Las camas eran muy cómodas, estaba todo muy limpio y la localización muy céntrica. Margie fue muy amable y nos atendió genial. Sin duda muy buena opción para alejarte en Toronto, repetiría!

This is a shared space unit so we had a privaye room and bathroom with a shared kitchen and dining area. Great location and super easy check in. There were complimentary water and snacks waiting for us. It was exactly as we expected and it was exactly what we needed for our stay in the city.

La posizione è ottima e anche la possibilità di parcheggiare sotto casa. La cucinetta è utile. Sono stati forniti gli ombrelli che ci sono stati utili.

Diciamo che la struttura andrebbe decisamente rinnovata. Il bagno è minuscolo. Abbiamo chiesto come abbassare l'aria condizionata che era eccessiva e non abbiamo ricevuto risposta, seppur motivando che uscivamo da un'influenza.

The location is really good its accessible even if you dont have a car.

Since we came its summer its a little bit hot in the room we just used fan to make the room cold

Location is exceptional, short walk to the hustle bustle of Yonge Street (where there are lots of food). Place is kept very clean, especially the private bathroom.

Price is a little high but paper is 1 ply.

Hele goede locatie in centrum van Toronto. Rustig straatje. Dichtbij restaurants, winkels en metrostation. Ruime frisse kamer. Fijn dat je gebruik kan maken van de gemeenschappelijke keuken en woonkamer.

Muy bonito y bien comunicado. Hay un parking justo al lado. Mejor ir siempre por la calle church Street, mejor zona.

La habitación es un garaje de la casa. Es un poco claustrofóbico.

L’alloggio di Margie è assolutamente quello che si può definire un B&B perfetto sopra ogni aspettativa. Se pensate ad un host premuroso che fornisce ai suoi ospiti qualunque cosa , beh pensate a Margie. La camera era spaziosa, pulita, il letto molto comodo e dotata di frigorifero. Noi avevamo il bagno privato fuori ma non è stato assolutamente un problema. La cucina a disposizione degli ospiti era equipaggiata con tutto il necessario per preparare colazioni pranzo o cena. A disposizione ombrelli in caso di pioggia, ciabatte, caricatori, spazzolini nuovi e chi più ne ha più ne metta!!! Assolutamente nulla da dire!!! Grazie siamo stati benissimo.

Se proprio devo dire una cosa, e lo dico a favore di Margie perché mi dispiace aver visto il suo bellissimo tavolo da pranzo rovinato, sarebbero utili delle tovagliette.

Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin Margie, war super. Bei der Ankunft standen Snacks und Getränke bereit, so dass man sich sofort willkommen fühlte. Es ist sehr gut möglich sich ein eigenes Frühstück zu machen, da eine komplett ausgestattete Küche zur Verfügung steht. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße der belebten Yonge-Street in Downtown. Vor dem Haus steht ein einzelner Parkplatz kostenfrei zur freien Verfügung, den man nutzen kann, wenn er nicht schon besetzt ist.

Bit small, but worked well for us

Die Lage zentral an der Yonge Street war gut um alles zu erreichen. Für Kaffee und kleine Snacks war gesorgt. Geparkt haben wir gegenüber in der Tiefgarage. Haben das Auto während des gesamten Aufenthaltes nicht bewegt. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis hat insgesamt gut gepasst

Wir hatten das Zimmer im Souterrain und da war die Decke recht niedrig (für über 1,90 etwas schwierig)

Zentrale Lage, einfacher Check in. Recht sauber.

Das Kellerzimmer war sehr kalt, das Wasser nur knapp lauwarm. Insgesamt war das Zimmer sehr ungemütlich.

The place is well located close to the main road. Yet, it's a very calm place. The host is great

Es hat uns sehr gut bei Margie gefallen. Waren dort am Anfang der Reise für 3 Tage und nochmal am Ende für 2 Tage. Wunderbare ruhige Unterkunft in dem charmanten Townhome. Trotz Hitze in Toronto war es im Townhome angenehm kühl auch ohne Klimaanlage. Wir kommen gern wieder. Alles was wir brauchten, war vorhanden, die Küche gut ausgestattet. Reichlich Getränke und Snacks als Willkommensgruss waren eine sehr nette Angenehmlichkeit. Gute Lage für Sightseeing. Downtown, Old Town und das Seeufer ist fussläufig gut erreichbar.

Es gab nichts zu bemängeln.

Casa d’epoca in una via tranquilla ma vicinissima al centro, raggiungibile a piedi, con la metro a 5 minuti a piedi. Cucina attrezzata, anche con macchina da caffè e cialde, e salottino con tavolo da pranzo. La nostra camera era al primo piano con bagno privato esterno, praticamente davanti alla stanza, chiuso da chiave privata. All’arrivo in stanza si trova un set omaggio di bevande e patatine, sono inoltre a disposizione adattatori, ciabatte monouso e spazzolino. Non abbiamo mai visto nessuno, all’arrivo si riceve un messaggio con il codice d’accesso per l’apertura del portone d’ingresso, mentre la chiave della stanza e’ nel gancio sulla porta stessa, che è indicata da un cartellino con il nome. Abbiamo comunque contattato la proprietaria per avere altri asciugamani e carta igienica, ha risposto immediatamente e provveduto con grande cortesia.

