I booked this flat very last minute after being let down by someone else. The staff prepared the flat for us very quickly and everyone was very friendly. The safety deposit was only £50 which is a lot less than other properties in the area from what I've seen.

The space, how clean it was, and how comfy the beds were! Everything was amazing! The showers and bath were brilliant!

The only tiny thing that I would say that you can hear others who are staying in other apartments banging their doors and walking up and down the corridor loudly which I know it something that probably can’t really be helped. Maybe next time I’ll bring sleeping plugs for my ears.

Most of the staff were good. It was a good sized apartment with good access to near by transport.

The street was very unsafe. Too much of noise in the nights especially. Neighbourhood was very patchy. We stayed for a month yet our apartment was only serviced once every week. The rate we paid was equivalent to a hotel. And still even basic servicing was not available regularly. No fans or air con, and since we had to leave the doors open for ventilation, the dust and noise was a lot. The facility was never locked and hence always felt unsafe. The basement door was always left open as was the front door. The roads leading to this property at night never felt safe. And post midnight there are a lot of folks smoking up and making noise leaving it absolutely impossible to sleep. And there’s no control over that. On the whole i felt for the money o paid i should have opted for something more central and a better property with basic amenities like security, service and ventilation!!!!

The location and the staffs were helpful

The staffs are really helpful as we booked for an apartment with 2 double beds and 2 sofa beds but there are only 2 doubles and 1 sofa bed when we arrived. However the staff offers us an extra mattress and late check out as compensation because there is no other empty room available.

The cleanliness can be improved slightly as there are hair found on the bed.

The apartment was extremely clean and very well maintained, basic items such as tablets for the dishwasher and tea, coffee, milk were all provided. The view from the balcony was amazing and the noise level was surprisingly low for London. Extremely good value for money.

I can't think of any things I would have needed or changed.

Apartments themselves are good, well equipped and comfortable.

There was a lack of transparency regarding cost and payments. When I booked, the price on Booking.com was £271 and I understood parking needed paying separately. Given I stayed 1 night at £20 a night I would expect my total cost to be £291. Instead, they preauthorised and then took £311. Additionally, they also requested a £50 refundable deposit on top of the £311 that I wasn't previously made aware of, bringing my total cost to £361 - £70 more than advertised. And then to top it off, upon checkout they tried to charge me for parking AGAIN, despite my having already paid for this. It wasn't until I contested this twice with the receptionist that she contacted the previous days' colleague to check. I can only hope that the "refundable" deposit is refunded, but there has been little encouragement to suggest this.

Penthouse apartment was big & spacious for 6 adults sharing. Two sleeping in the living room. We visited in August so we used the balcony a lot due to the lovely weather.

Brak klimatyzacji co przy upałach bylo bardzo męczące. W apartamencie było strasznie gorąco i w nocy nie dało sie spać. Wiatraki chodziły na okrągło ale mało to dawało. Na tarasie brakuje mebli , a podłoga i balustrada wymaga renowacji.

Couldn't get into room at 3 like was supposed to ,multiple rooms had same problem. Reception said there was a medical episode but clearly wasn't the case unless people in 4/5 rooms all had a medical episode. Clearly there'd taken late check out payments from previous guests and hadn't had time to clean before next guests.

The rooms were boiling and only two fans provided/windows don’t open, floors were dirty, no bedding provided for sofa bed and only one towel. However, these were given to us when we went to reception but overheard other rooms couldn’t get any.

Everything was fantastic, spotless, great extras great hairdryer and iron which is a rarity in other places we’ve been to. Staff were amazing so helpful. Would definitely book these apartments again.

The staff are extremely friendly and so welcoming. The area is quiet and easily accessible walking distance to the train station and bus stop. The apartment was clean and had everything you would need! I recommend this place and would definitely stay here again in the future.

Geen airco . Appartement was een oven (36 graden) bij aankomst . Inchecken vanaf 15 (!) uur . Als je vroeger wil inchecken kost je dat tussen 30 en 60 euro extra . Ook al staat het appartement, zoals in ons geval , leeg.Wie checkt er nu in voor een weekend Londen om 15 uur ? Ook uitchecken moet voor 10 uur of het kost je tientallen euro extra. De aangegeven prijs per nacht moet je dus met een korreltje zout nemen . Ze rekenen er gewoon op dat je extra gaat betalen . Personeel niet onvriendelijk maar ook niet enthousiast vriendelijk . Een adapter voor de stroom hadden ze niet, daarvoor werd ik doorverwezen naar (waarschijnlijk de bevriende) winkel rechtover.

The residence was easy to find and close to the Canary Wharf station (about 10 mins walk). There were some basic things given in the apartment to use which was great.

They seem to like their extra charges and everything was at an additional cost (e.g. cot, check-in/check-out) but this wasn’t clear when making the booking.

A bit pricey for what it was, however good location with parking. Apartment located right outside local fire station so not ideal if you are a light sleeper. Parking facilities not well managed.

Beautiful spacious apartment, very clean and had everything we needed from fans on a hot day, variety of kitchen utensils including washing machine/microwave etc and toiletries provided! within walking distance to grocery shops, restaurants and large shopping centre! the staff made this stay even better , so so welcoming and couldn’t have been more grateful for them allowing us a complimentary early check in to help us out with baggage during the extreme heat wave. super friendly and helpful! will definitely be back!☺️ -Madeline, Cerys, Allan and Pauline.

Easy to get to and travel around London. Area quiet & convenient

Close to station. Canary Wharf is nice if you are going for that area. 40 mins from Kings Cross station. Facilities in room were fine. Decorated fine though sofa is not comfy and horrid feeling material.

