Room cleaning: I have told the hotel staff more than three times that I wanted the floor vacuumed and the bed linen changed every 2–3 days. However, they explained that vacuuming the floor and changing the bed linen are only provided for guests staying more than one week, which is not consistent with the information on Booking.com. In the end, the floor was vacuumed only on Day 5 of my 6-day stay (5 nights).

The location to the venue was spot on.

The bed we had was rock hard. We both got sore bodies from the bed. I had messaged the property through booking.com and never got a reply. The room doesn't have ventilation as the windows wouldn't open. The bathroom was a nightmare keeping the water in the shower as it was not draining correctly. The Spa bath took forever to work out. Turned out the button was stuck down. Got 3 of everything when it is a room for 2, so had to go and ask for one more pillow and towels for Spa bath. People from the Motel being noisy outside the room on the Saturday when trying to sleep in. Trying being the word with the bed being so hard. Motel advertised electric blankets on bookin.com. Nope they don't have them. There were hairs in the bathroom on arrival. So not entirely clean. Wouldn't stay here again.

Make sure you check the beds for blankets when you first get there and ask for more if needed before it gets too late. We had a very cold night.

I knew nothing of this motel and booked it simply because it was across the road from the hospital, where my dad was undergoing a surgical procedure. However, I could not be happier - the staff bent over backwards to accommodate my requests, even going so far as to offer me free parking prior to check-in (dad had to be at the hospital at 7am that morning), an early check-in, and taking the time to call me to discuss better room options for my elderly mother who is recovering from a stroke. Our apartment was clean, tidy, very generous in size, and suited us perfectly. I thoroughly recommend this motel - thank you so much for looking after us!

We were bottom floor. Late at night I could hear a lot of banging around from upstairs unit and then they started again at 3 am . Not a lot of sleep unfortunately.

Really appreciated the friendliness of the owner who went outbid his way to accommodate us with a room downstairs, to accommodate my elderly parents. The breakfasts were great, great value for money and I liked having them brought to your room the night before. Thank you.

Unwelcomeing checking, worse checkout. No air conditioning in the small room and no bed side lamps. A male staff member oned rhe door to the room I was sleeping in and yelled at me in the morning to het out. It was 10:07. Horrible experience.

Very small unit. Had to sit on the bed to watch TV which was very high up on the wall so uncomfortable viewing. The bed was quite hard so didn't sleep well at all

The door didnt lock, the wardrobe door was iff its hinges rhe power plugs next the bed were obscured and took a person to get on jands and knees to try and access the power point. Over all needs some work to make it safe for customers
