Great location and friendly staff, I would definitely stay again. On our last night Dave from reception recommended an amazing Italian for dinner and booked us in, very helpful!

My only complaint is that one of the lifts seemed to be out of order a lot which meant long wait times to get to/from your room at times. And on our last day reception repeatedly called our room phone at around 5am, asking if we’d ordered a taxi (we hadn’t) and then hung up - no apology or explanation!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was perfect for our needs. Loved the water with fruit slices in the lobby. A simple thing but much appreciated! The location worked for us for the proximity to the train station.

The location is great. The stuff was super nice. We received water buttles every day. We could borrow an umbrela. The roon size is very large for New York.

מלון מושלם, במיקום מרכזי קרוב להכל ועם זאת שקט לגמרי. הצוות שירותי ונחמד מאוד! החדר נוקה בכל יום בצורה יסודית. לא היה חסר לנו דבר, כל בקשה שלנו נענתה, החדר היה גדול, מאוד נוח ונעים. ראוי לציון: הגענו למלון ב7 בבוקר אחרי טיסה של 12 שעות כשהצ'ק אין אמור היה להיות רק ב-3 בצהריים. מאחר והחדר היה זמין נתנו לנו לעשות צ'ק אין מוקדם ללא כל חיוב נוסף וזה היה ממש יפה מצידם וראוי להערכה, הם ממש עשו לנו את היום!

The room was very clean and had amenities that we appreciated. It was within walking distance of several places we visited.

I booked the room as a suite so that we could sit on a sofa and watch tv during our downtime. Unfortunately the sofa was trashed and appeared to have been that way for some time. We were not able to sit on it. I am attaching photos of it for reference. I told Mike at the front desk about it and he apologized and said that they didn’t have a sofa to swap ours with. He was helpful in resolving some other minor issues we had with the tvs and remotes. I feel like our room charge should have been altered to one with just a bed and not the suite.

In un 4 stelle che si propone come hotel elegante non è plausibile che in una camera per 4 ospiti vi siano servizi soltanto per due (2 accappatoi, 2 bottigliette d'acqua, 2 bicchieri e potrei procedere oltre). La.porta del bagno tutta rovinata non è un bel biglietto da visita. Le abat jour che non sono utilizzabili durante la notte per un problema di gestione degli interruttori, neanche. Peccato, piccole cose che però infastidiscono (considerato anche il prezzo, nella media per la zona ma comunque non economico...)

La posizione, la pulizia accurata e la cordialità dello staff e soprattutto la disponibilità del direttore Florencio e della receptionist Eranny.

The location is fabulous and the staff was fantastic, especially Shelly at the front desk who welcomed us upon our arrival and took care personally to all of our needs until the minute we left .

The rooms are a bit small but when we asked Shelly managed to move us to a bigger room

We booked at incredibly short notice as we had turned up to the hotel we had booked already (Empire Hotel) and found our rooms there to be dirty and the staff rude. We cancelled our booking and booked Le Soleil the same evening. We eventually turned up tired and stressed and were greeted by your Night Manager Andre Walker who was exceptional in every way. He was friendly, welcoming, kind and all round a lovely person. It was such a relief to arrive! Our rooms were clean and spacious with great views and everything we needed. I was given a kettle and some fresh milk so that I could have tea, and my daughters loved their coffee machine. Each night we were there, Andre greeted us when we came in from the theatre or restaurants and asked us how our evening had been, remembered what we had told him we were going off to do, and had a nice chat. It made us feel like we were coming home each evening! We were so impressed with him. Thank you so much for looking after us and making a stay in New York so friendly

I would have loved a reasonably priced breakfast option at the hotel so that we could have stayed for breakfast. It was a little overpriced.

Hotel in posizione strategica centralissimo per visitare Mahnattan e a due passi dal metro e dal piacevole Bryan park. Molto pulito, e in posizione tranquilla, gradita l'acqua tutti i giorni nel frigobar così come caffè la mattina e tisana fredda la sera nella hall. ColaIazione ricca e ben servita. Nella via dell'hotel ristoranti per tutti i gusti dal Pub irlandese alla Stickhouse di livello.

Non molto comodo il materasso del sofà bed, eravamo in una quadrupla ed era poco lo spazio per le valigie

Uvítala bych více ramínek na oblečení. U popisu vybavení pokoje je uvedeno toaleta a pak ještě další toaleta, která ale v pokoji nebyla.

There was a bad smell in the room assigned to me, I was told that is my only choice as all other room were assigned , manager said that he will give me a better room next day. Manager didn’t show up next day and I left a message but no one got back to me

We onla liked the view of the Empire State Building and the central location close to the city center.

The accommodation is overall very outdated. The entrance door was difficult to open and kept getting stuck. The cleanliness of the room also left much to be desired: there were still hairs from previous guests on the bathroom wall. On the first day, our room was not cleaned until around 7 p.m., and we were also missing towels. Although we called the reception several times, the towels were never brought to us – luckily, we had brought some of our own. The woman at the reception in the morning was also very rude and unfriendly. Overall, for a four-star hotel at this price, we expected a much higher level of service.

