Er is naast overnachten niets te doen. Personeel is ook minder vriendelijk dan normaal in Indonesië. Kamer is okay maar wel wat verouderd. Ontbijt okay maar ook. Jet geweldig

Beim Frühstück haben 3 Mitarbeiter mir aus kurzer Distanz zugeschaut und gewartet bis der Teller leer ist und in dann weg räumen können. Gutsätzlich guter Service. Aber etwas zurückhaltender wäre schön gewesen

Abbiamo trovato questo hotel molto accogliente, e siamo stati molto bene per quei pochi giorni passati li. Il nostro receptionist di fiducia ci ha accolto ed aiutato tantissimo con tutte le nostre richieste, che sono state tante e anche un pò strane alle volte, quindi non posso che dare una recensione molto alta al personale super disponibile e carino.

Nel complesso è tutto molto carino, quindi non c'è tanto da dire, se proprio devo fare qualche appunto, avevamo delle farfalline in bagno che non abbiamo capito da dove venivano, e poi il pavimento della terrazza della piscina è rovinato e rischia di essere un po pericoloso. Per il resto niente da dire.

El personal, y sobre todo Rayhan, fue muy amable y me ayudaron con muchas cosas. La habitación fue muy cómoda y espaciosa y todo funcionaba correctamente.

Las baldosas en la zona de la piscina estaban rotas y sinceramente me pareció bastante peligroso.. Creo que tienen que renovar esa zona porque fue bastante decepcionante.. Además solo había 2 tumbonas en esa zona.

The pool was very cold, dirty and small. Do not trust the hotel photos. The room isn't soudproof. The floor where the pool was very dangerous.It had a lot of cracks.

Wij hadden een mooie ruime kamer met 1,5 badkamer een slaapkamer en een woonkamer. De kamer was netjes, schoon en goede bedden. Eigen magnetron en koffiezetapparaat. Elke dag nieuwe flesjes water. De airco werkt niet voldoende om de woonkamer te koelen, het bleef 27 graden. In de slaapkamer kregen we de temperatuur naar 24 graden. Wij zijn 1 hele nacht gebleven en de volgende nacht werden wij opgehaald voor een tour. Het ontbijt is vrij simpel maar voldoende.

Het zwembad ziet er niet uitnodigend uit. Er is amper zon en het terrein eromheen moet nodig vervangen worden. Is achterstallig onderhoud en zonde dat dit niet aangepakt wordt. Wij hebben betere en mooiere 4 sterren hotels gezien met een beter zwembad en uitgebreider ontbijt.

We hadden een hele fijne en ruime kamer. Ook was het ontbijt erg goed.

Crew van het hotel was niet echt met de gasten bezig. We werden bij het diner zelf door een staflid gefilmd zonder toestemming. Kregen via een bericht en via de Booking 10% korting op eten. In het bericht stond een einddatum voor we uberhaubt in Indonesië waren. In de Booking stond dat niet maar moest enorm mijn best doen om dit toch te krijgen. Ging meer om het principe… zeker aangezien het diner al erg matig was. Vegetarische pizza vol met knakworst etc..

Goede locatie De binnenkonst was goed, nette lobby. De kamer was mooi en prachtig uitzicht op de stad. Voor het hotel zit een koffiebar en een soort kfc heel handig on nog ff een koffie te halen of een ijsje. Ook zit er een supermarket precies voor de ingang van het hotel.

We gingen eten in het restaurant in de avond en eerlijk waar ik heb nog nooit zo slecht gegeten. We hebben het ook echt laten staan. Ik had Soto soep en dat leek wel olie soep. De gado gado was ook smakeloos. Pizza was niet doorgebakken en er zat denk ik worst op blik op en als saus ketchup erop en klonten kaas. Het ontbijt was wel goed! Wat ook raar was de eerste ochtend kwam er iemand voor 8 uur in de ochtend 5 x aanbellen met de vraag of we was hadden. We sliepen nog dus waren niet echt blij dat dit gebeurde. Het was jammer maar de houten vlonders rond het zwembad zaten heel erg los en het was gewoon gevaarlijk. Ook overal zaten splinters zo erg zag het eruit.ALS ze het zouden vervangen zou het heel leuk zijn want t zwembad zelf zag er leuk uit net als het barretje die erbij zat.

Very nice hotel and staff.

Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De locatie is top na de bromo tour. Dicht bij het vliegveld en de kamers zijn prima. Bedden zijn trouwens top

Het zwembad is gedateerd. Tegels liggen los en het ziet er niet uit zoals op de foto's.

The rooms are quite spacious and clean, with minimalistic but adequate furnishings. The towels are thick, clean, and comfortable. The swimming pool isn't long, but enough for serious swimmers. The hotel lobby is quite large and comfortable.

