Había un sumidero en el Labavo que olía muchísimo, es una cosa que tendrían que reparar porque desmerece todo lo otro positivo que tiene el apartamento

Great location, clean, comfortable

Washing machine and drier is downstairs and only one each which is shared by everyone else. This was not clear in the booking.

La ubicacion es excelente. En todo el centro. Muy limpio y comodo

Alloggio con ottima posizione. Letto comodo, bagno ok, cucina fornita con quasi tutti gli utensili e con macchina del caffè e bollitore. Inoltre la camera viene rifatta giornalmente.

Le tende, troppo ingombranti e poco funzionali.

The location is very central, easy to get around Lisbon and back home. Daily cleaning was nice and the AC was good. The host is easy to contact and quick to respond. We could leave our luggage at their hotel on the checkout day.

The floor was dirty upon arrival and we had to ask for it to be cleaned. The apartment had a sour smell that was not resolved during our stay, and the bathroom also had a noticeable sewer smell. There is no reception, and twice during our stay the entrance to the apartment building was blocked by people loitering there and apparently using drugs. On both occasions, we had to ask them to move in order to access the entrance, which made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe. Overall, the condition of the accommodation and the issues we experienced did not match our expectations given its high rating on here.

Bagno migliorabile, un po’ piccolo. Suggerisco inoltre di aggiungere i porta spazzolini. Infissi completamente da sostituire: sia durante il giorno che la notte c’era molto casino, soprattutto dagli operatori ecologici. Più volte siamo stati svegliati dal vetro che veniva rovesciato dai contenitori o dal traffico.

Absolutely stunning property and beautiful studio just off Rossio Squre! Comfortable bed and made a very romantic birthday weekend!

Nothing, the property was beautiful, an perfect for a short stay! Slightly pricey for one night but worth it!

Location was perfect, just a few steps from Rossio Square! Easy walking distance to restaurants, food market, and public transportation. Uber picks up right at front of apartment! Apartment was so quiet, roomy, great AC, and daily house keeping. We came in after check in was closed, the hotel staff arranged for an airport pick up that took us to their sister hotel down the road to check in and brought us to the Rossio apartment. Also, we were able to store our luggage at their sister hotel after we checked out!

There is no elevator in the building.

It was really nice, clean, with air conditioning. Everything was modern and comfortable.

La situación del apartamento es inmejorable, puedes hacer todo el centro y las zonas turísticas andando. La atención de Natalie ha sido perfecta, muy servicial y atenta estamos muy agradecidos con el trato ofrecido. El apartamento esta limpio, las camas son cómodas iras, hemos estado muy a gusto, no les pongo mas del 10 porque no hay números.

Ubicación excelente y servicio de habitaciones.

Nuestra habitación solo tenía una de las dos cortinas, y restaba privacidad.

Las camas son cómodas y sábanas todo ok. El apartamento es céntrico y estás a un paso de todo. Bastante luminoso y en general bien. Aceptable. Tiene lavadora y secadora para toda la planta (5/6 habitaciones) y te facilitan el detergente. Aire acondicionado bien.

Apartamento es aceptable pero fácilmente mejorable. Hay olor a humedad en la habitación, toallas viejas incluso rotas. Al suelo le faltaba un buen fregado. El frigorífico roto, no enfría. En general falta mantenimiento.

La ubicación y el servicio de atención. Eliana fue un encanto. Así da gusto reservar un sitio. Enhorabuena!!!

Essendo molto centrale la notte c'era un po di caos.

En pleno centro de Lisboa, inmejorable ubicación. Habitación como de hotel, nueva e impecable.

Olor a humedad en el acceso, pero sólo en la escalera de entrada. En la habitación no existía, era perfecta.

La ubicación excepcional y la comodidad del apartamento

המיקום היה מצוין והחדר היה מרווח וגדול. המיטות נוחות, יש מטבחון קטן נחמד שאפשר לעשות בו שימוש לארוחות קלות וקפה. יש מכונת אספרסו עם קפסולות די מוצלחות.

לפעמים היה קצת רועש מהכיכר בגלל הופעות או מבלים רועשים אבל זה לא כזה עניין משמעותי לרוב.