I had a wonderful stay at the Executive Hotel Le Soleil last Friday in the Executive Double Queen Room. From the moment I arrived, the experience was excellent. The room was clean, comfortable, spacious, and very well maintained, which made my stay very enjoyable. I also really appreciated the professionalism and hospitality of the hotel staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay. I’m with HSS, and it was a pleasure to stay at one of the properties we work with. I would definitely recommend the Executive Hotel Le Soleil to others and would be happy to stay here again in the future. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay such a great experience!

We had a really great stay at Executive Hotel Le Soleil! Our room was super clean, comfortable, and had an amazing view. After a long day walking around NYC, coming back to such a comfortable room was honestly the best. You can definitely tell the housekeeping team puts a lot of care into their work. Everything was spotless and well taken care of, and the little details really made a difference. The staff was also very nice and welcoming throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again next time we’re in NYC. Highly recommend!

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights. It was a nice, comfortable hotel with professional, courteous staff. Good location too. All NY city hotels have super small rooms but at least this one had a decent size bathroom. We especially appreciated the personal touch of the Hotel Manager who went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable!

After having my flight to Sydney cancelled, I hurriedly booked on line . The hotel was a delightful surprise . Clean with friendly and welcoming staff . Eranny was a standout among the amazing staff who catered to all my needs . Next time I’m in New York I’ll definitely stay here .

They charged me an extra $800 and refused to return it. Booking.com has verified the validity of my evidence and is currently assisting me in resolving this issue. When you check in, they require you to pay an additional deposit, even though you have already been charged. They then refuse to return the deposit, claiming that they have no record of it in their hotel system, even though they actually charged me. Additionally, the staff at this hotel are arrogant and racist, and you cannot expect any quality service from this hotel. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel!

The location is great, close to all the major attractions. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The room is clean

The room is way smaller than we expected, definitely not 22 square meter as per description. We travelled a lot and stayed with many hotels, the room is more like a 16 to 17 square meter. Maybe the bathroom takes too much space. The AC is very noisy and not working properly. It stopped cooling after couple hours and you had to manually adjust the temperature to re-start the cooling, very annoying.

I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Le Soleil New York. The hotel has a great location, a welcoming atmosphere, and the staff truly makes the stay special. A special thank-you to Luis, the concierge, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help with recommendations, reservations, transportation, and anything else we needed. I also want to recognize Jaime, the doorman, who was incredibly welcoming and attentive. He greeted us warmly, helped whenever needed, and consistently made us feel like valued guests. Overall, Hotel Le Soleil is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting New York. The combination of location, comfort, and exceptional service—especially from team members like Luis and Jaime—made my stay memorable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Posizione centrale vicino all'Empire, colazione varia. Personale cortese e disponibile, nella stanza avevamo il divano letto con materasso non troppo comodo, appena l'abbiamo segnalato è stato cambiato con un materasso più alto e comodo.

Suites were updated very nice well appointed and very clean, everything worked plus nice amenities in the room including coffee bar tea and free water

Although not a new hotel, good sized room for NYC and nice location in Midtown. Having visited NYC on many occasions and stayed all over the city, this hotel is a great option. The staff are very friendly and assisted us with options for laundry and arranged airport transfers. Also they now have great quality Italian coffee illy coffee in the guest rooms.

Excellent hotel with outstanding service. Every staff member we interacted with, from the front desk team to the concierge and doormen, was friendly, professional, and eager to help. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and provided everything needed for a relaxing stay. Small touches such as complimentary umbrellas during the rainy weather, flavored water, and coffee in the lobby made a lasting impression. A special mention goes to Florencio, the General Manager, who was highly responsive and genuinely committed to ensuring guests had a great experience. Seeing him in the lobby each morning greeting and checking in with guests highlighted his commitment to customer service and hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone looking for exceptional service and a comfortable stay.

Stayed here for five nights with children (18/10) mid July. Good sized room if you opt for the separate sofa bed area. Carpet was worn and fraying and a few things weren't quite a four star experience, plus we were woken up by a false fire alarm three times in one night. It was not acknowledged at all by the hotel at all, which was a shame. However, a great location for Times Square and generally getting around. Would recommend for the size of the room just don't expect a 'full' four star experience.

La struttura é ben posizionata e dotata di buoni servizi. Lo staff é cortese ma la gestione dei pagamenti é stata pessima e tutt’ora non risolta.

Purtroppo mi hanno trattenuto una grossa somma non dovuta. Nonostante i solleciti numerosi é da oltre un mese che non mi restituiscono i soldi. All’inizio del soggiorno mi hanno congelato la cifra come cauzione ma al termine non hanno più rilasciata dicendo che c’era un problema ai computer. Hanno promesso più volte di sistemare la questione ma senza mai farlo.
