Very good
Clean good position
Location, staff and food and drink were great
Aircon or less heating
Old time fashionable hotel, very good restaurant and truly nice staff
No opening windows!! At the price of a Mandarin Oriental, come on, be serious…?
Location and general look
Breakfast was plentiful. The hotel nice and quiet, overlooking the bay. The pool and the sauna were a nice bonus.
Service in the 'bar' area over the weekend was slow - there seemed to be no-one on the floor. In the bedroom - it would have been nicer to have had a softer 'soft' pillow - it was still hard under pressure.
Breakfast was very good
More seafood on the menu
Amazing stay, lovely area with lots to do. Really nice facilities including Pool and Sauna. Food here for breakfast and dinner was really good and staff were excellent at every point in our stay. Extra mention to James and Jessie who were amazing in making us feel welcome and great hospitality all round. Would definitely recommend and can’t wait to go back.
Right by the beach.
Room was very small and very stuffy. Coffee at breakfast was awful. Staff didn’t really go out of their way to make you feel welcome.
We did the Eclipse experience at the Saunton Sands Hotel in Devon (another Hotel in the Brend group), and were very impressed, so when it was time for another break we thought we'd give the Royal Duchy in our favourite county a try. We were not disappointed. This is a very clean and well maintained hotel. Staff were genuinely friendly and eager to help. We were a last minute booking so didn't get the pick of the rooms (the best ones had all gone, which is a good sign) but what we had was excellent. Comfortable, quiet and the shower worked perfectly, which is my yardstick of a good hotel. We were blessed with good weather so drinks on the terrace overlooking the sea with views of Pendennis Castle (worth a visit) was the order of the day. A 10 minute walk into Falmouth, shopping, coffee and cake then back to the sun beds on the lawn to recover with a pint of Sharpes Off Shore. It was a great experience and we cannot wait to get back next summer.
I was staying as a solo traveller. The hotel has a lovely view from the lounge and dining room. The breakfast and dinner was excellent. The staff were very helpful. There is a swimming pool in the hotel and a beach 10 minutes walk away. The beach opposite the hotel is rocky and not easy to get in the sea. I had a very enjoyable few days and will visit again.
Very good all round. Room was comfortable and clean. Had dinner in the restaurant which was excellent and breakfast was good too. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and of course the location is wonderful with lovely sea views. This was my second time staying here and I would be more than happy to stay again!
The hotel staff is very friendly. The hotel has a wonderful location at itself. But the rooms are overpriced if you get only a room on the backside. Which tends to happen to families.

We come to The Royal Duchy every year and always look forward to our stay. There is something lovely about its traditional, quintessentially English feel, which is part of what keeps bringing us back. The staff are a real highlight. Many of them remember us from previous visits, which gives the hotel a lovely personal and welcoming atmosphere. It’s always nice to come back and see familiar faces. The restaurant is also a big part of our enjoyment of staying here. The food is consistently very good and we always enjoy eating there. As with anywhere, there are always little things that could be improved, and we have mentioned a few of these in our feedback. However, these certainly didn't detract from our stay. Overall, we had another very enjoyable visit and will, as always, hopefully, be back again next year!
Traumhafte Lage
Veraltetes Bad mit Badewanne
Stayed at this hotel on a late booking for three nights. The hotel has a number of positives, some pleasant decor etc. Arrived in the afternoon when it was really hot. No air-con, no fan switched on, no fridge. The window openings were too limited, so little fresh air. But worst of all was the room size. Passing off as a double what clearly is a single sized space at best with very little relaxation area or room to move, a tiny bathroom and small tv to match was a big disappointment. The view was immediately over a messy looking flat roof with a neck stretch to glimpse a small bit of the bay. The overall room experience was total claustrophobia. This room was for us far from value for money; won't be back.
Excellent staff, friendly & couldn’t do enough to ensure we were catered for - best hotel we’ve stayed in. Will return.
Room little small but super comfortable.
