Wir waren auf der Durchreise nach Whistler. Die Lage hierfür ist gut. Das Zimmer ist zweckmäßig. Kostenfreie Parkplätze.

Leider gab es keinen Föhn. Und als wir das Fenster geöffnet haben, sind Käfer rausgekommen.

Our rooms were not ready on time - 2 hours after check in time. No body wash which is a basic requirement. Also no hairdryer - I had to request one. Beds were average.

Staff were responsive when we raised concerns — they moved us to a different room after finding stained bedding, and later brought a replacement pillow when we flagged another stain.

Our first room had a bedsheet and pillow stained yellow. After switching rooms, two pillows in the new room were also stained. When we reported this, staff explained that stains don’t necessarily mean something is dirty since items are washed regularly — which felt like an unnecessary justification rather than a straightforward fix, especially as paying guests. Breakfast was also underwhelming: bread and cereal were available, but there were no eggs, and the milk was cold, which left our coffee lukewarm too. For the price, it felt bread-heavy rather than a proper breakfast.

pillows were hard as rocks, blanket was very flimsy. Curtains not black out, had light on outside of room all night so it felt like day time all night. Didn’t sleep well at all.

Convenient- I’ve stayed there before. Everything I needed for a one night stay.

It was freezing when I first walked in and I turned the air conditioning off completely. At night I needed another blanket or two.

I have stayed here before, and I believe the new management has made several improvements: the bathroom looked newly renovated, and they now have a continental breakfast.

The beds were ok, although the pillows were surprisingly small and few.

The young lady at the front desk had exceptional service skills. Nothing was a bother to her.

The bed was too small, the air conditioning was so noisy we had to turn it off to get any sleep. Not enough towel racks.

Surprisingly quiet for being situated on a highway. Staff was very friendly.

Rooms were very small. Quite crowded when both of us had our luggage opened up. Bathrooms also small.

Clean and well kept. Checked for bed bugs and it was all clear! No left over hair in the bathroom from the previous guests or bad smells. Comfortable pillows and bed, very nice shower with good pressure. Great kitchenette option

Lacked a hair dryer and bath plug. Could have used more pillows than the two, but they sufficed.(just made the room look cheapish with two small pillows on a massive bed). Other guest staying with me shared the coffee options in the room were not the best tasting but not horrible. Same with the coffee at the continental breakfast, not horrible but not great either.

This was a functional and clean place to stay. The room was surprisingly quiet next to a busy road. The breakfast seemed very popular but we ate out in the morning at a loveky local bakery.

The location was very convenient, and the continental breakfast was good. It included waffles, bagels, and boiled eggs, along with other breakfast items.

The recent update to the rooms was noticed.

The breakfast was poor. The staff person was not observing as food was disappearing and needed to be replenished. Guests had to ask for more food. Coffee both mornings looked like tea. Staff need to be oriented to provide a better experience.

Room is compact and clean and good. Front desk staff (a girl) well received us and was too good in guiding us as well to the list of places we can visit. We raised a complaint to her for towels related and she was able to handle it so fast. Hotel is at a prime location in Clearwater, BC and easily accessible to nearby stores and fast food centers. In hotel there was a complimentary breakfast, it was good.

Could have an enhanced breakfast to include sausages or scrambled egg.

Very expensive for what you actually get. Room wasnt very clean at all hair in bathroom hair in the bed. Crumbs and food on the floor the air-conditioner makes horrible noises. Can hear everything outsode of the room.can see sunshine coming from the door. The cost does not match the facility. It was late we needed to sleep so we didnt complain Beds are very hard could hear springs popping when you moved

Our worst accommodation on our Canada trip. Room had not been adequately cleaned. Other people's hair on the floor. Breakfast was poor choice and the quality, and area too small. Kept running out of everything. Cable TV was so poor we couldn't watch world cup matches, constantly pixelated and distorted.

No breakfast, location closed at time of departure.

One face cloth and hand towel for 2 people is not good practice. No night tables and no reading lights and no place to hang up clothes is not our idea of a $200. A night motel room.

The location is great and rooms are very nice and quiet. The beds are comfy too. The room had everything - microwave, fridge, TV with cable and on-demand too, and the breakfast was good.

