Lits queen de 130cm donc très petits pour 2 adultes, petit dejeuner dans le hall d'entrée de l'hotel, pas assez de place assises pour tout le monde. La chambre n'est pas faite tous les jours, il faut le demander a la reception pour que ce soit fait. Hotel cher pour les prestations fournies. Le petit dejeuner est correct mais pas a la hauteur du prix de la chambre. Bref on paye l'emplacement ! Parking en face de l'hotel a 68$ par jour

The hotel is in a great location within walking distance to everything perfect for a weekend getaway. Front desk, staff very helpful and friendly.

This hotel is in a prime location which also means there may be street level noise too. The staff is nice and having free breakfast is always good. Though there is room to improve the breakfast. The oatmeal toppings are stored right by an open vent that looked dusty. These topping have no cover so any dirt could fall into it. The peanut butter is generic and tastes old. The yogurt is basic, no Greek yogurt. They have apples and oranges. Sometimes ripe bananas. Also to go bags are available with a bagel, water, and fruit. They have coffee all day. The hot water tank is sometimes lukewarm by evening and water tastes like coffee. The hotel is dated. The first room I got had no view and a very loud AC. I asked to be moved to a room with quieter AC. I got moved to a higher floor with quieter AC, but still the sound of constant muffled water/bubbling sound. This room was street facing so lots of outside noise too. The room is small, found a dead fly on the window sill and on the bed. The tissue box was basically empty... something minor but would be nice if an extra was in the bathroom. The wall by the bed looked like it was peeling... no power outlets near the bed. Old scratched up furniture. Also, the AC was leaking. Little droplets of water occasionally fell on to the bed while I was sleeping. Water pressure is low in the sink and shower. Toilet wouldn't flush properly. I didn’t realize this is a pet friendly hotel and they don’t separate rooms. So if you are allergic beware you could be staying in a room that was previously checked in with a pet. Based on the lack of cleanliness when I checked into my room, it is worrisome. I mentioned my concerns to the front desk and they tried to clean up and fix what they could. They couldn’t move my room because they were sold out. Offered me snacks and some points but I’m still waiting for management to get in touch to discuss the issues. While convenient, decent pricing, and nice staff, not sure I'd stay here again considering the above concerns.

Terrible experience with this hotel. I didn’t even get the opportunity to stay here - I booked a non refundable stay for a work trip. I had paid over $900 for 3 nights. I was already charged, money taken out of my account, and then when I went to check in as a female traveling alone for work, they told me they overbooked and I couldn’t stay there. Their solution was to put me 3 miles outside the city (so then I have to uber in for work). There was nothing offered for my inconvenience, actually if I wanted to stay at the hotel they were moving me to for all 3 nights, I would be charged the overages. Dionte was working the check-in and was not helpful. It doesn’t make sense to me why I would be moved from a hotel room I already paid for. Absolutely horrible experience and extremely disappointed in the service provided

Amazing location, great friendly staff

Pros: A more affordable option in a perfect downtown location. Clean rooms. Most staff are Hampton-friendly & very helpful. Really interesting building (the old Chicago Motor Club, with original signage on the wall). Usual free breakfast, although there are other options in the area worth trying. 
Cons: Couldn't select a room in advance on the Hilton app. Tried calling the front desk, but person who answered was unwilling to try helping. Our assigned room (310, away from the elevators & facing the street) was very small, although to be fair that's to be expected in a big city. (It looked as though the 2 queen bed rooms across from the elevators had more space.) No plug or charging stations anywhere near the beds, not even at the bedside lamps.

Just satisfactory. Pros: Location is convenient for walking to many of the sites. Breakfast is included so that cuts down on the cost of eating out. Beds and pillows comfy. Oatmeal, fruit, yoghurt options for a healthy breakfast very much appreciated. Cons: So NOISY! The first night was the worst night sleep I’ve had in a long time. I understand that the central location means there’s potentially a lot of traffic but I was not prepared for how much noise would interfere with sleeping. There may as well have not even been a window. They’re not sound proofed at all (why? This is perfectly possible). At 1:30am a garbage truck came to empty dumpsters and took a loooong noisy time about doing so. Sirens. Loud vehicle noises. It was like sleeping at a construction site. I ended up having to sleep with headphones in playing white noise directly into my ears. The room was ok. Not as spacious as it looked on the website. Furniture falling apart. No extractor fan in bathroom (or very subtle one?). AC unit makes constant high pitch whining noise. Nothing much to watch on TV (weird minimal channels). Coffee maker very basic. Breakfast is included so that’s great but obviously it’s not the highest quality. The omelet was not good. Must have been made from frozen. Didn’t taste like egg.

Soggiorno molto piacevole! Struttura pulita e in una posizione fantastica, a due passi dal mare. Colazione buona e variegata, con ampia scelta per iniziare al meglio la giornata. Stay was bad. Room service wasn't available despite asking for it on multiple occasion. Window sill was broken and sharp. Toilet was disgusting.

We have stayed in downtown Chicago many times and never stayed anywhere where there was so much street noise. It sounded like people were drag racing every night. Maybe the hotel can’t do anything about that, but it puts us off staying there. Housekeeping was every other day, although you could get your towels refreshed every day. That was good, because there were not enough towel racks or hooks to hang towels for a family of four. There was a lack of clarity about accessing the valet parking, so I had an unnecessary parking charge while we were checking in.

Location: Excellent. Close to everything - Riverwalk, Wrigley Building, Tribune Tower, Magnificient Mile, Millenium Park and the Cruise Piers. Breakfast: A big plus. Tea/coffee: Always available in the lobby Staff: Frontdesk staff were prompt and helpful. Heritage building: The old motor club (AAA) building. We saw multiple tour guides bringing people to the lobby to show them around.

The room did not have big bay windows so there was limited natural light. The restroom was not the best and it needed deeper cleaning. In general, the housekeeping can be improved.

Could have been a bad experience, but ended up being a great one. Went to Chicago for 3 days with my best friend and had booked a room with two queen beds. When we arrived they said that our booking had been changed to a room with a king size bed. Even if we are good friends we didn't wanna share bed so we asked them to change it back to what we booked. Were no rooms available, but they solved it the best way possible, we got another room at no cost. Location is super, close to everything and breakfast were way better than we expected it to be.

Located just steps away from Michigan Ave in the heart of Chicago. Clean room and free continental breakfast was a bonus. We had an interesting second night though and I'm curious to know if anyone else who has stayed there has had a paranormal visit.. We stayed in room 609. It was at the end of the hall and we had to key in through two doors.. two rooms were located in this little area. The first door from the hallway to enter in was a dark wood where every other hotel door on the floor was white. Between 12:30 and 2am, the door from the hall to the little entry way to our room and room 610 kept opening and closing. My husband looked through the peephole to see who was making the noise and there was no one there. He could see the door swing open and then close. It was a keyed entry so it was latched so no way a breeze could've opened it. It did this about 40 times during that time frame and then stopped. I've never had an experience like this before and I've even stayed at the Congress Hotel in Chicago which is considered the most haunted hotel in the city! Other than that experience, staff was friendly, hotel was clean, and location was very convenient!
