Chambre style japonais conforme à mes attentes. Bon accueil, les onsens privés sont très appréciables. Les yukatas sont très beaux. L’accès aux onsens de la ville est appréciable. Très bon petit déjeuner . Le reoas au restaurant aussi dans une petite salle privée.

J’avais réservé bien à l’avance deux vélos électriques. Au final ils en avaient qu’un. Pas de souci majeur puisqu’il y a une location de vélos pas très loin mais pour le principe ..

L'accueil par une super gentille jeune femme, l'accès aux 7 onsen de la ville inclus, bains privés exceptionnels dans l'établissement et un super petit déjeuner

館内が階段で入り組んでいて迷子になる

お部屋の中に居ても外や近くの部屋の音とかは聞こえず…家族で、穏やかな時間が過ごせました。 保冷剤を冷凍庫で冷やしてもらえるかを、お願いしたら、心良く引き受けてくださったり… 1階のカフェで、飲み物の提供があり…チェックアウト後の散策の間、車を駐車場に停めさせてくださり助かりました。

階段のみだったので、少し足の悪い人には、負担になるかと思いました。

携帯の充電器を，レンタルできた。 外湯巡りが、チェックインからチェックアウトまで、無料で利用できる 近くの飲食店のリストをサッと提供してくれた。 駅から，とても近い。 朝食が、デラックスモーニングで おいしかった。同じカフェにて、 ウエルカムドリンクを頂けた。

宿の入り口が、わかりにくかった。 狭いスペースの利用の為エレベーター無しで，ちょっと迷路的です。 宿内や近辺。

It was SO close to the train station and everyone was spectacularly nice. It had really nice furnishings that were modern, but just old school enough to feel traditional (at least in my semi double room)!

The single, only downside is not having a shower in your own room. I know, I know, we’re in Kinosaki for onsen hopping! But on the one day I needed a quick shower and not a luxurious soak, it was an extra step to plan what I needed to bring to the private bath in the hotel. That said, the private baths were perfect for what I needed! I really like the Tsuki bath.

Ottimo hotel per un rilassante soggiorno a Kinosaki Onsen. La struttura e' moderna e accogliente, ma con degli autentici tratti giapponesi come il tatami e il futon in stanza. Posizionata in pieno centro, forniscono un pass con cui e' possibile accedere a tutte le onsen che ci sono in citta'. Inoltre, hanno due onsen private e, al momento del check in, permettono di scegliere lo yukata con cui si puo' andare da una onsen all'altra. Lo staff e' stato cortese e disponibile e non abbiamo avuto problemi a comunicare in inglese. La stanza era abbastanza grande per gli standard giapponesi, pulita e dotata di ogni comfort. Ottima colazione continentale e possibilita' di godersi un happy hour (con drink gratuito) nel pomeriggio. Parcheggio in loco disponibile (consigliamo di chiedere indicazioni in reception dato che e' a circa 5 minuti a piedi dalla struttura). Decisamente consigliato per soggiornare e rilassarsi nella splendida Kinosaki Onsen.

古い建物なので仕方が無いのですが、たまに他の宿泊者の話声が聞こえることがある そのため、元々大はしゃぎするつもりは毛頭なかったが、それでも此方も気を遣う必要があった

In molti viaggi fatti, poche volte ho visto una camera così bella, spaziosa, pulitissima. Con tatami, bagno grande, zona salotto. Veramente bellissima. Lo staff gentilissimo a soddisfare ogni tua esigenza. In pochi minuti si è agli osen che con il pass che viene fornito si può entrare in tutti gli osen. Colazione buona, e non a buffet. La sera abbiqmo cenato nel ristorante presente al secondo piano. Carne di qualità al barbeque. Insomma esperienza positiva. Consiglio a chi viene in giappone e a kinosaki.

Insanely beautiful hotel, with lovely employees that really took their time with us and even personally guided us into the room and instructed us on how things worked in Kinosaki Onsen. Included in the hotel was also a ”happy hours” situation where guests were offered free drinks and snacks between around 16-19 (if I remember correctly!). This was sooo good and the menu had a few local options too, which we found extremely nice! The included breakfast was great! The private bath at the hotel was a lovely addition and was much appreciated too- along with the village ”onsen pass”. This stay became our absolute favourite part of our trip to Japan! We wish we had stayed more days!!

