Il soggiorno è stato gradevole e l’assistenza della proprietaria davvero di aiuto. Camera semplice ma spaziosa e ben pulita, con ventilatore e anche aria condizionata. La proprietaria si è mostrata davvero disponibile ancor prima di arrivare, ci ha aiutati ad organizzare un’auto con autista per visitare My Son e Da Nang per poi portarci direttamente in aeroporto, salvando parecchio tempo nella giornata. La mattina dovevamo svegliarci molto presto e lei si è alzata con noi andandoci addirittura a prendere la colazione così che potessimo mangiare una volta saliti in auto. Grazie davvero!

Wir waren zu viert 4 Nächte dort und es war perfekt. Nicht im Trubel der Altstadt und doch in sehr kurzer Laufnähe. Die Homestay Gastgeberin ist wunderbar und soooooo hilfsbereit; bei allen Fragen und Anliegen. Man fühlt sich bei ihr sehr sehr wohl auf Anhieb. Wir hatten ein Busticket Problem bei dem sie uns sprachlich sehr unterstützt hat. Ich werde unbedingt nochmal hierher zurückkehren. Thank you, Hien!!!! ♥️

We had a wonderful stay here! The homestay was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She gave us lots of helpful advice and even kindly lent us her motorbike to get to the Old Town, which we really appreciated. We truly enjoyed our stay and felt very well taken care of. I would be very happy to come back again! 🥰

The cleanest accommodation so far in Vietnam. And considering how Hien works, this is no wonder. She is a very remarkable woman who works very hard. She cleans so deep, she is usually sweating when you see her around. Here you are in good hands, no matter what: advices about sightseeing, scooter rental, local food, etc. Always with a huge warm smile. Place has everything you need! I would come back to Arecas without hesitation.

Extremely helpful staff, we were offered help immediately if needed. We arrived late at night due to a delayed flight and were warmly welcomed. Possibility to rent scooters for a low price (bicycles too). The homestay is situated close to the beach (15-min drive) and close to the centre of Hoi An (5-min dirve)

The place is great and clean, and Hien will make your stay special with local info and good vibes. absolutely recommended.

We had a generally pleasant stay, and the owner was friendly at first. However, a few things stood out. The room wasn't as clean as expected. The floor appeared dirty, and there was a noticeable smell in the room — something like mustiness or mold. At checkout, we were 20 minutes late. The owner initially proposed a late fee that seemed quite high. We explained we were in a hurry for our next trip, and after a brief discussion, we were able to negotiate it down to a more reasonable amount. I understand that hotels may charge for late checkout, and we were indeed past the stated time. My feedback is simply that the fee structure for a short delay (under 30 minutes) wasn't clearly explained beforehand. Also, a deeper clean and better ventilation in the room would make a big difference. Overall, an okay stay, but these small issues added up.

So nicely taken care of and slept so well! Hien (the owner) is an absolutely fantastic person, full of kindness she makes sure you get the absolute best out of your stay. Centrally located and within walking distance to the "Old town" and the river. Didn't want to leave :)

The host was amazing, she helped us with every small thing that we asked for - gave us recommendations, organised bike rental for us, offered a laundry service, helped us with our transport to our next stop and so many more. The property is so clean and tidy, the rooms are also great and exceeded our expectations. The property is also a short walk to the old town in a quiet, lovely and safe neighbourhood with great shops and food nearby. I would definitely stay again and recommend this homestay to anyone!

The hosts are lovely kind people that are so helpful. Room is spacious. Location nice and quiet but walking distance to the main tourist area. 100% recommend for a stay in Hoi An - value for money is excellent! :)

Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas le petit déjeuner possible. Il y a 2 chambres en bas mais elles sont sombres. Et attention : pour rentrer il y a 5 marches. J’utilise un fauteuil roulant et la très adorable dame m’a aidé à chaque fois que j’en ai eu besoin 🌸💕 un amour.

