The location is amazing! The terrace has the most beautiful view, and we could enjoy it whenever we wanted. We had breakfast on the terrace and loved sitting there in the evening to enjoy the beautiful night view. It was such a lovely experience!

First, the incredibly kind staff were helpful. The view with breakfast is beautiful. Climb up to the terrasse « perch » for your morning coffee! The location is perfect. I will be going back.

Leider keinen Platz für unsere Fahrräder! Mussten in einer weit entfernten Parkgarage die Räder unterbringen. Frühstück ohne frische Produkte wie Ei, Obstsalat , Gemüse oder frisches Brot!

We knew the location was great when we did the booking, what surprised this was how large the rooms were. The view from the terrace was spectacular.! The room was very clean and well appointed. The front desk staff was very helpful and allowed us to store our bags after checkout.

There was nothing we did not like

This hotel itself feels like a mini museum, with art and beautiful details everywhere you look. It’s perfectly located, within walking distance of everything, and the rooftop is absolutely breathtaking.

My only remark would be the mattress, which wasn’t the most comfortable, and I found the twin beds a little smaller than a standard twin size. Otherwise, such a beautiful stay!

The view was insane. Since it was a heatwave, the airconditioning was very welcome. Everything was clean.

Beliggenheden var virkelig god og meget central, så vi havde kort afstand til stort set alle de vigtigste seværdigheder i Firenze. Derudover havde stedet en rigtig fin udsigt til domkirken. Receptionisten var utrolig sød, imødekommende og hjælpsom under hele vores ophold.

Morgenmaden var desværre lidt skuffende, da udvalget var meget begrænset. Vi havde gerne set lidt flere valgmuligheder.

Die Lage war super und dir Aussicht auf der Dachterrasse ein Traum. Die Dachterrasse konnte 24h lang genutzt werden. Wir haben es uns dort bei Sonnenuntergang mit einer Flasche Wein gemütlich gemacht. So einen Ausblick bekommt man in Florenz selten.

Das Frühstück war spärlich und sehr süß. Der Kaffee hat uns auch nicht überzeugt. War für die 2 Nächte, die wir im Hotel verbracht haben aber in Ordnung.

The hotel was beautiful and very unique. I loved the huge wooden doors at the front and all the art and furniture inside.Our Room had a view of the Duomo which is the most beautiful building in the world so that was an extra bonus for me.

Einfach alles! Sehr nettes , freundliches und ambitioniertes Personal. Man half uns bei Restaurantreservierungen und war auch für alle anderen Fragen jederzeit freundlichst offen. Auch ein Zimmerwechsel wurde möglich gemacht. Was mir auch gut gefiel, ist daß man sich meistenteils fühlt, als wäre man allein in diesen wunderschönen historischen Räumlichkeiten😍 Die Dachterrasse ist sehr groß und auf mehrere Ebenen verteilt und auch die inneren Räumlichkeiten sind auf verschiedenen Ebenen und recht verwinkelt, was dem ganzen einen sehr romantischen charme verleiht. Man ist ehaben über den Dächern von Florenz, mittendrin und dennoch völlig entrückt! Einfach toll!! Bin schon zum 2. und sicherlich nicht zum letzten Mal hier.🥰🥰 Kann es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen Danke für die tolle Zeit

Es gibt 2 Etagen. Die oberste ist komplett historisch gestaltet und die Zimmer in der ein Stockwerk tiefer liegenden Bereich sind eher modern eingerichtet, woran es zwar grundsätzlich nichts auszusetzten gibt, aber meinen persönlichen Geschmack nicht so trifft. ...Daher der Zimmerwechsel😇 Da ich beim ersten Besuch im 3. Stockwerk untergebracht war, war mir gar nicht klar, daß es noch ein weiteres gibt, sonst hätte ich es bei der Buchung berücksichtigt. Die neuen Zimmer nennen sich wohl Designzimmer.Muss man wissen😅😉

Perfect spot for Florence. Location was ideal, it also had a beautiful rooftop terrace where you could have amazing views of the city.

