Nothing, All well

Staff amazing, Wael, Salah, Resk, Muhamed, Lydia, Ali Ramet

Room is not big enough for us, we are used to a suite / interconnecting option however and the interconnecting option is not available on booking.com so you have to book two rooms literally doubling the cost. If they could resolve this then I think they would have a higher booking rate.

Great staff, food and water slides. Access to beach through shuttle with good frequency where you can book snorkeling trips or para sailing (independent agency)

Aqua park Restaurant

No enough shaded parking areas for cars Soap bottles in bathroom is very rigid and unsuitable for use by children under age of 10 as they cannot squeeze the bottle of soap to release the contents which may contaminate the hands and bottle especially after bathroom use

The best hotel for family stays and kids in Hurghada by far. This is my fourth visit this year and the next year will be the fifth. Definitely recommended.

Nothing

I had an amazing stay at this hotel for four nights. This was my second stay here, and once again, everything exceeded my expectations. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with a beautiful view that made the stay even more enjoyable. The housekeeping team did an excellent job every day, keeping everything perfectly clean and well organized. The food was delicious, with a great variety of fresh and tasty options at every meal. The aqua park was fantastic—clean, fun, and suitable for both adults and children. All the hotel facilities were well maintained, and the atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. Most importantly, the staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. I truly enjoyed every moment of my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable vacation. This was my second visit, and it certainly won't be my last. I will definitely be Special thanks to Mrs. Ladya at the front desk for her outstanding support.

Drinking water is provided through refill stations rather than sealed bottled water, which may not be preferred for everyone. All swimming pools have a uniform depth of 120 cm, which may not be suitable for everyone preferred deeper pool. The beach is about 10–15 minutes away by shuttle bus, but the shuttle operates every 30-minute schedule

All fantastic

It’s clean - staff are friendly especially Lydia and Moustafa in the reception and the restaurant staff

The hotel is wonderful, thank you to everyone who made it a lovely stay from reception Lydia was very attentive and professional to each and everyone at the Pools and restaurants thank you. Food was variable and tasted authentic and flavors were on spot! Nice beach, calm for swimming.

The guests who left towels at every spot to "book" a lounger.. such lack of manners and culture.

The property is very good and the staff is very friendly

The glasses in the bar aren’t clean when you drink water in it it has a taste from previous drinks, medical service isn’t good enough it gave my kids wrong medical diagnosis and expensive

Food , aqua & room service team

Front desk ( lidya )

We had a wonderful family stay at Jaz Aquaviva. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The food offered a good variety with something for everyone, and the pools and aqua park were fantastic, especially for the kids. The hotel was well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and family-friendly. We truly appreciated the excellent service throughout our stay.

There was very little to complain about. The only minor inconvenience was that the beach requires a shuttle ride since the hotel is not directly on the beachfront. Other than that, everything met or exceeded our expectations.

Aqua , food & room service team

Front disk team ( Lidya) ,renew mattress & pillows

Thanks for every thing Everything was good started from the reception And service food all good

Staff exceeds every expectation. Rooms are spacious. More then enough sunbeds. High quality of food and chef always around for any special requests. Had to make use of in house clinic, unfortunately, but this too was great.

Some staff kept assuming we were German. Although understanding, still slightly annoying. But that's basically all I can say.

I loved the stay, it was wonderful.

I liked everything!

Excellent stay! The staff were very friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Special thanks to Lydia for her warm welcome and outstanding hospitality from the moment we arrived. The hotel is very nice, the rooms are comfortable, and our children had a wonderful time. We truly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to visit again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The only minor issue was the bathroom. It felt quite warm due to limited ventilation, and the shower water temperature was consistently too hot and difficult to adjust to a comfortable level

The team is very friendly and all the services are properly provided..hotel recommended