旅館の雰囲気が良く、お風呂も大変気持ち良かったです。但馬牛はとても美味しく、ウェルカムドリンクには感謝です🤗。

何度か階段を降りる方向を間違えてしまいました😩。旅館のせいではありませんが😄。

Excellent staff. Good accommodation. It was very clean and comfortable

We had a large family room with a good size bathroom including our own shower and separate toilet which made getting ready in the morning easy for the 4 of us. There are also 2 private baths accessible to guests on the property and these have showers and toilets as well. Breakfast was copious and served in the cafe downstairs, free drinks were available from 5pm to 7pm. All employees were incredibly nice and helpful. Yukatas are provided and free pass to all Kinosaki public onsens.

Dinner is very copious and delicious but it is beef - if you select half board which includes breakfast and dinner that means you will have beef for dinner every night of your stay.

工作人員介紹外湯跟館內設施時非常詳細且友善，有提供很多浴衣的款式做選擇，還有可愛的綁帶！外出鞋也有木屐或是一般拖鞋。館內的私人澡堂也很舒服，有梳妝台跟電扇可以使用。雖然沒有電梯要搬行李上樓，但樓梯沒有很高，遇到工作人員也都有主動協助！冰箱有冰玻璃杯很貼心，很喜歡城崎溫泉整個小鎮的氛圍。（遮光窗簾在玻璃窗的最上面要自己拉下來，隔天退房前才發現，如果早上怕陽光太亮的人記得要先拉下來唷）

Breakfast was really good, healthy and with local products like a nice Tajima beef curry. The two private baths, really cool, clean, quiet and easily accesible at anytime due to it being a fairly small property. The room was beautiful even if it didnt really have a view.

The size of the room was fantastic. Location also fantastic. Massage chair in room, fantastic! Private onsens onsite a great feature. Staff were friendly and accomodating. Yukata included for wear around town to visit onsens.

Cleanliness not an issue but the smell of the room was a bit musty. It was very expensive for the dates in Golden Week, and was on the exhorbitant side given the breakfast was very simple. The included dinner was great, but I'd recommend the bbq option as meat wasn't cooked to my liking the first night, despite requests.

Nice room and seemingly busy hotel !! Very centrally located to everything! The room was a little bigger than average with average bathroom size. Comfy enough beds.

Long line for laundry as there is only 2 machines for a giant hotel but I did it late at night so that helped.

Great location in a lovely town. We really enjoyed the accessibility to the various Onsens and shops. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

The stairs were a bit narrow and there’s no elevator- but that’s really to be expected in a property like this. However someone with accessibility issues might want to consider this when booking.

No vegetarian options at the restaurant. A shower in the room would have been ideal.

Overall a very plesant room and stay. Bed was comfortable and room size was decent. Thr private baths was the highlight, amazing.

Excellent location on a street with many shops and restaurants, very kind welcome, delicious meat-based dinner, happy hour with free drinks in the cafeteria.

The only thing I really did not like was breakfast - it was wannabe European/Western food, but if I am travelling in Japan, this is exactly what I do NOT want, because the same way as Japanese food you get in Europe does not taste real, European food in Japan also does not taste real or good. Also the breakfast seemed to be complicated for the hotel - we were given a choice of time slots, but when we chose one, we were told to choose something different or sit in separate tables because this is a busy time. We agreed. Went to have breakfast. So we were 7 and there was nobody else in the breakfast room. Still we were told we can't sit in two 4-person tables but in several separate tables for 2 people. We complied, of course. But well, guess what - nobody else came for breakfast for an hour! It felt like we were asked to change tables just so we wouldn't do what we would have liked, because in Japan you're supposed to refrain yourselves.

