I didn’t enjoy the AI agents that would response whenever I tried to speak to the host.

The bedding that was on the bed was too small for the king size bed. The extra blanket that was available was a single bed blanket that was worn and torn. It was too small to use on a king size bed.

The staff is friendly and always available at all times for guests.

I think the breakfast can be upgraded to make a variety of different options of hot meals.

Na duży plus bardzo komunikatywna, troskliwa i przyjazna obsługa. Cały czas pozostawała z nami w kontakcie, dopytując czy wszystko jest w porządku. Świetna lokalizacja w dobrej, bezpiecznej (!) dzielnicy. Blisko restauracje i sklepy oraz promenada. Przed apartamentem kilka miejsc parkingowych, ale zawsze było wolne miejsce. Dobra cena w stosunku do jakości.

W środku chłodno, brak grzejnika którym możnaby się ogrzać. Dosyć ubogie śniadanie. Przy dużej wilgotności nie mogliśmy nawet wysuszyć za bardzo ręczników. Przy check-in staliśmy kilkadziesiąt minut pod wejściem aby ktoś nam otworzył. Ostatecznie sprawę rozwiązała błyskawiczna pomoc na WhatsApp, która poinstruowała nas jak dostać się do środka :)

Breakfast was good, service and location were excellent as it is between the main road and the beach road.

The property does not have heating system. It was uncomfortable initially because of the storm and the low temperature. When I asked for portable heaters in all rooms, the owner initially was not willing to give that. So I ordered my own portable heaters for myself and my family online. After 24 hours, the owner bought new heaters but we could not use them as we already had ours.

Location best. A walking distance to Redbus on and off points 10 and 11. Visible security personnel.

The room was damp and stuffy with camphor on the floor

Great location! Walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and clean when you arrive. Basic breakfast included. Parking included. Great communication from the host: there was an issue with my Booking.com payment not reflecting, but it was resolved with no hassles and didn't affect my ability to checkin on the day of arrival.

You have to request the day before for your room to be cleaned, otherwise clean it yourself. No change of towels or bed linen (we stayed for 3 days).

Check in available anytime. They leave the key at reception and will share a instructions video how to come in. We had a late flight and this was ideal. Great location.

We never had breakfast on site. The room was very average, We were on the ground floor and it was VERY noisy. There was no dedicated parking area....first come first served, not acceptable when you have a hired car and have to find parking. In google , Spring Tides said there was TV ( no mention that there was NO DSTV) The TV that is available is unsuitable for people that enjoy good programs , and Super Sport. STRONGLY suggest you invest in DSTV. The position of Spring Tide is ideal, but the Inn does not match the position.

its just small room with a very small refrigerator with no aircon the fan didnt work propely the heat in the roon was very high in my opinion its a one star hotel which overcharged its clients and should not be allowed

Good location! Close to Mojo Market, Checkers, Ocean Promenade, all in 2 to 5 min reach. Personal is nice and helpful. Room is clean. Great for it value! Recommend!

- Gebuchter Airport Pick-up ist nicht erschienen, sehr ärgerlich - Unterkunft hat keine AC, wird immer Sommer sehr stickig. Bei geöffneten Fenstern war dann Moskitoalarm - Sehr hellhörig, habe mit Ohrstöpsel geschlaffen

Breakfast was very healthy. Location is superb, close to the beach and shops. Room was neat and sunny.

Location few minutes away from the ocean Sea Point, very close to the Main Street and bus routes. Nice breakfast. Mostly safe during the daytime.

Tudo ótimo! Quarto bem espaçoso, maior do que parece nas fotos. Tinha até café da manhã incluso que não estava relacionado no momento da reserva. Funcionários muito atenciosos e simpáticos.

Apenas o chuveiro que poderia ser um pouco melhor, mais forte com a água quente.

Location was ideal for walking to close by beaches and restaurants, and a short taxi to V&A waterfront. Rooms were basic but clean, and check-in/checkout was very easy. It is an ideal place to base if you are spending long days out exploring and want a comfy bed in the evening when you return.

We stayed in two different rooms, one of which did not have air conditioning, which meant the room was very hot, and the fan in the room provided little relief from the heat. We were told towels would be changed after 3 days, but no new towels were provided.

Keisha at front desk was absolutely amazing,friendly and very efficient,loved Springtide Inn,walking distance to the beach and shops,lovely and clean all round

Watch out no airconditioning. And after 17:00 no one to check you in, we waited for more than half an hour for someone as they promised someone would show up but they just called back you can get the keys by yourself behind the counter.

O atendimento, o café da manhã bem variado e gostoso, pessoal muito prestativo e educado, ambiente muito limpo, chuveiro muito bom, tinha até uma sacada com mesa no nosso quarto, bem próximo ao calçadão para caminhada, Uma pena que a praia não era para banho.

The location is good. A few steps from the promenade. The apartment is comfortable and the service was basic but okay if you spend most of your day out and about.

It was a little unclear ahead of time how check-in would work. I received messages from Booking.com and contradictory messages from CTHA (the association) about requirement of a deposit and a required meeting with the host, which the CTHA messages said was required for entry. I was flying in from the US arriving around 9 pm which was after the last available time slot to meet with the host. The language in the communication from CTHA said to be sure to make the meeting with the host so you won't be 'stranded', which gave me stress & resulted in a lot of time messaging back and forth to try to confirm whether or not I would be able to get into the room the 1st night. The actual staff who work at the property were great, once I got in touch with them. They assured me I would be able to get in after hours and sent me entry instructions which were clear. I really appreciated the staff at the property.

Trés facile d'accès , a quelques pas du centre , tres jolie décoration , chambres spacieuses et lumineuses , petites terrasses privatives toutes mignonnes! Nous avons ete accueillis par le personnel qui gère le logement , tres agréables et tres professionnelles , avant notre départ :tres arrangeantes avec nous pour que nous puissions laisser nos bagages que nous puissions emmener laver notre véhicule de location. The stay at Spring Tide Inn was wonderful, we really could not hope for anything more. The location was perfect, and the staff was friendly, punctual, and very caring. We had a lovely time during our trip and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

We couldn't really find anything to complain about, but if it has to be something, the breakfast quality might be a bit better. Although we are really nitpicking, because the menu and the food quality were both very good.

The room was cold only one additional blanket. The rooms were not cleaned and towels not changed. If expected to clean ourselves cleaning materials should be provided. The staff wasn't friendly or maybe they were told not to respond when greated by the guests.
