El aire acondicionado no funcionaba lo reporte a la administración y no resolvieron la situación, el ruido que genera el restaurante que se encuentra en la pb del hotel es demasiado alto y no permite descansar, ya que la actividad termina muy tarde y empieza muy temprano.

Los servicios, el baño no bajaba bien o se tardaba mucho en llenar el tanque o como si no hubiera presión para bajar bien y la televisión no tenía casi nada de canales o plataformas extras, a la habitación le faltaba mas luz y el tamaño del baño/regadera extremadamente chico

Éramos dos habitaciones y en la de mis padres cucharachas y el baño fatal todo se le salía el agua por el inodoro En relación al ruido es muy poco comprensible que los empleados del restaurante sigan haciendo ruido desp de las 10 de la noche A las 10 apagan la música que considero que debería ser 8 pm y a las 10 recogen y es otro escándalo de carros pasar por los pasillos gente riendo y gritando mientras uno intenta descansar o ajustan horarios o no den habitaciones en el primer piso

Que mi habitación estaba en la planta baja y no tiene ventana, mi amiga quería cambiarse, pero el hotel estaba al 100%, así que me propusieron cambiar al otro día que se desocupara otra habitación, pero finalmente mi amiga se adaptó y no fué necesario hacer el cambio

Staircase, Dark, al nighttime small rooms. Very Old place. Staff. Not helpful. I told him I have a Disability and cannot go up the stairs in the Dark. His response, we can change lightbulbs right now. Pictures on the website are totally deceiving. Do not stay at the hotel.

Slight improvements can be made by having two bedside tables instead of one. Also more places to hang up our towels and provide two luggage racks instead of one. Given the spacious size of the room , these would be beneficial for improving future stays with guests

El ruido de la cocina y el restaurante, la televisión del cuarto 19 no funcionaba y la llave del cuarto falló. La cafetera de la recepción tampoco funcionaba.

Estuve en la habitación 40, un tanto alejada del corazón del hotel. La misma super amoblada, sin detalles negativos. Pero su ubicación esta cerca alguna máquina o motor que por momentos hace ruido constante. Lo demas excelente.

El problema del estacionamiento. Tiene un cargo por dia y es un rollo porque primero hay que ir al hotel a que te den el token (que también tiene una tarifa) y con eso luego ir al estacionamiento. Es el problema del centro de queretaro, las calles cerradas y que no hay estacionamientos en todos los hoteles.

I really don’t have any complaints about the property. It really was all we needed. I will say that I thought the baseboards could use some cleaning. They’re very dusty. But that’s it.

Me asignaron una habitación atras de la cocina, por lo que el personal llega muy temprano, antes de las 7:00 am y se van tardes 11:00 pm y por su trabajo hacen mucho ruido.
