Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans ce très bel appartement, qui offre une magnifique vue sur la Cappadoce. L’appartement est particulièrement agréable et original : une belle chambre, puis quelques marches qui mènent aux toilettes et à une très belle salle de bains avec une grande baignoire. Encore un peu plus haut se trouve un hammam privé, très confortable. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la terrasse. Du bois est mis à disposition pour faire un feu juste à l’extérieur : le soir, c’est un vrai plaisir de pouvoir s’asseoir devant le feu tout en contemplant la nuit et le paysage de Cappadoce. Les petits déjeuners sont très bien servis, avec une nourriture turque variée et généreuse.

Seul petit point à améliorer : le Wi-Fi. La connexion demande notamment le numéro de passeport. Ce ne serait pas vraiment gênant s’il ne fallait pas se reconnecter chaque fois que l’on quitte l’appartement et que l’on revient. Il arrive également que la connexion soit interrompue, obligeant à recommencer la procédure et à rechercher à nouveau son numéro de passeport. Ce système pourrait certainement être simplifié.

Amazing views! We had the suite with a hot tub and it was a delight to be able to relax after long days exploring. Restaurant was excellent and staff was responsive and friendly. The on site restaurant served an excellent breakfast and dinner was also very good. Beds were super comfortable.

Only complaint is lack of overhead lighting in the room but that is expected here in the cave hotels. You just have to compensate a bit for it.

Loved the breakfast. Loved the restaurant. Loved the staff; very attentive. Great views and location. Nothing says "I’m thriving" quite like sleeping in a literal hole in the wall while watching hundreds of people in baskets floating above your morning coffee

As beautiful as the rooms are, they’re missing a few practicals elements, making them slightly impractical — lighting is low, shower was a bit impractical and sprayed water everywhere throughout the bathroom

It was beautiful and the staff was so friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were delicious.

Super hôtel très bien placé avec une superbe vue sur le chateau d'Uçhisar, vous ne pouvez pas avoir de meilleur point de vue! le personnel est exceptionnel et aux petits soins! Le restaurant Mil Italy est exceptionnel, pour nous cela a été notre meilleur repas au cours du séjour. Service impeccable, et nourriture excellente. très bon PDJ turque également. Leur service conciergerie vous aide à organiser vos activités et excursions et nous recommandons leur service, car cela vous revient beaucoup moins cher et est parfaitement organisé.

Ausblick und Lage vom Balkon der Suite aus ist atemberaubend schön.

Das “Cave Erlebnis” im Zimmer nachzuahmen geht auf Kosten der Beleuchtungen - es gibt sie kaum, abends ist es unangenehm dunkel im Zimmer und insbesondere das Badezimmer(!) ist unbrauchbar zum Rasieren oder Schminken. Frühstück in der Türkei ist normalerweise der Highlight - hier leider weniger. Das servierte Frühstück war nahezu immer gleich, die Auswahl an guten türkischen Käsesorten ist gering, getoste Brotscheiben jeden Tag ist fad. Personal nicht immer aufmerksam, Nachbestellung von Tee und Saft wurden vergessen.

酒店后面就是乌奇萨城堡，走路10分钟，露台可以俯瞰格雷梅小镇，早上能够看到热气球。去格雷梅小镇可以打uber。酒店早餐很好吃，mill Italy和millocal两家餐厅都很好吃，风景也很棒，所有员工都很热情

الموقع ممتاز الافطار ممتاز والموظفين ممتازين وخدمة صف السيارات ممتازه ولكن المشكله الوحيده ويجب يتم تغير نظام التكيف موقعه خطأ ويجب اعادة النظر فيه

التكيف كان موقعه غير مناسب ويجب العمل على تعليقه يكون افضل وكل شي كان ممتاز وطلبت مروحه بسبب الحر في الغرفه

I absolutely loved everything about the Milestone Hotel. Every aspect of my stay was perfect. The hotel was elegant, impeccably clean, and beautifully scented. nos passamos um pouco de calor no primeiro dia... o ar condicionado nao deu conta do tamanho do quarto, mas logo resolveram nosso problema, colocaram um ventilador e deu super certo

Vary spacious room with a big bathtub, shower and a living space. You step outside and see a beautiful view (at 5am could even see countless hot air balloons in the valley). Hotel staff was super attentive and the breakfast was excellent.

