Les chambres . Pas de drap ni de couvertures et ce n est pas une blague . Petit déjeuner catastrophique. Ouverture à 8 h du matin . Heure tardive . De plus nous avons pu avoir le café uniquement à 8h30 malgré 2 relances de note part . Petit déjeuner pas bon du tout . nous avions programmés des visites

Location and Staff. Walking distance from all the main attractions in the Old City of Istanbul. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was quite big and had all the required facilities, though it was not a luxury hotel.

Lo staff è stato poco accogliente, neanche salutava ospiti, la colazione era scarsa e mediocre e l’addetta alle bevande calde era una ragazza sempre scocciata e quasi infastidita dalla richiesta di un semplice caffè, camera sporca e rumorosissima e non la vengono a pulire, non insonorizzata per cui senti il traffico a qualsiasi ora, quando siamo andati stavamo facendo dei lavori per cui era tutto pieno di polvere e l’ascensore non sempre ha funzionato

Sehr zentrale Lage, 5 Gehminuten bis zur Hagia Sofia. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, insbesondere die junge Dame am Frühstücksbuffet. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer zur Seite, daher nicht so laut von draußen oder Treppenhaus. Das Doppelbett hätte nach meinem Geschmack etwas größer als 1,50m sein können. Aber 2 WC und 2 Duschen ist Luxus bei 4 Personen und auch geräumig.

Es ist kein Mängel, da ich schlechter geschlafen habe. Aber die Dusche bzw. Silikonfugen sind verschlimmelt und ganz schwarz. Man steht letztendlich nur drinnen, daher ok. Aber man sollte nicht allzu empfindlich sein. Der zweite Kühlschrank und das 2. Bidet war defekt.

The location is fantastic, just a few minutes walk to the main monuments and mosques. The rooftop is beautiful with great views over the Bosphorus and city. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is served buffet style in the upstairs restaurant (not the rooftop), but it has lovely views as it is windows all round. There is not a very big variety at breakfast but what they served was delicious. Our room was big and spacious, the bed very comfortable and everything impeccably clean. The hotel is right in the heart of the old town, so there is entertainment venues nearby that can be a bit noisy. But it's part of the charm of the location.

Am besten war die Dachterrasse auf der man am Abend auch ganz gut aber nicht unbedingt preiswert essen kann. Dafür mit Blick auf den Bosporus und die Blaue Moschee

Im meinem Zimmer im Ergeschoss waberte teilweise ein Kloakengeruch durch den Raum. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nur als Ventilator und ein Fernseher fehlt komplett. Am Zimmer gehen die Touristen direkt vorbei, weshalb der Vorhang am besten geschlossen sein sollte. Das Frühstück im dritten Stock war etwas lieblos gestaltet und das Personal dort nicht sehr aufmerksam.

酒店位置超预期方便，性价比高，顶楼餐厅早餐好吃，可以看到海景和两座著名的清真寺。酒店提供的洗浴用品也挺好用。如果不在酒店吃晚饭，旁有步行5分钟还有政府提供的社区餐厅，价格更实惠25里拉一杯的红茶，180里拉一杯的咖啡，650里拉一份的三文鱼或者海鲈鱼，价格在旅游区算是惊艳，份量也很足，靠窗能看到海景，窗边座要提前订。周边餐厅多，还有一家中餐，超市也很近。整体体验超出预期，住得很舒服 🌊🏨✨✨。对于旅游区这个酒店是超出预期的体验好。

Все очень понравилось . Все чисто , аккуратно , персонал очень вежливый и дружелюбный . Трансфер гораздо дешевле , чем такси . Нам все очень понравилось

The hotel has a great location. In just a couple of minutes, you can walk to the main square. There are also plenty of restaurants/cafes on the same street

The bathroom was in poor condition. The shower hose had almost no water pressure because of leaks, and the rain shower did not work properly. The bed was small, with only one sheet and one pair of slippers for two people. The soundproofing was very poor, and street noise could be heard clearly, especially at night.

I liked the location as it is few minutes from the main monuments in Sultanahmet area. the breakfast at the rooftop is fantastic, u can enjoy ur Turkish breakfast while observing the ships on the bosphore. Im so happy for the choice i made.

