3 kişi'lik odada tesisten 100 m ileride ayrı bir yerde kaldık. Odamız çok geniş, temiz ve belirttikleri özellikleri barındıran bir yerdi. Konumu heryere çok yakındı, trenden metro ile ispanyol merdivenlerine ulaşıp 5 dakika yürüme mesafesinde bir yerdi. Güvenlik anlamında çok rahattık. İmkânları çok güzeldi. Odanın tek sıkıntısı asansörle 2. kata çıktıktan sonra odaya çıkmak için 2 kat daha merdivenle çıkacak olmanız, büyük valizle geliyorsanız biraz yorucu olabilir. Roma da konaklamak isteyenlere kesinlikle tavsiye edebileceğim bir yer.

Odanın tek sıkıntısı asansörle 2. kata çıktıktan sonra odaya çıkmak için 2 kat daha merdivenle çıkacak olmanız, büyük valizle geliyorsanız biraz yorucu olabilir.

Très bonne emplacement pour découvrir Rome à pied ou même en transport. Chambre spacieuse pour deux avec tout le nécessaire pour notre confort.

Assez bruyant lors de notre dernier jour. Quelqu’un sonnait à la porte de l’immeuble et personne ne répondait …

We had such a wonderful stay at Les Fleurs Luxury House and would happily choose this lovely place again whenever we return to Rome. The location is absolutely perfect — right in the heart of Rome and just a few minutes’ walk from the Spanish Steps. We stayed here with our 1.5-year-old daughter, and from the very beginning, everyone did their best to make our stay as comfortable and easy as possible. A very special thank you to Eric and Oti at reception, who were incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Every day, they assisted us with anything we needed and gave us wonderful recommendations for places to visit and discover around Rome. We would also like to thank the other gentleman at reception, who was equally kind and helpful. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We were given a room on the first floor, which made everything so much easier for us while travelling with a small child. Housekeeping was done daily and to an excellent standard. A special thank you also to the two lovely ladies who took care of our room — they were always smiling, warm and incredibly sweet, especially with our little daughter. In fact, the entire team made her feel so welcome and showed her so much affection throughout our stay. We also truly appreciated the team’s kindness and flexibility in helping us with a late check-out, which made a big difference when travelling with a toddler. Beautiful location, immaculate and spacious rooms, but above all, genuinely warm and caring people who make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. Thank you, Eric, Oti and the entire team for making our stay in Rome so special. If we return to Rome, Les Fleurs Luxury House will definitely be our first choice. Highly recommended!

Very well presented and ultra clean. Excellent location and the air conditioning was fantastic during a heat wave! Orti and Eric the hosts were very friendly approachable and helpful. Could not ask for a better experience.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is absolutely perfect, right by the Spanish Steps, in a beautiful and elegant area with everything within walking distance. The room was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Fresh towels, coffee, and all the necessary amenities were provided. Despite the stairs, we really enjoyed our stay. Hafiz was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this place and would definitely choose it again. Thank you so much for everything! ❤️

Ubicación, limpieza, comodidad

The location is fantastic! The rooms were super comfortable. A/C was a blessing on a very hot week in Rome. We would often grab fruit from the reception area in the mornings. Perfect little assortment to choose from. It was quiet. We arrived in the morning and one of our two rooms was already available which was a huge help to get ready for our day of sightseeing. The staff were very accommodating.

The location is exceptional and staff is very helpful and friendly.

The staff were warm and attentive, and they even gave us complimentary drink vouchers. The room is spacious enough for four guests, furnished with one king-size bed plus two single beds. Best of all, the air conditioning worked perfectly amid the sweltering summer heat! It’s just a 3-minute walk to the Spanish Steps and 5 minutes to the metro station. Highly recommended!

We loved the property. Great location and very friendly staff.

Lots of stairs we didn’t mind but some people physically would not be able to do them.

Merkezi Çok temiz Çok iyi bir resepsiyon görevlisi var. Çok yardımcı oldu. Klima çalışıyordu. Bide var, banyo ve oda yeni ve büyüktü. Diğer oda sakinleri çok iyi müşterilerdi. Gece alkollü gelip bağıran çağıran, gürültülü odaya girenler ve yüksek sesle konuşanlar yoktu. Müşteriler de çok iyi insanlardı.

