Reviewed Jul 13, 2026Lokalizacja obiektu, przestronność pokoju, dostęp do środków transportu, spokojna nie turystyczna okolica z włoskim klimatem, bardzo mili gospodarze. Jak ktoś lubi to może smakować śniadanie na słodko w obiekcie.
Przede wszystkim kabina prysznicowa, do regulacji, wyczyszczenia z grzyba. No bardzo źle to wyglądało. Poza tym bardzo mocno falująca temperatura wody, ale to zapewne urok całej kamienicy. Szkoda również, że na śniadanie nie było żadnego świeżego pieczywa, tylko tostowe. Resztę można samemu ogarnąć, co rozumiem i robiłem.

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026La Breccia a Porta Pia sì trova in un’ottima posizione, è ben servita dai mezzi pubblici, le stanze in cui abbiamo soggiornato erano ampie, fresche e ben climatizzate (nonostante il caldo asfissiante si dormiva benissimo anche con il climatizzatore spento). Giuseppe ed i suoi due collaboratori sono stati gentilissimi e sempre disponibili per soddisfare le nostre esigenze.

Typisch italienisches Frühstück, die Familie hatte auf Anfrage nach veganen Optionen auch Sojamilch zur Verfügung gestellt. Auf dem Zimmer gab es eine Mappe mit Informationen zum Haus und zu Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Gastfamilie ist insgesamt sehr freundlich und um Zufriedenheit ihrer Gäst:innen bemüht.
Es könnten mehr vegane Dinge beim Frühstück angeboten werden und eventuell auch weniger süße Optionen.

La possibilité de s'arranger pour le petit-déjeuner lorsque nous avons du partir tôt pour une visite. Le calme dans l'hôtel et dans le quartier. L'espace dans la chambre. Le ménage fait chaque jour
La douche un peu petite et qui aurait besoin d'une rénovation. L'absence d'un frigo dans la chambre même si je pense qu'en demandant, on aurait pu bénéficier d'un peu de place dans le frigo de l'espace petit-déjeuner.

Unfortunately, we were charged a city tax that we were not informed about prior to booking. There should be more transparency regarding these extra fees."

Reviewed Jun 17, 2026Очень вежливый и внимательный персонал. Здание историческое, очень красивое, еще и дворик есть, уютный и красивый. Завтрак для перекуса нормальный - йогурты и различные сладкие пироги, кекс, кофе. На мой вкус не хватало колбас или сыров, так как я не очень люблю завтракать сладким. Но чтобы не выходить на экскурсии и прогулки голодным - отлично. В двух шагах вкусный ресторанчик, удобно ужинать там. Рядом есть остановки, но мы везде ходили пешком. С двумя детьми путь до Колизея и основных достопримечательностей занимал 30 мин. Рядом, в 10 минутах, находится вилла Торлония, гулять там - удовольствие, также можно сходить в музеи. В 10 минутах район Коппеде с потрясающе красивыми зданиями, будто из сказки.
Можно было бы заменить подушки, они слишком плоские, не очень удобно. Еще починить верхний душ, чтобы он не капал, когда используешь душ-лейку. И прочистить слив раковины, так как вода плохо уходила.

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026la professionalità non disgiunta alla gentilezza e disponibilità del titolare e del suo staff. le stanze erano pulite e molto ampie e corredate di tutti quei servizi funzionali che una struttura del genere deve avere; lo stabile d'epoca anni trenta è arricchita nelle parti comuni da mobili barocchi dal gusto classico, dando al tuo soggiorno un fascino particolare e piacevolmente lento. la posizione é decisamente strategica per raggiungere con i mezzi pubblici i siti turistici più noti ma anche quelli anche quelli meno conosciuti ma ugualmente preziosi. la ristorazione é dedicta soprattutto ai romani e pertanto si trovano ristoranti che servono pietanze cucinate con maestria e costi decisamte più bassi rispetto a quelli situati vicino al centro
per chi apprezza il vero significato di una vacanza romantica e all'insegna del godimento lento della città eterna, a questa struttura non manca nulla

The room was very comfortable with air conditioning, the beds were very comfortable, and we slept very well. We were allowed to leave our luggage after check-out. La habitación y el baño estaban bastante bien de tamaño y la zona muy tranquila para poder descansar. Echamos de menos algo salado en el desayuno. Fuimos con un peque de 3 años y la verdad que repetiríamos la experiencia. Lo recomendamos sin duda!

