Otelin konumu, personelin ilgisi çok iyiydi. Sadece odalardaki temizliğe daha fazla dikkat edilebilir tek eleştirim bu olacak. İstanbul’a yolunuz düşerse kalınabilecek konumuna göre sessiz ve sakin bi işletme tavsiye ederim.

Great hotel in a great location!

I spent two nights in a balcony room — and wow, what a treat! Waking up right in the heart of Istanbul’s vibrant shopping, art, and nightlife scene sounds like a recipe for noise, but guess what? It was blissfully peaceful. The hotel is a little gem — warm, cozy, and full of charm. What really stood out was how hands-on and welcoming the owner and management and staff are. You can tell they genuinely care about every detail, and it shows. Now let’s talk about what truly makes this place shine: it’s sustainably run and certified as a green hotel. That means filtered water instead of plastic bottles (free for guests!) and mindful practices all around. Big win for the planet! Breakfast? Absolutely lovely. It’s not a buffet marathon, but everything is fresh, homemade, and beautifully prepared — quality over quantity, every time. In summer, the hotel opens its big street-facing windows, turning the front area into a laid-back spot to sip coffee or get a little work done. Despite being in the middle of the action, the street stays surprisingly calm. Long story short: if you’re looking for a stay that’s safe, fun, eco-friendly, and full of personality, this is the place to be. Bonus: your carbon footprint gets a vacation too!

Le personnel est très gentil, très serviable. Le déjeuner est très très bon. Varié et de bon goût. Les lits et la literie confortable. L'hôtel est situé dans une rue très calme près d'Istiklal qui elle, est très achalandé. Nous y reviendrions avec grand plaisir. L'hôtel aurait besoin de rénovation. Chambre #13. Siège de toilette cassé , robinetterie fragile, pommeau de douche ne tient pas en place... Mais pour l'instant, ça va encore.

Hôtel propre et cosy pour une nuit avant le départ. Proche tous restaurants et shopping. Pas loin de galata tower.

The rooms are a bit small, recognizing this is an older building. We had tow separate stays, one room had a balcony that faced a brick wall, it held a small table and two chairs. It was nice, but cigarette smoke frequently drifted down from a unit above us. Our second stay had us in a room that had a very narrow frosted window, so it essentially had no window. The breakfast buffet was very nice. The lobby area has a great funky, eclectic vibe. The staff at reception were very helpful and polite. There are lots of dining options in the area.

Otel bilgilerinde yazan ve olması gereken otoparkın gittikten sonra olmadığını öğrendik. Bu noktada konumu gereği sıkıntı yaşadık maalesef.

Points forts: l'hôtel est typique, situé en plein quartier animé de Beyoğlu, à proximité de la station de métro Şişhane. Le personnel est agréable et attentionné. Points faibles: il y a bien un balcon mais il n'y a aucune vue car il ouvre sur une petite cour entourée de murs nus. Pour les personnes en déplacement professionnel, il n'existe pas de table et de chaise pour travailler dans la chambre. Le petit-déjeuner est correct sans trop de choix toutefois et, surprise, le jus d'orange est payant, ce qui gâche un peu l'hospitalité compte tenu du prix payé.

Gayet rahat ve konforluydu sadece ses bazen rahatsız etti ama bu yoğun değildi. Genel anlamda rahat uyuduk. Bir daha gelip kalmayı rahatlıkla düşünürüm. Temizlik hizmet gerçekten güzel.

Stayed here before and after our group tour, as this was where we all met and set off from. However, this was a very happy outcome for us. Great location, just off Istiklal Cd in Bayoglu, Istanbul, and close to restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, public transport incl trams, trains, and a taxi rank at either end of the street. Can be noisy at times, but we were there twice for a total of seven nights, and the after-hours noise was gone by 11pm. Staff are friendly, efficient, and welcoming. Rooms are clean, especially the bathrooms. Beds are very comfortable. The included breakfast is delicious, starting and finishing each day at tourist-friendly times.

Odanın camı apartman boşluğuna bakıyordu ama kötü bir koku yoktu. Ancak banyoda klozetin musluğu su sızdırıyordu. Bu yüzden yere havlu serdik ama o da sürekli ıslak kaldı. Biraz rahatsız ediciydi.

Great location, super nice staff but very small rooms. Value for money was ok

Great location but the shower was very dirty. They have a strict 8am breakfast policy and wouldn’t budge even 15 minutes so we could eat something before an early flight. Small kitchenette but no kettle. Didn’t feel like the hotel tries very hard to please.

Houd je van een gezellige, vintage sfeer, dan is dit het juiste hotel.

What makers this hotel special is the people and the location. Wonderful break from the noise and chaos of Istanbul. Location is near a big hotel so taxis are always there. Staff is so accommodating and kind. The rooms are adequate. It really is about the people and their effort to be ecological and helpful. The breakfast is fresh and yummy. The cook is really good. If you want fancy this isn’t your place-if you want a good solid place with helpful people you can’t go wrong.

Çok rahat ve güzel bir tecrübeydi. Kahvaltı çok iyiydi. Akşamları son derece sessizdi. O bölgede bu kadar sessiz bir konuma sahip olmak mucize ! 5 gün konakladık ve çok memnun kaldık.

