Excellent choice for breakfast. There was a fire drill during breakfast and the young woman in charge remained calm and was really very professional getting us all out when we all wanted to stay inside and eat our breakfast!

Very good position for my business exigencies. Nice location in the middle of green and nature. Room was neat, very clean and tidy. Staff was really kind and helpful. Excellent dinner at the hotel restaurant, food was tasty and they also host many events. Ample parking lot available with plenty of seats.

We found it very convenient for a party we were going to. Room was nice and clean and the bathroom was also very good although there was a semi blocked sink. Breakfast was very good.

The cleanliness in our suite - parts of the flooring didn't look like they'd been hoovered / cleaned, the bedside lamps were very dusty Breakfast - on arrival, the offerings of pastries, fruit, cereal, etc were minimal and we had to ask for them to be replenished. I asked for a veggie breakfast which included a hash brown and baked beans but it arrived without either and a large dollop of spinach instead. I did not raise it at the time as we had already waited a long while for our food

Very little attention paid to guests and the accommodation is separate to the building and very similar to cheaper, chain hotels. Breakfast is served until 11am but only until 10am for guests. We arrived for breakfast at 10.30 because the staff said it was until 11. We were refused breakfast unless we paid again, having already paid for it to be included in the overall price of the room.

Das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss war in Ordnung.

Das Fenster ließ sich nicht öffnen, so dass man die Klimaanlage einschalten musste, weil es so stickig war. Wir hätten lieber frische Luft von draußen gehabt. Zudem lag das Hotel zwischen Schnellstraße und Durchgangsstraße, daher einiger Verkehrslärm.

I wasn’t too fussed on the breakfast offerings - poached eggs were overdone - but included in the tariff so not complaining.

We had an evening meal that I would say was average and over priced to the point I felt ripped off. We went else where the second night and had an excellent meal for far less money. We were woken at 4.00am some idiot set off the fire alarm because he couldn't get in to his room priceless. When sat outside in the beer garden there were a group of people constantly using fowl language not nice in a family pub

We had an ‘accessible’, air conditioned room for a couple of nights and the room had most things I need for my disability. The bed was high, making it easy to sit on or get in and out of. It was lovely, having a bedside table with a drawer, and plug sockets just above, which included USB. Wetroom style bathroom. WC is at a suitable height, with fold-away support bars so non disabled people were unaffected. The shower, two headed, is easy to use, with plenty of hot water. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, all good quality and within easy reach. Towels are changed and bedroom serviced daily, without question. The Hotel is very popular so was very busy, but we still had no problems ordering drinks from the bar. The hotel staff are all, very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. We hadn’t booked but chose instead to take our chances and went straight to the restaurant. Lovely relaxed environment with very attentive staff, making the whole experience thoroughly enjoyable. Good choice of food, including some sharing platters. Friends came to join us and tables were pushed together, without fuss or question. There are so many nice and environmentally friendly things about this Hotel. Even the outdoor Fullers sign was embedded in a Bee Hotel background. Good breakfast, fresh ingredients, nice coffee. Lovely Hotel. I wish it was closer to home, as we would use it regularly, it without hesitation.

There is nothing I don’t like about this Hotel but have a suggestion which will hopefully be handed on to Fullers. While the shower had a foldaway seat, there were no other support bars or grab rails which are useful while on slippery surfaces. I need them to maintain balance while in the shower. Apart from that, we thoroughly enjoyed our short break

I loved the hotel on the whole... the bar and garden area were lovely, the evening bar/reception staff were great and I really enjoyed my bar-snack. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The bathroom was modern and attractive and I appreciated the walk-in shower. The water was hot and the toiletries were gorgeous.

The breakfast was disappointing though the staff were very accommodating (I am gluten and dairy intolerant). The scrambled egg was dry and looked as though it had been cooked hours earlier and the field mushroom was like rubber The tv was ok but there was no guide on it which meant I couldn't decide what to watch but could only switch about - and there were no subtitles. It may have been the remote control which was the problem...

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und das Restaurant war sehr gut! Das Frühstück kann man auch lobenswert erwähnen!

Im Zimmer lag Teppichboden, welche ziemlich staubig gerochen hat. Des Weiteren war das Bad in die Jahre gekommen, sämtliche Silikonfugen in der Duschwanne war schwarzer Schimmel.

Great accommodation rooms well equipped, staff friendly and professional. Food excellent dinner and breakfast.

We thought the drinks a little expensive. Our main complaint was the dog which was in the room opposite which barked a lot. It actually woke me up quite a few times through the night. Maybe guests with dogs should be housed away from other guests or their dogs need to be muzzled. This has put us off returning to stay at your hotel in the future, which is a shame as its convenient for us to visit my sister in a home nearby.