The pillow is not too comfortable. When I checked in, there was still dirt left in the bathroom drain (under the shower), it was still there the next day. I don't think the staff cleaned the shower floor properly. Breakfast tastes is just ordinary and not very varied, gym equipment is limited and some is not working properly. The AC wasn't cold, but when I reported it to the receptionist the next day, it wasn't long before they took action to repair it and it became quite cold.

Ein junger Mann an der Rezeption sollte eine Doppelte Buchung stornieren anstatt dies vor mir zutun ging er mit dem Kartenlesegerät plus meiner Visa arte ins Nebenzimmer und hat es Abgebucht. Ich habe es per Sms am nächsten Tag gesehebnund reklamierert es wurde zurück gebucht aber niemand hat sich wirklich dafpr entschuldigt es wurde so getan als ob es ein Versehen gewesen wöre, was aber eindeutig nicht der Fall war. Ps ich hatte Glück das meine Ehefrau dabei war sie ist aus der nähe und spricht den gleichen Dialekt.

Breakfast was absolutely excellent with a fantastic buffet offering a great variety of fresh and tasty options. The staff were very friendly, kind, and always smiling, and they were extremely helpful throughout my stay. The reception staff also made a great first impression, being welcoming and attentive from the moment I arrived. My room was clean, spacious, and very well-maintained, with everything kept neat and comfortable throughout my stay. I would especially like to highlight Rayhan from the reception, who was extremely helpful with all my questions and went out of his way to assist me — always smiling and very professional 😄 Overall, everything about my stay was absolutely fantastic and felt truly well taken care of — definitely a 5-star experience

Komt niet overeen met de foto’s. Het hotel is in slechte toestand. Eten is er ook niet lekker. Zeer slechte en trage service.

トゥンジュンガン側から来ると右折できないためかなりの遠回りになる。 水圧が極端に弱い部屋2707がある。

スタッフは親切でした、 ネトフリとかはないみたい。 水圧は強くないけどそれ以外は普通。

部屋に入ったらブレーカーが落ちた。 すぐ直しにきてくれたので問題はなかったです。

My husband order omelette was cold as well. Not recommended hotel as 4 stars hotel - very bad 😞

This is an okay hotel for a short stay. The room was comfortable.

We were shocked seeing the cockroaches running around at the breakfast area next to the food on one of the stands. We became even more shocked when the kitchen staff didn’t pay any attention to it when we asked them to remove the cockroaches and kept doing what they were doing.

We stayed in a suite on the 36 floor and it was very spacious and comfortable, staff were very friendly and the alfa mart downstairs was very handy

De service van het personeel vooral van Indie de guest relation officer. Indie heeft ons erg goed geholpen met chauffeurs zoeken, contacten leggen, plekken opzoeken toen we we net met een jetlag aankwamen in het hotel. Zelfs kregen we 'complementary' high tea aangeboden toen we te vroeg aankwamen en moesten wachten tot de kamer klaar was. Verder een erg schoon hotel, van alle gemakken voorzien.

Khách sạn nằm ở vị trí trung tâm, ngay bên cạnh là quán ăn, mall nên rất tiện lợi cho việc đi lại. Mình ở tầng 29 nên có view ngắm thành phố cực xịn. Nhân viên cực kỳ nhiệt tình, hỗ trợ cho mình rất nhiều. Cảm ơn vì đã giúp mình do cái tội hay quên thẻ phòng. Ngay dưới sảnh là 1 cửa hàng tiện lợi+ 1 quán A&W, bên cạnh là quán Gacoen

We only stayed one night but the staff had given us a complimentary piece of cake in our room which was nice :) As we had to check out at 04 a.m. we asked for breakfast to takeaway and were glad to receive a good breakfast! Thanks again!

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und man hört keinen Straßenlärm. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert zuverlässig.

Der draußen angebrachte Teil der Klimaanlage ist leider nachts sehr laut zu hören (lautes Brummen). Es sind zwei Geräte übereinander montiert, sodass selbst wenn man seine eigene Klimaanlage nicht benutzen, das andere Gerät laut brummt und man dies durch die Fenster hört. Uns hat es nicht gestört, Aber jemand der zum schlafen eine wirklich ruhige Umgebung braucht, für den wird’s zum Problem.

Such a great stay experience in the 4 stars hotel and I really recommen you guys to try to stay there. It's super strategic place there restaurant and coffee shop nearby literally 2 minutes walking

The staff were absolutely wonderful – always so kind, attentive, and ready to help with even the smallest requests, which made us feel truly welcome. Breakfast was simply amazing, with an incredible variety that exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spacious, beautifully comfortable, and offered breathtaking views of the city.

The location is not ideal, as it is quite far from Surabaya’s city center. The restaurant closes early and does not serve alcoholic beverages.