Very central but quiet and comfortable.

It was in a good location and easy to get to and find. Room was a good size and had everything that was needed for a one night stay.

Only issue was it was 2 single beds made up and pushed together, as a couple it wasn’t ideal but as it was only for one night it didn’t impact our stay.

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν σε φανταστική θέση ακριβώς στο κέντρο και παρόλο που είχε μαγαζιά στην περιοχή, ήταν πολύ ήσυχο. Κάθε μέρα γινόταν καθάρισμα κλπ. και γενικά ήταν σε όλα άψογο.

La ubicación….en pleno centro. Tienen casi de todo, cafetera, hervidor de agua, sobres de infusiones y cápsulas de café……hubiésemos agradecido alguna cápsula de leche, pero no es tan importante. La limpieza inmejorable. Todo genial.

Por poner algún pero…..está en el 1er piso y hay que subir escaleras bastante empinadas.

Había gente drogándose en la puerta del alojamiento...todos los días que estuvimos allí.

I liked the apartment alot! It was very, very clean and we loved coming back each day to a clean, crisp apartment as the cleaning staff came in and cleaned it each day! You don't find that much these days without having to pay extra for this service! Natalie was very quick to reply any time I messaged her and she was extremely helpful on the first day getting our luggage out of the car and into the building! We liked that we just had to step out the building door and there was everything available to us...restaurants, shops, bike rentals, nightlife, lots of people! It was the perfect location! The beds were very comfortable, the kitchenette had everything we needed. There's a shared laundry room with a washer and dryer ! We stayed in 6 different places during our trip and most of the others had a washer but it's extremely rare to fine one that has a dryer !!

The 23 steps into the building! It was very difficult with luggage ! We got used to it as a daily trek but with luggage it was very difficult!

Zeer centrale ligging. Perfecte uitvalsbasis om Lissabon te verkennen.

De ingang zit net om de hoek bij een steeg/straat. Bij de entree troffen we met regelmaat onfrisse figureren aan die op de drempel voor de deur zaten.

Las llaves se recogen en otro hotel que está a 5 minutos andando

It’s at good location and clean , comfortable

Just have 2 racks in bathroom are not enough and should have more for 2 people bedroom. Not enough sockets eitherfor charging electric devices or cameras etc. Drainage in bathroom is not good and is easy to flood when take shower.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν σε πολύ κεντρική τοποθεσία. Είχε κοντά super market, εστιατόρια κ σταθμό μετρό/λεωφορεία. Ήταν πεντακάθαρο κ γινόταν καθαρισμός κ αλλαγή πετσετών καθημερινά. Είχε πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με μηχανή espresso με δωρεάν ροφήματα. Να μην ξεχάσω την όμορφη διακόσμηση του δωματίου κ τελευταίο κ σημαντικό το πολύ όμορφη υποδοχή. Συνεχίστε έτσι.... ευχαριστούμε πολύ

Great central location

Lissabons absoluta centralpunkt. Nära till allt. Luftklimatet i lägenheten perfekt. Ljudisolerat. Rymlig. Många bra restauranger i kvarteret.

Me gustó todo excepto que nos dijeron que repondrían café todos los dias y que si queriamos cambiar las toallas las dejásemos en el suelo.... y de 5 noches sólo repusieron café el primer dia, y las toallas, pese a dejarlas en el suelo como nos indicaron, no las cambiaron.... simplemente las plegaron y colocaron en su sitio de nuevo.

La ubicación es Excepcional! Es muy fácil llegar y tienes un acceso directo a sitios muy bonitos de la ciudad. El apartamento es muy cómodo, tiene buenos colchones y buenos complementos (una mini cocina, horno microondas, etc.). Muy buena atención de la anfitriona y muy cómodo el espacio

Se que probablemente no tiene que ver con el hospedaje directamente pero tiene un olor a cañería muy fuerte. Es lo único malo pero es algo bastante difícil de llevar.

The staffer that met us to enter the building was on time and very pleasant. The apartment was convenient to attractions and in the action of Lisbon it was extremely clean. It was by many bars, restaurants and bakeries. There was a washer and dryer available along with washing machine soap in the hallway.

