The location and Ambience of the YHA central london was very good and near to bus stop and tubes. The vibe inside the YHA central london was also good.

The timing for check-out was 10 AM which could have been increased as well as checkin timings could also be reduced from 2 PM.

O quarto era extremamente limpo, silencioso, com o banheiro privado para os hospedes do quarto. A cama era confortavel e tudo ocorreu bem. A recepção também foi muito simpatica e prestativa.

A unica coisa que não gostei muito foi do meu quarto não ter nenhum armário, somente um pequeno espaço que cabia no maximo uma carteira e um celular, mas não tinha armario para coisas maiores. Mas apesar disso tudo funcionou e minhas coisas ficaram em segurança.

Location is perfect for my work place. Plenty of places to eat from.

It can be a bit pricey . There are no shower mats so some guest splash water on the floor and hairs on the floor. It gets stuffy.

I stayed in a 6-beds female dorm; the room was clean and the location was great. Even though it was quite noisy outside, you couldn’t hear too much from inside the room, which was a nice surprise. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a really good experience for a dorm.

The sink in the shared dorm was broken, which was a shame as it would have been really useful to have a working sink in the room as well, so I hope they'll fix it!

I liked everything. The convenience of being able to check in at any time. The spacious kitchen, fully equipped for preparing meals. The location. And this time, I also appreciated their willingness to hold onto an item I had left behind in the room.

Il n'y a pas de grand casier dans les chambres pour mettre nos affaires en sécurité c'est dommage.

①とにかく部屋が暑いです。 外は涼しくても部屋は汗だくになる暑さでした。 エアコンがないのは覚悟してましたが、部屋にある扇風機は物凄く煩く、窓からの風通りも悪かったです。 ②チェックアウトの後なので仕方ないのかもしれないですが、2時間ほど観光して戻ってきたら冷蔵庫に入れていた食べ物とポールアンドジョーのエコバッグまで一緒に消えてました。 (ラベルはちゃんと貼っていました) 物価が鬼のように高いロンドンで楽しみにしていたちょっといいヨーグルトと、スムージーと、高いアフタヌーンティーの残りのスコーンに、お気に入りのエコバッグ…(あと作り置きのパスタ)

Ótima localização e equipe super atenciosa. Quarto confortável e limpeza diária, o chuveiro é bom e atendendeu as necessidades. Recomendo ! Ficaria novamente nesse hostel :)

Brilliant location. Nice and helpful staff. Plus I’ve booked a bed in 8 bed dormitory but was given a room where there was only 4 beds with private bathroom - very nice surprise.

Some irrespectful guests who allow the door to close hard making lot of noises despite knowing people where sleeping. It was very warm.

Located close enough to the underground, easy to spot. There are some restaurants and cafes around, the national gallery and the British museum are also in a walking distance. The staff is super helpful, I felt very welcomed. For a hostel it's a super well maintained place. Everything was clean, the beds were very comfy, bathroom was in great condition too. Great value for the price, it will be my go to place for the next London visit.

受付のお兄さんもお姉さんもとても親切で感じが良かった。 場所が便利で徒歩でオックスフォードストリートや大英博物館等に行ける。 地下に電子レンジ・電気ポット・食器類があり持参した食べ物が食べられる。 6人部屋ユニットにトイレとシャワーが別れて付いていた。 ベッドに読書灯、USB、コンセントが付いていて去年泊った部屋より良かった。　　 ベッドにカーテンは無いので薄いバスタオルを持参してカーテン代わりにしている人もいた。

悪いわけでは無いが時代の流れで、去年は無料でチェックイン前チェックイン後荷物を預かって貰えたが有料になっていた。私はヨガクラスに行く着替程度の荷物だったのでSサイズ（日本の駅のコインロッカーの半分くらい）4時間で3ポンド2回（約660円ｘ2回＝1320円）追加費用がかった。日本円にすると結構高い。スーツケースの人は要注意。ただし操作はとてもわかりやすく支払いはクレジットカード。＊多分１ポンドが日本円で100円位の感覚だと思います。

Good location with small grocery store nearby and lively shopping and restaurants as well. Fairly quiet at night (still heard some car noise) for a big city.

You don’t get any towels (have to pay 4£ to rent one), breakfast is £9 and sad, wifi was very weak for me.

Le confort des chambres Nous avions deux dortoirs de 4 personnes avec salle de bain privative. Chaleur etouffante dans la chambre au mois d’aout. heureusement il y a un ventilateur si bruyant que vous finissez par l’arreter de meme que dans l’autre chambre c’est le bruit de l’ascenseur qui vous incommode. Les chambres sont petites, le cabinet de toilette plus encore, le matelas bien trop fin. Bref, je n’ai pas apprecié mes deux nuits en famille.

Literie moyenne. Pas de climatisation, mais un gros ventilateur (la fenêtre s'ouvrait peu), il était difficile de rafraîchir la chambre.

