Eso era importante porque en un festival donde hay actividades durante el día y la noche, es mejor quedar cerca. Inclusive frente al hotel pasó una calenda en una tarde.
El servicio sanitario falló. es un tema de mantenimiento del hotel. eso sí, cuando se reportó, lo arreglaron

Les instal·lacions son molt velles (mobles, lavabo, etc). Està molt mal insonoritzat i el personal no vigila si els clients fan soroll. Nens corrents pels passadissos cridant des de les 7 am i ningú ho controla. No hi ha cortines a l’habitació que tapin la llum. Des de les 7 que ja t’entra molta llum a l’habitació. Qualitat-preu no és encertat.

Reviewed Jun 3, 2026La atención del personal es excepcional y la ubicación también. Nos dejaron guardar las maletas el día de salida hasta la tarde y nos cedieron un adaptador durante la estancia. Dicho esto, tema habitación: Llegamos de noche y la primera impresión no fue muy positiva ya que me esperaba una habitación renovada tal y como muestran en las primeras fotografías del alojamiento. Sin embargo, nos dieron una habitación bastante antigua que nada tenía que ver con las fotos que yo había visto al reservar, culpa mía porque es verdad que también tienen fotos de las habitaciones más antiguas pero creo que es importante destacar los dos tipos de habitaciones tan diferentes. Pasado el primer mal trago y al despertar (con la luz del día todo se ve diferente), la impresión ya fue distinta y aunque es verdad que la habitación es antigua está súper limpia y tiene todo lo necesitario para la estancia. Las camas son grandes (teníamos dos camas dobles).
No es que no me gustase pero simplemente indicar que no tiene ascensor. Y quizá sería importante poner unas cortinas más opacas para que no entrase tanto la luz.

No es que no me haya gustado, pero si bastante incomodo y comun en todos los hoteles de Mexico: No tienen FRIGOBAR, s uno dedea tomar una bebida fresca no haboa modo. Llos hermosos ventanales, cerrados hermeticamente, por lo que se sentia que faltaba aire puro.

Rooms were very small and faced the street, it was quite loud at night and you could also hear other rooms. The bed sheets were a bit dirty and smelled very heavily like chlorine. Hotel says it’s a 3-star hotel but I’ve been to other 3-star hotels that offered way more comfort and service than this one. I trusted the reviews on booking.com but was quite disappointed in the end. We only stayed for one night.

Que la habitación que me asignaron no tenga ventanas, al exterior. El personal de limpieza fue muy amable al atender las necesidades de la habitación, igualmente un además recepcionista, que olvide su nombre, nos apoyo con lugares donde podíamos comer delicioso. De seguro volvería, antes consultar si la habitación cuenta con ventana al exterior.

Reviewed Mar 23, 2026The junior suite was very spacious, very clean, modern with plenty of outlets, lighting and storage. Excellent bed. Smart TV for Netflix and other platforms. Good AC, good wifi. Their other rooms are all in their main building, but this junior suite is actually off of the parking garage and appears to have been added very recently. It seemed odd at first, the location off the garage and directly on the street at ground level. But they must have soundproofed it very well because the street noise didn't bother us. The hotel is small and has no other amenities, but was very well located for walking all over. It's about 5 minutes to the Zocalo, 10 to El Llano park, and less than 20 to the neighborhoods of Jalatlaco and Xochimilco which are lovely. OXXO around the corner for buying water. The front desk is staffed 24/7 with nice people. We only saw the reception office, we didn't see the area where the other rooms are, so this review is just for the junior suite.
They used the shower design that has a partial glass wall but no door. Those always allow water to splash out onto the bathroom floor. It wasn't a big problem, but would have preferred a normal shower stall with a door or curtain. The small windows at the door entry to the room had no coverings yet, so they just had paper taped over them. There was a gap, so we had to put one of our bags in front for privacy.

The ceiling in the bathroom looked like it had black mold smudged around. I arrived late in the evening at 11pm, to see if they had a room. I was told that there are no rooms available. I booked it instead on booking.com while I was in the reception, and they agreed to give me a room. In the morning the check out was at 11am, I checked out at 10:30 in the morning. Then got a message from the hotel at 11:15, asking me to please check out. I don't know if it was all just confusion from their side, which of course can happen, but it didn't make me feel that welcomed.

Ho prenotato una camera da 20 metri quadri due notti, al netto che abbiamo usato la camera una sola notte perche non ci hanno consentito di pagare una quota aggiuntiva per il check in anticipato la camera non superava i 12 metri quadri (spazio ammissibile per una camera singola non sicuramente per una camera doppia). Durante il giorno era presenti diversi rumori di ristrutturazione. Avendo prenotato la camera al mattino proprio per riposare dopo un lungo viaggio non è stato il massimo del relax.

Hay habitaciones sin ventana y no es lo que ofrecen. Ofrecen habitaciones "con vistas a la ciudad" y algunas no tienen ventanas. Pedimos un cambio de habitación por esto, pero por ocupación tuvimos que pasar una noche en una habitación sin ventanas. Mucho ruido, tanto de la calle como de los pasillos. No tienen calefacción o bomba de calor (solo aire acondicionado). Las paredes pintadas de blanco tienen bastantes marcas de suciedad, tanto en las habitaciones como en la recepción.