Nella strada stanno facendo dei lavori forse non segnalati su Google , a volte chiamando l’uber ci sono stati dei disguidi. Talvolta si sentono i rumori degli altri inquilini delle stanze, perché sostanzialmente è una casa d’epoca riadattata a struttura alberghiera.

Espaçosas, camas muito boas, banheiro excelente e grande , café e chás .

La situation, le confort des lits et la grande salle de douche

We liked how comfortable the beds were and the access to the tiny kitchen.

We didn't like the lack of air conditioning upstairs, it gets a little stuffy upstairs. The ratio price over quality was about 100 CAD too high per night.

Great place for a visit in toronto. Despite beeing in downtown its very quite. The owner left some welcome snacks and beverages. Kirchen has also tea and coffee.

Großzügiges Zimmer.

Bad & WC waren ein separates Zimmer über den Flur erreichbar. Wenn der kleine Garten mir Sitzmöglichkeiten ausgestattet und nutzbar wäre, wäre schön gewesen.

Very nice host. House was very clean and the location is amazing.

Margie is cooperative and responsive.

The location was perfect for our visit. My sister & I took advantage of the conveniently situated Subway close to the apartment for our visits with friends & family. Our apartment was clean and comfortable. It was just right for our visit to Toronto.

We liked the use of the kitchen area which was well stocked with everything we needed. Coffee was good. Loved the freebies. Loved sitting up in the dining area and looking out the window.

Everything was well thought out and comfortable including of course our room.

The beds in the top room were 2 queens, very comfortable. Snacks, coffee, cream, and toiletries are all provided. A lot of little touches with instructions. Fans were available if it was too hot, and extra blankets if it was too cool. Umbrellas available at the door if needed. I was able to use the available parking spot, which was convenient.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le logement était spacieux et agréable. La literie était excellente. La cuisine et le salon commun étaient un vrai plus. La situation près du centre ville est idéale pour partir visiter à pied mais est également proche d'une station de métro, des arrêts de bus ou de tramway. La rue est calme et située à 5 minutes d'un super quartier animé où retenti la vie et l'énergie de Toronto !

perfecte locatie om toronto te bezoeken, dichtbij uitgaan -en eetgelegenheden maar ook de bezienswaardigheden zijn goed te bereiken. Alles was tot in de puntjes geregeld door de eigenaresse, lieve gratis snacks tot oplaadsnoertje voor je mobiel met canadese stekker tot badslippers en watjes in de badkamer. Kamer voor drie personen bestaat eigenlijk uit twee kamers, super comfortabel. Je eigen badkamer is dan op de gang, maar dat is geen enkel probleem.

Bon emplacement pour visiter la ville, proche du métro collège. Lla chambre en duplex et très bien, spacieuse, pleine de produits personnels (shampooing ', apres-shampooing, gel douche, coton-tige,..panier de bienvenue, accès à une cuisine. Petit frigo dans la chambre. Lits confortables. Margie répond très vite aux messages. Vraiment que du positif.

Die Lage ist ideal, vieles es fußläufig erreichbar und die Metro ist auch sehr nahe. Sehr nett fanden wir die Snacks zur Begrüßung!

Zimmer im Untergeschoß ist relativ kalt (aber es gibt einen kleinen Heizstrahler) und die Deckenhöhe ist relativ nieder.

Excellent location, rooms were clean and there were ample tea/coffee provisions etc.

Low ceilings in the downstairs room will be annoying for tall guests

The host was very helpful when I contacted her. The bed was comfortable, and I was really glad I could open the window. I don’t like it when the windows won’t open.

It would’ve been nice to find some food there to make breakfast. I didn’t realize I needed to bring my own, and it wouldn’t have been very convenient to do that.

I liked that I was just steps away from Yonge Street. It was convenient to come and go. I appreciated the autonomy the space provided, I didn't actually talk to anyone in the 2 days I stayed there, which was perfectly fine. I liked the privacy and space I was afforded. It was nice that there was a little binder of coupons and attractions nearby, felt like a very personal touch. I'd genuinely consider staying here again for another trip, or possibly on a family excursion.

All of these are minor quibbles, but I felt merited mentioning. - I'm a tall person and the room wasn't the most tall person friendly. It was easily navigable, but I always had to be mindful of my surroundings. I would have appreciated knowing that in advance. - I'd have loved if there was a fan in the room. There wasn't much in the way of climate control in the basement space. As it was the basement suite, I was apprehensive of opening the windows. Not to be super paranoid about security, but being in a busy downtown area and unfamiliar with the neighbourhood, it was something I was mindful of. - I was a bit surprised that the TV barely had any stations. I sat down to watch the Jays game only to find there was no Sportsnet.

Close to transit, liked that both beds were separate alcoves. Shower was great! Host was very quick at responding to queries.

The single bed mattress needed a smaller comforter. It was too big and kept getting caught on the bed.

