I was warned it would take very long for food.

Best part is location. Lots of goods restaurants nearby and easy to reach any place in Pune. Hotel property is old so don’t expect much. Cleanliness is something which is not compromised. Sometimes the cab will take you from back side of the hotel and that may confuse you, better to get down at main road near Vaishali and walk 1 min to the hotel.

In spite if booking a bigger room, we were given a smaller room for day 1 quoting a reason that rooms are full. After following up continuously, actual room was allocated the next day. No refund was given.

The location is near of stores and restaurants. The room was very clean.

At the day of leaving, we asked reception to order us a taxi and not a uber to the airport because we had to leave at 3 o clock in the morning. They asked us to pay in advance (1200 rupees) what we did. In the morning a car drove us to the airport and it turnes out that they ordered us an OLA Taxi and the driver asked us to pay 344 rupees cash. When we told that we already paid at the hotel he called them and they didn‘t want to pay him. This whole experience spoiled the nice stay we had.

I had a pleasant stay at Ketan Hotel thanks to Mr. Vaibhav. He literally saved me from getting stuck at the airport and made sure I have everything I need during my stay. The hotel itself is super nice, clean, cosy and warm. The room was spacious, bright, great view, sparkling clean, has all the items you will need for your stay. I also enjoyed the breakfast they have there in their beautiful backyard. The location is great and the area is one of the best in Pune. Very grateful for Mr. Vaibhav for all his help and kindness!

Great service at an affordable price. Homely, clean and amazing breakfast! Lots of great shopping and dining options within walking distance. Mr Vaibhab Kulkarni was very helpful in changing my reservation dates. Highly recommended! Only suggestion to management would be to sound proof the rooms a bit more. Definitely not a deal breaker though.

This is a boutique, local hotel. First floor suite was available and nice for $80USD. Very nice staff. Indian hospitality - they will take care of a lot of things for you and give you water bottles whenever you leave. There was a bit of confusion about the laundry, but it was resolved. Great location on FC Road. A bit inside from the hectic main road. Confusing Uber map location. Go towards Vaishali Restaurant, but turn left into the lane before Momo’s, near all the clothing shops. Walk to restaurants. Get rickshaws in front of Fergusson College.

Location and staff.

We made booking for three adults. We had to ask for the bedding for third person which was promptly supplied. There are no tissue papers etc in the room.

No proper restaurant in the hotel. But since there are a lot of good eateries nearby, it didn't matter much. Hot water in bath is not always available.