The bed was massive and super comfortable. The swimming pool was great in the morning and evening when the temperature outside cooled down. Otherwise the water is a little too hot The view is stunning, you lie in the pool and see Uchisar castle. Hotel staff were super attentive and friendly and breakfast was exceptional.

The pool looks larger than it is. It’s about 3x3 meters or so (it was plenty for us, but it’s worth mentioning).

I absolutely loved this place! The hotel is beautiful, with stunning views and such a romantic atmosphere. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and always paid attention to every detail. The location is excellent, you can easily walk around and find plenty of great restaurants nearby. My room was amazing. It had two separate areas, and one of them felt especially private, with a bathtub, relaxing music, and a Bose Marshall speaker, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend staying here. It was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely come back!

LOVED the staff! They were so accommodating, friendly, and when our tub water wasnt working- they upgraded up for free to a incredible suite. Bed was comfy, facilities was wonderful.

You cant control the temperature of the rooms. The air conditioning systems were not good. The dials didn't change when you turned them so it was very hot for me.

L'hôtel est merveilleux. Les petits déjeuners et le restaurant sont très bons. Le plus de cette établissement est le personnel qui est présent mais discret. Nous sommes partis en randonnée à partir de l'hôtel et souvent nous sommes rentrés en taxi. La petite ville est sympathique.

I believe the hotel was excellent in terms of location and comfort. The view from the room was exceptional. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help if you had any questions or needed assistance. The Millocal restaurant we experienced was outstanding. We also visited other restaurants in the area that were Michelin-starred, but none of them could be compared to this one. If you have time, I highly recommend trying the restaurant—and make sure to order the rice pudding for dessert. Words are not enough to describe it.

Loved the location and the super friendly staff. The bed was so wide and comfortable, and they even brought us an extra blanket when we asked.The best part was our room — we could actually light the fireplace, which made it so cozy. Plus, we had an amazing view of the valley with all the balloons right from our window! The breakfast was awesome. It’s not a buffet; they set the table specifically for you, which felt very special. The view of the valley during breakfast is just stunning! I also really liked the toiletries (turkish brand Atelier Rebul). The staff were so helpful and kind. Every time we called to ask for water or to help us light the fireplace, they were always very friendly and quick to help. Everything was perfect, highly recommend!

This is a hotel I have chosen repeatedly, and overall, it continues to deliver a high standard in terms of rooms, cuisine, and general service.

However, my most recent stay was notably compromised by the room location. I was assigned a ground-floor room facing the courtyard, near the reception area, where the noise level was simply unacceptable. Late at night — even around 2 a.m. — loud conversations from the courtyard carried directly into the room, including guests speaking on the phone at an excessive volume. Early in the morning, noise from staff activities, particularly housekeeping, further disrupted any sense of rest. What is particularly disappointing is that despite raising this issue with reception, no follow-up or resolution was provided.

From the very first moment we stepped into the hotel, we were warmly welcomed. Especially Elif Nur and Ozlem were incredibly helpful with everything we needed throughout our stay. The hotel is beautifully designed, and you can really feel the attention to detail throughout. It was snowing during our visit, which made the whole experience feel truly magical. The hotel also has a restaurant serving local cuisine, as well as a separate Italian restaurant, offering a nice variety of dining options. The local restaurant is about 5 minutes away, and they provide a complimentary shuttle service. At the Italian restaurant, I tried the pizza, pasta, and tiramisu.. all of them were delicious. Even though we stayed for 4 nights, it still didn’t feel like enough..we would definitely love to come back again.

Our exceptional experience with Millstone began the moment I initiated my room reservation. Mr. Batin demonstrated remarkable patience in detailing the various room types and diligently worked to accommodate my requests. Upon our arrival, Mr. Homdi and Mr. Fatih extended a warm welcome, and every aspect of our stay was impeccable. The breakfast service was truly outstanding; I would rate it 100 stars if possible. We extend our sincere gratitude to Millstone and its remarkable team!

Room heating system is not warm enough

All excellent. The room was very spacious, with excellent sound and weather isolation, very clean and new. Don’t have anything to complain as it’s a first-class accommodation. The staff has been very helpful, organizing a hot air balloon tour in the last minute.