Good location and amazing services

Very good hotel, well located if you like Taksim/Istikal street, and if you want to stay somewhere central. The staff is really nice, welcoming and helpful. The rooms are great, well equipped and we had the chance to have a balcony. We loved the buffet breakfast. The neighbourhood is really noisy - especially at night, but it didn't bother us when in the room. Will come back for sure!

(+) Bardzo mila obsluga, przyjemne lobby, swietna lokalizacja (-) Niedzialajaca klimatyzacja w pokoju przez co bylo bardzo goraco. Brak wyraznego info o braku okna w pokoju. Zdjecia w ofercie sa mylace. Bardzo slyszalne halasy z innych pokojow i korytarza.

İdeal konumu, heryere yürüyüş mesafesinde oluşu, hoş ambiyansı, ilgili ve yardımsever personeliyle bize gerçekten keyifli bir konaklama sundular. Teşekkür ediyorum. Tek bir noktada yorum yapmak isterim o da odaların bakım ve onarım istediği!

As a tour leader, it is very important to find someone like Ibrahim, that takes care of you and makes sure your group can have a good time. I am very thankful for his precious advices and presence. The hotel is super well located and had a green mindset that personally I appreciate a lot. The lady cooking breakfast has delighted us and is very sweet.

Péssimo hotel! Nas fotos parece que é tudo novinho mas o quarto que nos ofereceram era velho, com umas fotos medonhas na parede a cama era muito pequena, tinha marcas de mofo no chão e extremamente barulhento. O que piorou ainda mais a estadia, fazendo eu cancela-la logo no primeiro dia, foi o cheiro PESSIMO de fezes que tinha o banheiro quando alguém do prédio acionava a descarga. Além disso, algum outro hospede estava fumando no quarto e o cheiro invadia o meu quarto através da tubulação de ar condicionado (sou alérgico a cigarro e peguei um quarto para NÃO FUMANTES). Não recomendo que fique nesse hotel!

Отель оставил максимально приятное впечатление. Он небольшой, гно симпатичный и очень уютный. Окна нашего номера выходили во внутренний дворик, поэтому несмотря на одну минуту от Истикляля никакого шума не доносилось. Очень классный матрас на кровати, по нашей просьбе одну подушку заменили без всяких проблем. Номер может показаться небольшим, но благодаря грамотному зонированию получилось несколько пространств. Очень понравился подход к экологичности. Персонал очень дружелюбный и приветливый, со специалистами на ресепшене можно общаться на английском. Завтраки тоже были весьма достойными, джем из айвы - открытие поездки! В общем, крайне рекомендую.

Look no further for outstanding accommodation in Istanbul. No 11 Hotel and Apartments provides a safe, clean and comfortable base in an unbeatable location. Situated down a quiet lane it is less than a minute’s walk from bustling İstiklal Caddesi at the Galata Tower end of Istanbul’s most famous street. I consider this the better end as you are nearer to Karakoy and public transport options to get you there. Alternatively, it’s a steep but pleasant downhill walk to Karakoy and you pass Galata Tower. What I especially liked about No 11 is that it offers an ‘apartment living experience’ as much as a hotel stay. Whilst guests enjoy a lot of privacy reception is open 24/7 should you need help and is looked after by helpful attentive staff. Thank you, Onur (night reception) for all your help! It was appreciated. You are provided with an electronic key card that provides secure access to the lobby and your room. From the point of booking all communication was excellent and management were very accommodating with any special requests. An excellent, filling ‘Turkish style’ breakfast (six euros) is served from 0830 hours. However, I personally feel this is a little late for those wanting an early start to beat the queues at tourist sights. Whilst some rooms have a kitchenette and fridge, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are not provided. I was, however, easily able to borrow crockery from the hotel kitchen. I stayed in two different rooms, both excellent and both with a small private balcony and view of the lane and life unfolding below. There is a small convenience store opposite the hotel and a fruit and veg store in a lane adjacent to No 11. A large Turkcell shop a few minutes’ walk away efficiently took care of my local sim purchase. I spent several nights at No 11, thoroughly enjoyed my time there and cannot recommend this accommodation highly enough. Excellence all round. I look forward to staying again on my next visit to Istanbul. Thank you to everyone there!

I stayed here last year and it was a comfortable trip but this time everything changed. I conveyed through email time of my arrival and asked for pickup but there was no one to receive and upon arrival early morning that room ll be available after 2.00pm. On check in the room had a strange smell as the windows were closed for days. The room was clean though and the shower was nice and warm. My bed was broken I complained to the receptionist but till my stay it reminded so. I asked the owner ayse but she was rude and categorically told me that it's a hotel where you should not feel like home. I had a visit planned for bodrum and I initially booked for further stay hotel 11 but unpleasant experience and unreasonable charges for anything extra led me to look around for other options and offcourse there are too many for $50 per night in this location I would say look for another option to stay you ll get better hospitality experience.