The location is unbeatable—being able to walk to Oxford Street, Soho, and Regent's Park saved me so much time and money on the Tube, plus Great Portland Street and Oxford Circus stations are just minutes away. The facilities are modern and spotlessly clean; the self-catering kitchen was fully equipped and a huge plus for saving on meals, while the cafe/bar on the ground floor had a great atmosphere. The 24/7 reception made check-in smooth, staff were very helpful, and key-card access along with secure lockers made the place feel very safe. Exceptional value for money in Zone 1 during peak July.

The room got quite hot during peak July since there was no air conditioning. The window couldn't be opened wide enough to properly air the room out, and sleeping just with the fan was rather uncomfortable due to the heat.

I am very disappointed with this experience and will not stay at a YHA hostel again. During the booking process, the price displayed to me was around £130 for one night. When I proceeded with the booking, it was confirmed at £224 for the night. I noticed the difference immediately and contacted YHA straight away to request cancellation. Their response was simply that they would not cancel the booking because it was non-refundable. As a result, we ended up paying £224 for one night in a hostel, sleeping on bunk beds with extremely uncomfortable plastic-covered mattresses. I would have considered £130 reasonable for what was provided, but £224 is simply not worth it. On top of the already very high price, even the towels were an extra charge of £3.50 each, meaning another £14 for four towels. What disappointed me most was not just the price, but YHA’s complete unwillingness to help when I reported the discrepancy immediately. I contacted them within minutes of making the booking, yet they refused to cancel or offer any solution. I have stayed in hostels before and understand that this is budget accommodation, but the price should reflect the standard of what you are getting. At £224 per night, this was extremely poor value for money. After this experience, I will not be staying at another YHA hostel.

Very central location and close to tube station and bus lines. Easy walk to Oxford street, Piccadilly Circus and SoHo. Nice breakfast for £8.90 plus other items

There isn’t anything that i didn’t like. It’s a Hostel so it won’t have real comfy beds. But the price is exceptional for London!

在算是相对高端的商业区边缘，很多相对好的bar，很多漂亮的人。旁边有算不错的住宅区，步行10min内有一家tesco，一家sainsbury‘s。应该规模比较大，前台大厅有bar。房间和浴室厕所厨房都不错。

checkin时要求前台某人不要把我跟年纪大的人安排同屋，因前几晚被打鼾的室友搞得很痛苦才换hostel。前台说我订的不是私人房间，没有挑的资格。确实如此，不过在可能范围内帮忙应该会让人对hostel的印象更好，而不是阴阳不舍得出更多钱住私人房间的人。果然更大的噩梦来了，当晚一个暴躁的胖子和一个老年人为争夺风扇吵架，搞得气氛很紧张。胖子自己愤愤不平一脸委屈，晚上却打鼾声震天让别人无法睡觉。员工和室友真的会严重影响对hostel的印象。希望yha以后不要只把年纪大的人安排在同一间，还要加上把所有胖子安排在同一间，让他们自己用打鼾奏交响曲，而不要影响别人。

A typical hostel, everything was pretty much as expected. The staff at the front counter were really excellent though. Very kind and helpful if you need anything. Also the location was awesome. Also just a heads up because I didn't catch this on other reviews -- there are lockable cages underneath the beds, so bring a lock if you want to secure your valuables.

I was on the 5th floor at the beginning of August and it was very hot at night, but there isn't much the hostel can do except refit with AC. They did offer a fan, but it was still very hot.

The guy at reception was super friendly and professional. The location is fantastic and very convenient for exploring central London on foot.

Well-located - very central London and you have a number of tube options to choose from. The female dorm room was decently spaced and all people were very respectful and nice. They have air conditioning and fans in some rooms to regulate the temperature so it wasn't too hot. Some nice staff.

They say it is a fully-equipped kitchen but they don't have an oven, plus the microwaves are quite ancient. Plus no freezer for guests. There was no laundry facilities onsite. You have to pay for any add-ons that some hostels offer for free like baggage storage. Not too sociable of a hostel as most people come in groups of families so they stay to themselves. 7 day maximum stay.

Amazing hostel in Central London! Philip and Queen were super helpful members of staff and great to talk to. They were happy to accomodate for our requests about the room. The location is perfect as you can reach central London with a short walk. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfy. I'll be coming back!

YHA is very central to everything from bus stops, cafes, restaurants and even the city centre. It is very clean, with a nice ambience and the staff are very helpful and friendly.

The beds are covered in thick plastic, meaning they make you sweat a lot. The room is holding the heat so in the summer sleeping there was almost unbearable.

Es war sehr warm in den Zimmern. Die Fenster musste man öffnen, dann war es jedoch laut aufgrund des Verkehrslärms.

O local, o ambiente, os funcionários sempre prestativos, o local super limpos, muito bem agradável.

