食事、ロケーション最高でした

夕食、朝食ともにとても美味しかったです

部屋にドライヤーがなかったのが残念

とても心のこもったサービスでした。足と耳の不自由な両親と夫と娘と行きました。 2年前にも城崎にきて別の旅館に泊まったのですが、今回は絶対外湯の近くに泊まりたくて立地を第一条件にしてました。 値段も手頃でお部屋もすごく大きくて昔の日本のザ.旅館で懐かしい感じです。 食事の配膳の方がとても親切で感じの良い方でした。 夕食中に折り紙で作った傘をいただきましたがとても綺麗にできてて可愛かったです。 家に帰って飾ってます。 内湯は母が利用しましたが2回とも誰もいないので貸切でした。 柳湯さんの真後ろなので温泉に行きやすいです。

カニが季節じゃないので冷凍のカニが出てきて美味しかったですが、別になくてもいいかな？とは思います。

仲居さん達が声をかけてくれて、実家に帰ったような温かさがありました。

駐車場は近くの契約駐車場に止めたのですが、最初に旅館に立ち寄らなくても良いような手続きにしていたいです。

Sehr aufmerksames Personal, ausgezeichnetes Essen und sehr gute Lage (der nächste Onsen ist praktisch vor der Tür).

Etwas alt, wenn man mit Gepäck unterwegs ist, kann es etwas schwierig werden mit den Treppen. Ich war aber nur mit Daypack da, somit kein Problem für mich.

蟹を出してもらって食べました、予想を超えたおいしさでした。スタッフの方に結婚４０周年の記念に来たとお話しをしていましたが、翌日に記念品を下さり感激しました。各温泉にも行きましたが、場所がいいところにありました。

担当の中居さんが非常に親切でさまざまな情報を教えてくれました。6つの外湯のフリーチケットも料金に含まれていて、色々な温泉を堪能出来ました。

スタッフさんの気遣い（入浴券持たれましたか？の声掛け）があり、忘れて出掛けるところを助かりました。丁寧な対応でとても良かったです。

夜中、ガタガタという音が気になりました。

結婚記念日で夫婦で利用させていただきました。 スタッフの対応などに問題はありませんでしたが、 主人が記念日のケーキを注文してくれていました。 そのケーキのプレートの字が綺麗ではく、お店の人ではなくスタッフの方が書いたのかな？と思いましたが、楽しみにしていたので残念でした。届けてくれる方法も個人的には残念でした。素敵なケーキを提供できないのであれば、初めから出せないと言ってもらえた方がわたしは良かったです。 そこだけ、残念でした。

自分は宿近くに車を停めれました。

女性用の内風呂のドライヤーがバチバチと何度もいい、すこし怖かったです。しっかり乾かす勇気がなく、外湯のドライヤーを使いました。

昔ながらの旅館で風情があり良かったです。夕食に期待以上の蟹料理があり、これも楽しめました。城崎温泉は湯めぐりがメインなので、内湯はあまり広くなく、湯めぐりのどこかのお風呂で洗髪などしておいたほうがいいかもしれません。 仲居さんはどの方も親切で、お料理の説明などもテーブルごとに回ってしてくださいました。

よい点と被るのですが、仲居さんからいろいろ教えてくださるので、家族での会話の途中で話が途切れたりしたので、表裏一体ですが、ビジネスライクに過ごされたい方はホテルなどにされたほうがいいかもしれません。

Lovely place. Kinosakionsen is a beautiful little town. Tsukimotoya is in a great location to enjoy it all. We loved our stay in Japanese rooms, with traditional breakfasts and dinners. All the onsens are great and it's fun to stroll about town in yukatas. We hired bikes from the tourist centre and rode out to the beach then to some nearby caves. Wonderful stay with such warm hospitality.

立地が良く、夜だけでなく翌朝も外湯を楽しむことが出来ました。 料理も美味しく、旅館の方々がとても親切に対応して下さいました。

トイレの戸がガタガタと大きな音がしてたので深夜に利用した時に妻を起こしてしまった

僕のミスで本当は子供が宿泊できない施設だったのにも関わらず受け入れて下さり7歳の子供と滞在しましたが皆さん子供に優しく食べず嫌いが多い子供ですがこれなら食べれる？と工夫して下さりました。 息子も気に入って帰ったので息子が大人になったらもう一度行こうとおもいます。

特にはなかったがカニをもっと食べたかった！ 事前のメールを見落としてた僕が悪いんですけどね！笑

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is right at the center of onsens and shops.

The ryokan is tucked away on a side street between a tall building and a mountain slope so there was nothing to see from my room. My room was right against the trees and bushes. For the high price tag, I was expecting a better view of the rural nature. There are plenty of other ryokans right along the main street that look better and have a better view of the shops and the stream that runs through that town. I would stay at another place next time.

We had a fantastic stay! The staff ladies were very kind and accommodating. Here you truly get to experience japanese hospitality. The dinner was immaculate and we requested a non-seafood option as one of us could not eat fish. The meat shabu-shabu was good. Our room was very clean. Our futons were put out for us and the room was cleaned daily. We also had our own private bathroom despite the listing mentioning a shared bathroom, which was a lovely surprise. We left the ryokan fully rested and with beautiful origami creations. ❤️

Todo fue maravilloso. Desde la recepción en la estación de tren, pues tenían un bus especial que nos llevó hasta el ryokan. Al llegar al ryokan fueron muy amables y el proceso de check-in fue súper fácil. Tenían nuestra habitación lista y de verdad no alcanzan las palabras para describir la amabilidad de todas las personas que trabajan en el ryokan. La habitación es preciosa, la alistan en la noche y en la mañana y la comida es muchísima y muy rica. Te explican cómo comer los platos y están muy pendientes de ti. También incluye un pase de onsen gratuito y te dan las toallas y la yukata necesaria.

The staff was very polite and accommodating for our late arrival. We had an excellent time and the food was fantastic. Would recommend as a foreigner.

お部屋がダイニングのすぐ前だったので少し騒がしい感じがあった。

お部屋が少し古く、カメムシがいました。 布団は羽毛布団、クォリティ欲しかったです 朝の白ごはんは美味しかったのですが、 夜の白ごはんの匂いがすこし気になりました！ 温泉で炊いたのかな！？

スタッフの皆さんがとってもいいかたばかりでした。

The staff, the rooms, the location and the food!

There were no complaints we really enjoyed all aspects of our stay.

Food was ABSOLUTLEY amazing. Decent size room. No shower just a toilet and basin.

No view. Stairs No shower. Seemed a little over priced.

Kaiseki dinner was excellent! I like that they serve this in a dining room (not in your room as some other places do). The ladies who served were attentive and one even helped me to pull out the meat from the crabs when she saw that I was struggling with it. Enjoyed the traditional room with the tatami floor. It was a very relaxing experience! When we checked out it was raining and they gave us umbrellas (since we had to walk to the train station)

Posizione ottima per visitare le onsen, buonissimo rapporto qualità prezzo, cena tipica veramente speciale, staff gentilissimo e super disponibile

Struttura pulita, ma vecchia, quindi c'è un leggero odore di stantio nelle camere e ci sarebbe bisogno di una sistemata generale. Eravamo al secondo piano, quindi niente giardino, non so se ci sia al piano terra. In zona ci sono sicuramente ryokan più moderni e carini per un'esperienza più intima, questo è conveniente per il prezzo.

All staff were very welcoming and managed to sort out my allergy requirements last minute (but please don’t be like me and inform in advance 🥲). Facilities were nice and clean, very nice smell in the ryokan. I also enjoyed sleeping on tatami so definitely go for this option instead of normal bed!