Amplio cuarto, muy grande, con aire acondicionado. El baño tenia la ducha separada por un vidrio, que no es común en Vietnam. Amplio el baño también y muy cómodo. Excelente ubicación, a una distancia corta caminable al centro de la ciudad. El staff muy amigable y nos dieron muchos tips del lugar.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! La chambre était confortable, propre et très agréable. Mais ce qui a vraiment rendu notre expérience exceptionnelle, c’est l’accueil de notre hôte. Elle a été absolument adorable, toujours souriante et d’une grande disponibilité. Elle nous a énormément aidé tout au long de notre séjour : recommandations de très bonnes adresses pour manger, location d’un scooter pour une journée à un tarif très avantageux, et même l’organisation de la suite de notre voyage. Elle s’est occupée pour nous de réserver un spectacle ainsi que nos billets de train pour notre prochaine destination, ce qui nous a fait gagner un temps précieux et nous a permis de profiter pleinement de notre séjour sans stress. Un grand merci pour cette hospitalité incroyable ! Nous recommandons ce homestay les yeux fermés.

The best! We were so looked after by Hien, the best member of staff at any hotel I’ve ever been!

Lovely, clean private house was a convenient place to stay in Hoi An. Walking distance to the old town. The owner of the hotel, who spoke very good English, allowed me to take a shower and change clothes after a night bus trip.

Even though I booked two nights, I was only able to stay for one.

וואו בעלת המקום הכי מושלמת בעולם, דאגה לנו להכל, כל יום מגיעה שואלת, מתעניינת ומחייכת! שמעה שיש לי יום הולדת והביאה לי פרחים. החדרים מעולים ונקיים והם דואגים להכל, מיקום מעולה.

L’hote est très sympathique, aidante et parle anglais 😄 La chambre est spatieuse. Location de scooter pas chère. Localisation bien pour ne pas être dans la foule du centre mais pas trop loin quand même. Petite rue calme.

החדר היה בסדר, בסיסי, נקי עם מקלחת טובה. המארחת הייתה נחמדה.

לא היה בכלל מקום ציבורי נוח לשבת בו. השולחן במרחב הציבורי הוא בתוך הבית של המשפחה אז לא ממש הרגשנו בנוח לשבת שם למרות שהם היו מאד נחמדים. לא הייתה מרפסת בחדר שלנו או מקום ישיבה.

The hostess (Hien) was a revelation. One of the best we met here in Vietnam. She went out of her way to grant any tiny wish we had and gave us excellent recommendations outside the norm. look no further.

Nous avons été super bien accueilli par Hien qui nous a directement donné plein de bons conseils pour notre séjour. Le logement est très bien situé, près du vieux quartier, dans une rue calme. On a adoré notre séjour là-bas. La chambre était propre. On s’est senti comme à la maison et c’est la première fois que cela nous arrive depuis le début de notre voyage.

Familial et calme, avec une équipe dynamique et attentionnée. La maison est toujours propre et lumineuse. Un endroit où je reviendrai avec plaisir.

Tout et surtout une femme extraordinaire. Nous a beaucoup aidé pour les transports pour l ile de cham et même après lle a continué à nous aider. Incroyablement de trouver quelqu'un d'aussi serviable et agréable. La petite terrasse est un plus.

Amazing homestay. Spacious and very very clean rooms. The shower is hot with a powerful jet. Everything works as it should. The host family is very lovely and helpful. They hire bicycles for 40k/day. The mother is a tailor and fixed a couple of holes in my shirt.

Everything was exceeding our expectations especially the host. She is one of the most amazing people weve met. She really takes care of her guests and helps where she can. If it's restaurant recommendations, scooter or bike rentals, laundry service or even driving me to a tailor herself. The room was also well equipped and comfortable. Location is just a bit outside of the old town, in a more quiet area but everything is still easily accessible on foot. Cant recommend this place enaugh.

La ruelle du homestay est pleine de rats ( c'est un cauchemar surtout le soir, des rats jusqu'à l'entrée du homestay) je vous laisse imaginer la peur à chaque sortie et entrée

The best place in our trip in Vietnam. The hospitality, Hien is adorable, the comunication is so easy. Location, the area is very quiet, just 10 minutes or less to the center.