Although close to the centre of Toronto, the property is in a quiet residential street with no traffic noise. Close to public transport and walking distance to restaurants and shops. It was very convenient to be able to use the washing machine and dryer in the basement.

The "external private bathroom" required crossing the landing and unlocking the bathroom door with a key to get in and out, which was a bit inconvenient.

清掃が行き届いていて、とても快適に休むことができました。周辺もダウンタウン付近ですがとても静かなので、ぐっすり眠ることができます。ウェルカムミールも美味しかったです。

Fomos muito bem recebidos. Limpeza impecável. Cafe, chá e alguns snacks de presente foram ótimos. Haviam muitas informações sobre passeios e dicas disponíveis. Local calmo, próximo ao metrô e de fácil acesso a pé para vários lugares.

Ficamos no quarto do sub-solo e me senti um pouco claustrofóbica no início. Mas depois vimos que tem janela e ele é bem arejado.

Ruhige Lage in der lauten Stadt.

Great location

It was super easy and clear the communication with Margie. The room was perfect , we had enough space to opened two big luggages (there is no elevator, only stairs). We had a very clean room and bathroom . Bathroom included all, towels and ammenities. Furthermore, we could grap a cup of coffee anytime for free and Margie was so kind to leave us some snacks and water for free in our room. Excelent service! Finally the location is directly in the centre, walkable main attractions in Toronto.

Chambre en sous sol assez exiguë pour 2 … peu de charme ne correspondant pas du tout à photo sur booking …aucune vue …obligation de baisser la tête par endroit pour ne pas se cogner au plafond …literie très moyenne … dommage car beaucoup d’attente au vue des commentaires et des photos mises en avant !

Bathroom a bit dated, despite room available in the room, no wardrobe.

Location was great, price was competitive, room was great. Loved the loft, fireplace, brick, big bathroom.

Due to the building's age, noises carry. Could hear everything else happening in the house, though I wore earplugs to sleep so not a huge deal. Room was clean, but bathroom showed it's age. Lots of yellow in shower, some signs of mold mildew.

Lovely space with two huge comfy beds and great bathroom. Excellent location on a lovely street close to shops and great places to eat.

WiFi was a bit slow but Margie reset and sorted it out.

L'emplacement de la maison de Margie est idéal pour visiter Toronto. Notre chambre était spacieuse et les équipements à disposition dans la maison vraiment nombreux et très pratique.

Comme je suis handicapée, nous avons moins apprécié les escaliers pour accéder à la chambre mais c'est ainsi dans les maisons typiques de centre ville.

L’emplacement est absolument top, près de tout mais dans un calme absolu.

La chambre était très bien aménagée et décorée avec soin. Dommage qu’elle soit au sous-sol. En fait c’est un garage semi-enterré transformé en chambre

Short walk to a supermarket, free use of laundry facilities, nice and quiet.

I found there were more flights of stairs than expected, and not I had not expected to go up stairs and need the key to use the private bathroom. I should have done more research.

Bien situé, appartement très joli et confortable. Literie de qualité. Salle de bain très grande et douche avec un bon débit. Salle commune et cuisine commune très pratiques. Le frigo est très petit mais pratique tout de même. Nous recommandons !

Tout était parfait. Margie a toujours répondu très rapidement à toutes nos interrogations. L’emplacement de l’appartement est parfait car proche d’un supermarché et assez central. Seul bémol le prix de la nuit un peu élevé.

I was pleasantly surprised to find the room to be quite spacious and very sweet lovely pleasantly decorated. An enclosed and private patio with four chairs and a coffee table was adjacent to the room. I was terribly thirsty when we arrived, so I was happy to see that there was a couple of bottles of water and chips and cookies and juice and lollipops, waiting for us. A few different choices of coffee were provided. The shower worked great and toiletries such as face soap, shampoo, and body soap were also in place. I would definitely come back again. Thank you Margie.

La llegada y la salida del alojamiento en coche se complica por el difícil tráfico de Toronto. Si tienes que hacer algún desplazamiento en coche hay que planificarlo bien

Checking in and out was easy. The contact with the host was very friendly. Margie sent us a message with all the information about how to get into the house and let is know when the room was ready. We stayed on the second floor in a family suite (bedroom with queen sized bed and an adjoining room with a single bed). The room was located over the room with garden access, so we had a lovely view from our window into lush greensand surrounding the backyard. We had to leave the room to access our private bathroom. It was directly in front of our door, and there was just one other room on the same floor. We never encountered anyone walking back and forth. Downstairs there was a kitchen well stocked with tea and coffee. There was also a big dining table where we met some very nice fellow travelers in the morning. The area was quiet but close to a busy street with restaurants and stores. We found an amazing ramen place nearby. There was also a bus stop and a subway station close to the house.

The room with the queen size bed was extremely small, which made it uncomfortable. The bathroom was extremely small as well.

Be aware that this is a share house, and we unfortunately had very poor guests that were sharing the other rooms. They were disruptive late into the night with loud noises, left food scraps and rubbish all over the common area in the house, had personal items thrown across the floor in the common areas, especially at the front door. Whilst this isn’t the hosts fault, be very aware that this could happen to you. The hosts did their best to control the situation.
