The place itself.

TV settings weren't the best.

The staff the place it's self is clean and scenery ..I loved my stay

The showers are too tiny and shower heads outdated water was not as hot overrall small rooms but bathrooms too small I also wish they could either allow people to bring their own food and the meals are okay but not so tasty

We had hoped to get a room with a view, but unfortunately the layout of the hotel blocks means that only some of the rooms have a particularly good view. The rooms were functional, although somewhat small. The hotel has plenty of open space around it, which was pleasant. The restaurant was fairly average, while the breakfast was good and offered a reasonable selection. What we liked the most was its closer to the lion and safari park - thats very convenient The staff were kind, welcoming and helpful, which made our stay pleasant overall.

on my first evening i ordered pork chops and salad from restaurant and my chops were cold, i had to request for reheat

The cleanliness of the premise, it was spotless. The garden and lawn was refreshing.

The receptionists watched us dragging luggages instead of assisting with the trolly. Secondly, they made me pay R650 for 8 balloons and non alcohol campaign without candles. Whoever decorated the room must never be allowed again. They spoiled my surprise for my woman who was turning 30. Lastly, the management must consider upgrading their TVs with recent ones like smart TV or add more sporting channels. The current system they are using is outdated for young people, we have Netflix or sports.

I liked the venue and the breakfast was very good

Dinner was not in the good standard I didnt like the shifting shower door , it is difficult to enter especial when you have weight.

Sophia she was kind made our stay a bit better. I think she is the supervisor or manager

They switched our sleeping arrangement and lie to us about braking area.

I like the location.

The shower had no pressure and the water was shooting out in all directions. When we got to breakfast. It was ready at 7am. The staff were still setting up. Took about 7-10min of waiting for them to bring everything out and start the egg station. We also booked two rooms on the same booking and we were allocated rooms far from each other.

The did not clean our rooms we left early in the morning we came back late around 17h45 our rooms was not clean even the shower

Food (Breakfast and dinner) was good. The room was good but the shower room is too small. Otherwise the room was comfortable , the heater was working. Your TV does not have many chanel options, not sure if you can consider increasing

The shower was too small, it was difficult to shower because the space is small especially for big bodied people. If you could also include a microwave in the rooms, it would be great.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The place was very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was top-notch. The only issue I experienced was that the water was cold. Apart from that, everything was excellent, and I was happy with my stay.

The water was cold because they forgot to switch on the geyser the day before when the main switch tripped, it took long for the water to warm up.i like that they were able to assist and they apologised for it .

The breakfast was excellent, other than the fact that they don't cater to guests that don't eat beef or pork.

The room air conditioner was very noisy; at night, there was noise from the air conditioning of the units next door. Beds were uncomfortable. The restaurant menu is limited. There was no hot water in the morning at around 9am.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and from check-in to checkout the staff were fantastic! The duty manager,Patrica was the warmest and most helpful host. The breakfast was lovely and prepared fresh (right in front of you), stepping out of the room and seeing wildlife around us felt almost enchanting. The spa on the premises had an absolutely stunning garden and our masseuses created a very comfortable atmosphere for our relaxation.

The WiFi was a bit spotty and we got dropped off the network often but that didn't hinder our enjoyment.

The rooms where far from the parking and not friendly for older people the staff didn't know how to assist, the hotel wants the patrons to support the restaurant but don't know how to help older people who battle to walk to to get from a bottom room (65) to the restaurant and the next day to attend a paid breakfast sadly the but also great action by the staff when a agresif and very villains situation killed a beautiful Sunday breakfast (hope the culprit is paying for that, there where small children and a baby what IA ashamed situation hope he is band forever and Orion hotels will announce it as it surly had an negative effect on the children our boy didn't want to eat his breakfast anymore 😒😒😒😒

The property was fine.

Right to reserve admission is not only for the comfort of staff but for the safety and security of your clientele. Allowing admission to someone so drunk and keeping clients out of sleep due to the disturbance was bad enough but when the same client caused a scene, breaking crockery etc in the restaurant threatening to kill the catering manager in front of guests some of them young children, that is beyond the pale. Just like him, I was a paying guest who follow all rules and behaved accordingly but my stay was ruined due to the fact that he was allowed to stay and be disrespectful to all your guests by his behaviour. So disappointed in the decision makers here.

They're need to provide more equipment in the room like bins, plate for food, microwave and telephone to communication with a receptionist.

Honestly what I like the most was the friendly staff who were following orders, when we complained they lessened to us and offer to assist or make our stay comfortable, thank you to Sis Patricia for going over and beyond. The food was great. The sheet was excellent. But the picture we sold online and reality of the venue is not the same. The room was too small we felt squashed, no space for movement, I think this is designed for school camps for scholars not adults. The reception gave us the key without being activated, then the lights were not on I literally wanted to cancel the booking but the lady at reception spoke friendly to us and we decided to stay nonetheless. Pictures are not giving true reflection of the venue. No activities on side, maybe they can consider warm pool and a little bit of hiking trails for starters

Ohh the breakfast was amazing, variet food to choose from, oh and if you want seconds they didn't mind. Stuff in the dinning hall are very kind.. Security guys are doing quite well there by the gate and yes they are friendly.
