The staff charged us a ridiculous amount of money because my nephew had a blood nose as he was sleeping so a smear at top of sheet plus a spot no bigger than my small finger nail on the top of my sheet could have been there for all I know as I had my backpack on the bed..No notice of excessive charges if marks on sheets. NOTICE ..quite clear about no smoking, Viping ..if I knew I would be charged over washable marks on sheets I certainly would not place my backpack on bed..The policy is not on the company's hotel policy nor is it pointed out on checking in..so felt very much trapped and ripped of due to covert operations..I understand the blood smear but I also would have washed it and explained to staff thats why its hung to dry..The staff said its their instructions from hotel management..I wonder? I would never use again I like to be informed of possible costs not blindsided. The staff said they throw the sheets away thats the massive charge..That I don't belive..

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Die Lage direkt am Terminal 1 ist sehr praktisch, besonders wenn man mit einem Inlandsflug anreist. Der kostenlose Shuttleservice zum International Terminal 2 ist ebenfalls ein toller Service. Schließlich überzeugt die Unterkunft mit einem sehr starkem Preis-Lesitungsverhältnis und ist ideal für eine Übernachtung am Flughafen, wenn man sich bis zum nächsten Flug etwas erholen möchte.
Unser Zimmer, obwohl es als nicht-raucher Zimmer angegeben wurde, hatte trotzdem einen bemerkbaren Rauchgeruch. Außerdem sind die Zimmer sehr kompakt und mit zwei Personen inkl. Gepäck wird es schnell etwas eng. Außerdem ist das hoteleigene Frühstück (in der Regel zwar inbegriffen im Preis) nicht sonderlich ansprechend und die Auswahl und Qualität der Speisen im Bistro ebenfalls nicht empfehlenswert.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026La chambre était comme sur les images et l’emplacement était vraiment dans l’aéroport domestique. Les lits étaient confortables et nous n’avons pas eu de problème avec les bruit. (Nous y étions de 20h à 6h). Le chambre était pas parfaite mais était plus que satisfaisante pour une nuit à l’aéroport.
La chambre était très petite et la vue sur les avions était obstruée par la terrasse. La chambre n’était pas sale mais pas non plus très propre. Les linges étaient vieux et tachés par exemple.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026L'albergo è proprio dentro l'aeroporto. Noi arrivavamo da un volo domestico e una volta recuperati i bagagli ci abbiamo messo 10 a piedi minuti ad arrivare in hotel. Camera pulita e confortevole, con arredamento moderno. Personale gentile e presente ad ogni ora.

The room was fairly small but adequate for my needs (8 hours in transit overnight). It sure beats waiting in the airport terminal! Hot water shower was good, the room was quiet and had everything I needed. The price was reasonable.

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026This hotel is on top of the airport terminal and easy access to departures or arrivals. Loads of eateries downstairs and a 24hrs convenient store. The rooms are basic and still bear the marks of its former owners. When you open the door please turn on the AC immediately because of the stuffiness.
Double rooms are so tiny. If you are a couple traveling please, please book two rooms. If your man (or woman) has not been on your nerves travelling cross country in Java; he or she will be tonight. The shower is okay and it is glass all around and the separate toilet makes your claustrophobic and is similar in looks like the Dutch/French word Closet.

Kamar tidak kedap suara terkadang masih terdengar suara dr luar. Perlengkapan mandi kurang. Harga mahal tp tidak ada water heater. Dapat air mineral hanya botol kecil. Sikat gigi dan pasta gigi hanya ada 1 padahal kamar di pesan untuk 2 orang. Space untuk beribadah sempit sekali. 2x kesana pemandangan tidak sesuai deskripsi.Tolong diperbaiki lg kekuranganya.

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026This hotel is convenient for early flights as it is right outside the domestic terminal and in front of the stop of the free shuttle bus leaving for terminal 2 (international flights), next to restaurants and convenience stores.The room is minimal (not even a kettle) and so is the bathroom, but for one night is fine. On the other hand, I appreciated the water dispenser in the lobby (too many plastic bottles in Indonesia).

Przede wszystkim smród nie do wytrzymania w pokoju. Nie wiem czy to od złej wentylacji, wilgoci czy klimatyzacji. Ściany brudne. Pokój tak mały że ciężko otworzyć walizkę. Jestem dość wysoką osobą i żeby skorzystać z toalety drzwi musiały być otwarte bo zahaczałem nimi o drzwi. Ogólnie nie polecam.

Reviewed May 14, 2026Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am/im Airport und ist für einen Kurzaufenthalt oder wenn man „strandet“ super geeignet. Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung, die Betten sind bequem. Das Personal hat mich freundlich begrüßt.
Die Sauberkeit hat wirklich Luft nach oben und die Handtücher könnten ausgetauscht werden. Finde daher das Preis -Leistungsniveau für Indonesien relativ teuer.
