Lokasi nya bagus

Saya menginap selama 1 minggu. Sayangnya, pengalaman saya kurang memuaskan. Kamar terasa lembap dan kurang nyaman. Kondisi toilet juga cukup kotor, terutama bagian lantai dan dinding. Wastafel kotor dan terdapat semut-semut kecil. Saya sudah menyampaikan keluhan mengenai kebersihan toilet sebanyak 3 kali dan meminta agar toilet dibersihkan serta disikat, tetapi setelah dibersihkan kondisinya masih tetap kotor. Untuk wastafel yang tersumbat dan exhaust fan yang rusak, keduanya akhirnya sudah diperbaiki. Namun, masalah kebersihan toilet tetap tidak terselesaikan dengan baik. Selain itu, kasur terasa tenggelam sehingga kurang nyaman untuk tidur. Saya sudah kembali ke Kuala Lumpur. Karena saya menginap selama 1 minggu, saya berharap mendapatkan kamar yang bersih, nyaman, dan terawat. Semoga pihak hotel dapat lebih memperhatikan kebersihan kamar serta menanggapi keluhan tamu dengan lebih serius.

Thank you Harris Hotel Pontianak for providing a memorable experience during my visit to Pontianak. Culinary attractions are very close just a short walk around the hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and the service from the staff is friendly and impressive. The facilities are very complete, including a cozy skypool and gym, as well as a sunset point on the 12th floor with a view of the city. The best hotel and keep maintain the quality of service.

So very happy staycation at Harris Pontianak, The rooms are very clean, fragrant and tidy The rooms are quiet and organized, the service is very friendly, smiling and quick to respond, I love their receptionist and fnb staff. Ahh thank you for Suci, Dara, Yohana and I forgot the name of the staff in Fnb but for their service they are very friendly and fast, thank you team.

Were here expecting to see Dragon & Barongsai festival. Location is great BUT there were a big stage was built so what you saw was the back of the stage instead of the road. If you want to be able to see the road then you have to be at the restaurant balcony which you HAD TO reserve before hand, which no any employee told me. There was no any advertisement about it either. So it was just insider knowledge i assume. At least there is TV.

Staffs are not friendly. The only access to the room is the shaky lifts. You can hear noises outside your room. Room is kind of old.

The only good point of this hotel is the location. However, there are many other hotels in the area which means location is not really the competitive advantage.

Everything else is bad. First, the hotel should only accept guests who are smokers. The so called non-smoking room is not free from cigarette smoke and smell. They claimed the room I stayed was a non-smoking room on the non-smoking floor, but the room smells the cigarette smokes all the 3 nights I stayed there. My complaint was basically ignored. They kept saying the room was a non-smoking one. I assume that any room in the hotel can be occupied by both smoker and non-smoker guests . In general the premise is dirty and hot. The breakfast taste and food variety is bad too.

great place in the heart of pontianak! been a fan of harris since day 1 anywhere in indonesia! really clean, service is top notch! there is few noises from the construction that is going on, but still.. cant trus any other hotel other than harris! would love to go back everytime i visit pontianak!

-bebau rokok yang sangat menyengat keluar dari hotel rambut memang sangat bebau rokok sbb environment hotel tersebut bebau rokok, minta req tuka bilit sudah call cakap okay tpi tak tuka tuka -sangat kecewa kolam kotor.cakap kolam/rooftop tutup 9 mlm tapi hakikatnya samapi 6 -7 petng shja -cadar tilam ada kesan kuning (honest review bukn fake or scammer) tak ada ambik gambar sbb sangat kecewa dgn hotel ini

The bed was very soft, relative to other hotels I’ve stayed in it is very clean, little run down but fine. I like they have filtered water.

The television is one where you need to register and sign in to watch which is really annoying. There was a mosquito in room that got me a few times which was a first.

The hotel is just average but we were impressed by the waiter, Amad serving breakfast. He showed great professionalism for his work, friendly, helpful despite there was language barrier. He adds a lot of marks to the hotel.