Very good . Nice
Maybe AC in bedroom
Royal Duchy Falmouth Beach House Self Catering Apartment. We chose a week at this self-catering apartment as, with limited mobility, we would be spending time indoors and wanted a sea view to enjoy. We wanted to have the windows open to hear the sea and enjoy a through flow of fresh sea air. It turns out the apartment is above the hotel terrace and the hubbub coming up from below meant we often had to close them to deflect the noise. It felt like we were staying in a pub. Sleep was poor in spite of the comfortable bed. A loud fan outside the bedroom was continuously cutting in and out all night which you just could not adjust to (made no difference if the windows were open or shut) . Then came the early morning clatter of the hotel services awakening. The smart TVs they said were available were not smart, they only had basic freeview. The hotel should have ensured they were working before arrival. They never got them fixed even though they had a week to do so and despite making several requests. This was a great disappointment as we expected smart to be available for the time we had to spend indoors. The apartment description stated 'Step out onto your own private outdoor area'. We envisaged perhaps a nice small seating area. No area existed. The apartment had good appointments. Nice polite staff. Response from the Royal Duchy was an apology, no ownership that things were not as they should have been.
Happy overall with service location and everything. Will definitely visit again and will recommend to friends and family!
Location
Fabulous hotel in amazing location with fantastic outdoor seating areas overlooking the sea. Superb choice of food and everything we tried was excellent. All staff are very friendly and polite with nothing too much trouble.
This is a great hotel if you want great views of the sea. The hotel offers great free parking. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are after a touch of luxury by the coast with lovely rooms. We had a great stay in August! Thank you to all the staff
View, location, staff
No aircon!
Booked dinner here and the food was excellent. Very lovely staff . Not expensive for the quality of food . We will be back
Nice service staff and receptionist. The swim pool is good.Nice view restaurant and yummy breakfast at restaurant.
we booked twin room , just have double bed for us.
Friendly staff. Nice views to the sea. Recently refurbished. Really nice overall
Breakfast coffee was not great
Very comfortable hotel, friendly service and bedroom with a lovely view. Close to town and places of interest. Nice beaches for children. Great for all ages for a family holiday.
I am a regular visitor and appreciate it’s location, style and upmarket quality.
Constant seagull activity.
Lovely weekend family stay. The room was ideal for our family of 4. We all loved the pool! Service was great throughout too.
I stayed with my son for my daughter’s graduation. I was impressed with every aspect of this hotel. My only small quibble was that someone had charged a drink to my room but as I explained it couldn’t possibly have been me as I was at my daughter’s graduation at the time it was done. It was instantly removed with an apology. All in all a delightful stay.
The Royal Duchy Hotel is a stunning property. I loved the "beachy" vibe of our hotel room and the incredible views. The daily biscuits were delicious and such a nice surprise. There were lots of beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces to have a bite to eat, socialize, have a cocktail or enjoy the view. I enjoyed our daily breakfast at the hotel-there were plenty of options and the food was fantastic along with the service.
Good breakfast
There was a seagull tapping on my windows which kept me awake. I wonder if a previous guest had fed it and suggest there ought to be a note to all guests not to feed the seagulls
Stayed 2 nights with friends, staff were all very helpful, breakfast was great....and the cream tea ! Great views and would definitely return.
Sehr schön renoviert, toller Ausblick.
Die Doppelbetten sind nur queen size und damit zu schmal.
Incredible location, whole experience was definitely 5 star, including service and dining. Room was extremely hot, despite a fan, but weather was exceptional!
Very good choice on breakfast menu. Exceptional cleanliness. Staff were very efficient and friendly. Close to places of interest etc. Easy walk into town.
Air Conditioning would have been appreciated.
Yet another great stay in a favourite hotel. We chose the castle view room, which provides a lovely panorama to wake to. Lovely position on the sea front, with attentive service and comfortable and clean rooms.
Really lovely hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. Everybody spoke as you walked past them. Room was excellent only thing that could have made it better would be an extractor fan in bathroom and air con would be good as well. However the bathroom window was open and there was a fan in room. Would definitely return
I went to this hotel with a coach party and this hotel is not your typical coach party hotel. It is a wonderful hotel and we were treated as 'normal' guests. The food in the dining room was exceptional and the scones in the afternoon tea were the best I've had. All the rooms are very clean and swimming in the pool was very relaxing. There are sun loungers on the front lawn overlooking the sea which I took advantage of. The only small gripe I had was the fact that I had paid extra to upgrade to a double room and you could not say it was. There was no way 2 people could sleep comfortably in the bed it was only a three quarter bed. I would certainly recommend this hotel and would be happy to return.
Miła obsługa.
Słabe śniadania i nie działający sejf.
