The location is great, and the staff was nice. The bathrooms looked newly renovated.

The mattress was uncomfortable and had a deep dip in the middle from use.

O bairro é ótimo! Seguro, com bastante comércio, estação de metrô e ônibus para vários lugares. O hotel é bem sossegado, limpo e organizado.

A rua tem um pouco de barulho de carros à noite. É bom levar protetores de ouvido se você for mais sensível. Um frigobar no quarto seria maravilhoso!

The hotel was in a good location, not too far from the Shepherd's Bush Underground station and in a pleasant residential neighbourhood. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable and I slept through the night. My favourite part was the bathroom because it was clean, modern and the shower worked very well so I had a pleasant stay.

It was my second stay at this hotel and it was good as well. Hotel is located 10 minutes from Hammersmith Station so it's easy to reach city centre from the location. Room was clean and comfortable.

The is one thing that I need to point out here - as I had been assigned to the single room on top floor, I had problem with roof window in the bathroom - due to wind, it was making noise all the time during the night and I wasn't able to close it since it's locate too high.

La chambre est très propre, elle sent très bon. La salle de bain est propre paroie de douche neuve. Je recommande cette établissement et je dois me rendre tout les ans pour le travail la bas je reviendrai avec grand plaisir. Nous étions coté court et pas un seul bruit .

Stanza piccola ma funzionale, per chi vuole visitare Londra e non solo riposarsi è ottima. Camera composta da letto armadio scrivania e bagno. Nulla di più nulla di meno. Per noi che l'abbiamo utilizzata solo per dormire, in quanto tutto il giorno in giro per Londra. La pulizia è eccellente. La zona è eccezionale dato che ci sono 4 linee di metro a soli 10min a piedi che ti portano al centro e in tutte le zone da dover visitare. In più non è una zona molto turistica, molti locali "cittadini" e non turistici e prezzi più bassi rispetto il centro. Il bagno della camera molto pulito ma molto piccolo, lavandino piccolo ma doccia ampia.

The hotel is on a very nice stretch of Shepherd's Bush Road with lots of restaurants and pubs within a 5 minute walk. The room itself was on the street but very quiet, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Great stay.

There is no air conditioner, just a fan on the desk. That said, I was there during one of the hottest stretches of the summer and had no problem, cool with good air flow. A note for people with limited mobility: I did not see an elevator and it's a few minutes to the tube station.

the location is good. near transport and restaurants, etc 1 small fan was provided, no AC as listed.

The bed was terrible with big dents.. We turned it around and was slightly better. We were put in a room right next to the door and the street. You couldn't really open the curtains or windows because of noise and a lot of sirens. Only 1 small towel was provided per person- no hand or face towel. The shower door didn't close all the way so water got on the floor. The listing on the search site says AC and breakfast. There were neither. WE would not have selected this place if we had known. Please update your information.

Great location with a fabulous deli coffee shop directly opposite. Very clean, nice bathroom although the water pressure in the shower wasn’t great. Provided basic toiletries and very fluffy towels. Tea/coffee making facilities too. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Option for late self check in.

Grande chambre pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants avec salle de bain et nécessaire pour boissons chaudes (café / thé). Situé a Hammersmith, proche du métro pour rejoindre le centre.

Pas d'option petit déjeuner possible, chambres assez mal insonorisées

Le quartier avec ses bier garden et la Tamise non loin, une super boulangerie à côté pour le petit déjeuner, les lits confortables, le personnel très gentil.

Il ne manque qu'une cafetière.

Staff are very helpful and friendly. Place is immaculately clean. Location is perfect for access to west end of London.

No communal room for reading, eating or browsing your phone. Stairs are tricky for big suitcases.

Visited to attend a concert at Eventim Apollo 15 mins walk away. Lovely staff. Clean compact room with everything I needed. Visited on a warm Tuesday but my first floor room was bearable (hotel doesnt have AC), and a fan was provided. Room overlooked main road which was noisy but by night this became a background drone which didn't disturb me. Bathroom was very clean but snug, and some would find it a tight squeeze, shower was good.

Unfortunately internal sound proofing not as efficient as secondary glazing and coupled with inconsiderate guests meant a poor nights sleep. Would stay again so long as i had earplugs with me.

Was originally put in a room that was a sweatbox. Thankfully staff moved us to a better room. But unfortunately we had to check out a day early with no refund as new room was booked for last night.

Staff were friendly and welcoming.Room clean and did the job fone for what we needed it for. So very glad it was on suite.. and thank you so much for the open windows amd a fan.

Bit cramped for 3 beds ..and 2 oversized/1 normal sized adults.. but would have been fine for 2 adults and a child. No usable wardrobe... but we managed.

The accommodation was spotlessly clean throughout. The staff were extremely friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Although the room was small it had everything needed for a comfortable few nights. There were tea/coffee making facilities in the room and a vending machine in the lobby for snacks and cold drinks. We stayed during very hot weather so the very efficient desk fan was great. The hotel itself is conveniently situated for public transport.

10/10 First, very important note: this is Star Hotel, not London Star Hotel! I went to the wrong one, so check the correct address on your booking. Staff is amazing!!! I had so many questions, and they patiently answered all of them. As someone who was traveling alone for the first time and a woman, this was an excellent experience. Across the hotel is a huge supermarket, close to pubs, parks, and public transportation. Room was clean, and I will come back.

The soundproofing wasn't the best

Excellent location and friendly, and responsive staff. Tried variety of local restaurants and we didn't find anything we didn't like.

There's no lift, but they try to give people who've flown a long way and have heavy luggage (like us from southern hemisphere) lower floors. :)

A szállás nagyon jó helyen van, szerettük a környéket. Jó a közlekedés, és reggelizni is lehet a közeli kávézókban, mielőtt az ember nyakába venné a várost. Ha ott vagy, feltétlenül próbáld ki a Gail's-t, fantasztikus a kínálat és a hangulat (a hotellel átellenben van, sok helyi jár be oda reggelizni). De Starbucks és Pres a Manger is van a közelben, sőt Lidl és még Ikea is 😆

Hotel caratteristico che fa subito sentire l'atmosfera londinese, estremamente curato e pulito, personale gentilissimo che mette a proprio agio e sempre disponibile. Posizione fantastica con 5 linee sempre a disposizione su tre fermate quasi equidistanti. Lungo la strada ci sono negozi e locali per ogni esigenza e la presenza della stazione di polizia a un isolato fa oggettivamente molto piacere. Camera perfetta con tutto il necessario. Fantastico

Excelente calidad precio. Muy bien comunicado a través del transporte público con el centro. Habitación cuádruple en primera planta orientada a la parte posterior del edificio muy tranquila y funcional. Sin lujos pero con todo lo necesario. Muy recomendable para una visita de turismo por Londres.

The room looked bigger in the photos but I liked the cleanliness, I also liked the quiet as well. Plus location is perfect. I definitely would book it again if I have a need to be in that area.