The cleanliness was not good at all. The bathroom looked like it had been mopped by a really dirty mop. It was covered in hair from the shower to the toilet. The shower also has no where to put your soap so you have to hold it in your hand while showering the whole time. The microwave was very nasty - it stank like whatever the person before us had cooked in there and was visibly dirty. The pillow covers on the bed were yellowish from use.

Easy to find and check in. Simple, clean accommodation.

Was all good!

Breakfast had a small variety but it was good - waffles, toast, bagels, boiled eggs - the ususal. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms have a really nice view of the whole area surrounded by mountains. The surroundings were also very quiet and peaceful. The kitchenette was stocked very well.

Cleanliness was not the best. The carpet seemed to be in poor condition with stains on it. There was also a small stain on the bedsheets. My room was the one with the double bed and the shower doesn't have a caddy which is very inconvenient because I had to shower just holding my soap in my hand.

The fact that we were only staying for 2 nights and they wouldn't refund us for the night we weren't staying. They said to get it back from Booking.com, we contacted them no favorable result.

The property was super close to everything we needed while staying. The front seat staff was BEYOND amazing. Great selection for breakfast and they even started breakfast earlier to accommodate guests!!

Quiet,comfy beds.

Some detailed cleaning needs to be done. Bathtub rings and foot prints in tub. 1wash cloth and 1 face towel was not included. Mirror had water spots. Lots of crumbs,and smelled not so great.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und der Check in zügig und unkompliziert. Die Lage war glaube ich auch okay......etwas für die schnelle zu Essen war auch Fußläufg zu erreichen

Wir hatten ein Zweibettzimmer. Im 1. Bett war leider das Bettlaken voll mit Flecken. Das andere war sauber sodass wir dann auf das eine verzichten konnten.

While some of rooms at this Super 8 property were undergoing renovations, at check in, we were told that the renovation of the room that was assigned to us was completed. Upon entry, we found the room very dirty. There was drywall dust on many surfaces, hair and bits of drywall on the floor of the bathroom, and smear stains on the wall beside the toilet. The bathroom door stop was barely hanging on the wall. The bedding blankets were warn and old, the pillows were even older and in very poor condition. In addition, the bed was also very old and uncomfortable. Needless to say it needs replacing. To top it all off, the shower had a curtain that was 2 inches short so water splashed out under it, and after I finished, the floor was soaked along with the bottom side of my toiletry bag. Unfortunately, we could not sleep because of the condition of the bed and bedding so we left in the middle of the night, and therefore, have no idea whether the breakfast was good or bad. Overall, this is not only the worst Super 8 that my wife and I have stayed in, but the worst motel or hotel that we have ever stayed in.

The was only 3 pillows, 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 1 wash cloth for a room for 2. Chintz! No bath mat either. Breakfast was from 6 to 10. At 8:30 there was no yogurt left, waffle maker out of service as was the ice machine on site. They are doing renovations here so if you plan on sleeping during the day...pass on by.

Breakfast was included, but did not use as it opened up too late. 8 till 10 in the morning only and it should’ve been open at least by 7 AM.

This hotel may look a bit old from the outside, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that the rooms are actually newly renovated, especially the bathroom and shower. The entire room is clean and tidy. The whole town is peaceful and quiet—if I have the chance, I would love to stay here again.

Breakfast was basic. Cereal, toast, etc. The child loved making her own waffles with the waffle maker. It was really quiet at night and the hotel was walking distance to everything. The room seemed to be newly renovated and was cleaner than expected.

One hand towel in the bathroom was dirty. Makes me wonder what else wasn't fresh. They are renovating (which is good) and this wasn't conveyed on the website. Their free breakfast was only from 8-10am. A very small window to take advantage. A bit misleading as most places ive stayed at start at 6am.

The front desk staff were very accommodating and helpful! The renovations have been a nice update to an older hotel.

The water is extremely hot, be careful putting your littles in the shower/bath.

The property was undergoing renovations. Our first room didn't work. One bed. Two adults. Second floor. Mobility issues. Clerk went out of her way to find us a suitable room on the ground floor and helped move our luggage. She also said if we were staying there for hockey we could check out later.