Reviewed May 14, 2026Basterebbe giudicare la sola accoglienza per assegnare alla struttura un bel 10 e lode, ma per i più esigenti desidero offrire qualche indicazione in più: - posizione ottima, lontana dalla Roma "turistica" ma ben servita dai mezzi pubblici e con una fermata della Metro a meno di 10 minuti a piedi; - ottimi ristoranti e pizzerie nelle vicinanze; - locali della struttura pulitissimi, sia le aree comuni, sia la camera a noi assegnata. Molto apprezzata l'accurata pulizia effettuata dal personale durante la nostra permanenza; - camera spaziosa con arredi semplici ma curati, ideale per il soggiorno di chi, come noi, vuole vivere la città senza rintanarsi in albergo; - colazione ottima, con vasta scelta di prodotti adatti per tutti i gusti. Concludo con un pensiero personale: ritengo che un sorriso e la capacità di farti sentire "a casa" valgano più di mille TV ultramoderne, canali satellitari,vasche idromassaggio o altre pseudo comodità e in accoglienza, gentilezza e professionalità La Breccia a Porta Pia non è seconda a nessuno. Le camere sono belle e ben tenute in un bel palazzo d’epoca. La zona è tranquilla ma molto ben servita dai mezzi pubblici e piena di ristoranti e bar per ogni esigenza. La colazione inclusa nel prezzo è veramente eccellente e in ulteriore bonus!

Nous avons reçu un accueil très chaleureux de la part de Veronica et de son père ! Le lit était très confortable et le petit déjeuner est varié et copieux Nous recommandons avec plaisir ce logement !

La habitación muy bien, se preocuparon de cambiarnos la almohada por una mas delgada, todo un detalle. El cuarto de baño muy limpio y todo funcionaba perfectamente. La cama amplia y cómoda. Desayuno muy correcto, tienes café, tostadas, bollería, tartas, bizcochos, fruta, yogures, mermelada, zumo de naranja, etc... Lo mejor, la atención de los dueños, muy atentos y serviciales. Verónica es un ángel.

Reviewed Feb 23, 2026Building had history, but had all the modern upgrades needed. The bed was very soft. The hosts were incredible and knew me by name when I saw them for breakfast. I felt like family, which is really nice as a solo traveler. Perfect place for resting after a long day of exploring around the city.

Reviewed Feb 9, 2026Blisko do przystanków autobusowych, można wszędzie dojść piechotą lecz polecamy autobusami bo te miejsce jest bardzo dobrze skomunikowane. Sprzątane było codziennie. Personel bardzo miły, jak czegoś potrzebowaliśmy się dopytać to szybko odpisywali. W okolicy dużo sklepów i restauracji. Wydawało się spokojnie. Również Metro jest blisko. W kuchni/jadalni czysto, można było korzystać z kawy/herbaty, ciastek (sztućce, talerze, szklanki, kubki w kluchu do wspólnego użytku). Moza było korzystać z lodówki w kuchni.
Można było by odświeżyć ściany w pokoju.

All the staff of property are old ( bedrooms, bathrooms, ….) even the doch shower it was not working . You can feel it is old one and not cleaned.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026This was my first visit to Rome and I felt welcomed by Veronica and her family who run this lovely hotel. They were very accommodating at check-in and answered my questions about public transportation and getting around the city. The location was ideal since it was just a 10-minute walk to the Policlinico Metro Line B and several buses (63, 64, 19) were just a block away. I liked that this was not a touristy area, yet there were 2 gelaterias and a market within a 5 minute walk, and nearby Borghese Gardens was a sweet little park for unwinding after a long day of adventures. I also enjoyed the morning breakfast buffet outside in the jasmine-covered courtyard. Lots of fresh fruit and juice which got my day off to a good start!
Even though the hotel is located on a quiet street, it borders a busy main road, and my room was street-side so there was a lot of vehicle noise at all hours. Definitely choose "garden view" next time!

L’hôtel n’est pas dans le centre de Rome la station de métro la plus proche est à 15 mm de l hôtel nous avons préféré le métro que le bus mais il y a des arrêt juste à côté de l’hôtel . Le petit déjeuner est simple mais suffisant . Nous avons trouver notre séjour super agréable.

Reviewed Oct 15, 2025Verónica y su padre nos recibieron muy amablemente. El lugar guarda su calidad de antigüo pero con el toque moderno. La ubicación es importante, varias líneas de bus en los alrededores. Cama y almohadas cómodas, agua caliente y aire acondicionado. Durante nuestra visita la temperatura subió un poco y el AA nos ayudó bastante. El desayuno variado y muy rico. Pudimos dejar las maletas y recogerlas antes de ntro próximo destino. Sin dudas es un lugar que recomendaríamos para siguientes visitas.