Nos toco una habitación, que tenia olor a desague que provenia del baño, el cual no tenia ventilación. En el desayuno, la actitud de la chica no fue amable y faltaba coordinación, pues aun cuando es libre, solicitamos varias veces Té y que repusieram el huevo.

The location is fantastic. The hotel is just 5 min walking to the aya sofia and blue mosque as well as sultanahmet tram station. The rooftop is fantastic with great view and food. The stuffs are so kind and helpful and will guide you also to navigate tourist destinations. Also they offer airport transfer and it is both comfortable and economic as well. Make sure to contact them right after booking so that you can start with a smooth journey.

Nothing in my mind. The door locks are not that good which might make guests uncomfortable ( May be it was only our room ). Some are not fan of only one push lock. I hope the facility will look at this issue. But in terms of safety the hotel is top notch so please don't worry about it. The hotel lobby is under 24/7 camera surveilance and there are someone at the lobby all the time so nothing to worry about. People here are so friendly and nice and extremely tourist friendly so it is super safe.

It is not we did not like, just a warning of night time/early mornings prayers being loud.

Our stay at the Villa Sofia was fantastic! Location superb, breakfast buffet wonderful and the hotel staff was more than helpful. A special shout-out to Ms. Ferdavs at the front desk who was very informed, welcoming to guests and knowledgeable about Istanbul. In truth she helped make our week there surpass all expectations. We will return to the Villa Sofia!

Отель чудесно расположен. Очень приятный,помогающий во всём персонал. Хороший завтрак. Красивый вид с террасы на св. Софию,Голубую мечеть,море. В номерах,выходящих на дорогу шумновато, постоянное движение машин. В целом,нам всё понравилось. До главных достопримечательностей в среднем 8-10 минут, очень близко. Рекомендую.

酒店位置非常好，离罗马的主要景点非常近，可以说，这里就在景区里面。房间很干净，也很安静。工作人员很热情友善。作为旅游者，住在这里的几天，感觉很放松，大大增加了对罗马的好感度。推荐！

The location is perfect. Walking distant to the both Mosques (4 mins) Transportation (4mins) Istanbul hussle and bussel shops/markets (5mins) Multiple restaurants (1min) be mindful you pay extra for food based on location. Gelatine Tower (25mins) The hotel staff are amazing, Ali was great, beyond expectation. The rooms are great to sleep in. (You pay for what you want) Highly recommend this hotel. The breakfast was great, a small selection to get you through the morning.

I didn't pay ridiculous money for 5 star treatment, therefore nothing to complain.

Staff gentilissimo, super preparato e pronto a darti consigli qualora avessi dei dubbi sulle attrazioni. Posizione super centrale perfetta per chi ha poco tempo a disposizione per visitare la città. Colazione a buffet molto ricca e decisamente buona.

The room could have some reparation, the furniture is warm out, but it didn’t bother us much.

I have stayed here on several occasions, and each time I experienced excellent value for money. Although it is not a 4-star hotel offering luxury or overly pretentious standards, it perfectly meets the needs of guests looking for a simple, clean, and comfortable place to stay. The breakfast selection is wonderful, varied, and more than sufficient for a hotel in this category. For those visiting for sightseeing or shopping and only needing a place to sleep or relax, it is an ideal choice. The rooftop terrace offers a beautiful view of the city, where you can enjoy a cold Turkish beer in the evening while having a pleasant conversation with friends. Overall, it is a friendly and well-run place that I am always happy to return to, just as I regularly do.

Bom café da manhã, mas demora muito para chegar na mesa pois é individual de segunda a sexta-feira.

Una posizione fantastica, la vista del ristorante inclusa nel menù, non ha prezzo...La colazione ricca e gustosa e come si usa in Turchia, tutto accompagnato da un buonissimo tè. Lo staff è gentile e accogliente, molto disponibile.

Ottima posizione, vicina a ristoranti, luoghi di interesse e dal tram. Staff dell'hotel gentile, un po' più scorbutici quelli del ristorante.