Dat niet heel het gebouw voorzien was van airco. De slaapkamers waren wel gekoeld maar de openbare ruimte zoals ontbijtgedeelte die waren niet airco gekoeld.

Everything, it’s in a beautiful building, the rooms are spacious and immaculate. The location is excellent, minutes from the cathedral, lots of bars and restaurants near by, but it is quiet and peaceful where the hotel is. It’s really quirky, the hotel is on different levels and each room is quirky and interesting . If I return to Florence, the’m stopping here. The staff are very friendly and incredibly helpful.

I would definitely stay at the same hotel the next time we visit Florence and also recommend it to friends and family. The rooftop terrace is breathtakingly beautiful. Rooms are spacious and clean and the furniture in the hotel is absolutely stunning. Tuscan vibes and such a gem of a hotel.

Reception closed early and opens late, but staff was very friendly when we saw them.

The receptiong guys were very polite and the location super convinient.

During my stay, an amount of money went missing from my room (the wallet was inside our bags, in a closet).I immediately reported the incident to the hotel and fully cooperated with their investigation. After several days of waiting, the only response I received was that their internal investigation found no evidence and that they accepted no responsibility. No compensation was offered, nor was any meaningful explanation provided. This experience left me feeling completely unprotected as a guest. I expect a hotel to take incidents like this seriously and to demonstrate genuine concern for its customers. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I cannot recommend this property based on the way my complaint was handled. If you choose to stay here, I strongly recommend using the room safe for any cash or valuables or even better take all cash with you when you leave the hotel.

This hide hotel was just perfect. I felt like I had walked into Geppeto’s workshop. Our room was so quiet and had air conditioning. On first arriving the receptionist was so helpful at locating all our tours on the map. They even organised an early morning taxi. The breakfast, which was included in the price, was wonderful. I highly recommend this beautiful little hotel! A gem of a find!

La climatisation en panne en pleine canicule…

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss und waren dort ganz alleine mit mit einer grossen Halle davor und Zutritt zum traumhaften Garten DANKE💕Unsere Koffer konnten wir am Tag der Abreise bis 16 Uhr im Hotel lassen, auch dafür Danke ! Das Frühstück war sehr italienisch/süß - aber sehr vielfältig und lecker

Perfekte Lage, modernes Zimmer

Das Frühstück, welches schon oft kritisiert wurde, ist leider tatsächlich sehr schlecht (Dosenobst, Teilchen aus Plastikpackungen, guten ital. Kaffee findet man hier nicht). Alles sehr lieblos. Auf dem Zimmer gibt es Tee, keinen Kaffee. Am Abreisetag konnten wir nicht frühstücken und haben höflich nach einem Kaffee gefragt. Dieser wurde uns verweigert und wir wurden beschimpft („Che cazzo“). Es war halb 8, Frühstück gibt es erst um 8. Auch der Check in war eine Katastrophe, wir haben 3h aufs Zimmer gewartet, draußen fast 40 Grad, im Hotel kein Wasser, keine bequemen Sitzmöbel…alles sehr schade, wir kommen ganz sicher nie wieder! Italienische Gastfreundlichkeit geht anders!

Nos hospedamos no quarto triplo, com vista diretamente para o Duomo. O quarto na verdade parecem 2 quartos separados(1 individual + 1 duplo), com conexão entre eles. Camas boas, quartos e banheiros limpos. A vista do quarto é excepcional, mas o hotel também possui um balcão aberto com acesso a todos com a mesma vista privilegiada, para nós foi um dos pontos altos da estadia.

A recepção do hotel não funciona 24h, conversamos com o hotel e eles nos passaram uma senha de acesso para entrar enquanto a recepção estava fechada. Conseguimos deixar nossas malas no espaço comum do hotel e voltamos depois para fazer o checkin. Os banheiros dos quartos que ficamos não tinham ventilação.

We loved staying at this property. It was centrally located while close to the main locations and off the beaten track. The views from our window and the rooftop deck were amazing. The breakfast had a great choice of options for fuller Italian breakfast.

