Eco Luxury Hotel Hanoi

Large room. Good location

Payed for a “City View” only to find a tiny window showing virtually nothing. No bed side lamps only bright white lights like a hospital. Shampoo and body wash weren’t labelled so I had no idea what I was washing with. Room was big but it felt extremely empty, just a big empty space between the bed and wardrobe. Not worth 1.2 million a night at all. Very disappointed in the room. Won’t be returning again.

The hotel is good. Staff is very welcoming and the room had all the necessary facilities. The location of the hotel is excellent with lots of restaurants and markets nearby.

The room was very small compared to what they showed in the picture. There was barely any space in front of the bed and sides. The wardrobe was very small. There was no proper housekeeping.

Checked out a week ago and was satisfied from the friendly (female receptionist and housekeeping) staff to the room and the location was very accessible to roam around the Old Quarter. This last hotel we’ve been after almost 3weeks of travelling around Vietnam from South to North has been relaxing to end our memorable and unforgettable first time trip in Vietnam and will surely be back in the future

De ligging middenin het oude centrum, alles op loopafstand. Het Hoan Kiem meer is wat verder, 15 minuten lopen. Wij hadden een hele grote kamer met nieuwe badkamer. Altijd vriendelijk personeel die je willen helpen.

Alle waar voor z’n geld, voor deze prijs prima, maar verwacht geen grote luxe. Wat je nodig hebt. Wifi soms instabiel.

The property is located in old quarter so is close (walking distance)to most major attractions. The front staff is wonderful - they are very well informed about tours, food recommendations and any questions you may have. They speak wonderful English so check in and out is a breeze. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Anna and Mr Trong were very helpful, sorted very good tours for us. Hotel is in a good location for sure.

We were not made aware beforehand that the hotel was not serving breakfast due to refurbishments. You had to go to another hotel for breakfast. Would have been good to know this beforehand.

The location is great.

Despite having booked 7 rooms, we weren't allowed an early check-in even though the rooms were available. We were communicated that early check-in would be possible if the rooms were avaialable. This was extremely disappointing for us.

Boendet är under renovation så ibland kunde det låta lite på morgonen när de byggde. Lite lyhört i korridorerna men inget som störde. Rummen såg inte helt ut som på bilderna

Lift sometimes faulty, no balcony and breakfast offsite.

The online advertise doesn't correspond to reality. Room in bad conditions of maintenance and cleaning, from bathroom to the bed sheets with hair and stains. The staff just want us to cancel the booking with out offering alternative or apology, so they could sell the room to another person asap (they said). We found another place to stay by our self. Might be a tourist trap.

The location was great and for the most part the room was clean.

We stayed on the 6th and it was noisy in the morning (there was a lot of yelling from the 7th floor)… While the room was « tidy », we were not actually sure if the room was cleaned, the bed could have been slept in and there was a used towel felt in the bathroom.

The toilet seat broke and fell off and the shower ran out of hot water. Lots of hair on the floor

L'accueil de l'hôte et l'emplacement de l'hôtel à côté du vieux quartier.

On nous a proposé la chambre 504 qui était avec beaucoup d'humidité mais nous sommes allés nous plaindre et nous avons été changé de chambre. Le matelas du lit était très dur. Enfin les photos du site ne ressemblais pas à la réalité.

The location is excellent. It's right on one of the 36 old streets, with a food street right outside. It's also very close to Hoan Kiem Lake.

Good location, staff accommodated room switch very easily.

The beds are rock hard, check in was terrible we were given no information and left confused, the property is rather dirty and the tvs do not work.

The staff are super friendly, they assisted with my laundry and organised a private street eats tour. The location is great and very close to everywhere. I’ve stayed here 2 times in 2 years and would stay again!

Building was in poor condition, walls peeling and had holes, lots of insects flying in through vent in ceiling

It was very clean, and rooms were well equipped and perfect for our stay. The staff were very pleasant and helpful also. I highly recommend. When you come out if you want breakfast go to the stall to the right about 30m down… literally the best egg sandwich (0.70 cent!) and orange juice (0.70 cent) and sweet coffee (0.80 cent) we’ve ever tasted for breakfast!

Lovely hotel with really kind friendly staff. They upgraded our room for free on arrival. The room and bathroom were lovely. Large comfortable bed. No complaints at all.

The photos advertised are from a few years back, the place could use a deep clean and some renovations.

Close to Train Street (5mins) and walkable to Hoan Kiem Lake and Old Quarter area (15mins). Put us all on same floor.

Small indoor window . No safety on that window as we were high up and the room was so dark because of that .

We stayed here twice and both time it was amazing. The hotel was great value for money. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The shower and bathroom were very clean. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. They helped us to organise a taxi to the airport on lunar new year eve for a very reasonable price and allowed us to store luggage for the entire day at no extra cost.

Absolutely nothing to complain about.

The location of the hotel is nice, near the Hoàn Kiếm lake and also the night market. Plenty of street foods and office booking all around. You can do everything by walking around.

The bedroom was ok, but there was a smell coming from the pipes into the bathroom which was uncomfortable.

The staff members are exceptionally welcoming and attentive. The hotel enjoys a convenient location and offers excellent value for money.

The only thing I missed was having coffee bags in the room. They provided tea, but not coffee.

The wifi didn’t work and we told reception but nothing changed. The bathroom door didn’t shut properly and the room didn’t look like the pictures. It said that we would have a room with a bath but there was only a shower.

The bar fridge didn't work, but to be fair, I didn't tell them until we were leaving.

Kinda staff, the man at reception helped us upon arrival when I realized I had made an error in our dates. Rooms are big and had coffee and tea. Water refill in lobby.

The linens and towels smelled like smoke (not like old cigarettes but more like campfire scent). Very strange and we stayed in two different rooms and experienced it in both.

Super good value for money! We got a huge room for a very good price. Very good located central in Hanoi, very kind staff.

The breakfast wasn't too good, bu5 luckily there's plenty other options in Hanoi. Don't expect luxury though, but again it's great value for the price.

Fully worth for the price and staff was very friendly.

The staffs were extremely friendly and upgraded our room for free. Not to mention, we were here during the typhoon. It was impossible for us to go out to buy food as the electricity was out in the city. They offered us bread and helped in every way possible to keep us safe and comfortable. Initially booked the room for a day and ended up staying here for 2 more days as we loved how accommodating they are. They also offer airport transfer and keep track with the driver company on our status. Best service ever!

The Hotel is Neat clean Good to stay, The BreakFast is served at the opposite side another hotel hardly 1-2 min walk but the BF was very less No spread available only few fruits and Breads & one dish to Order...Anna ( Lady at Reception counter) was very kind & helpful....I think she is the person whom U can trust for your requirement. Toiletries are good as per the rate of accomodation is Economical. Overall Good for a 1-2 day stay...
