Хороший номер, чистый, удобный, все есть, чайник, шампунь, сейф, вода. Сотрудники очень отзывчивые, стараются помочь. В холле улыбчивые, добрые девушки и молодой человек, который всегда очень искренне улыбается. Рекомендую. Соотношение цена/качество просто отлично.

L'emplacement à 5min de la plage Hyke beach, 20/30min de l'aéroport, près de plein de commerces et restaurants. Seul bémol la piscine et la salle de sport étaient inutilisable mais l'hôtel m'a tout de suite surclassé vers une chambre supérieure mais en plus à tout de même trouvé une solution de dépannage, l'accès à la piscine d'un hôtel voisin c'est ce qui fait la différence entre un bon hôtel et un hôtel de qualité sup pour ma part . Le personnel au petit soin je les remercie pour leurs accueil et traitement durant mon séjour . La chambre spacieuse et lumineuse avec sa grande baie vitrée et vu sur la plage magnifique. Le petit déjeuner excellent, copieux du choix et le personnel est agréable.

La piscine et salle de sport hs mais ils ont tout de suite su compenser cela

I really loved my stay at this hotel! 🥰 The location is perfect, just a 3-minute walk from My Khe Beach, which made it so easy to enjoy the beach whenever I wanted. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their warm hospitality really made me feel comfortable during my stay❤️ The breakfast was good as well, although I would have loved to see a few more chicken options. Overall, I had a lovely experience here and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Da Nang! 🌴✨

部屋は清潔で大画面のテレビもあり、エアコンもとてもよく利く高性能なものでした。朝食ビュッフェは品数も結構多く、屋上の簡易フィットネスエリアまで使わせてもらいました。受付の方も感じよくとても丁寧に対応してくれて、これほど安価でこのサービスはありがたい限りです。

強いて言えば、レストランのスタッフさんに挨拶した際に露骨に無視されてしまったのだけ残念でした。

Giá cả phải chăng, vị trí đẹp, gần biển, gần trung tâm ăn uống, khách sạn không có chỗ để xe hơi nhưng trước mặt là bãi xe có thu phí. Phòng sạch sẽ, gọn gàng, tủ lạnh làm lạnh nhanh, máy lạnh mát. Bữa sáng tương đối phong phú, có thay đổi món các ngày, vị ngon. Hồ bơi sạch sẽ. Thang máy đi nhanh, êm, dễ chịu. Mấy bạn lễ tân rất dễ thương, vui vẻ, nhiệt tình hỗ trợ khách. Khăn giấy của khách sạn có mùi quế rất dễ chịu. Có dịp đến Đà Nẵng mình sẽ quay lại.

Concierge and desk staff were nice and helpful, cleaners were great. Breakfast was humble but nice.

The pool area furniture is all broken. Needs replacing and some umbrellas would be great. Room smelt musty but it was clean. No wifi by the pool… not really a gym - maybe better use of the area would be some more pool loungers?

Phòng hơi chật và cách âm kém. Trong phòng có thể nghe thấy hết và biết hết lời nói hoạt động của những người đi ngoài hành lang. Dọn phòng xong có mùi khó chịu chứ không thơm như các nơi khác. Nhân viên dọn phòng tự ý vứt đi đồ dùng của khách như là các chai nhỏ đựng dầu gội , mỹ phẩm.

Hotel ist für dieses Gebäude übertrieben. Das Gebäude hat seine besten Zeiten wohl vor langer Zeit gehabt. Das war die schlechteste Unterkunft die ich in Vietnam hatte.

Die Lage vom Hotel ist super. Direkt nahe am tollen und breiten Strand von Da Nang. Und im die andere Richtung ist auch die Drachenbrücke sehr gut zu erreichen, auch zu Fuß. Im Umfeld gibt es viele kleine Minimärkte für eine Versorgung. Das Zimmer war sehr einfach aufgebaut aber alles da was man braucht.