We stayed two days at the hotel. Really overpriced for an average to mediocre quality. Price should be half if not less. Rooms are hot without air conditioning. No elevator and steep stairs. Service painful: give time slot for meals including breakfast. Breakfast takes an hour. Food correct but nothing really good. Everything needs to be paid in advance. Car park full. Location is second class, far from the city and from the sea (several kilometers). The unpleasant impression to be abused on everything. There are so many charming hotels and houses. Avoid this one !
Staff were fantastic, Polite and helpful. In particular the young woman at breakfast who couldn’t have been more cheerful or helpful. Very good pool and sauna.
It’s an old building, so I understand the difficulties but no air conditioning in summer is unpleasant.
We stayed at the Royal Duchy at the end of June 2026 The location is excellent to use as a base to visit the surrounding area, we visited Flushing on the way down to Falmouth then had a lovely afternoon at the hotel using the smimming pool and relaxing on the front lawn with drinks. We then walked into Falmouth the following day at took a ferry to St Mawes in the morning and returned to Falmouth in the afternoon and went round the local independant shops in the town centre. The service and the food was excellent in the restaurant i would highly recommend a stay Then back to the hotel for a swim before dinner in the evening
Staff brilliant, breakfast superb
The amount t of plug points for kettle, fan, charging and coffee pod machine, I had to move bedside cabinet to find sockets to accommodate everything, as it was a hot night. Don't let that put you off , it was more of an inconvenience
I should start by saying my wife and I had only just arrived when I took unwell. The hotel was pretty good about it and we left for home the following day and only charged additionally for 1 night's D,B&B. The charge was £391.00 which was for an inland facing room. Had I felt better, I might have queried why it was described as "inland facing" when all we could see were the backs of buildings but no countryside. I should also add that only 1 picture adorned the room. For that amount of money, I would have expected something better. Having just come from 3 nights at another of the Brend Group's hotels, the Carlyon Bay hotel, the change was rather dramatic.
A warm welcome and the impression that nothing is too much trouble is just what you want when you check in to a hotel and that's exactly what we got here. Location is perfect for exploring Falmouth. Good parking without spaces being too tight. Breakfast was delicious. Every single staff member we encountered was friendly.
The absolute only downside was no air con but the fan provided was powerful.
Great base to explore Falmouth, this hotel is located near the beaches, the town and the town with its own car park. The rooms and public areas are spotlessly clean and comfortable. Quality and choice of food offered both at breakfast and dinner are excellent. Staff are plentiful and helpful. Would highly recommend a stay here
Everything was amazing, Tim especially took care of us during the nights, definitely deserves a bonus
N/A
Great location. Dining room is rather gloomy unless you have a table by the window. Room was dated and in need of new carpet. A walk in shower would be so much easier than high-stepping into a bath. Water pressure not great. WiFi patchy outside lounge area. Food at times uninspired and bland. Mostly clean but some areas could do with more attention. Service generally good but more staff will be needed at busier times. Spa is fine but space is limited.
It was a beautiful hotel in a beautiful setting.
The room was so hot. The fan you let me use helped but with the heat I was quite miserable.
Great staff who were very accommodating to my son’s various allergies. The views were spectacular and the room was very pleasant and comfortable. We stayed as part of a gift and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My only complaint was that there weren’t any baked beans as part of the full English breakfast.
Some family members went for dinner Sunday afternoon. They were in a rush to leave and didn’t have time to discuss the food with the staff. I followed it up with an email to let the hotel know about the service not being up to its usual standards and also the food was undercooked and not very tasty. There were only 2 tables being served that night. We use the hotel a lot at its very close to where we live. Unfortunately, everything about the visit was not the usual standard we have experienced in the past. We visited another hotel in the area for lunch and it was a fantastic experience, with fantastic food and attentive staff. I don’t often complain on TripAdvisor, in fact quite the opposite. I always want to support local businesses, but with poor service and food, it makes it harder to support The Duchy.
Tea pots in rooms, cleanliness, location
The hotel is well placed for the beach and the town, it is clean and the staff are excellent. Bar food menu could do with a revamp. I was at the hotel on business my room lacked a suitable desk for work, this is minor, the pool, gym and facilities all very good. Not the best value for money a little expensive, watch out for the flexible rate on your room this went up from £279 a night to £340.
