The room was beautiful with fresco painted ceilings and walls, and the location was excellent!

The location, we wanted to be closer to SMN Station for an early train. The room were spacious, the layout was a bit eerie.

it was facing the streets so you could hear people walkig on the streets. It is what it is. Bed was a little uncomfortable, I am a little critic of beds as get more seasoned.

The location, views out the windows and price were very good.

It wasn’t what we expected. We thought it was the apartment in the pictures and were lead to believe there was a washing machine from the reviews. Instead we were on the top floor. Shower was unsafe for children to use as constantly went from boiling to freezing.

There was a separate room which we appreciated as a group of 4 (each couple in their own space). The apartment is very close to the train station and nearby landmarks and places worth seeing! Restaurants are close as well.

The A/C doesn’t work too well.

Tivemos um problema com as chaves à noite, tentamos telefonar (várias vezes) e ninguém atendeu. Só conseguimos entrar pq outro hóspede nos abriu a porta

there was a lot of space and our kids each had their own bed and place to sleep separate from us.

The large bed was not comfortable and the bathroom was very small for 4 people, but if you only had 2 people or a small child it was fine.

Ook tijdens de hittegolf bleef het appartement redelijk koel. Goede airco aanwezig. Het appartement is ruim en ligt op wandelafstand van toeristische trekpleisters.

The apartment was huge. It was very comfortable. It even had a combo washer/dryer which was a very pleasant surprise.

Doors were tricky to open at times

The good Staff was friendly, the connectivity to every thing was superb. They left quite a few things to nibble on with free juice, water, biscuits, some sort of cake. It was super nice. Bad The room offered was right next to the office. I could hear every check in check out, each question and conversation clearly. On day one I was trying to get a nap at 3 in the afternoon and I kept getting disturbed. I had to step in and ask them to close the door. It was 3-4 days of loud conversations. Cockroaches. The bathroom had a sanitation issue. I found roaches walking around the bathroom and I had to kill one take a picture and ask for it to be sorted. It was specifically asked if the room had a channel with the World Cup match going on. The guy in the reception confirmed yes. I returned to my room to check in the night to find that it was not. I spoke to him about it, he shrugged and said sorry.

Cute room with awesome roof. Great air con and wifi. A few stairs to go up but then an elevator to the floor. We were provided with lots of snacks too upon check in. Great location and easy to walk to from the train station with suitcases.

We hadden appartement. Lekker ruim met alles wat nodig is. Airco was ook lekker met 35 graden buiten. We bleven maar 1 nacht, maar we konden onze bagage daar achterlaten om de stad nog in te gaan. Erg aardig en behulpzaam personeel.

De parkeergarage (Centrale) was door alle wegopbrekingen en smalle straatjes wat lastig te bereiken, maar lukte uiteindelijk. Daar moet je op voorbereid zijn. Maar uiteindelijk 5 min lopen naar hotel, dus prima.

Location closest SMNovelle was perfect. Our room Michaelangelo had a wonderful terrace overlooking the roof tops. Air conditioners were very effective.

After hour check in was terrible. We were provided with a phone number which we couldn't reach and a whats app contact that no one responded to for 1 hr+ as we waited on the street in the blasting heat. Finally we were let in by other guests who were going out. This was the same experience for all our other family members staying at the hotel. The hotel needs to send a code for the key pad in the email instead of this ridiculous phone # which is difficult for non EU users. OR someone needs to respond to the what's app message system in a timely manner.. Gong show to access this hotel which is too bad because of its good location and nice rooms.

The street had construction but couldn’t hear anything and didn’t bother us. We did lose power but was the building and around us which the property obviously have no control over and so we were fine.

Easy walk from the station and the room was super cute. Had a washing machine and great air conditioning.

Very convenient for exploring Florence. The hotel was about an 8-minute walk from the train and bus stations, 5 minutes from nearby laundromats, and just a 3-minute walk from Santa Maria Novella Church. Staff Alex was friendly and helpful, providing useful recommendations but didn't answer messages and the office staff was hard to reach.

