I had an excellent experience at this hotel. The staff were absolutely wonderful—warm, attentive, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. The hotel and my room were impeccably clean, and the service was truly exceptional. Breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. The location is also fantastic, within walking distance of most of the main places you’d want to visit in Siem Reap. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

I had a really great 3 day stay. Viroth is a very nice, small and modern hotel, conveniently located close to the city centre but in a quiet small street. I had a a quite large room with pool view, very well equipped and nicely decorated. Everything went smoothly from the moment, with an early check-in, till the moment I left. I found the breakfast excellent. The swimming pool was very clean I found the staff particularly smiley, helpful, efficient and professional. Thank you ! There are a couple of good restaurants around at walking distance. A gem in Siem Reap ... I can only recommend it.

Hands down the best hotel we’ve stayed in ! Exceptional attention to detail from staff from greeting and reception to bar / restaurant / pool and cleaning. Everyone made the stay perfect. The hotel is stunning, beautiful pool, excellent location. Staff took care to arrange bikes we hired ready for a sunrise set-off. Great rooms and size , comfy bed. Absolutely amazing breakfast ! We can’t wait to visit again.

Beautiful property with amazing well kept gardens. Clean and easy to get around. Restaurant food excellent. Staff are so kind, courteous and very helpful. Room very comfortable and night time turn down is wonderful.

The pool needs hand rails as tiles can be slippery. Air con very cold. Stairs no lifts.

Nous avons tout adoré ! Cet hôtel fait partie de nos hôtels préférés en Asie du Sud Est. Décoration élégante et raffinée, restaurant délicieux , services et prestations de très hautes qualités et un personnel très prévenant. Piscine magnifique. L’hôtel est dans une rue à quelques pas du centre ville donc au calme sans être isolé . Idéal pour visiter les sites d’Angkor. Nous sommes restés 5 jours et la qualité de cet établissement n’a failli à aucun moment, bravo à l’équipe qui le fait vivre .

Tout absolument tout ! Le service, l’emplacement, les chambres, la nourriture et surtout le personnel qui est vraiment top. J’ai eu la chance de faire quelques très beaux hôtels et il vient clairement de rentrer dans ma top list.

Le seul petit bémol si je dois en donner un et l’isolation entre les étages où nous percevions le bruits des voisins du dessus le matin lorsque tout était calme.

This beautiful hotel is a charming oasis in a quiet street of Siem Reap. All staff we encountered were so friendly and welcoming. The rooms we had were spacious, comfortable, and really well cleaned. We had an amazing holiday!

Eigenlijk niets. Beetje prijzig voor Cambodjaanse begrippen, maar elke cent waard. En als ik toch 1 puntje van kritiek moet hebben; kwaliteit tv viel beetje tegen (korrelig) met wat vertraging.

Hands down one of the best experiences ever. Viroth's Hotel outperformed our expectations in every possible way. Friendly staff throughout with attention to detail, very nice rooms, a great restaurant, pool and SPA. The rooms where always spotless clean and the staff always willing to help and assist. Best service ever, the staff were so lovely and welcoming all the time- even down to the little details like making sure we had mosquito repellent on when we left the hotel. The food was so good and the room was really spacious and clean. You must visit the spa in the hotel because it was honestly one of the best experiences ever. Best hotel I’ve stayed at!

Viroth’s just might be my favourite hotel ever, anywhere. And until I’d been, I was dismissive of someone who said something similar in a review (thought they should ‘get out more’). This hotel has got everything right. It starts and ends with the most excellent staff who are committed to you have a great experience. Then, with only about 36 rooms, it’s boutique enough to remain special. The food that comes from that kitchen and the cocktails that come from the bar are first class. For dining you have the option of staying poolside, being in the open air or ‘fishtank’ (my name) for a restorative climate controlled eating environment. We took one of the hotel Mercedes (the white 1963 220s) for the Angkor Wat sunrise which was a very special experience, complete with fresh coffee and croissant breakfast). Our driver fancied himself as a wedding photographer and took some wonderful shots.

Staying here is one of the best parts of a Siem Reap trip. The hotel's location is excellent, with restaurants and convenience stores right outside, and the Old Market just a few minutes' walk away. The room was very nice, quiet, clean, comfortable, and had a subtle fragrance. The staff were very welcoming and made me feel at home. I would give it a 10/10.