We used the Royal Duchy to attend the Sea Shanty Festival - fantastic venue in its own right and next to one of the main stages. Close to the Pavillion too for the friday performance - great location for something a little calmer out of town.
Clean tidy well presented
Nothing
We arrived as a couple met by the concierge who is always very helpful and polite a real touch of class to this hotel , When we were in our room we noticed that no Cornish spring water was provided but water in a jug with a cap on it come on Royal Dutchy this is not in our opinion very hygienic either supply bottled spring water or don’t the liquid soap also did not seem the normal excellent quality as you normally supply is there a reason for this? We were a little disappointed with the food fries were frozen not cooked from fresh, Over all we enjoyed our stay but standards are slipping,
Jessica, the events manager was very professional and efficient in arranging the 'celebration of life' reception for my late mother. Everything at the hotel was first class. The location, food and service by the hotel staff could not have been better. My family thanks them all most sincerely. Would definitely recommend for such an event.
We had high hopes of dining at this luxury hotel, having never been before and we wanted somewhere special for our Silver Wedding Anniversary evening meal. The hotel is opulent and appealing with a fabulous location overlooking the sea. Initially the evening went really well, although we struggled a bit to choose a dish we fancied from the menu. We appreciate a small menu of a few dishes done well but as I say we had difficulty selecting anything that really appealed. Anyway I had fish and chips and my wife ordered the lamb rump. My meal was really good and it was nice that the lamb (quite fatty) came with a good selection of veg and dauphinoise potatoes. However as the evening wore on and the restaurant emptied (only 5 tables in use anyway), the service got slower and slower. It took ages to get another drink, even water, I don't know why they only pour one glass of water at a time, rather than leave the carafe on the table, bearing in mind it was the incredibly hot May BH!! We wanted to take a coffee on the terrace as the evening was so lovely but there were no staff to be seen anywhere! Eventually we took ourselves off to the terrace and assumed someone would come, if only to give us the bill. Eventually I had to go in and find someone and order coffee. We were surprised and disappointed that no reference or thoughtful gesture was made in ref to our Silver Wedding Anniversary despite the Receptionist congratulating us when we arrived! We shared a dessert in the hope that there might be a little celebratory chocolate decoration on the plate, or a complemetary glass of fizz! A rather disappointing experience.
The Hotel represented an excellent experience.
Restaurant and bar staff were not entirely helpful and Reception were unable to offer advice on other local restaurant options.
Ambiance. Staff.
Facilities, room and service
Breakfast could have been better
Friendly, caring and jovial staff. Handicapped friendly.
Breakfast and dinner were excellent and the location superb.
We would have liked a shelf in the bathroom and a small table by the window in the room.
We especially liked the warm and friendly reception we received from the staff and the concierge, James, in particular. He was such a helpful and friendly man. Breakfast choice and standard very good. Location superb and staff excellent
Nothing negative to add
Absolutely stunning property, nothing was to much for the stay, they really do go out there way to make you feel welcome and nothing is to much for them. The swimming pool and spa was very nice but the view from our room was something else, highly recommend staying here. It was a treat to my partner for her birthday and it did not disappoint and they even let a card for her, was a very nice touch, thank you and look forward to staying again very soon
Excellent location and very clean.
A very unfriendly welcome after a long journey. Very factual - not smiles or proper greeting. We asked twice for neighbouring rooms and despite arriving just after three we were told it was not possible. I was asked when we wanted breakfast on arriving - having been asked twice before we arrived and having already told them. Breakfast was average. Tomato juice was bad/fizzy and the coffee maker didn't work. And a very weird thing: room keys were in a paper envelope - an complete waste of paper! Bathroom tiny and dreadful view of some pipes coming out of the building.
Das Frühstück und die Betten waren großartig .
Das Preis Leistungsniveau passt gar nicht .
Location. Exceptional decor and furnishings. I received 5star service. Food quality was at the top.
It would be unfair of me to knit pick and crticise.
Preis Leistung nicht passend. Personal eher mittelmäßig bemüht. Zimmer sehr klein und hinten zum Parkplatz raus.
Spacious
Nothing
We choose this otel for its location close to city center and beach.