お風呂貸切で入れるのでリラックスできました。夕食、朝食全て美味しくて最高でした。

Very convenient location. They have a huge selection of yukatas for you to choose from. We also liked the private onsen very much and got to experience Refa products which was a bonus! There are no elevators but the staff were super helpful with our luggages during check in and check out. Breakfast and dinner were exquisite! There was an issue when we paid but they resolved it super quickly, very much appreciated :)

Personnel réalisant un très bon service et qui n'hésite pas à vous venir en aide si vous le leur demandez. La literie est très bonne et propre. La couette tient bien chaud. La température de la chambre peut être adaptée selon vos goûts. Les chambres sont grandes avec de l'espace. Les éléments à disposition (thés, savons, sel de bain, etc.) sont bien. Le fauteuil massant est bon. Les deux onsens privés de l'hôtel sont très bien. Le ticket d'accès aux onsens de la ville est un vrai plus. Ce ticket permet d'accéder à tous les onsens de la ville sans limite de nombre d'entrées durant votre séjour. Le wifi est rapide. Le petit déjeuner est très bien. Le repas du soir est excellent, c'est la première fois que je mangeais une viande aussi fondante en bouche (boeuf Tajima) et tout était parfaitement préparé et délicieux. La ville se visite à pied et l'emplacement de l'hôtel est excellente pour ça. Le bar/bistrot en bas de l'immeuble (dans lequel le petit déjeuner est servi) possède sur sa carte de très bon dessert à essayer pour le goûter (également un des rares endroits au Japon où le sucre n'est pas économisé). Un Konbini se trouve à quelques mètres également au besoin. Je n'hésiterais pas à revenir.

Excellent food, happy hour with drinks and snacks. Room was spacious. Nice that they have a private onsen at the Ryokan, but going out to experience the different public onsens is the fun part. They give out a day pass if you're staying there.

If you have mobility issues, many stairs inside the Ryokan.

雖然沒有電梯，但是入住時服務人員會協助搬行李上樓！飯店服務人員的英語很不錯，專業而且親切。

Beautiful boutique hotel with with wonderful onsen, toiletries and coffee shop / bar. A very generous happy hour for guests. We loved our stay here!

Room price is OK but breakfast a little high.

Lovely place, spacious room and comfortable beds. Great onsite baths. The yukata and haori they give you while you stay were very nice.

It was a little far from the main area with all the baths and shops but not by much. Wifi wasn’t the best. Wouldn’t deter me from rebooking.

Os funcionários são adoráveis! A cidade é uma graça! Tem 90 min de bebidas grátis no restaurante anexo ao hotel. (Na minha opinião, Precisa ficar pro menos 2 dias pra aproveitar tudo que tem disponível na região!!!)

Achei que o custo benefício não foi o melhor e também Não achei que o jantar valeu o hype…

L'hôtel était bien situé, propre et le personnel au petit soin. Il y avait un bon choix de yukata et le petit-déjeuner était bon.

Le rapport qualité-prix n'était pas au rendez-vous. Malgré les prix des établissements adjacents qui sont également élevés, le prix de la chambre et des accomodations ( sans repas du soir) était injustifiée.

為不吃牛肉旅客準備其他美食

Paar minuten lopen van het treinstation en op loopafstand van het straatje met de onsens. Hele mooie ruime kamer (veel groter dan vermeld staat op Booking). De privé onsen was heerlijk en het personeel was heel vriendelijk. Veel mooie yukata’s om uit te kiezen en er waren ook regenlaarzen en jassen vanwege de sneeuw. Ook het diner met tajima beef en het westerse ontbijt waren heerlijk!

Een extra paar handdoeken in de kamer zou fijn zijn, maar deze konden we bij de receptie halen.

The staff at the Ryokan could not be more helpful and made me feel very welcomed. The room I picked was perfect for my needs was value for money. The bed was very comfortable and the room exceptionally clean even by Japanese standards. The in house public bath was also very good. The photos on the site are a true reflection of the property. I did not have breakfast but I had dinner instead, which is a meal not to be missed as the culinary skills of the chef and the professionalism of the staff was exceptional. The taste of the Tajima beef is sublime! The location is also perfect being a few minutes walk from the train station and close to a wonderful supermarket that sells local fruits and foods.

The the vibe of this accommodation is right up my alley, comfy casual. Staff made it for me, helpful and mad respect for using staff in all three establishments, 3rd (cafe), restaurant and front desk.

I loved the room with elements in traditional Japanese style, it was spacious and comfy. We visited in winter and there was good heating. The staff was lovely.