Room amenities were great. I am truly shocked how many hotels in the UK don't have basic things like bathrooms with hot and cold water in a single faucet, or AC This hotel did. Rooms were updated nice clean and relatively spacious.

Had a very comfortable, quiet weekend stay with air conditioning. Lots of nice extras in our room. Friendly and accommodating staff. Excellent breakfast, we were spoilt for choice. The hotel is completely separate from the pub which was a bonus. Secure free car parking. Would definitely stay again.

Easy to find. Ample free parking. Easy check in. Room was spotless and had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable. Air con if you needed it which I didn't. The shower was fab. Tea and coffee facilities very good with free shortbread...a nice touch. Breakfast was brilliant. More importantly, this room was significantly cheaper than other local places to stay. I will certainly be staying here again.

Staff and check in were super and efficiant. Room was fresh, very clean and well appointed. Aircon was a boon during the heatwave. Great level of comfort. The rooms are at the opposite end of the property from the pub and busy roads, so noise was no issue. Great pub, great food, great atmosphere, terrific breakfast. Excellent value for money, and close to the towncenter (15 min walk).

Stained, dirty carpet, outside bins, and grass area overflowing with rubbish and dog’s poo bags. Food in the restaurant overpriced with small portions. Very poor night's sleep due to loud guests.

Dinner was a bit of let down, service was poor, we sat ordered 2 pints, they came with in 30 seconds and then we was asked if we was ready to order! Obvs we wasn’t, we then waited for 10-15 mins before someone came over. Starters we both had “spring lamb scotch egg” they failed to mentioned it was lamb kofta, they same meat used for the lamb kofta starter. Mains was ok. However the dining rooom was not a nice place to be in, we sat by a window next 2 dead flies and a few that looked like they was mourning the loss of said flys. There was lightbulbs that are either coming out of the ceiling or poorly installed, something else was dangling above the baby change toilets, the wooden floor was dirty with crumbs left from lunch! We then opted to sit outside to have a few more dinks we was told “ no problem!” By our waitress only then to be told we had to settle our bill from dinner, again this was not an issue just annoying after you have sat down with a drink! Breakfast was again ok, my partner had full English breakfast which stated it would come with sour dough toast, it did not. In fact no toast arrived, I had to do that myself which took about 10 minutes as their toaster is so painfully slow I had French toast, no where on the menu it states that it comes topped with nuts however nuts appeared. Draught beers was also very expensive around the £7.00 + mark which for a chain hotel/pub/bar it’s on the expensive side.

The accomodatiio was behind the pub and had its own carpark so all peaceful. Room was a very good size, well equipped and bathroom had both shower and bath. Breakfast was good, lots of choice. Breakfast staff were really helpful and we were served quickly

The bathroom door lock was jammed so you could get it to stay shut. They knew this before we were given the room. Initially we're just going to give us a wedge and call for maintenance. On the good side we were quickly given a new room when requested.

All great. Even though we were right by a dual carriageway the double/triple glazing cut out the noise and the air con worked. Great breakfast

Well exceeded my expectation, I was pleasantly surprised with how good the room looked, how much space you get, cleanliness on top point and the bonus amenities! Also Air-con!

Loud creaky floorboards often wake you up as you can hear people walking by the room door, there's also a gap at the bottom of the door which allows in light from the corridor.

This is a lovely place to stay. The breakfast was fabulous, the service brilliant and the rooms were very quiet. We booked two rooms, a double and a single. We had a great night in the double, but the single bed was not very comfortable, so it is a tale of two halves! Would definitely stay again, but book two doubles next time.

Coffee machine was the best part of the room, and the shower was good. The only attributes that lifted the experience above the memories of a Little Chef back in the day.

room, carpet is worn now and not comfortable in bare feet. It needs a very deep clean or replaced. Tv and wifi service - 3rd world I would have said but it's worse than that. I travel and the service I experienced earlier in the year in SE Asia and Nepal was better than The Royal Reception here at the Princess. Overall the rate I was asked to pay for the room is high, and that I am basing on other hotels in the area I've stayed at recently which are 30% cheaper and much better, on every level. The Princess wanted an extra £10 when I asked if I could check in earlier . Breakfast and service - somewhere between a Travel lodge or a Premier Inn before they upgraded. I was also reminded of a Little Chef back in the day. Dinner NA.

Clean and very modern! It didn’t feel like I was next to a pub at all since the rooms are in a building next to the pub. The rooms were elevated and it was definitely worth the money. Staff were so friendly and breakfast included was a plus.
