Месторасположение удобное все рядом метро магазины кафе рестораны.Персонал супер помогают во всех направлениях.Большое спасибо Ашиму за внимание и помощь.Отель чистый завтраки стандартные голодными не останетесь.

Единственный минус сливочное масло отсутствовало на завтрак на протяжении 5 дней.

Локация очень хорошая, рядом метро, рядом море Мармара (пешком 15–20 минут), напротив гостиница «Базар Лалили», завтрак очень хороший, персонал отличный, размер номер большой, Wi-Fi отлично, каждый день уборка номера, кондиционер, холодильник, чайник — всё необходимое есть.

Rien,il était fabuleux

I enjoyed the hotel, it is small and comfortable. The room was nice, clean, had everything I needed and the AC worked well. The position of the hotel is great, close to 2 metro stations and T1 tram that allows you to reach easily the main tourist attractions. One of the best things was the rooftop terrace where the breakfast is served, it offers a beautiful view. I had some nice relaxing moments there. Hasim at the reception was kind and helpful, and the other hotel staff too. Thank you, I hope to be back in Istanbul, beautiful city, and I will book again this hotel.

Завтрак нормальный. Как в других отелях этого ценового уровня. В этом отеле он был на крыше с видом на море. Чайки летают и просят еду )). Место отеля - отличное. Близко к метро и к центру.

Номер ужасно холодный, несмотря на май и солнце, окна выходят на шумную улицу. Одеяло толстое, но ночью под одеяло жарко а без одеяла холодно. Звучит смешно, но 3 ночи в отеле не стали подарком. Вообще номер и отел сильно побитые жизнью. На стене потеки от протечек сверху и что-то похожее на плесень. Стол маленький и не удобный для работы. Жил один и уборщица забрала полотенца со второго дня забрала полотенца для второго человека, которые я использовал.

Lokacija izvrsna, u blizini stanice podzemne željeznice, trgovina, restorana... Osoblje je ljubazno i doručak je jako dobar.

Nažalost sobe ne izgledaju kao na slikama prema kojima se može zaključiti da se radi o luksuznom hotelu. Sobe izgledaju potrošeno i staro.

I had a very good stay at Marmara Palace Old City Hotel. The location is perfect and everything was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also very nice, with a good variety of food. The breakfast area has a beautiful view facing the sea, which made our mornings even more enjoyable. Special thanks to Haşim Bey at the reception — he was very kind, helpful, and always ready to assist us with anything we needed. His service made our stay even better. I recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l'hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est juste magnifique. Mention spéciale pour Hichem, un super réceptionniste à l'écoute, bienveillant, serviable et toujours avec le sourire. A la moindre question Hichem y a répondu très rapidement. Hichem nous a énormément aidé concernant les transports et les visites culturelles. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Un grand merci à vous. Ce séjour restera inoubliable dans nos mémoires.

На мой взгляд идеальное соотношение цены, качества и расположения. В номере было всегда чисто. С завтрака невозможно уйти голодным. Персонал приветливый.

Location is good,5 minutes from tram to the center, metro is 1 min walk. Staff is very attentive,helpful, I got room changed because original room was with broken Aircon. Staff provide tasty tea, help with tours, laundry. very friendly and hospitality. Also they have spa with hamam and sauna, massage. Breakfast is the same every day, but full with options.

First room I got in need renovation, everything else was perfect.

W pokoju nie żadnego gniazdka tylko w łazience, sejf wolnostojący (nieprzytwierdzony do ściany).

Ich bin ein großer Fan von Real Madrid, vor allem weil Arda Güler dort spielt. Ich wollte mir das Spiel am Fernseher in der Lobby ansehen, aber leider wurde ich vom Jungemitarbeiter an der Rezeption sehr schroff abgewiesen. Er hat mich wie ein kleines Kind gemaßregelt und behauptet, ich hätte kein Recht, den Fernseher zu benutzen. Das war wirklich sehr unhöflich und ist sehr schade für so ein Hotel. Ansonsten war mit der Übernachtung alles in Ordnung und auch das Frühstück war gut."

