Hotel jest bardzo wygodny, oferuje smaczne i zróżnicowane śniadania (batdzo doceniliśmy śniadanie przygotowane na zamówienie, gdy jeździliśmy na wycieczki w nocy czy też rano). Hotel oferuje dużo atrakcji w strefie SPA (niektóre w cenie]. Lokalizacja jest niezła, w okolicy jest kilka smacznych restauracji

Très grande chambre , piscine agréable, personnel prévenant, nombreux services à disposition. Possibilité d’avoir un petit déjeuner préparé si vous partez avant 6 heures.

Giardino, piscina ed alcune parti comuni molto trascurate. Nella spa praticamente non funzionava nulla. Peccato perchè la lobby ed altre parti raccontano le potenzialità che questa struttura potrebbe avere.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. We were able to check in early. Rooms were spacious and clean. Pool area was lovely. Restaurant food was good.

The view was beautiful. But to get a picture we had to open the windows on the observation deck. When it was clear, we could see Mt. Bromo, Mt. Kawi, and the city of Malang. We enjoyed the breakfasts.

The solarium was toast hot, and the view was unclear until I learned that the window could be opened. Mosquitos seemed to love us here. Also, the mosques were super loud here. The echoed in the city from all sides and there was no resting during prayer times. The pool area was beautiful, but the water was freezing, even for someone from a colder climate!

L’emplacement était pas mal

Nous avons été très déçus par cet hôtel. À notre arrivée, la chambre n’était pas propre : il y avait encore des cheveux et des saletés sur le sol. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre, mais la seconde était dans un état similaire. Les couloirs étaient également sales, ce qui donne une très mauvaise première impression. La salle de sport est très médiocre, avec peu d’équipements et une odeur désagréable. Enfin, le sèche-cheveux ne fonctionnait pratiquement pas : il s’arrêtait au bout de deux secondes d’utilisation. Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, nous nous attendions à un tout autre niveau de qualité. Cet établissement ne mérite clairement pas sa classification.

Het is gehorig. Voor een 4 sterren hotel zou de hygiëne beter kunnen. Zwembad niet durven gebruiken doordat er niemand met een bikini zwom.

Prima hotel met een goed formaat zwembad en vriendelijke bediening, ik was wat vergeten in de hotelkamer. Voordat ze mijn bookingbericht erover hadden gezien kreeg ik al een whatsappfoto opgestuurd en kon ik hem laten opsturen naar mijn nieuwe hotel. Personeel dus niks op aan te merken.

Helaas viel het restaurant wat tegen, en zoals op veel plekken op java word je in de ochtend wakker gemaakt door een moskee, iets meer geluidsdemping zou fijn zijn.

Mooi hotel met luxueuze uitstraling. Goed ontbijt met name gericht op Aziaten. Toch voor ons Nederlanders ook prima keuze. Tijdens ons verblijf had mijn man een ongeluk en hadden we zwachtels nodig. Dit was niet aanwezig maar werd direct door de receptie besteld bij de apotheek en binnen 20 min afgeleverd bij het hotel. Nee kennen ze niet en ze zijn zeer behulpzaam. Ook perfecte snelle laundry service. Goede uitvalsbasis ook voor Bromo of Ijen

Er was niet echt een bar aanwezig Wel een lobby waar we konden zitten Als je geluk had en zin had in een biertje kon je Bintang krijgen, maar kan ook zomaar niet op voorraad zijn. Geldt voor veel dingen op de kaart, staan allerlei frisdranken op maar er is alleen Cola. Niet alleen in dit hotel, maar dit maken we tijdens de gehele reis al mee

De hygiëne was niet op orde.

Nette kamer, vriendelijk personeel, rustige ligging ( behalve de moskee in de directe omgeving dan, maar die hoor je overal op Java) mooi zwembad.

Ontbijt was voldoende. Veelal koude gerechten, waarvan wij Hollanders dit warm verwachten. Jong personeel, veelal trainees, die meer aandacht voor elkaar hadden als voor de taak die zij moesten uitvoeren. Bij gerechten die op waren werd slecht aangevuld. Veelal moest er om gevraagd worden en dan gebeurde het wel. Hier kan men echt een verbeterslag in maken.,

Hotelul oferă o gamă largă de servicii. Este curat. Paturi confortabile, lenjerie de calitate. Băile ar necesita o ușoară renovare, mai ales în zona dusului. Nimic deranjant Însă!

