I thought the apartment was very comfortable and quiet with everything I needed for a few days stay. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything I needed. I was impressed with the large bathroom. I particularly liked the massive modern sink an super shower. The whole place was exceptionally clean too

My only slight complaint is I thought a toaster would have been good. Bit of hassle doing toast in grill/ combination oven.

Everyone I met, including the reception and restaurant staff, was friendly and helpful. They handled requests positively, including providing a mobile phone charger and booking a taxi upon departure. The room was clean and reasonably spacious. It was an apartment room with a separately partitioned kitchenette. I was able to select a room on the fifth floor with a view of the surrounding area - a mostly industrial area undergoing redevelopment. Industrial history is one of my interests, so I was perfectly content with this. It is entirely consistent with Birmingham's character, past and present.

My first experience with an apartment room. While generally satisfactory for my modest needs, I found the inventory somewhat haphazard. For example, I recall there were six glass tumblers and a cutlery setting for six people, but there was a shortage of basic crockery, such as plates. I suggest the hotel management consider the needs of solo guests or couples more carefully who wish to prepare and eat a simple microwaveable meal with minimal effort and organisation. The location may not suit everyone, especially those with special mobility needs, due to its remoteness from the city centre and hilly terrain.

The hotel needs renovation, sheets were clean but very rotten and old, with some ink mark on it. There were wears and tears and marks on the wall and etc. which needs renovation. First our room smell like food but they changed our apartment.

The apartment was lovely! We were impressed with the kitchen amenities. It was very clean. The air conditioner worked very well. The lobby had games you could borrow as well as a collection of snacks and meals to buy

There wasn’t much to not like. The only thing was it is near an area with night clubs and next to the police station. I’m used to noise at night so it didn’t bother me, but if you are someone that is bothered by noise at night it is something to be aware of. I thought the room had great sound proofing though

Alles! Das Personal war suoer freundlich! Vom Check in bis Check out. Auch super kompetent. Zimmer sehr schln und sauber, Fernseher mit Youtube - leider funktionierte Netflix nicht. Die Lage war Perfekt, nur knapp 8-10min entfernt vom Shoppingcenter und vielen weiteren Geschäften. Kann ich nur wärmstens empfehlen!

The staff were amazing and helpful at all times! So considerate of our big family booking and accommodating our requests etc. Hotel was clean and tidy, would most definitely recommend.

The parking was a bit of an issue as I was travelling with 2 under 3yr olds.

Además lo encontramos perfectamente limpio y se nota que están vigilando que esté en perfectas condiciones porque no encontramos desperfectos. Pudimos descansar muy bien

A lot of noise

Logement calme, grand et bien agencé avec des rangements : un très grand lit dans la chambre. Établissement à proximité des transports et d’un centre commercial. Intervention rapide de la maintenance lors d’un dysfonctionnement avec la hotte. Il y a toujours une personne à l’accueil.

Lors du paiement de la caution : nous avons aucun reçu. Apparemment, le canapé-lit du salon n’est pas très confortable. Par ailleurs , il y a problème de chaînes pour la télévision de la chambre, par rapport à celle du salon. Sinon, nous dormions et le détecteur incendie du salon s’est déclenché seul en pleine nuit vers minuit. Enfin, nous recevons un appel téléphonique jeudi pour faire le ménage, or nous étions dans le logement depuis le samedi d’avant ; le ménage a été effectué la veille de notre départ : cela a aucun sens.

Le personnel, l’organisation du studio, la PROPRETÉ ! Nous avions réservé 8 nuits et avons donc bénéficié d’un ménage le 5e jour,c’était très bien. J’ai apprécié les dosettes de café, de thé, la présence d’éponge, de torchon, de pastilles pour le lave-vaisselle,…

Dans un studio pour 2, j’aurais aimé plutôt 6 couverts que 4, ça aurait permis de moins faire tourner le lave-vaisselle.

They only clean once in 9 days And they allow dogs , there was a bad stench of dog smell in the hotel. The laundry place was flooded with water.

El apartamento estaba genial, limpio y muy confortable. Tenía todo tipo de menaje necesario para todo. La ubicación perfecta, a 5 minutos andando del centro. La cama muy cómoda y las almohadas también.

Lo único que no me gustó fue que uno de los días de nuestra estancia de madrugada, empezó a sonar una alarma con un ruido espantoso. Al parecer se trataba de un simulacro y no nos avisaron al respecto

The area is not all that nice, and at night there seemed to be people hanging around outside the buildings across the road, and sometimes shouting out, but the hotel felt secure. The view wasn’t great - a couple of plain buildings, and behind them , cranes and à construction site.

Just south of the bullring by a few minutes walking. Reception was 24/7 and were all lovely to speak to and quick to respond via booking.com. Additionally the reception staff held onto a package that came outside of our stay which was lovely of them. Room itself was large and clean with a decent double sofa bed and a kitchenette and bathroom. Had a fridge, freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle, and sink. Dishes and dishwashing supplies are provided and on request you can get items such as a toaster and air fryer which we used. The bathroom was decently sized with a large shower section. The curtains were also amazing at blocking the light outside. Overall would recommend for anyone visiting Birmingham, especially if staying for maybe a week as it is close in proximity to restaurants and such but you have the benefit of being able to cook too.

