alles ok

Litt smal seng for to personer, høflig personale, delt wc og dusj, fint område

J’ai passé une nuit à l’hôtel. Très banal. Rien d’exceptionnel. Je déplore le prix du petit déjeuner (17€)

Quiet and clean and not too far from Austerlitz train station.

Nice hotel

The water heater was not the best I ran the shower for a while and still had no hot water. I showered with cold water

Amazing staff safe area to stay near to the tube great value

Great property and great price. Everything appeared clean. No complaints. Will stay again in the future

N/A

Helpful staff and all I needed in Paris. Affordable, comfortable and very convenient to public transit to get around Paris. The bathroom could use a deep clean or an upgrade, but otherwise I found it a fine pied à terre (about 20-30 min by public transit to everything). Very helpful staff once I arrived. However, the change conditions for reservations were ridiculous. And after ghosting the Hotels.com support team, they made the change after I arrived (even after I said I didn't want it, and, of course too late to make the other arrangements I was looking at weeks earlier). The staff handled it well, but it was a huge bummer.

Hôtel très correct Bon accueil

Buena experiencia.

Small friendly hotel well placed for my needs.

.

bon acceuil hotel calme et propre

Functional hotel in an area with lots of South East Asian restaurants to choose from. Decent Italian as well just meters down the road. Easy walking distance of metro station - direct line to Eiffel Tower.

Loved that the bathroom was a nice size with a shallow tub/shower combo.

Kind helpful staff- especially the daytime receptionists. Excellent location close to transport links. They were flexible about checking out time and leaving the luggage in the room. Needs to be improved : No possibility of making tea or coffee in the room and the fridge did not work.

NA

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful

The good: just a few minutes walk from the metro, great bakery for breakfast a block away. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good wifi, lots of hot water and good water pressure. The bad: Only one light worked in our bathroom, the one over the shower. The light over the sink didn't work, and neither did the hair dryer. We reported these to the front desk after our first night, but neither was fixed by the time we left a few days later. Also the main heating system in our room didn't seem to be working properly, we were only able to get it to turn on once. Fortunately we were able to use the bathroom heater/towel warmer to keep the chill off in our room. It was also noisy, not from the street, but from the other rooms, we could hear people talking on their phones, walking around, etc. Given the price we paid, which was low for Paris, our experience was OK.

No elevator, having a disability this makes the hotel impossible to stay. Had to switch hotels no refund was given, even though this information is not disclosed in the property details. How unfortunate!

Stayed here for 5 nights. First time in Paris for both of us and it was a lovely little hotel. One massive problem though, the night receptionist on three of the nights was asleep every single time we came back to hotel anytime after 12. Not just dosing on his chair, he was lying down asleep where people eat breakfast. The second night we had to ring the hotel to wake him up and on the third night before we went out for the evening we told him, we’d be back but we will ring again if he is asleep…we got back at 1:30 pm and he was asleep again with the phone off the hook. It was an absolute joke. The other 3 members of staff we came across were lovely and very friendly and pleasant but this guy needs a day job. Deplorable service.

AC with in room controls!!!! Room was clean, comfortable, and nice to cool off after a hot day in the city. Not near the major tourist attractions but right between two different metro lines and along a bus route that goes right to the Louvre. Staff were friendly and helpful. The young lady during the day who checked us in and we would see as we were leaving spoke great English. Room was always clean when we returned. Area seemed very safe as it was nestled in between apartment buildings that housing young families. Loved getting a hot sandwich directly across the street at the Mayam when we would be getting in late. There was a wonderful bakery, Fournil De L'Excellence, on the next corner on the same block as the Mayan. Next time in Paris, I plan to stay here again.

Hotel propre et très agréable. Niveau rapport qualité prix rien à redire. L'accueil a été agréable. Je recommande. Merci

Gute Betten, gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Frühstück französischtypisch, völlig ausreichend.

There is no elevator and the room and bathroom were very small.

The staff was outstandingly good.

Very nice staff and easy location

Small, older hotel next to the hospital. Overall nice and welcoming staff, who speak English well enough. The breakfast buffet is basic (no hot dishes) but enough to get you going for the day. Some rooms open into an open courtyard, which provides some fresh breeze in the summer but might be too much in the winter. The walls are thin so be conscientious of neighboring guests! Bathroom was really small. Good location near Accor Arena (walking distance) and metro stations, with a scattering of food options in the area too. A decent deal for the price in Paris.

Room a bit small but we didn’t mind. Could do with a shelf in the shower to put toiletries on. WiFi password should be in the room. The staff are friendly and helpful especially yann

It's in a very nice neighborhood, closed to a metro station. we love it.

situated near Place D’Italie and Accor Arena which is very accessible by the Metro which is 4 mins walk. reception and staff was super nice. got to check in early as well so that’s another bonus! highly recommended for a short stay!

I expected better comfort: too small rooms, bathroom. Poor breakfast without bread. It was pretty expensive and not worth the price.

Friendly staff and nice location. I used the hotel to explore a bit of Paris and was happy with the metro connections of the area and options for eat/drink. If what you're looking for is a place to sleep, it's a great choice.

It’s ok.Small room.It’s bed and breakfast.Nothing special.Close to metro.Room was quite.Clean bedsheets and daily room service.

I found hotel Jenner a good place to stay. The location was good and close to transport. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean although a bit small (I think this is common in Paris Hotels), and most importantly,, the bed was very comfortable. I was there for 4 nights and it was good value.

This is an awful hotel which is way overrated on Bookings. And the prices are inflated. Rooms are tiny, neighborhood is inconvenient. There are no positives here.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Also, close to metro station and restaurants. We would definitely stay at Hotel Jenner on our next Paris vacation.

Good location in terms of transport links it is an acceptable small hotel but the immediate area where is is located is not very pleasing. I didn't have breakfast but the hotel provided free coffee in the morning at the tiny breakfast area. The overnight staff member didn't deal with my complaint at 6;20 am that I was awaken by a sound of furniture moving around on the floor above me! That really spoiled my stay at the hotel!

Loved this place the hotel is clean, just no elevator, but the check in person helped carried our luggage. Clean and soft sheets !

Very clean, near to the metro station, only some of the crew was friendly and nice.

Its was nice. The bathroom and ahower a little small but i think thats probably normal from what i saw during my stay in paris. Very nice staff we were early forncheck in so they stored our bags while we went to eat lunch then they gave us a room until check in forbthe second room. It was appreciated since we still had an hour.

Great hotel for the price, excellent location for the 13th, very friendly staff, rooms cleaned daily. Very close walk to the Avenue de l'Hospital.

Good value hotel not far from centre. Room comfortable but not large. Staff friendly and helpful. Good continental breakfast.

Nice clean, but room and bath are tiny, even for Europe. Breakfast was good , but not free.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Shower had no walls so bathroom was a little slippery when showering but other then that it was a pleasant stay.

Great location , friendly and knowledgeable staff. Hotel has all the amenities required for tourist visit to Paris. Definitely a gem in a safe part of a beautiful city.

Good location, friendly staff, clean environment, comfortable bed, can't really fault it.

Quiet and small hotel. Pretty small rooms and a small breakfast buffet. Expected more for the price.

Cosy and friendly service.