Our stay was a significant disappointment that fell far short of the five-star standards we expected. Room 123 was particularly problematic; its proximity to the kitchen exhaust resulted in poor air quality and a persistent odor of fish-and-chips. The interior was equally subpar, featuring an uncomfortably hard bed and an outdated bathroom that lacked any sense of luxury or modernization. The breakfast experience was similarly frustrating. The hotel’s policy of charging a £3 supplement for basic items like eggs felt like "nickel-and-diming," which is unacceptable for a 5 star hotel. Furthermore, despite numerous vacant tables with sea views, we were 'offered' a table in the back and in front of the kitchen entrance. To conclude, the service was entirely impersonal. Checkout was handled with utter indifference, as the staff failed to offer even a basic inquiry into our experience. Ultimately, this hotel lacks the refinement and hospitality culture necessary to justify its 5-star rating. We expected a level of comfort and professionalism that simply wasn’t delivered.
Most things. We were upgraded to a sea view. Excellent pool and gym. Nice bar, good location. Felt secure with good car park.
Very little to dislike. Brend Hotels have such good standards. Only thing really to mention was the lady on reception wasn't the friendliest and tended to ignore and not make eye contact. She didn't say hi or good morning for example. That's not "normal" for a Brend hotel.
A 3 night break for a big birthday, perfect size hotel for us, not too large. Staff helpful and friendly, food delicious. Our room overlooked the sea, road not too busy with traffic noise, lots of joggers and walkers. Pool area was lovely, a decent size, and warm water.
I had a really lovely couple of nights at the Royal Duchy Hotel. The location is perfect, right by the sea, and it was so nice to be able to step out for fresh air and coastal walks. I especially enjoyed the spa, which was peaceful and relaxing (I even had it to myself at one point!). The hotel itself has a calm, comfortable feel and was a great place to unwind. What really stood out though was the staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful – from the porter who made sure I stayed warm and comfortable, to the cheerful waitress who really brightened my stay, and the night manager who kindly helped me out when my charger failed! There was a small hiccup with breakfast service, but it didn’t take away from what was otherwise a really enjoyable stay. Overall, a lovely experience and I would happily return. Already thinking about my next visit!
Locals visiting for special birthday dinner. Sadly very disappointing potato starter and steak for supper. Definitely not fine dining. But friendly staff, lovely dining room and stunning views .
Lovely hotel, well maintained , great position by the sea & a short walk into the town. Friendly staff - recommended.
My wife and I are a group organisers and took our group to the Royal Dutchy by coach. This is a very nice clean and well appointed hotel with one or two problems for groups. First the restaurant service was slow ans sometimes painfully slow. Prior to our holiday we had difficulty in getting feedback on available table sizes which makes it difficult for a group organiser to allocate tables so that friends sit together in groups of 4 or 6.Then some of our members wanted to stay in the hotel in the daytime and use the lounge but found all of the sea view tables reserved for locals coming in for coffee. Rooms were comfortable and well furnished but some lacked space with some of our members having difficulty in putting suitcases out of the way. The room i had was nice with a sea view but the bed was lumpy and uncomfortable depending on how you lay in bed. Others of our party complained a nowhere to put stuff in the bathroom. I heard various comments about the food some good some not so good but i had no problems with food other than the lack of vegetables which were listed as an extra for an additional £5, though i believe that the charge was not actually ever made for those who ordered extra.. Overall it is a really nice hotel and is clean and comfortable but for groups it still has a lot to learn, nothing that a little training will not put right.
All in all a very good hotel, but the provision of Dinner in the restaurant was hit and miss. Service was very slow, it seeming to take an age to take our orders and to be served with the food. The staff seemed to be out of their depth in what was a relatively quiet period. Whilst the quality of the food was very good, the menu choices lacked variety. During our 4 night stay, Fish & Chips and Sirloin Steak were on the menu every night. Of the 3 or 4 other choices, there was quite a bit of repetition in the offerings: you do not expect to see the same choices twice in 4 nights. Starters and Desserts were also recycled during our short stay.
We have just got home from our weekend away at The Royal Duchy, we have left feeling very relaxed and very well fed! All the staff were so lovely and accommodating. We are a couple in our early 20s and would definitely recommend/go back!