Neither the pictures nor the description tell you that the bedroom, kitchen and lounge are all in one. So with myself and my daughter needing separate bedrooms to ensure quality sleep this was not acceptable. I "slept"on a sofabed but there was no bedding. I requested bedding but got no reply to this request until hours later after midnight. Neither of us slept. The apartment was tiny. No balcony. The stand up fan was faulty. Also not enough towels for two people. Not worth the money at £268 a night and they're now asking over £400 a night. Also it doesn't tell you that you need to pay a deposit until after you have booked.

Great location and was upgraded on arrival. A lovely large, self contained two bedroom apartment. Easy walk to Canary Wharf main areas. It's a little off track amongst some construction, but I didn't hear any general building noise throughout the stay. I did make a rookie mistake as this complex does not have air-conditioning and it was one of those hot and humid weeks. There was a fan, but it didn't really do much except blow warm air around. With the balcony doors open, it did cool the place down but added some street noise in the process. Hard to fault the basics. Great space, great kitchen.

Beds were OK but not amazing - noisy springs and harder mattresses (6/10). If you are staying for a longer period of time ask for more shower accessories. Brand is great, tiny sizes. Little or no shelf spaces in any of the bathrooms.

The penthouse balcony

The lounge /dining room was cramped , especially if you opened the sofa bed. The entrance to the flat was a bit narrow and uninviting.

La struttura è comoda, pulita e il personale di reception, Silvie in particolare ma tutto lo staff si è dimostrato gentile, disponibile e si è speso per rendere confortevole il nostro soggiorno in un momento, tra l'altro, in cui Londra soffriva gli effetti di un'ondata di calore epocale. L'appartamento era spazioso, ben attrezzato con biancheria e prodotti sufficienti per il nostro gruppo. A pochi minuti dalla stazione della metropolitana collegata con tutte le principali zone di Londra tramite Jubilee, Elizabeth Line, DLR. Il nostro appartamento si trovava al quinto piano, con una spaziosa terrazza e una bella vista. Nonostante a Londra ci fossero picchi di 38°/39°, la sera in terrazza tirava aria e si riusciva a sopportare la calura eccezionale. Sul tema calore, la struttura non è dotata di aria condizionata (anche se mi sembra una situazione abbastanza comune a tutta Londra). L'appartamento era comunque dotato di due ventilatori e il personale di reception è riuscito a procurarcene un terzo in modo che ogni stanza da letto ne fosse dotata. Super consigliata la struttura e super consigliata la zona di Canary Wharf. Quest'ultima, trasmette un senso di sicurezza e tranquillità che per un soggiorno con famiglie/bambini è fondamentale. Meno adatta sicuramente se si cerca vita notturna frenetica. Il collegamento con Heathrow e comodo e garantito dalla Elizabeth Line. I collegamenti con le zone centrali e turistiche della città sono semplici e in 20 minuti o poco più riesci a raggiungere i punti più iconici. Canary Wharf ha anche un attracco, comodo ai Marlin Apartments, collegato al centro tramite Uber Boat comoda per una "crociera" sul Tamigi da Battersea Power Station fino a Canary Wharf. Nell'area più centrale di Canary Wharf ci sono bar, locali e ristoranti.

Unica nota negativa, ma comunque marginale rispetto al livello generale della struttura, la connessione wi-fi in camera consentiva di connettere un unico device per volta.

The property is deceiving. We booked a 3 bedroom apartment for 5 guests but they advertised 2 bedroom instead the pictures. When we got there they gave us an apartment on the third floor. The apartment itself was dirty, there was a previous guests underwear found, a used cotton bud, hair in the bed and the place required visible renovations. We were offered a 2 bedroom instead as an alternative which we declined because the guests did not feel comfortable sleeping on a sofa in front of other guests (which the property did not care to acknowledge). They refused to give refund solely because we declined their 2 bedroom alternative. The staff were unprofessional, they did acknowledge the issues and kept dodging our concerns. We found a better alternative on Airbnb. Booking did not help resolve this and neither did the property. Airbnb is the best recommendation.

The location was perfect for me as I had meetings in Canary Wharf but I wanted to live in an apartment in more quiet area without spending a fortune. It was just a 10 min beautiful walk to Canada square. The personnel was very friendly. I received a free upgrade for a much bigger apartment which was great. The bed was very comfy and everything important was around.

Location is perfect for a mixture of dining, drinks and shopping. Made lots of use of the balcony first thing in the morning and in the late evening when unwinding after a day out.

Being a bit considerate about your guests you have travelled a long distance to get to the apartment before check in time. A bottle of water could go a long way than asking for early check in fees for maybe 1hr to check in time.

The staff Silver, was very helpful and responsive. The room was clean and comfortable for our stay however the weather was very hot during our stay.

We got in at about 1.30pm and check in was at 3pm. The staff on duty could do better in accommodating us till the check in time rather than requesting early check in fees.

Didn't get to experience any of it as we weren't aware that London marathon was on the same day. All the roads to the apartment were closed so we couldn't get there. The roads werd open around 10pm which it was to late for us to get there. As the apartment was booked the day prior we weren't able to change the date to the next weekend as it wasn't 24 hours as they require for any date changes. When the full situation was explained to the management team they didn't care much and they just wanted to stick to their 24 hours condition. I definitely won't be booking there again nor letting people know about this place.

The facilities could do with modernising with a better shower, shower screen that would stop the floor from flooding and plugs with USB charging point.The pictures on the website show rooms with a balcony and terrace our room didn't have either

Le ventilateur était cassé en arrivant, il a fallu le faire réparer et le jour du départ, il n’y avait que de l’eau froide pour la douche.