Спато беше под всякаква критика вобще него ползвахме, а ни влизаше в цената което беше много разочароващо ако знаехме че спато не става щяхме да си запазим Хотел на по добра цена без спа.

Je kan er makkelijk met openbaarvervoer komen. Tram metro taxi's en bussen op loopafstand. Winkels in de nabije omgeving. Dat vonden wij wel een voordeel.

Onze kamer was best klein en de badkamer nog kleiner. Je kon ruiken dat er in was gerookt en er lag een asbak buiten het raam op de vensterbank. Door het hele hotel kon je ruiken dat er werd gerookt binnen. Koffiemachine was kapot dus moesten we het doen met oploskoffie. Ontbijt was sowieso niet je van het. Sauna stond uit toen we er gebruik van wilden maken. Personeel vond ik beetje onvriendelijk van de Hammam.

My stay at Marmara Place Hotel was absolutely outstanding in every aspect. I would especially like to highlight the professionalism, kindness, and efficiency of the reception staff, in particular Hachem, who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and seamless. His welcoming attitude and attention to detail truly made a difference. The hotel stands out for its excellent cleanliness, the rooms and common areas are spotless and very well maintained. The facilities and equipment are modern, functional, and thoughtfully designed to meet both comfort and practical needs. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh and high-quality options, perfect to start the day. Finally, the location is ideal, right in the city center, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and major attractions. I highly recommend Marmara Place Hotel and will definitely return on my next visit.

Единственный плюс этого отеля,это расположение прямо рядом с метро,

ужасно старый и грязный номер,сейф не работал,.Завтрак растворимый кофе с сухим молоком,кофе машина не работала,сок химический,есть-вообще особого нечего.за такую цену просто кошмар.Не советую,однозначно!

The noise of the road getting to the rooms and it’s difficult to have a peaceful time.

Single beds are hardly beds, you may fall down while sleeping. Especially you need good rest/sleep after long flights. Thx

Muy cerca al centro a lo más principal y rodeado de tiendas de ropa y comida muy económicos mucho más que en el centro recomiendo este lugar 100% El chico de la recepción ferhat es una persona que me ayudó con todo inclusive en donde comprar más barato me llegó hasta los lugares de sus amigos más baratos que en otro lado un 10 para este chico

The biggest issue for me was the window. There was always a draft coming through, and it provided no sound insulation at all. I could hear absolutely everything from the street, which made it really hard to rest. It's especially frustrating when those Turkish drivers keep honking for no reason, and you have no noise isolation whatsoever.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is absolutely fantastic—right in the heart of everything, making it easy to explore the city. The staff was exceptionally friendly and always ready to assist, which made my stay even more enjoyable. However, the furniture in the room felt quite dated, and it seemed like the pictures online were taken when the hotel was brand new. While the room was clean and functional, a refresh would certainly enhance the experience. One of the highlights of my stay was the restaurant on the top floor. Sipping a cup of Turkish tea while enjoying the breathtaking sea view was truly special. It’s a wonderful spot to relax, especially in the evenings. Overall, despite the slightly worn-out furnishings, this hotel offers a great stay thanks to its prime location, warm hospitality, and stunning rooftop views. I would recommend it to travelers who prioritize location and service over modern decor.

First, the location and the placement of the property are simply perfect, convenient and surrounded by everything you might need. The team, especially Mhammad and the two guys at the reception, were amazing. They were extremely friendly, respectful, and always ready to help, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The room was spotless and super clean, with great attention to detail. Everything was so amazing that I ended up extending my stay because I didn’t want to leave! I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Istanbul. It truly exceeded all my expectations😍

Location pretty okay, 30 min walking from sainte Sophie and really close to the seaside. Bad point very noisy street. Room was okay but bathroom could be cleaner. Spa and hammam was not working, but you only knew if you ask when arrived. Staff smily and friendly but not so English speaker. Breakfast was okay.