The food needs a little refinement, The menu hss notchanged since iue last stay. The Duchy is a top class hotel and expectations from guests are high
Wow !! We arrived for a 2 night stay to celebrate my retirement. On arrival we were upgraded to the Armada Suite … absolutely amazing and really appreciated. We’ve stayed a number of times (lovely standard double rooms before ..including their ‘Twixmas’ package) … always brilliant. A hotel with lovely lounges, pool area, restaurant with great food… but any hotel is only as good as its staff … who at The Royal Duchy are fabulous… thank you to all of you, on behalf of my wife and myself, for making my retirement celebration such a wonderful experience … we live in Truro and regularly visit for a morning cappuccino.. which we will continue to do … but already looking forward to staying at this wonderful hotel again …. 11/10 … !!!
My wife and I visited for a five day break. This is a Brend Hotel. The Brend Collection has recently been awarded AA Small Hotel of the Year 2025/2026. On the basis of this visit, it is easy to see why. The room was most comfortable and well appointed, the breakfast was hearty and the dinners were of a very high quality; the scallops, hake and steaks were particularly good. The service was absolutely excellent, provided by a first class team.
I have never stayed at the hotel, although it does look lovely. I came with some friends for afternoon tea and was very disappointed with sandwich selection. Only salmon sandwich and cucumber sandwiches on offer. I’m a vegetarian but will occasionally eat fish which was a god send really as I would have only had cucumber sandwiches to eat! Which were very dry. Other places I have been too would do a selection, egg, cheese, meat, prawn. So I was surprised with the sandwiches on offer, but the little cakes were lovely.
The Royal Duchy offers high levels of service and great food in the dining room and light-filled conservatory with great sea views. We stayed in a spacious inland room with large comfy bed and room to relax. Pool area very inviting - especially the hot ceramic beds! Would recommend.
We have stayed here several times over many years and eaten here on numerous family occasions. Whilst everything about this hotel has remained first class sadly we found that the standard of the food has gone right down. The restaurant is classed as fine dining but the food we were recently served was anything but. Sunday lunch saw all the food just piled in a big heap onto the one plate and smothered in a thick gravy. This was never the case in the past with well presented attractive individual vegetables and gravy dishes. We had a similar disappointment at a later evening dinner. A fish dish tasting of ammonia garnished with inedible glazed spring onions and a linguine dish covered in a gloop devoid of any garnishing. Neither dish looked appetising or in any way attractive and appealing. Whilst the Crème Brulee had a good crust the underneath was runny. So very disappointing compared to the many meals we have eaten here in the past when the plates of food were beautifully presented very attractive to the eye and always delicious.
Breakfast was varied and delicious. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a good view over the sea, even though the weather wasn’t perfect
Weather. Distance into town to walk
The staff were polite, friendly and very efficient from the warm welcome of the doorman to the cheerful breakfast team. Location is excellent for the view over the bay and beach but a fairly long hike if you wish walk to the harbour area. The decor and cleanliness of all the public areas is well above par and a credit to the maintenance/cleaning staff. Only ate breakfast which was well prepared and presented by a very efficient team
Not keen on showers over a bath, noise transference between rooms an issue and floor boards are very squeaky in both the bedroom and the corridors
A beautiful Hotel, tasteful decor, very clean, clean comfortable bedroom, great food in the Terrace Bar as well as in the Restaurant. spectacular location views of the sea, lovely walks to the beaches, a very friendly welcome by the very smart Porter at the door. Staff all helpful, friendly and professional. Nice to have a dip in the pool after walking. All in all, we loved our stay, loved Falmouth, will be back, thankyou to all.
Very enjoyable stay at the Royal Duchy hotel, all of the staff were very helpful and friendly. A beautiful location would definitely stay again.
Excellent rooms, food and service. we have known this hotel for many years, and my parents before us.
From the welcome at the door to checking out, every single thing was a joy. The food quality and bar service was exemplary. Being greeted by doorman James sets the tone for the whole thing!
Despite the slightly old fashioned air the hotel has been very successful in generally updating the whole show. Restaurant and cuisine were good, staff, particularly reception. were excellent
Staff, facilities were excellent. Just think the dinner menu needs a boost. Clean, well presented spaces, excellent staff.
The Royal Duchy has the perfect location as it looks out to sea and Pendennis plus beaches nearby, plus it is onl5 15 minutes from the town centre with plenty to do, shop, drink and eat. All the staff were very polite and definitely well trained. I had a single room and found this to be the perfect space for myself. Comfy bed and everything you could need. The spa area is lovely and calming. I dined one evening and food was excellent! Breakfast buffet and option for cooked was also top quality,
Location is great hotel is fantastic