Our stay was wonderful from start to finish. The standout was the exceptional service from every member of staff—we were always greeted with genuine warmth, friendliness and professionalism, and nothing was ever too much trouble. The hotel itself is a beautiful boutique property with so much character. We especially admired the thoughtful blend of traditional decor and modern design, which created a unique atmosphere that felt both elegant and welcoming. A fantastic stay in every respect. We would happily recommend this hotel and would love to return.

Rare for a place to be this effortless. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm and attentive in a way that never felt performative. Every request was anticipated, every detail considered. It's the kind of hospitality you notice because it's so consistent, not because any single gesture stands out. The property itself pulls off something hard: real style paired with real substance. Nothing felt like it was there just to look good in photos. And the location is genuinely unbeatable: close enough to walk into town for markets, temples, and dinner, yet the second you're back through the gate it's completely peaceful. That contrast, tranquil oasis one moment, easy access to everything the next, is what made it feel so special. Add in the value for what you get, and I honestly can't picture staying anywhere else in Siem Reap. Can't recommend it enough.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Viroth's Hotel in Siem Reap. I was there from June 3-11th on my second trip to Siem Reap to visit the temples. They arranged for a tuk tuk driver, to be at my disposal for my time while I was there whenever I needed his services and the day rates were more then reasonable. Services at the hotel were excellent. Breakfast and the breakfast staff were awesome with tons of food options and all very healthy, fresh choices. I had some time while I was there and they have a spa onsite, so I utilized a number of their services as wewll (massages and facial) and all were excellent. My room was very nice, spacious, very clean (and they were constantly keeping it clean!!) and was very quiet with no outside noise at all which is what I had requested. I would definitely go back if I ever have the opportunity. Thanks again to all the staff at Viroth's Hotel!

An incredible experience - look no further for the best hotel in Siem Reap. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive to your every want and need, with fresh eucalyptus cooling towels every time you return from a trip out. The location is superb and the pool area and rooms are amazing too.

What an amazing experience spending 4 nights here, all the staff are outstanding, so helpful, friendly and professional in every aspect. The food at breakfast was varied and dinner was outstanding serving local cuisine. The rooms are well designed and well furnished. We arranged an airport pick up via the vintage Rolls Royce which my daughter loved. I look forward to returning in the future.

It is a hidden gem, with exquisite taste in the decoration, the food and all the people working in the hotel. The SPA experience was a MUST… and as we came in the low season we were really treated like a king and a queen!! Don’t miss out to stay at this amazing place!!

If it would have been possible I would have given more stars! Our stay in Viroth’s hotel was utterly marvelous, I can highly recommend it - hand on my heart. The design of the hotel is lust for the eyes, and so are the tastefully decorated rooms. The breakfast is all that you can ask for and more, absolutely of high quality - as is the rest of the restaurant food. Vut what really struck me and my family most is the true kindness of the staff, they display the highest standards of hospitality. We will definetly be back in future!

This was our fifth visit to the Viroth and we took friends along with us - so they could experience the excellent overall quality that we have experienced all the times we have been there. Once again, it didn't disappoint one little bit. You just have to experience it to understand the high standards they strive to maintain - again and again. Cleanliness and friendliness are the key focus - along with exceptional value for money. You are made to feel like nothing at all is any trouble - and they have the knack (skill) of knowing what your needs are - before you know yourself!!! The cold towels every time you come back from being out and about - the "mandatory" mosquito spray before setting out for your evening stroll(s) - along with a refreshing drink - all add up to make the experience unique and FANTASTIC. Whoever is responsible for recruiting and training the staff are spot on - and are to be congratulated. Onto the food - we always go and visit our favourite restaurants and bars - but on each occasion we end up having some of our best meals at the hotel. A special mention to the Fish Amok dish - WOW!!! Don't miss out on trying that. The breakfast has gone to another level since our last stay. In addition to the ala carte menu - there is now a selection of items from a buffet. Plenty of yummy options to choose from - all cooked to perfection. Another tip? Don't miss out on the mango and passionfruit jam - out of this world!!! A special mention to the ever smiling Ra - him as well as his team were just fantastic... If I could give this hotel a rating of 11 out of 10 - I would - you will not be disappointed one little bit staying here!! By the way - the friends we took with us (their first stay) - now understand our love of the hotel and its staff - and haven't stopped raving. We are already looking when we can book our next break - at our home away from home.

From the moment we arrived, we felt completely looked after by the staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. From the warm greetings in the morning, the attentiveness in the restaurant and by the pool to the beautiful welcome you received every time you walk back through the doors.
