i like th position of the hotel

I am not happy at all I lost my new trainer and t-shirt in this hotel I have already complain about this and I did not get nothing

The location

My room was on 2nd floor, expected to get the floor in higher level with much better view considering the price I paid

I didn't eat breakfast but I had a dinner and everything was good.

Except the hotel price because I want to extend it due to some issues and the was doubled and it put in to financial situation.

The bathroom door was partly off it’s runner. Could not close it. We had to leave at 5am so we did not ask for another room but it seemed unsafe.

the block the hotel on is very dirty, sketchy and vagrants coming up to you to ask for money. Security was not at the door at 11 PM and we had to wait for them to come to the door to open it

The air conditioner was broken and there was an unpleasant odor; the man who came to help didn't speak English and couldn't even unplug the unit. Upon check-in, they tried to charge me again, even though the room had already been paid for via Booking.com (non-refundable rate).

Hotel was pretty clean and microwave was very useful!! Hotel could be pretty nice even with a strange personages around same street 😆 Thank you for stay

La habitación muy amplia, la cama super cómoda, entraba luz natural, el baño espacioso y limpio. Las amenidades excelentes, se puede hacer uso de microondas, refrigerador y cafetera en la habitación, nos tocó una maquina de hielo justo afuera del cuarto. En recepción había agua y té de cortesía.

No aplica...la seguridad del hotel es excelente los guardias y el personal están atentos en todo momento. Hicimos nuestro check out muy temprano por la mañana 4:00 am y el guardia nos acompañó hasta que nuestro transporte llegó asegurándose de que fuera el correcto.

Good location, very nice and supporting staff. We got the highest floor and there’s no disturbing noise from the street at all. Close to Penn station and time square. Lots of food and convenience stores/supermarket around the area.

Female checking me in was rude, I asked for a possible from with two beds and was told no, sold out. I requested a manager and she said “that won’t make the room available “

The Staff was friendly and helpful. The location is very good. The bed was comfortable. Walking distance from Madison Square Gardens and the Amtrak Pen Station (Suggest car service is you have luggage) and places to eat.

Staff was great and very helpful. The hotel was very clean.

The location was terrible, I don't recommend anyone stay here. There were a lot of homeless, drug addicts and sketchy people near the hotel. I felt very unsafe. Also, the bed was old and too soft, not comfortable.

La ubicacion es lo mejor que tiene el hotel, la habitacion en muy chica, para una familia tipo es muy incomoda.

El sistema que tienen de limipeza ocupa los 3 ascensores, en un edificio de 23 pisos es algo que deberian prestar atencion, podrian dejar un ascensor para el servicio de limipeza y destinar los otros dos para los huepedes porque bajar o subir se torna imposible, la gente de limpieza entra y sale con los carros en todos los pisos, es realmente incomodo y se pierde mucho tiempo. No tiene sector para desarunar, es privado y a la carta en el salon contiguo, tiene una recepcion chica el hotel.

Отличная гостиница, просторные для Нью-Йорка номера, ежедневная уборка. В номере есть холодильник, кофемашина с пополняемыми ежедневно капсулами, сейф, микроволновка. При бронировании просили высокий этаж, заселили на 18-й. Фото на букинге соответствуют реальности. В целом остались довольны выбором этого отеля.

Около отеля периодически встречались подозрительные личности, но это не вина отеля, а в целом особенность этого района.

The furniture and beds could use an upgrade Also … I know it’s a common thing but.. charging $3 for a bottle of water is crazy after spending $300-$400 a night on the room.

Great location, rooms were clean, was not noisy, I slept very well. Air conditioner worked well. Very close to Penn station and not far from other attractions. We were only there for one night for a concert so we didn’t really use any of the other facilities. Even though we came back late at night the area around the hotel was not sketchy, no one bothered us.

There was a connecting door to the next room that did not have a lock, just one of those flip latches that keep it from opening all the way. It was fine but it made me a bit uncomfortable.

Bien situé et en même temps, si on vient souvent à New York, je ne trouve pas une bonne idée de loger à Times Square. C’est proche de métro, et d’activités mais c’est une rue de SDF, presque comme partout à NYC, mais quand même c’est pas « agréable ». J’ai aimé la chambre avec vue sur les toits, superbe chambre. Sensation d’espace en hauteur vraiment top. Salle de bain OK avec le minimum et l’espace OK. Climatisation fonctionnelle Machine à café à infuser passable Système TV OK. Literie OK. King size et bien. Bon choix pour New York selon moi. Juste classique « Hilton Inn », à son image pratique et efficace. Absence de charme ou d’un « thème »

Climatisation bruyante (mais fonctionne bien même si j’ai tjrs eu trop froid), il faut une nuit pour s’habituer au débit. Parapluie payant (10$); à plus de 200€ la nuit… !?!? Mais au moins, il y en avait à vendre. Quartier … Certes, c’est Time Square mais c’est fort bondé. Ça n’a rien contre l’hôtel. L’hôtel est bien. Moquette à remplacer car on voit qu’elle vieillit mais je n’ai pas eu le sentiment qu’elle était sale.