Asansör yoktu. Neyseki merdiven çıkabilecek yaştayız. Sorun olmadı.

Dla wielu osób problemem moze byc brak windy i schody, o czym hotel lojalnie informuje,mnie to nie przeszkadzało, ale decydujac sie na ten hotel warto wziac to pod uwagę. Poza tym trochę zbyt oszczędna jak na obiekt o tak wysokim standardzie dystrybucja papieru toaletowego.

The East Asian receptionist was incredibly kind and helpful. The location was fantastic — within walking distance of everything. The area felt safe, quiet, and peaceful at night as well. Highly recommended!

כניסה קטנה ומלאה באשפה, החדר בקומה 3 כאשר המעלית מגיעה רק עד הקומה ה2 וגם בכניסה לחדר יש מדרגות ככה שזה 2 קומות שצריך לעלות הכל עם המזוודות, לא מתאים לאנשים שמתקשים עם מדרגות ובמיוחד עם המזוודות. התמונות באתר לא קיימות, יש תמונות של לובי ושל חדר אוכל אבל אין.

Very convenient, comfortable accomodation. However there is no lift. There are a lot of stairs. The receptionist was very kind and helpful and he carried all the suitcases for us. But we had to check out early to catch a flight, we had to carry all suitcases down the stairs.

C'è stato un problema con la vasca idromassaggio. Nonostante le indicazioni della receptionist sul suo funzionamento siano state seguite alla lettera, non appena azionato l'idromassaggio, la vasca ha iniziato a perdere acqua da sotto, allagando tutto per terra in poco tempo ed arrivando fino alla moquette vicino al letto. Inoltre, una volta fatta scolare l'acqua, nella vasca si è accumulata della polvere nera (simile a terra o calcare, non presente in precedenza) e probabilmente fuoriuscita dalle tubature o dalle bocchette della vasca. Dopo aver segnalato il problema la sera stessa, il personale è intervenuto il pomeriggio seguente per ripulire e controllare la vasca (dicendo, tuttavia, di non aver riscontrato alcun problema), ma per precauzione ho preferito non riutilizzare l'idromassaggio.

Uns hat die zentrale Lage in der historischen Stadt sehr gefallen und beeindruckt. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe, viele Restaurants, tolle Atmosphäre, Flair, Metro in der Nachbarschaft, alles bestens.

Die Zimmerausstattung (Sitzgelegenheit) hätte besser sein können. Kein Lift, für ältere Gäste etwas schwierig das Treppensteigen.

WiFi worked well. Apartment was roomy for 3 people. Very comfortable! Erik was a great communicator and helpful with our bags. Easy to get to food and shopping!

We had family in the main building so it was a little bit of a walk to get to them. Steep stairs were tough.

We had a wonderful time here. The staff were lovely and very welcoming. The location was perfect and the room was cleaned perfectly everyday.

Subir com as malas para os quartos não foi tarefa fácil! Degraus bem íngrimes. Não há elevador no prédio. Porém, no check in, recebemos ajuda do funcionário de plantão, foi bem prestativo e educado. Já no check out, era outro funcionário e não ofereceu ajuda nenhuma! Ficou sentando, sem fazer nada, assistindo a nossa movimentação e dificuldade.

Spotless room. Cleaned everyday. Towels changed everyday. Enough space to be comfortable. You are provided with a key of both your room and the outside door so you are free to come and go as you please since reception is available 9am to 6.30pm. They are very communicative on the chat at all times. Good quality coffee machine. Good sized wardrobe and safe available in the room as well. Mini bar full and cools effectively. They held the luggage for us until check in time so that we could go around in the meantime without having to carry it with us and then they put it in our room themselves. They also held the luggage for us on the last day till after check out. The staff is very welcoming and helpful.

There is nothing to complain about at Les Fleurs. Few things to know about (you are advised beforehand when you book) are that you have to think about your own breakfast and that the property doesn't have a lift.

Tabi oteli önceden ayarladığımızda biliyorduk ama kahvaltı seçeneği olsaydı çok daha iyi olabilirdi.

Hotel in posizione comodissima, nel pieno centro di Roma e circondato da negozi meravigliosi. La camera era stupenda, curata nei dettagli e dotata di tutti i servizi necessari per un soggiorno confortevole. Esperienza davvero positiva, tornerò sicuramente. Consigliatissimo!
