The location is very good, the terrace is big and with a very nice view. Lots of terraces and shops nearby. Close to the metro station. Safe neighborhood.

Cleaning can be done more carefully, there was dust on the carpet and hair in the shower. After check out, they don't allow you to sit even on the common hallway for half an hour, I was asked to leave. Luggage storage is expensive, even for a few hours, there are better prices on the lockers nearby.

The location was close to attractions, especially Gelata tower

There's no escalator. Should have mention it in the hotel description as some tourist carry heavy luggage.

Because the ceiling and some part of the walls are wooden , when the upstairs guests are walking it makes a lot of noises specially at night and I couldn’t have a sleep. I told the manager but no changes

Noise from night club. Noise from stairs and room above. Absolutely no water, coffee etc. Frayed bath towel with a hole in it. Reception man not really friendly or helpful, except the person there on leaving.

Es céntrico, tiene aire acondicionado y es grande.

Las escaleras están muy inclinadas. Es un segundo piso sin ascensor y es muy incómodo subir el equipaje. Por la noche se oye la calle. Música, juerga y hay un bar de strippers en frente. Si tienes el sueño ligero, lo pasarás mal.

The property is located near Istiklal caddesi which is a good thing. There are a lot of locals nearby and the bus is at 2 minutes walk. The wifi was very good.

A lot of noise coming from upstairs. You can hear the people move and the wood cracking. This was day and night and it woke us up early in the morning.

La atención no fue la adecuada, el propietario fue poco hospitalario y al contrario un poco agresivo. No encontré la llave una noche y me cobraron 1000 try, la encontré al día siguiente y la entregué; sin embargo no hubo reembolso del dinero. El propietario me habló de condiciones que no se especificaron en booking y me habló de sanciones que tampoco me fueron referidas al hacer la reserva.

No lift inside and feels kind of old

Owner was extremely helpful. Room was clean and in a very convenient spot close to major landmarks and public transport stops, on the european side.

The pillows were too tall but that is a personal thing and I won’t take points from something so minor.

This is Not our first stay. We love this hotel and we feel like at home. Every time we will come back here. The price is good, location is perfect, rooms clean, stuff is polite. This time we even bring our mom with us to Istanbul. We don’t need more. Home away of home.

Wanneer je van reuring, restaurants en uitgaan houdt, heeft dit hotel een prettige ligging. De kamer was ruim. De service is redelijk; op mijn vragen en klachten werd adequaat gereageerd. Helaas straalde het personeel niet veel hartelijkheid uit, al was dit vermoedelijk niet zo bedoeld.

Helaas is het hotel zo slecht geïsoleerd dat het lopen van de bovenburen door hun hotelkamer klinkt alsof ze stampen; een enorm gedreun. Het was onmogelijk om daarbij te slapen. Er dreef in de nacht sigarettenrook de kamer binnen, die niet afkomstig was uit de horecagelegenheden. De airco werkte matig.

The location was absolutely excellent. We thought the price was very good. Muhammad on the reception desk was really friendly and nice - we appreciated him messaging on WhatsApp to see if we needed anything during our stay and he was always around. We thought the room was clean and quite comfortable especially given the price. The Aircon worked well

The only issues we found were noise levels - we were aware we were staying in a busy and bustling area before we went so we were prepared for that. I would advise booking this hotel if you don't mind noise throughout the evening but we didn't find the noise that bad and we still managed to sleep well.

Everything was perfect! The location was excellent, close to all the main attractions, restaurants, and public transport. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were very kind, welcoming, and helpful. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Location is very good. It is not our first stay. We come to this hotel every year. Stuff is excellent, polite and kind. Rooms are spacious, biggest we found so far in Istanbul. We love it here and we will come again.

Location and room was clean.. no lift and ac was not working.

There was no ac remote and they asked use to stay without ac even though we booked an ac room. They lied to us that the ac remote is under service . After forcing we were given one remote saying it is a spare. And ac was not working properly. Please avoid this place otherwise you will suffocate without ac. Looks like they are lying to save electricity . There is no lift so you have to climb steep stairs 3 floors. Not suitable for anyone with luggage.

Perfect location, close to lots of restaurants, shops and bus stops/metro stations. Great value for money. The room was spacious and clean. Friendly staff.

The floor above is not well insulated, so we heard the steps from the guests staying above us. The shower curtain presented some mould traces.

Уборку номера, а именно качество уборки. При заселении и после уборки все равно были найдены мусор, волосы чужие в постели, не помыт пол в ванной. Только к уборке были претензии, на этом всё

Хорошее расположение, недалеко от метро, рядом исторический центр, сам район достаточно живой, очень много заведений на любой вкус. В номере было все необходимое: чайник, фен, кондиционер, холодильник, телевизор с возможностью смотреть ютуб. Было достаточно чисто, сотрудники все приветливые, общение на английском или через переводчик. Воспользовались возможностью оставить сумки на ресепшен после выезда за небольшую стоимость. Нам изначально предоставили не тот номер (дали более улучшенный, чем мы бронировали), сотрудники извинились за ошибку, и вежливо попросили переехать в другой, тем не менее дав переночевать ночь в номере повышенного класса (на самом деле отличие только в наличии балкона в улучшенном, но он же и более шумный, так как выходит на живую улицу)

Не хватило базового набора посуды, хотя бы несколько тарелок и ложек.