So wonderful to be back after Covid in my favourite place in Istanbul. Ayse and her staff are as welcoming as ever. And the effort to make the premises more eco-friendly is great. The place has coped well with the rules in place for controlling the Covid pandemic. I hope to be back again ASAP.

An amaizing cozy and simple place. Ask the chief for her home made aiva marmelade! Helpful, English speaking reception, very nice shower, nice authentic disign. We will definetely come again and woul recommend it for other guests

Отель-аппарт находится рядом с главной пешей улицей Стамбула. Недалеко от метро (2 мин. пешком), 7-10 мин. до Галатской башни и моста.Всё было приятно, гостеприимный и доброжелательный персонал. Принесли электроплиту, недостающие кухонные принадлежности, помогли настроить каналы ТВ. Персонал говорит по-английски.Наверняка, посоветуем этот отель друзьям и сами планируем вернуться в следующий раз при визите в Стамбул.

I had a good night with my family..this is not first time in Istanbul but it was one of the best it seems they hotel was repaired recently.the price is moderate and good. The only problem is the location.

Every time i come to Istanbul this is the place that I choose to stay! Located in one of the best area when u can find some of the best restaurant in town. A very quite hotel with a great staff and clean rooms. Totally recommended!

Great location, just by the High Street. To get to Sultanahmet I usually take a short 10 min downhill walk to the tram and to get back to the hotel take the furnicular up - the stop is a 5 min walk from the hotel. Very nice, friendly team at the reception - always up for a good chat over coffee/tea.

Good location on a quiet side street off the main shopping street. Plenty of local cafes, bars & restaurants close to hotel. Tamsin Square just a short 5>10 minute walk away so good access for metro.

Sehr gute Lage in Beyoğlu, direkt an Istiklal Caddesi. Metro Station „Sishane“ nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.

The location is just perfect, at istiklal, taksim square; you can reach the metro station in few minutes. The staff is so nice and helpful, especially Ukey. However, the bathroom was not clean & the third bed was not comfortable. But all in all the experience was great ! Enjoy :)

The location is great,some of the the rooms are very small. The elevator is tiny. I enjoyed staying there,over all i will try to go there again.

Great location, close to istiklal and sishane metro. The room was a bit run down and not the cleanest but it did the job.

An extremely good choice for a week's stay in Istanbul. Especially a good thing are the key cards that worked amazingly. Superb service. Good location near the Shishane metro station. Very clean and cozy room. We had a room with balcony and view could have been better. Now there was no view, just walls surrounded the balcony.

No hotel is perfect... even 5 star hotels have small flaws sometimes. The search for excellence is what distinguishes a great hotel from the rest. In this case, what creates the difference and what brings the excellence is the hotel staff. They made feel like at home (...truly). For example: "You are welcome to use our laundry facilities at no charge, just let us know when you think you might need to use them". The room was clean, record simple and pleasant, the air conditioning was good.

The hotel is close to the very busy and vibrant istiklal street, yet at night we were not bothered by any loud music. Small room for 2, clean, has the basics amenities for those who want a cosy warm place to sleep and rest after long days of walking around. They also have free laundry services which was great since we stayed for 10 days. Its calm at night, but i don't know if its the same for the other rooms. Only downside is that the sun doesnt enter the room, the light comes in from a small window that gives to another wall. Other than that we had a great stay!

Our room at No.11 was simply decorated with basic amenities but definitely ticked the boxes that mattered to us - a great location to explore and very affordable! The room itself was smaller than expected but we appreciated the little kitchenette and, for the price, we couldn't complain. For a couple in our early 30s with no kids, it served as the perfect base for exploring the city. Located right off Istiklal Street in Beyoglu, we were in easy walking distance to both Taksim Square and Old Town. Unlike Taksim Square, Istiklal Street is lively with plenty of great eateries, street entertainment and hookah places. There were plenty of premium dinner options close to us in Asmalimescit. All of the trendy shops and up and coming Turkish boutiques are located near Galata Tower which is also just a few mins away. And the staff were friendly, helpful and very accommodating. On our last day, they allowed us to have a late checkout without a problem. The reception staff were present during day and left at night, which didn't bother us at all - Beyoglu felt perfectly safe at night. We enjoyed our stay at No. 11 Apartments. I'd definitely recommend this for a couple of independent travellers. Note: The hotel allowed smoking in rooms and we could smell it from our neighbours. Be mindful if you are sensitive.

Very pleasant place, very quite and comfortable even its in the heart of the action but you can sleep like a baby. the staff are really nice people and very helpful. it make you feel like you are home away from home.

The hotel is simple but do the job. Rooms were pretty small, and we did not really have a real window, just looking out over a square 40 centimeter place within the building. The air-condition did not work so good, luckily it was not hot outside. The area is great, with direct access to nice restaurants and bars, and with walking distance (25 minutes) to the bridge leading over to the famous old areas of Istanbul. For the price it was alright.

I came stanbul as a solo traveler and really hotel locates on Isteklal Street, far enough from the nigh-clubs noise makes the sleep deep and comfortable. I like how the room decorated and organized and great use for the room space. Ms Ayse was so kind and helpful and guys were too. It will be my choice if i come back Istanbul