We stayed on the ground floor, which had very little natural light, making the room feel quite dark and creepy. Unfortunately, we encountered TWO HUGE COCKROACHES during our stay—one in the bathroom on the first night and another underneath the bed—which was uncomfortable. So we added water in the sinks and plugged the sinks, but then the staff must've come into our room (to clean?) while we were out exploring w/ the "don't disturb sign" on the door handle -- but then we came back to the room and clearly someone was in there. (The sink were drained, open again, I'm assuming that's how the cockroaches came in) The bathroom was outdated and had a slippery floor. It also lacked a ventilation fan, causing it to remain damp and humid after use. The toilet button was hard to flush. Additionally, the room and bathroom doors are quite thin and offered little sound insulation. We could clearly hear people in the hallway, rattling their keys while trying to unlock their doors. Overall, the room did not meet my expectations in terms of cleanliness, comfort, and noise insulation. Kinda disappointed we noted it was our honeymoon and had this experience. Also I spent a lot of money to stay here. Still loved our time in Florence.

My husband and I had an incredible stay at Nobile House and it completely exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by Luca who was simply amazing. He was super friendly, professional, extremely patient and polite. He explained everything we needed to know clearly and efficiently, he is truly the best. The room itself was spectacular and very spacious. It was equipped with everything we could possibly need including a stove, kettle, oven and even a washing machine. The interior design is stunning, especially the gorgeous ceilings and the carefully selected furniture. Everything felt high end and thoughtfully put together, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Location wise, you cannot ask for better because it is right in the heart of the city center. We received all the keys we needed and felt right at home. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Florence and we will definitely be coming back here again. Thank you Luca and Nobile House for an unforgettable stay.

Stanza superior molto bella, molto ampia e comoda, dotata di imposte oscuranti e curata nell'arredo. Letto molto comodo, abbiamo dormito benissimo. Posizione eccellente.

Qualità/prezzo per Firenze ottima, ma se devo proprio fare un appunto, la serratura della porta della camera da letto (ovviamente all'interno della stanza privata, nulla di grave) era guasta e non consentiva la chiusura della porta, rendendo la camera meno isolata dai rumori del piano.

Easy to access and check in; staff was very friendly. The room was a good size for 2 people and had a nice, more updated bathroom. Building had some nice decorations and room was very quiet and had a nice garden view despite the hotel's central location.

Great hotel with an excellent location! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Novella House. Everything was within walking distance, including many of Florence’s main attractions, restaurants and shops. The room was stunning, comfortable and clean. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Florence.

The location is great. The windows are new and this gives a good soundproofing. The wall paintings are simply charming. You are really traveling in a classy past.

Doors seemed a bit fragile and you could hear some noise from the neighbouring apartments. But it wasn't to much of a bother.

Only set back was the toilets. It was difficult to flush, but that's really just cause the building is older.

Really gorgeous and super "Florentine". We loved the vibe and the beds were comfortable. They left out coffee and breakfast which we appreciated, and the staff were very flexible about our arrival - arranging after hours access for us. Really great location - super central in Florence and a great base from which to explore this gorgeous city.

No complaints other than the parking garage guys were a bit rude - but that's not their staff!

Ideally situated between the railway station and the city centre. It has a pretty basic exterior, but inside was lots of old works charm and comfort.

Staff was very helpful. Room was small but that is to be expected since the building was from the 1700's. Fresco on the ceiling above the bed was amazing. Staff said it was original. Water and juice provided daily in the refrigerator. Location was in walking distance from the train station and all the attractions.

Not a big deal, but you have to catch them during work hours when you are usually out and about seeing the sights. Needed help with the AC but no one in the office. Turns out there was no AC but they did respond eventually, but a fan would have been nice. Also, they can't help but construction right out front of front door was not appealing.

The check in process for after regular hour was HORRIBLE! they didn’t send access instructions so called when at airport and they sent them BUT it included calling yet another number to get entry code and the number didn’t work for us so we had NO WAY to get in the building standing in the rain at midnight. It’s a BAD system. They should just send the entry code!

Good location walkable to station /tram for our last night in Florence. Friendly staff, helpful and explained check-in and facilities. Appreciated earlier check in. We booked superior room as treat for last night and so glad we did, it was beautiful. Traditional, high ceilings and well equipped and welcome breakfast treats handy for our early start.

Initially unsure where to get in to building as not a prominent hotel sign and entrance. But this was promptly explained by email when queried.