The toilet seat was surprisingly high, quite entertaining to get used to.

Very large and well equipped studio apartment. Large bathroom, and everything was very clean. The reception was staffed 24 hours which was nice, and there was a small tuck shop in reception where you could buy small treats and essentials which was brilliant. All the staff were lovely and very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was very clean, well-equipped, and well-maintained. The location was beautiful, and I really liked everything about our stay.

The hotel doesn’t have its own parking, but there is a nearby car park with a discounted rate for hotel guests.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, das Frühstück ist in Ordnung.

Wir waren zu viert in einem Zimmer für sechs Nächte, es wurde kein Zimmerservice durchgeführt und Handtücher getauscht, für einen Aufpreis von 25£ (Reinigung) und 11£ (Handtücher) wäre dies allerdings möglich gewesen. Für ein Hotel bei dem Preis nicht zu erwarten

Stayed over the MCM weekend. Location is close to the station with a short train ride to the NEC making it perfect for this visit. Easy to find, lovely receptionist I felt welcomed and comfortable I wish all reception staff could be like this. Room was spacious and beds were very comfortable

This was our second stay at Adagio, and I can honestly say it has become our family’s favourite holiday destination! We first stayed here last Autumn and absolutely loved everything about it. The apartment is peaceful, spotless, spacious, and incredibly family friendly. We left that first visit saying we’d definitely be back and here we are, returning in less than a year and I think that speaks for itself. One of the highlights of both stays was breakfast. The food is fresh, delicious, and there is something for everyone. We especially appreciated the variety, including both pork sausages and halal chicken sausages. Everything was freshly being prepared while you eat, and the restaurant has such a calm, beautiful and relaxing atmosphere that it made every morning feel special. A very special thank you to LINDA, who made both of our stays unforgettable! During our first visit, she was on duty in the restaurant and was so kind, welcoming, and attentive to our family that we still remembered her months later. Imagine our surprise when we returned and she recognised us at the reception! She greeted us so warmly, was wonderful with the kids even gave them ice pops, which absolutely made their day. It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely cares about guests the way she does, and she’s a real credit to Adagio. It’s easy to find a nice hotel, but it’s much harder to find one that creates a feeling of somewhere you genuinely look forward to returning to. Adagio has become that place for our family, we already know we’ll be back again!

Daglig städning ingår ej mycket ovanligt. Ligger i ett utsatt område med många missbruksproblem men gångavstånd till Bullrings shoppingcenter. Mycket sparsam frukostbuffé, konserverad frukt, rostbröd, vill du ha ägg koka dem själv. Kommer inte tillbaks.

Great stay, had air conditioning, which was very nice, especially during a heatwave. Reception staff was super friendly and helpful. Apartment had a well equipped kitchen and came with coffee, tea, milk, and pods for the dishwasher. Bathroom also had toiletries. Bed was comfortable and the shower had collapsible racks for hanging laundry. The layout felt very well designed. I stayed at a few aparthotels this trip and this one was definitely the highlight.

Great location. Amazingly cheap parking arrangement with the multi-story carpark nearby. Delivered every pre-agreed arrangement, eg all the beds set up and two single duvets on a double bed plus a sofa bed is large enough for 2 adults. Toaster and air fryer on request. Decent air conditioner especially welcome during the current heatwave in UK. 24 hours manned reception who are most willing to help. Probably the best apartment I ever stayed in Birmingham. Will definitely book again.

The fully adjustable air conditioning was fabulous inside the room after several days of roasting to death at home in a heat wave. Outside it was noisy but once the windows were closed it was much better. Location was convenient for Digbeth coach station which is in walking distance, as I was meeting my daughter who was coming back from a concert at Wembley in the early hours of the morning. I chose a superior room which had plenty of space and a kitchen area with a fridge so I could store some drinks and food. There is a hairdryer in the bathroom. You will need the 2nd card given to operate the lights etc. located in a slot just inside the main door. Good view from room 407 next to the Police station so I could keep an eye on the outside as the England football game was on, with a lot of fans and traffic. Just bad timing on our part but it was not a problem and security to the hotel is good. Breakfast was nice for the money, buffet style with hot and cold options available. I chose the English breakfast of sausage, mushrooms, scrambled eggs, baked beans and hash browns. Vegan sausages also available and boiled eggs. There were also pastries, cold meats, breakfast cereals, milk, brown or white toast which you could make yourself with Anchor butter, plenty of orange juice and apple juice available. Fresh fruit including oranges and watermelon. Rocky road, muffins, granola and yoghurt also available. Staff were courteous and helpful. There was also the option to buy food items from reception such as tubs of Pringles, also toiletries. There were 2 lifts to upper floors so good for people with mobility issues.

I think a few extra toiletries in the bathroom would have been nice e.g. hair conditioner, and a few more milk pods for the coffee machine. Digbeth and inner city Birmingham can get quite busy and there are a lot of pubs and clubs nearby so people will still be milling around in the early hours of the morning. I expected this so it wasn't a problem for me as I already know Birmingham quite well.