Colazione con prodotti di bassa qualità e sempre identica; a volte si ha l'impressione che i prodotti vengano riutilizzati. Il cappuccino ci è stato servito freddo due volte su quattro. La camera aveva un odore un po' sgradevole in bagno e sia la doccia che il lavandino perdono acqua in modo copioso. Inoltre, le finestre sono vecchie e una è addirittura rotta, rendendo impossibile chiuderla. Tutto sommato esperienza non negativa, alla fine i letti erano comodi e la posizione buona, ma non ci tornerei, soprattutto non a quel prezzo.

El desayuno está muy bien. Opciones calientes y frías. Café espresso de máquina, no la típica agua sucia. Excelente trato del personal.

Parece un hotel con sus años. Solo recomendaría que la TV sea Smart, para poder tener más opciones para quienes no hablamos turco.

- Das Zimmer fiel quasi auseinander. Als wir ankamen war die Tür zur Dusche nicht eingehängt und die Klopapierhakterung fiel nach ca. 2 Tagen ab - Wir waren im Edgeschoss untergebracht und es war extrem laut, da die Fenster nicht abgedichtet sind. Man konnte Leute vorbeigehen und Autos vorbeifahren hören als ob keine Wand dazwischen wäre

I have been coming here for a long time and I am always satisfied with this area. There are excellent opportunities for walking and shopping, and it can be a starting point for historical sightseeing....good place....the roof terrace is an excellent place for breakfast, lunch or dinner, but also just for a glass of beer.

Perhaps one thing that is less here compared to other hotels in the immediate vicinity is the breakfast selection. If I look at the price and the service I received, it is absolutely fine. However, if you want six types of cold cuts, ham or bacon with your eggs, or 3 types of fruit juice...with five types of pastries.....don't have breakfast here. This is just information, everything was fine for us. As for the staff, the restaurant has excellent, friendly waiters. Ali is the boss at the reception..... He is a good guy. The young girl and the night man colleague couldn't believe that I had already paid for the stay in the morning, even the remaining part that Mr. Ali had released......If I won't even mention this little inconvenience..... So it was fine for me...

prenotata camera x tre deluxe . La porta non si chiudeva, quando è stato fatto notare ci hanno detto di uscire e che avrebbero risolto. al rientro la porta era chiusa e noi uscivamo da una camera comunicante. la camera non è mai stata rifatta ne pulita in 4 giorni. Le luci della camera non funzionavano ( ad eccezione della lampadina del comodino e del bagno) lo abbiamo fatto notare e chi è stato risposto che la lampadina del letto funzionava. Di conseguenza non era semplice ricaricare i telefoni . Non si accendeva la tv. Non funzionava il frigo bar. Una volta fatto un te non rifacendo le camere non ci sono tate lavate le tazze non è stato rimesso il te... c'era un forte odore di fogna. Abbiamo chiesto che ci cambiassero la camera e hanno detto che avevano solo doppie. ( l'hotel era vuoto quindi non era credibile) .La colazione inesistente. non commento i prodotti so che eravamo in turchia e non pretendevo una colazione all'occidentale , ma le mozzarelline gialle l'insalata del giorno prima , la torta sempre uguale in 4 giorni ( nel senso che era proprio la stessa) non erano accettabili. essendo poi solo noi come clienti gli ultimi due giorni non hanno neanche più preparato il buffet x la colazione. semplicemente ci portavano cose a loro discrezione sul tavolo senza chiedere nulla. Il personale della colazione che non parlava inglese ..... cigliegina sulla torta l'ultima notte hanno deciso di fare dei lavori all'ingresso e x TUTTA LA NOTTE hanno martellato e usato martello pneumatico. I lavori sono finiti alle 7 di mattina. quindi notte completamente insonne!! non era la prima volta per me a istanbul e rispetto

The hotel is in an excellent location in the old part of Istanbul. The breakfast was varied, and the view from the terrace is breathtaking.

However, the cleanliness is not at a satisfactory level. The room initially assigned to us was not suitable for staying with a small child. It was very poorly maintained. The worst part was the bathroom, which was extremely dirty. After we requested that the room either be cleaned or changed, and after they checked it themselves, they eventually assigned us new rooms.

We lived the location and the rooms are clean! Extra points for the the very very comfortable bed mattress! Staff helpful and kind !

I think the breakfast as a service should be a bit upgraded ☺️