Overall, the hotel's location is excellent, just 10 min from the city center. You can easily catch the places you would like to go on foot or metro. And staff was friendly as well.

Being in Taksim, it has a very lively nightlife, so you might want to consider this if you don't like noise that much. Additionally, you can hear strong voices and joys outside as Taksim is always vibrant. The thing we didn't like is to not provide daily water/or water. Otherwise everything was great

Close to taksim square and down town istanbul

We mentioned in the booking that we need 2 beds but when we reached the hotel they told us they needed an extra 15€ to give us a pillow and a bedsheet for the second bed. In addition the floor is wood parquet and the insulation is super bad, we barely slept that night because someone above us kept walking all night long, and every time we can hear the footsteps and the wood cracks and makes noises

Lamentablemente uno de los dias no me salio agua caliente de la ducha, todo lo demas estuvo perfecto

Le personnel est très agréable et gentil. L'hôtel est très bien situé à proximité vous avez: des restaurants, spas, boulangerie turque, station de bus et métro à 10min à pied.

Malheureusement la salle de bain de la chambre que j'avais réservé avait des cheveux par terre (photo) et la porte de la cabine douche était cassée.

Location is amazing, stuff is friendly and political, it’s very modern in user friendly way and digitalized. We loved it! Internet is good, food next door is excellent, there is always tea and coffee. Very clean and comfy.

След като пристигнахме ни поискаха допълнително 15 евро, за да използваме 2 легла. Бяха приготвили спалнята. Тъй като бяхме 2 жени, не желаехме да спим заедно при положение, че сме наели апартамент с 3 легла. Това не беше описано в обявата и беше неприятно.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt! Das Personal war extrem hilfsbereit und freundlich. Unser Zimmer war geräumig (riesige Zimmer) geschmackvoll eingerichtet und makellos sauber. Perfekte Lage, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Roller Vermietung im Hotel vorhanden. Es war toll und wir würden immer wieder gerne kommen.

公寓是老房子改造的，隔音效果极差。楼上人走路就像开了扩音器一样的响，感觉楼板要塌。最可怕的是房子后面是条夜店街。夜店声音震天动地，头嗡嗡响，心脏不能承受，完全不能待的程度。进屋待了一会儿，发现还是命要紧，赶紧退房走人。

Ottima posizione e presenti tutti i servizi promessi. Camera confortevole, letto matrimoniale alla francese, se fosse stato più grande sarebbe stato ancora più comodo.

The location is great, very walkable and many great places around.

Our room didn't look like the pictures, the stairs are so loud that it is impossible to have a proper night sleep. People kept coming and leaving throughout the night and when someone uses the wooden stairs it sounds like an elephant herd passing through.

Nur 5 Fußminuten von der Einkaufsstraße und 10 Fußminuten vom Taksim-Platz entfernt. Es war sauber.

Es gibt keinen Balkon, obwohl es sowohl im Text als auch in den Bildern so beworben wird. Es ist extrem hellhörig. Man hört jeden Schritt von dem Zimmer aus der oberen Etage. Nachts ist es durch den gegenüberliegenden Nacht-/Stripclub auch sehr laut. Die Einrichtung ist etwas veraltet.

Κοντα στον κεντρικό πεζόδρομο Istiklal. Ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο και εύκολη προσβαση.

Ενω είχαμε κλεισει superior room με ενα διπλο και 2 μονα κρεβατια παρατηρησαμε οτι σεντονια και μαξιλαρια υπήρχαν μονο στο διπλό και οταν ζητησαμε σεντόνια για το ενα μονο κρεβατι, ο ιδιοκτητης μας ζήτησε 15€ παραπάνω κατι το οποιο δεν αναφεροταν πουθενα στο booking. Υπηρχε αρκετος θορυβος απο το δρομο και απο το δωματιο του πανω οροφου.

The location is fantastic, with plenty of food options nearby – from street food and local eateries to upscale restaurants. A market just a minute or two away offers fresh produce, snacks, and more. It’s easy to get around: only a 15-minute walk to the T1 tram line and just 2–3 minutes to a bus stop that takes you straight to the city centre. The internet connection was fast and reliable throughout our stay – perfect for both work and streaming. The staff were quick and efficient in responding to queries, and our late check-in (after midnight due to a delayed flight) was handled smoothly. A fun extra – if you need a haircut, there’s a place right across the street, and apparently, some of the hotel staff cut hair too. Amazing! Thank you for a lovely stay.

It is about a 15-minute walk from Taksim Square and about 5 minutes from Independence Street. There is a sok supermarket nearby. The location is quite convenient. It is about a 20-minute walk from the airport bus.Luggage can be placed in the front desk area before and after check-out

The four-piece suit in the room has not been replaced. There are two long hair on the sheets that do not belong to us. The quilt has a pungent smell (other people's body odor). It needs to climb very steep stairs. The first floor needs to climb 0.5 stairs. The second floor needs to climb 1.5 stairs. No one will help with the luggage. It is not recommended for people with luggage to stay.The room is not soundproof, and the sound of the bar will come in the middle of the night.

Really spacious, good lighting, a lot of storage and the receptionnist was really nice and helpfull. The placement of the hotel is good, the bus station wasn't to far, and you have plenty of restaurants around.

The bathroom is quite small, the room wasn't the cleanest when we arrived and the heaters could be adjusted.