Meine Dusche funktionierte nur mangelhaft, lediglich die einfach Brause funktionierte. Es war auch nicht immer gewährleistet das warmes Wasser verfügbar ist. Das Frühstück war leider nicht zufriedenstellend. Der Frühstücksraum war winzig und viele Leute haben kein Platz gefunden. Zudem war das Essen sehr schnell geleert und wurde nicht nachgefüllt. Das Dach liefert eine tollen Blick. Der Pool ist leider nicht in einem tollem Zustand. Noch schlimmer ist der Bereich für das Thema Fitness. Die Geräte sind in einem schlechten Zustand, sind teilweise kaputt und stark korrodiert.

The breakfast area was very cramped. Room soundproofing poor, can hear kids and neighbours throughout the night.

Not much. Was old, we had a physically door key which was annoying to use. The bathroom was a shower over bath which had no curtain so water everywhere. City view was of buildings being worked on and therefore workers could see straight into the room. The lighting was intense in the room, very clinical. The breakfast was awful, tables squished together.

As above, the place was very underwhelming compared to photos. The pool was disgusting and depressing. The room itself was next to an open stairwell and noise filtered down. Overpriced for what it was. At least the location was close to the beach.

Бассейн грязный и пахнет, тренажерный зал очень скудный. Завтрак не вкусный, выбор вроде и есть, а кушать нечего. Дети вообще остались голодные, да и мы с супругом не получили удовольствия от еды. Еще очень не повезло, что с самого утра около нашего окна повис работник и начал устанавливать новую вывеску отеля. Все это время он стучал прям около нас и это продолжалось не один час, пока мы ее уехали. А вишенкой на торте стало то, что сотрудник ресепшн заставила меня стирать полотенце, так как на нем остались следы туши для ресниц после умывания. С таким я вообще впервые в жизни сталкиваюсь.

Гарне розташування готелю, він знаходиться в пішій доступності до набережної Дананга. Поруч є багато непоганих закладів харчування.

Персонал не розмовляє англійською, дуже важко комунікувати навіть через переклалач. Я бронювала готельний номер із панорамним видом на море. Коли я приїхала на заселення, мені озвучили, що таких номерів немає (як їх може не бути, якщо я бронювала таких номер за 2 тижні) і мене поселили в номер із 1 маленьким вікном, яке виходило на стіну сусіднього будинку. Із кондиціонеру на стелі крапала вода прямо на ліжко.

First room the air con didn’t work & most of the plug sockets were faulty but we got moved pretty quickly & the 2nd room was decent.

The gym was absolute joke, 4 machines all not working & rusty as hell.

We had a good room and nice view. And the value for the stay was overall great. The room wasn’t the cleanest, but we didn’t have any issue with that. Breakfast was probably the saviour of the stay (folks, do not anticipate an “American style” buffet. It’s Vietnam. They are going to have Vietnamese food.) View from the pool deck was nice. Housekeeping was nice. Front desk staff were lovely. With the hotel being so close to the beach, there are so many great places to eat and have drinks at.

Despite the claim of “sound proof” - no. It is not sound proof. And when people come in late at night through the halls and they are talking or scanning their key cards… you hear it. We decided to complain once because it was our last day and the group that was in the hall was so loud calling to each other from other rooms and going up and down the stairs and just talking so loudly. Security came but literally that was when no one was around. Security then came to our door and knocked. Both my partner and I (having both worked in hotels, myself for 9 years and him just one year) found it to be the wrong protocol to identify the room that complained. Not that there was anyone around to see. But we found that to be wrong. All of the nights we slept with earplugs. Cause you hear the noise from the hall and from the street. Did not hear anything from anyone upstairs though. The pool did not look swimmable. It wasn’t the cleanest as the photos would suggest. The fitness centre was a bit broken. The windows from the room were dirty. So you couldn’t really see too well from them if it wasn’t open.