Check in was very easy, the elevators were quick, the restaurant staff was friendly, and the room was clean. I also liked that it had a microwave and mini fridge.

The TV didn't work properly. First the regular TV channels kept freezing up. Then the apps like Tubi wouldn't open at all.

Everything was clean and nice if I plan to come to New York again i would stay here❤️

There breakfast wasn't free by I got a coupon for 15 percent off that wasn't bad

Was in town for the Bon Jovi concert at Madison Square Garden, and was looking for something close. I have been a Hilton Honors member for a long time and have stayed in Hilton hotels around the world, so have some expectations. First, the lobby is nice (appears to have been renovated recently) and front desk staff very nice. Checkin was very smooth as we arrived two hours early. They have a snack bar of sorts, with candy, drinks, etc., which was nice and since we had a credit, used. Our room was on the 19th floor, and coming off the elevator, was a very small hallway. Our room was around the corner (in the corner) and when entered, very small. Also appears that cosmetic upgrades were done, but not the highest quality. Thermostat in room does not work, but controls on unit below window, did. Overall the hotel served its purpose for the night stay.

Very friendly and communicative staff. The rooms were very clean upon arrival and were cleaned appropriately every day. The hotel is near Times Square which was a plus, but the surrounding area can get very busy.

The double room which was advertised to be able to accommodate 4 people was incredibly small even for a group of three. The beds were not of appropriate size for two people, and the room is small so no more than two suitcases can fit.

Everything was provided....iron and ironing board, microwave, tea, cups, water, tea maker, fan, air conditioner, towels, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, hair dryer, extra sheet, great atmosphere and a small store within the hotel that sells small snacks in the fridge, so you don't have to go out and get it.

You are required to put a deposit towards damages. I didn't know that. I was told it would be refunded but I still haven't received it. And also, they give you the wifi password but you still can't watch YouTube.

We were in NYC for a night to see a Broadway show and picked Hilton Garden Inn Times Square South for our stay, The location was fantastic! It’s just a few blocks from the Port Authority Bus Terminal which was helpful since we took Peter Pan to/from the city but it’s also a close walk to Penn Station if taking a train or subway. There were also lots of great restaurants within walking distance for both lunch and dinner. We had both within 3 blocks during our stay. The theatre was a short and inexpensive Lyft ride. It was definitely walkable but I had stitches in my foot and didn’t want to push it. In the evening, we walked to Hudson Yards to shop and see the vessel. Great location, great price, friendly staff, and clean rooms! I’d stay here again when in NYC!

Hotel foarte bine amplasat pentru punctele de interes turistic si pentru metrou. M-am simtit foarte bine pentru ca am fost foarte placut surprins de curatenie, care se face in fiecare zi, inclusiv schimbat prosoapele. Camera este spatioasa, salteaua patului este foarte buna, cu patru perne, asa incat somnul este confortabil. Camera are un mini frigider, seif si chiar cuptor cu microunde. Internetul este foarte bun. Hotelul este la aprox. 50 de metri de 8 av., intr-o zona care mi s-a parut relativ ok, chiar si noaptea. Statia Penn este la aprox. 200 metri. La receptie este apa filtrata si rece gratuit si un mini punct de vanzare cu ceva cosmetica, dulciuri, rontaieli si bauturi. Personalul este foarte amabil si chiar dornic sa ajute. Barul/ restaurantul de la parter are preturi ok si este deschis pana la ora 23. Mi-a placut foarte mult hotelul si, daca revin in NY, voi sta tot aici.

Geamurile nu izoleaza fonic asa cum mi-as fi dorit.

We asked the hotel if it would be possible to store our luggage for a few hours after our stay, before heading to the airport. We were told that this service is not available unless you have an active reservation at the property. I travel frequently and have stayed in many hotels around the world, and this is the first time I have ever encountered such a policy. Even basic hotels usually offer luggage storage for a few hours as a courtesy to their guests after check-out. Very disappointing experience and customer service.

The location was amazing. The staff were friendly. It was clean. LiAnna was the absolute best, so accommodating and she checked on us throughout the weekend to make sure we were enjoying our accommodations.