It was loud in the morning with garbage trucks. There was no hot water the first night and we were not given an explanation why. There was hot water in the am and the next evening

Great location and a clean, comfortable apartment. The 2 ladies we spoke to were very nice and really helpful. Although there was an unpleasant smell in the building's common areas, the apartment itself was spotless and odor-free. They provided a washing machine and dryer in the common area although we didn't use. The street is quite well lit at night, which made sleeping a little difficult. However, we later realised the apartment had blackout curtains, which likely would have helped if we'd noticed them. Blinds would be good addition. Not far from airport, and Uber was relatively cheap.

There is no lift in the building, only stairs. This wasn't an issue for us as we were staying on the first floor, but guests with mobility concerns or heavy luggage may want to request a 1st-floor apartment if possible. The beds were not that comfortable.

Super Lage direkt am Rossio. Gleich gegenüber von zwei der besten Restaurants der Gegend. Kurze Wege zum Zentrum und den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten.

The location was excellent, right at Rossio Square. It was a 3 min walk from the Rossio metro station and 5 min from Rossio Train Station (where you could take a train to Sintra for a day trip). Pingo Doce (grocery store) is 8 min away and Placa do Comercio is a 12 min walk. It was one metro stop away from the terminal of Tram 28E. The apartment size is ok for 2 people with good ac and wifi connection. Bed was comfortable and shower was strong. There is no elevator but our room was on the 1st floor so it was good.

The main entrance is at a small back lane and there were a few big garbage bins down the road, kind of a bit filthy.

De service was top, bij aankomst kwam de host de sleutel brengen. De kamer was super netjes en mooi. Er werd elke dag opgeruimd. De kamer was zeer centraal gelegen in de stad.

Le bruit au niveau des bornes de déchets et notamment les bouteilles en verre que déposent les restaurateurs

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja w centrum miasta, bardzo blisko stacji metra i głównego deptaku oraz innych atrakcji. Przestronny, czysty, komfortowy pokój z zestawem do kawy, herbaty, lodówka i wyposażoną kuchnią. Bardzo dobry kontakt z osobą odpowiedzialną za apartament.

A acomodação tem uma excelente localização. Próximo a Praça Dom Pedro IV, Praça do Comércio, Rua Augusta.. tem vários estabelecimentos comerciais perto, você consegue comer e beber a poucos passos. Apesar de não ter recepção no local, os colaboradores são bem solicitos e respondem o whatsapp bem rapidamente. A cozinha é bem completa, com café e chá de cortesia. O quarto é muito confortável. Recomendo a estadia. A única observação é para caso alguém que tenha problema com mobilidade, pois para acessar os quartos precisa subir um andar de escadas.

Proximity to centre is unsurpassed

Check in after hours was very difficult. You need to be sure that taxi knows you have to stop twice - once to pick up key before apartment. Although we booked pickup from airport with this information, driver was angry about 2 stops! Be warned, there are 2 lots of steep stairs to apartment. Not easy for older visitors!!

La ubicación es fantástica. El departamento muy amplio y cómodo. Las camas muy cómodas.

Le faltaría un espejo de cuerpo completo ya que solo hay uno dentro del baño.

De locatie was echt top, midden in het centrum maar toch ook rustig. Verder een mooie ruime schone kamer en fijn contact met de host die ons opwachtte bij het appartement.

De douche werd niet echt warm.

Un apartamento moderno y equipado en un edificio antiguo bien conservado. Cama grande y muy buen colchón. Ventana con doble vidrio, perfecto aislamiento acústico. Ducha amplia y sin desbordes (a la noche el agua no es tan caliente como a la mañana). Limpieza diaria. Muy cómodo, limpio, amplio, equipado Las fotos de booking corresponden a la realidad. Excelente ubicación para llegar a todo el centro de Lisboa caminando. Pero también hay metro y carris (autobuses) muy cerca.

Very convenient and the location is close to the parking and the best tourist area. The apartment is super safe and super clean. I love the laundry area and the kitchen.