O jardim estava mal cuidado.

We loved this place - it had some history and personality to it and very nicely furnished. The location was central and easy to get to from the train station. There are three small terraces you can sit on for breakfast as well as the indoor tables, and there was a very large choice of very nice breakfast items; something for everyone. The bathroom was up to date and pleasant to use. Standing on the terrace in the evening to watch the sun set was a hightlight. We were delighted - thank you!

There was nothing in the instructions sent to us to tell us what to do when we arrived at the venue to gain access. It's not immediately apparent that you need to ring the bell. As there are other occupants in the building we were a bit hesitant, in case we got the wrong person and ended up phoning reception. After that, it was fine.

An outstanding and well located hotel that's outside of the main tourist throngs, yet minutes walking time to both the Florence Duomo and Santa Croce. The staff was engaged and very eager to help. Best of all was an exceptional roof deck with exceptional Duomo views.

Breakfast was good but could use a wider selection of choices. Hours for breakfast were limited to 8-10. However, i understand there's limited space for kitchen and counter space.

Leider hatten wir nur ca. 30 Sekunden warmes Wasser beim Duschen. Die Standardzimmer sind vom Mobilar sehr alt und dunkel. Das mobile Klimagerät hat nur noch Luft gepustet und nicht mehr gekühlt. Das Frühstück war so, dass man satt wurde...allerdings sehr viel Zuckerkram...Obst gab es nur aus der Dose! Man wusste nicht wohin mit dem schmutzigen Frühstücksgeschirr...niemand hat abgeräumt. Die Terasse entsprach nicht den Bildern. Sie war nicht eingedeckt. Das Mobilar steht blank oben...leider vermitteln die Fotos der Unterkunft ein anderes Bild.

Die Lage des Hotels war hervorragend! Das Frühstück auf der Terasse außergewöhnlich schön. Die Betten sehr bequem!

Het dakterras alleen is al een 10 waard. Dat uitzicht is geweldig, het is de beste plek om te ontbijten en je dag te beginnen. Ook de ligging is heel fijn. Kamer is gewoon basic maar wat heb je nodig, op zo´n plek in zo´n stad. Echt een aanrader!

This is one of those very rare places where the photos on booking.com do not do justice for the extraordinary beauty just outside the windows! An exceptional terrace, and a room with an unmatched incredible view, cannot be underestimated especially in Firenze, where I have stayed many times. I will always return now to Palazzo Graziani simply for the gorgeous 360 views from the terrace which is a rarity. The staff were lovely and the breakfast excellent--cannot recommend enough.

I cannot think of anything that diminishes the place--even with rowdy people on the street late at night on a weekend--the room and place were sublime and quiet. Would I like a cappuccino in the morning and a spritz on the rooftop at night? Sure--but these are not necessary when everything is super!

Keine Schränke zum unterbringen der Kleider, wenig bis keine Ablagen; Ablagen in 2,50 m Höhe, wer soll da rankommen? Sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Ohne Gepäck für eine Nacht ist ok, mehr nicht! Lage zum Zentrum ist ok!

Das Hotel liegt perfekt, das Zentrum ist fußläufig in ein paar Minuten erreichbar. Von der Dachterrasse hat man einen tollen Blick auf den Dom. Das Frühstück ist typisch italienisch,aber absolut ausreichend um gestärkt den Tag zu beginnen. Das Frühstück kann man auch auf der Dachterrasse genießen.

Wenn man mit dem Auto anreist wird zwar eine teure Parkgarage in unmittelbarer Nähe angeboten,aber Vorsicht die befindet sich im Innenstadtbereich wo man eine extra Einfuhr Genehmigung benötigt. Wir haben als tolle Alternative den Parkplatz Villa Constanza direkt an der Autobahnausfahrt der A1 benutzt, ist eingezäunt und Video überwacht, vom Parkplatz aus geht alle paar Minuten die Trambahn T1 direkt in die Innenstadt. Kosten Parkplatz für 24 Stunden 7€ Einfache Fahrt Tram. 1,70€