Mâncarea de la restaurant, de proastă calitate. Pizza congelată, fără prea multe varinate vegeriene. Începând cu ora 3Am și pana la 5Am nu mai poți dormi din cauza slujbelor care se aud foarte tare din difuzoarele moscheelor din apropiere. De asemenea, pentru prețul plătit ar fi putut sa ofere și micul dejun.

Vriendelijk personeel Meestal kun je heerlijk eten in je hotel, maar deze keer aten wij toch elders, voornamelijk vanwege de sfeer en lawaai. Het ontbijt was okee.

De sfeer in het hotel was luidruchtig. Het onderhoud niveau van de kamer was slecht: Safe los en niet werkend Licht in badkamer en bij bed stuk Schimmels in de douche Regendouche werkte niet Wc papier niet aangevuld Balkondeur sluiten niet voldoende waardoor veel nachtelijk lawaai in de kamer van verkeer en gebeds oproepen

Semuanya, saya sangat terkesan dgn keramahan staff nya, kebersihan dan luas kamarnya, juga Lokasi nya yang strategis. Tas Saya yg berisikan 2 jas tertinggal di lobby, mereka menemukan dan menyimpannya, sampai akhirnya bisa kembali ke tangan saya. Terima kasih untuk pelayanan yg sangat baik. Pokoknya Sangat di rekomendasikan.

COLAZIONE MIGLIORABILE

große moderne Hotelanlage mit geräumigen und sauberen Zimmern. Den Poolbereich konnten wir nicht mehr nutzen, da dieser nur bis 19 Uhr geöffnet hat. Der Bereich sah aber sehr einladend aus. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns das Frühstück als "Take away" verpackt und war mehr als ausreichend. Wir würden beim nächsten Mal wieder hier übernachten.

Unsere Balkontür schloss nicht ganz, sodass der morgendliche Weckruf des Muezzin sehr laut zu hören war. Uns hat es aber nicht weiter gestört.

The room and the view from there.

Ijen Hotel was good I stayed there a few times in the past. Sadly this time with no information the pool for kids was under maintenence. SAUNA was broken as always. But they have two. The second was also broken. The jacuzzi also broken. Breakfast was not good as usual also. I asked the attendent about helping me with a trip to Bromo. They gave me a price and I asked about if she could help me with discount. She told me to look by myself and didnt sound polite to me... I am glad we spent the day doing other activities otherwise my trip to malang with my family would be very desapointing. It looks like this time this hotel was not well cared. Sorry for the bad review but I honestly think Ijen should improve a lot.

Contact impossible. I left something behind, but none of the phone numbers or email worked. Very disappointed and still haven't been able to get through, even through Booking.com.

The food was awful. Ordered the most expensive meat on the menu, and my flip flaps would taste better. Frozen meat cooked directly, so welldone with a row centre. Had a pillow with a huge blood stain on. Laundry man came knocking at 6 am 😤. No double glazed window, so expect waking up every morning before sunrise for Muslim prayer. When I told the reception about all this she was laughing 🤐😤😤

It was a nice experience! The staff was incredibly friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. The location is perfect, and the service exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return in the future.

We booked 3 rooms and stayed 3 nights in this hotel. Everything was great: hotel was clean, staffs were great, beautiful decoration, cool koi pond, and the breakfast itself, with so many options, made us didn"t want to leave this place😄. This hotel is located in one of the best areas in Malang. I recommend this hotel and would stay here again when I'm in town.

The hotel’s decoration is quite nice. The Tv in the room was a smart TV. The breakfast is okay (could have more non-Asian breakfast options). The hotel has a spa and you can book massages there. The shower water is hot which doesn’t always happen in Indonesia!

We booked the mount bromo tour through the hotel and the guide didn’t speak any English so I recommend booking it somewhere else. The pool is almost always not under the sun so it’s not very usable as Malang is quite windy.

Breakfast was very good. Lots of choice.

The temperature of the water in the swimming pool was really low :-(.