Given non smoking room but the toilet seat got cigarette burnt mark.

Thank you Hotel Harris for your hospitality. All of the staff members that we interacted with were friendly, professional, and have the best customer service skills. We loved the long pillows called guling. The room set up is simple, but it is cozy and clean. We will definitely stay at Harris Hotel again whenever Pontianak is calling.

Upon my arrival at the hotel, I was immediately struck by a strong, unpleasant odor in the surrounding area, reminiscent of a toilet. When I approached the front desk to inquire about the possibility of an early check-in, the receptionist was unhelpful and responded in a rude manner. Despite specifically requesting a non-smoking room, the room I was given had an overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke. When I contacted the front desk to report the issue, I was informed that it was a non-smoking floor. However, the odor was so intense that I found it difficult to breathe. Eventually, a staff member was sent to inspect the room and brought an air purifying device. I was asked to wait outside while the issue was addressed. Upon returning, the smoke odor had diminished slightly, but was replaced by an overpowering chemical smell, which made it impossible for me to sleep that night. It was, without a doubt, the worst hotel stay I have ever experienced. I was visiting Pontianak on a business trip, and will certainly never return to this hotel ever again.

Despite it being rated as a 4-star hotel, the cleanliness was far below expectations. The towel, bed sheet, and pillow provided were visibly dirty, which was very off-putting and unhygienic.

Right in the center, its location close to anywhere in Pontianak North Kalimantan capital. They have 2 accesses to reach the hotel lobby and suggested to use the elevator one which may access from the parking line. The restaurant was too small for that number of guest. Limited space in the lobby.

The room need renovated, the bedsheet seemed unchanged from the previous guest, for sure never back to this hotel anymore. Staff breakfast asked 90K on my first morning breakfast and the next day the staff asked 80K the both different staff on duty .. why the breakfast price different on each day ..? So Strange …

This hotel in the middle of pontianak hotel, the room was big and comfortable. But the parking spot really small if u used car to stay here, i even need to gave the key to bellboy so they can move the car if other car need parking. in front of the hotel there is so many street food like martabak or pisang goreng pontianak, if u hungry when at night.

Rooms.should be ready at 2 oclock, we had to.wait until.almost 5 to get the room! No toilet paper No towels Dirty room No additional sofa No working fridge Dirty windows No toilet tools And many many more.. Disgusting

Front desk very polite and always smiling! Thanks for Mr Najib and Mr. Yosser very helpful and amiable. Overall cleanness. Also location was superb good access to the city centre. Quite and comfortable - all you need for a business trip!

1) Bed lighting - not working 2) Electric water kettle - not functioning 3) Drain / Sewer flies (Psychodidae) everywhere in the bathroom as well as the bedroom. 4) Shower water tap - not strong enough 5) TV remote control was not available in the room. Only have remote control to video channel but unable to use.

Despite of boomy bass from the rooftop bar (me personally able to deal with), the room was a nice and clean, supported with good staffs plus a great location, but please improve the food quality during breakfast, i believe it will burst the experience of staying

Never expect this from HARRIS Hotel, Hotel with a good reputation within Indonesia. Booked 2 rooms, got connecting as per what i resquested, but then the room condition between 2 rooms Are very different when 1 room very complete with everything and the other room as if haven’t been cleaned up after the previous customers.

Located in prime location in Pontianak city center, easy to stroll around by foot, and also can park for free

The maintenance is low, staffs are less trained, bed is not as expected (double bed ordered but received twin bed rearranged into double bed)

Room size great and not too tight, clean bathroom. valet service for all vehicle 😄 location was very great !

bathroom were clean but if you have some leftover food stay overnight some insect will come. the curtain should be cleand up , quite lots of stain. i bring toddler, but the playground currently empty 🙃 staff said the toys were moved for occasion at the ballroom 🥲. breakfast need improvement!

I like the simplicity and the cleaniness of the hotel. It is very strategic and convenient. Will go and stay again.
