What I liked about the accommodation: The location was good,

What I did not like: Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my stay. I saw that the hotel was rated 8, so I expected a much better experience. The staff’s attitude was extremely poor. They were rude, unhelpful, and showed very little willingness to assist us.” * The first interaction with the staff was very poor, and the staff were extremely unhelpful. * The room had problems with the lights and electricity. We reported the issue more than five times over two days before someone finally came to check it. * The refrigerator was not working properly. We contacted them more than three times, and when someone finally came, the problem was still not properly fixed. * We asked for drinking water, but we were told that we had to buy it ourselves. * We requested toothpaste and a toothbrush, but they were not available. * The hairdryer was in very poor condition. * The toilet seat was loose and moving. * The bathroom sink was broken. * The bathroom was very old and clearly needed maintenance and renovation. * There was a strong smell of garlic in the room. * The breakfast was extremely poor and not what we expected at all. * The elevator had a sign saying that no more than two people should use it at a time, so we often had to wait until it was empty before using it. We originally planned to stay for more than 7 days, but because of these problems, we had to leave earlier than planned. Short sentence about my stay: “The location was good, but the poor service, maintenance problems, cleanliness issues, and very disappointing breakfast made our stay uncomfortable, so we decided to leave earlier than planned.”

الفندق نظيف 3 نجوم و سعره مناسب مقابل الخدمة و المرافق يبعد حوالي 1 كيلو متر عن مترو عثمان بيه و منطقة حيوية حول المترو اشكر الاخ اوزهان ( ozhan ) في منتهى الذوق والتغاون صراحة

مع الاطفال صعوبة المشي الى محطة عثمان بيه غير ذلك كل شي ممتااز جدا الافطار عادي

Otelde konakladığım sürece çok memnun kaldım. Odam oldukça temiz, düzenli ve rahattı. Personeller güler yüzlü ve her konuda yardımcıydı. Kahvaltı çeşitleri yeterliydi ve yemekler lezzetliydi. Otelin konumu da nışantaşına, beyoğluna vs. ulaşım açısından çok rahattı. Hem aileler hem çiftler hem single kızlar için rahatlıkla tercih edilebilecek bir otel. Ich kann es nur empfehlen girls !!!❤️

对我来说干净就是第一位的，房间和毛巾很干净。所有员工都特别友好，每天出门都会聊上几句，虽然room clean的阿姨英语没那么好，但也每天都是开心的笑容。

房间内的设备有点老，拉链式窗帘和窗户都是坏的，也有间断性的停电

Un peu loin des commerces, longue rue en pente assez raide pour être dans la zone animée centrale Petit déjeuner manque de viennoiserie et assez repétitif.

I enjoyed my stay at Cumbali Plaza Hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and hospitable throughout our visit. They helped us with all our queries and provided excellent service from start to finish. I would definitely come back again!

I got ill on the 4th day after eating something outside. The staff was very helpful. They brought me something to eat to my room as I suffered from nausea and diarrea. They took care of me. On my last day, they even drove me to the bus stop of the airport shuttle.

I was a bit worried as I had booked a 3 star hotel. But everything turned out to be well The location is good, very central and my room was very quite. I slept well. Breakfast was included. It was ok, I only missed the fruits, maybe it's not the seaso

The only thing i like it was a young guy at reception who was really helpful and had amazing customer service

It wasn't what I expected from the website and it was different from the photos, the toilet was really smelly from the pipe. And the kettle was far from the plug which you have to take the set next to the chair or unplug the fridge to use the kettle and plug it wasn't safe it was on the floor loose and not in good condition.

Auch wenn es sehr günstig war fehlte einiges am Buffet! Unmotiviertes Personal die beim abräumen das nicht verzerrte Essen wieder ans Buffet gelegt haben!

المكان قريب للميترو ونظيف والموظفين متعاونين ولغتهم العربية والإنجليزية ممتازة

Perfect! Such a lovely hotel and great people. It is also close to the airport bus pick up point, which is also a plus. Would definitely recommend.

Rooms were cleaned and nice and tidy. Staff were very helpful. Budget hotel but really enjoyed our stayed there. I forgot my airpods and returned to London. Hotel found my airpods and contacted me to confirm they found the airpods and will be sending them to me to UK. Thanks for your great service and we see you again.

Η εξυπηρέτηση από όλο το πρωσοπικο ήταν άψογη παντα με το χαμόγελο και έτοιμοι να βοηθήσουν σε οτιδήποτε τους ζητήσεις .καθημερινή καθαριότητα δωματίου.το πρωινό αξιοπρεπέστατο με φρέσκα υλικά.αριστη σχέση τιμής ποιότητας.ευχαριατουμε πολυ για όλα.

The hotel itself was fine: the room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the location was good. Unfortunately, the breakfast was extremely disappointing. The quality was very poor and far below what you would expect from a hotel.

My advice: do not book the breakfast.

Very kind staff, clean and comfortable bed

Ωραίο ξενοδοχείο,σύγχρονο και εύκολα προσβάσιμο. Διαθέτει λίγες δωρεάν θέσεις στάθμευσης και είναι σε ήσυχη περιοχή και πολύ κοντά στη πλατεία Ταξιμ. Το δωμάτιο ήταν μεγάλο και καθαρό και μας προσέφεραν δωρεάν φρούτα και μπισκότα. Ευγενικό το προσωπικό και το πρωινό ήταν καλό . Τέλος πολύ καλές οι τιμές των δωματίων

Το πρωινό ήταν λίγο φτωχό (αργήσαμε βέβαια να κατέβουμε)

Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt – zentral, aber trotzdem ruhig, und alles ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Mitarbeiter, die unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit waren. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und gut aufgehoben.

Clean and nice room. Didn't have toothpaste and flipflops weren't of good quality. The rest was great! The worst thing about the hotel was the location. There were so many stairs and slopped pathways to get to the public transportation.

The rooms are very clean, the staff are friendly, tea and coffee are replenished daily, and the breakfast is good.

The location makes accessing the city centre a bit difficult, as there is a steep slope to reach the station. However, the area feels safe and there are plenty of taxis available near the hotel.

2 geceliğine konakladım. En önemli kritelerimden birisi temizliğiydi ve gerçekten de çok temizdi. Sabah verilen kahvaltı yeterliydi. Çalışanların güler yüzlü ve ilgili olması da ayrıca çok güzeldi. Teşekkür ederim, İstanbula bir dahaki gelişimde kesinlikle yine burada kalmayı düşünürüm.