Um hóspede que é o rapaz reclamar de luz que fica ao lado da cama de beliche, o rapaz dormindo de costas e a luz nem pegou nele, virou para mim reclamando de luz na cara e até o brilho do celular, aí já é demais pra reclamar dos outros, mas nem liguei. Achei que teria algumas regras, mas soube que não tem e pode sim ligar a luz. O cara parecia ameaçar de alguma forma, mas nem para isso eu liguei e então fui na recepção pra informar em saber se teria regras depois das 22hr.

四人间房间太小太小，没有储物位置，多人同在转身都困难。

Tijdens ontbijt eerste weken van juli erg veel drukte in de eerder kleine ontbijt ruimte omwille van groepen kinderen die London bezochten ... Belangrijkste minpunt voor ons : Het was te warm op de kamers en er is geen ventilatie ! er staat een ventilator maar doordat de ramen beveiligd zijn op een minimaal kleine spleet is het onmogelijk de kamer trachten af te koelen je kan 's nachts geen frisse lucht binnen trekken we verbleven er 4 dagen (van zondag 12/7 tem woe 15/7) en op de laatste dag was het pas enigszins doenbaar op de familiekamer Het derde zeer spijtige punt was de lavabo. Het glazen schapje hangt vlak boven de labo en steekt even ver uit dan de lavabo zelf waardoor je amper bij het tanden poetsen en mond spoelen iets in de lavabo kan spugen. Je kan je gezicht niet wassen zonder overal water te morsen omdat het schapje hindert en de lavabo eigenlijk veel te klein is. Daar kan perfect iets aangepast worden om het iets praktischer te maken...

Gran estadía, YHA es una estadía cómoda segura, la verdad la ubicación es increíble. Todo limpio, agradable, comida rica. En general una gran estadía, siempre me siento muy cómoda y segura en un YHA

Solo me hubiera gustado que todas las habitaciones tuvieran espacio de lockers, ya que me quedé en una que no tenía, tocó confiar en el mundo

Die Nähe zur nächsten Bus und U Bahn - Station, die Zentrale Lage, Supermärkte gleich um die Ecke, die große Küche im Keller , die Mitarbeiter, der Aufenthaltsraum mit Bar und die Nähe zum Regent Park.

Ich hatte London im Juli besucht. Es herrschten Temperaturen über 30 Grad Celsius. Außer dem Aufenthaltsraum war ganze Gebäude aufgeheizt, so daß man kaum Luft bekam. An Schlaf war kaum zu denken. Man kochte quasi im eigenen Saft. Die beiden Ventilatoren im Zimmer bewirkten das genaue Gegenteil und die heiße, stickige Luft wurde nur umgewälzt. Die kühle Nachtluft konnte nicht in den Raum gelangen, da sich die Fenster nur einen Spalt öffnen ließen. Bitte Abhilfe schaffen und eine Klimaanlage einbauen !!! Es hätte Rabatt auf den Preis geben müssen. Ansonsten ist es eine tolle Herberge.

The toilets were always available, the lobby is air conditioned and has pizza service. Each bed has its own power unit.

I stayed here during a heat wave and there is no AC in the rooms and toilets, so cold showers were required to make it bearable. Also, the mattress is made of some plastic, so it made it even sweatier during the night.

Excellent location. Short walk to central metro stations and main streets of London, in a quiet neighborhood. Comfortable bed. Clean room and bathroom. Very helpful staff. Sockets by the bed.

There are no lockers for the luggage. You can leave your laptop at the reception but there are no lockers in the rooms. I understand that there is limited space in the rooms but I found the lack of lockers very inconvenient for a hostel.

Location is fabulous, very close to Kings Cross and Euston but on a very quiet street

No lockers in rooms, you have to pay per day for a locker in the basement, which then didn’t work. I have never stayed in a hostel without lockers/baskets in the room. Room was dangerously hot (I know it was a heatwave but it was hotter than other spaces I was in) and hotter than other parts of the hostel. Shower floor constantly wet as no mat/board provided

The staff was great, also the location and the value for money.

The card-key to the room didn't work some times, so once after I had a shower I had to go to the reception desk just covered by my towel to reset the key. The key also didn't work perfectly after that, but I managed to get in. The washrooms are really small and don't have adequate space where you can leave your things while taking a shower so I had to leave them on the floor most of the times. The cages where you can leave your stuff under the bed are not a good fit for a large suitcase so you have to open it to store your belongings. But the cage has bars, it's not a solid box, so it's not the ideal solution for safely storing your stuff.

No tiene espacio seguro para dejar las cosas dentro de la habitación, el colchón es malo, no tiene aire acondicionado, la luz de la cama no funcionaba, y la repisa para apoyar las cosas sobre la cama, por ejemplo cargar el celular es muy chico, no entra nada!

La posizione in un quartiere stupendo, centrale ma tranquillo. Lo staff super gentile e disponibile.

La mancanza di aria condizionata nei corridoi e nelle camere, che normalmente sarebbe una cosa positivo, ma considerando il caldo anomalo che c’era a Londra un po’ di aria condizionata avrebbe fatto comodo.
